Walmart Supercenter

Went in to buy a simple can of camping propane and when I scan it at the SELF CHECKOUT 🙄 it (the single can) rings up as a 4 pack for 18.97 I said excuse me and explained to the lady and she said let me go talk to my boss and we will get it figured out, she comes back and says they are ONLY sold in four packs so I spent $14 on 1 can and took these pics and she flipped her name tag around when I pulled my camera out of course… wowwwwwww

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Most of the workers I have come by at this location do not know how to be customer friendly, therefore, should not work with customer service at all. There was a woman working there yesterday at the automotive counter. Young, light skin “emo” girl with tattoos.

I asked her for help and she did not even acknowledge me. She got finished with a customer and looked at me and did not say, “Hey, how may I help you,” nothing. Absolutely nothing. I told her, “Hey, I just need to get some nails out of the glass cage.” No acknowledgement. Started walking away. Opened the door behind her. Started talking to a woman that was in the back office and then headed behind me to the glass cage. Wouldn’t look at me. Wouldn’t say a thing. Disgustingly rude for absolutely no reason. Before I got her “help,” I was walking to the counter and I seen a young blonde girl with glasses, and I asked her for help. Her reply? “You have to press the button.” I cut her off and let her know, “Yeah, I tried that, which is why I am asking you for help.”
Many of these associates I have come in contact with are not friendly, or helpful. They shouldn’t work in customer service whatsoever. I hope management can do something. I worked at Walmart over 10 years ago and have worked with customer service for over 15. There is no excuse. If someone is having a bad day and they cannot do their job correctly, send them home. Customers want friendly service. This place isn’t where you’ll get it.

I have had good experiences so far,
except around the holidays and the first of the month. There are long lines to use self checkout and very few cashiers during holidays and the 1st and last of each month, which results in long wait times. It would seem that more cashiers would be added to prevent the backup of shoppers that are waiting to check out.

I appreciate theor hard work and the kids (and adults!!) Are very polite. Its a stressful job, and these kids are really showing off their patience!! Love this!

I'm adding a star because the store has improved since my last review. It's not as ghetto, better employees, but I want to inform people about the delivery service. There's no problem unless you select express delivery. Just don't do it. Ever. Any time I've gotten a delivery it was on time, and the one driver I had problems with was dealt with, except for the 2 times I paid for express. The first time was just really late and they gave me back the express fee. The second time I had just placed another order for delivery, but my game controller broke as soon as I placed the order, so I placed a second order for express delivery.

The non-express delivery came quickly, but the express delivery never came, even though I placed the order immediately after the first one which arrived on time. They tried to say it was the high volume of orders, but that's a lie. Not only did the order a few moments before it show up with no problems, but if it was just the volume, I would've still gotten the delivery. I was told it would show up when they opened the next day, but it didn't, so I contacted support again and they said it might show up at 10PM that night! I had them cancel the order completely. Something is definitely wrong with their express delivery.

This place is the worst of the worst. Employees are ignorant, lazy and have no clue what they are doing. Took me 15 min to come to my location to open the container for me to get the shirts. I had to physically to get someone and bring the over to have her open the glass case. Yet the lady in red T-shirt with walkie-talkie. Was standing there and didn’t bother to even acknowledge them.

Is there any management at all their? I've never had good service in the pharmacy period. But are they held hostage made to work there? Never a smile, always disrupting what they are doing. Don't know anything about anything. It's very clean but Walmart must be an awful place to work with so many unhappy people.

I visited the pharmacy today, as well as did some shopping. As always, the pharmacy folks are great! The deli guy had a smile on his face, as did the self-checkout coordinator.

Bought a mountain bike for around $200 was ridden 3 times. I lost the receipt. The shifting cable was broken. Tried to exchange it at the Wal-Mart on McCain. Workers refused and were very rude. Said they couldn't help me. Well common sense tells me that if it wasn't bought at Walmart it wouldn't scan ;it did and that was where I bought it ..Said because that store had a lot of thefts is why they couldn't return or exchange it without a receipt. Got nothing to do with NY bike or me exchanging it. I didn't want a refund only exchange because it was only 3 weeks to a month old. I will not shop That Walmart anymore

Crowded, just before Christmas.
Today, many products without prices but they had everything I needed!!
July food doesn't always have prices, but clerks will usually look them up for you!
Store was well stocked today.
They didn't have cauliflower gnocchi anymore.
Still don't have cauliflower gnocchi!!
I have a new debit card and none of their registers will accept it. The staff is always nice and fix the problem.
Same problem with debit card. Shelves are well stocked.
Debit card won't work at self scanners.
Customer service lady was very friendly.
Had everything needed.
Good visit, had all I needed.
Great visit, had everything I needed.
The store was packed, but had all I needed.
Lots of shoppers today. Everybody was in a good mood and happy!!

I felt very comfortable being here, tons of police in the parking lot. The store was well stocked, and I love the Marketplace pre-made salads perfect for traveling. Best Walmart in Pulaski County. All the things you would expect from Walmart including a large parking lot and fairly cheap gas station in the corner. Nice area, too.

*BEWARE police in this area (Sherwood) as there is very little serious crime so they slink and camp about in search of people committing minor infractions for the main purposes of time consumption and revenue acquisition.*

It's your standard Walmart. Got what I needed and made it out alive. This store located anywhere else would be fine, but the atmosphere makes you feel a bit cautious. Everyone seemed tense, customers and staff.

I shop at McCain several times a week and I am very upset that the benchfs by the door next to Subway. I want them back in place. I sit there waiting for the bus and have a sandwich that I bought. I want those benches back in place. I am very angry about this and will stop shopping there if the benches are not put back.

I went to buy a TV and ps5 I paid for it. This on my way out this black woman came up to me asked for proof that I paid for it so I showed her she had a nasty problem towards me and was so rude .then call the cops on me .I will never go back to this walmart. She singled me out as a thief .she was Luke a store manager or something. Don't go here

They always have what I'm shopping for. I usually pick up my orders n im very satisfied w the convience n time n money it saves me. No impulse buying. The only issue I have is no one Ever answers the phone when you try to call customer service.

I'd there was 0 stars I would give it. The rudest workers ever in the earth. They are mean, racist, rude and useless. I stopped going after three time with a bad taste in my mouth from rudeness each from different people but the last drop was one of the cashiers ripped my card out of my hands. Disgusting place. Dirty and disorganized They should be ashamed to work there.
