Bought sink and faucet set. Was charged $175.00 for installation at time of purchase. Lowes sub contracts their installation service to group called Angi, not local. The installer from Lowes called before coming to our home to install. Per the installer/technician (not a certified plumber) when she called, she said she was only paid to install a faucet. I called Lowes and they told me that I was charged for only the faucet installation and thar if I wanted to have the sink installed that would be an extra $299.00. What!!! I was told when I bought (as a boxed set) that both were included in the installation. Why not be included...you have to take the faucet off the install the sink. What is the difference in using a new faucet and the old faucet to be put back in with the sink??? Lowes said bring back the sink and faucet and get my money back. They would not budge on the mistake that their employee (who told us he was the manager's son( made.We have been customers with Lowes for over 15 years. I will never set foot in their store again. Just a warning..you could be next.

Otherwise they take the fridge and then process the return and I still have to go to the store to buy the replacement and have no fridge. Why is this such a hard situation to deal with? To even get to this point, I had to leave three messages and call about 10 times because I kept getting disconnected when I was being transferred. Totally unacceptable.
Update: A store manager called me again later that day and was able to arrange the replacement to be taken care of at one visit, but they told me I may still need to come in to work out the paperwork after. Delivery is arranged for next Friday but there is still a store communication problem because the delivery driver called yesterday morning to drop off the fridge. We'll see what happens next week.

I have to admit this Lowe's beats the location in Bryant. This location is not in my normal "stomping grounds", but I think it might be my new one. Although the staff and store in general in Bryant is good, the staff and store at their NLR store is more friendly and the selection of tools and supplies is by far more expansive.

You either offer a military/veteran discount or you don’t!!😡 They supposedly have a military discount, EXCEPT it’s on lower cost items only, not on items which are $75. or higher.🙄

Had a terrible experience with Lowe’s appliance delivery and this location’s management response. My daughter purchased a dryer from them with delivery and installation. While visiting a few months later, I noticed that they did a ridiculously inept installation of the dryer hose leaving the dryer a full 10” offset from the washer. I pulled the dryer away from the wall to fix their sloppy installation and discovered that they had also botched the 240 volt electric cord connection. For some unknown reason they left off the code-required cable clamp that secures and protects the cable where enters the back of the dryer. They just left the uncovered 4 high voltage wires dangling against the raw sharp edge of the sheet metal cover. This was an extremely dangerous shock and/or fire situation. I spoke to the manager and he refused to take any responsibility or action because they hire “third party” installers, and he said he had no way of knowing who actually did the installation. Do not expect up-to-code installation from this Lowe’s and do not expect management to be concerned about endangering their customers or to stand behind their services. This is BS. Never again.

When I was at lowes north little rock ar. I had picked up a few things plus a 12ft peice of rope, when I got to the self check out which I don't much care for as I rung everything up I asked the worker where in the screen to ring up the rope I told him it was 12ft long at 48 cent a ft, he asked where I got the rope I told him in the rope isle duh, he says thiers noway to put it in with out a number and that I need to go find someone to figure it out, it's not my job to go find anyone I don't work for lowes he does, so he says I can't buy the rope and he can't sell it to me he should have called someone on the radio so I left everything thier and went right across the street to home depot, it's disappointing because I am a lowes pro credit card holder . So I guess I'll be canceling my lowes card and getting a home depot card which I've never wanted to do but if that's how lowes customer service is now then it's what I have to do. I am the customer and have spent thousands at lowes but my money is good anyplace else, what a shame .

Dear Lowe's the store visit was going well. I was about to purchase a weed eater when I heard some rattling from a bag of bird feed only to see this huge rat climbing up the scaffolding. It startled me because I thought it was a small bird or insect. Please fix this issue for future customers.

Horrible experience with flooring installation. It is the worst job I have ever seen. In a small bathroom, they got 9 tiles so high I trip on them The workers should be drug tested. You have to pay ahead. First red Flag. So to fix it, they sent a person who took off after 45 minutes. It took all day to find out why. He claimed I said something. I never interacted with him and barely remember what he looks like . I am disabled and this is a total scam. I took away my yard sign, pride flag, and bumper stickers, because it was about that. Lowe's left a disabled person high and dry for a druggie bigot. Don't go there. I'm a veteran. My bathroom has been unusable since May 24 and it is still not fixed. (3 weeks so far) Stay away from Lowes unless you want a train wreck job.

Placed an order for a little over two-hundred dollars of bricks and flowers for the base of two memorial markers on the 15th to be picked up on the 21st. I gave them my name and the master gardeners name at checkout and also called back that week to confirm the order and names.
The gardener for the project showed up on the 21st to pickup the order and they told him that there wasn't an order so he left to go to another project. After talking with him I called the store and ask to speak with a manager. The "supervisor" tried helping and confirmed that the order was at the pickup area but didn't have his name or my name attached. I little deductive reasoning and a phone call from them to verify would have saved a lot of time and money. I asked to speak to someone for a discount and I was put on hold and told I would get 10% off and that the manager who could do that was "tied up". No deal, (20%) because of the poor customer service and the lack of consideration for people's time, energy and money. Another person (Valerie ) hopped on the phone and didn't I say who they were, I had to ask. I began to tell her what I needed because at this point the gardener wasn't coming back today. She told me to "MA'AM YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN." 😑 I told her don't tell me to calm down and she hung up. I drove 15 minutes to the store. Sure enough the order was sitting back at pickup. Some of the flowers were dead. Shout-out to Kevin and Chris (one of the store managers) who helped me and gave me what I needed to cover the loss I incurred from the gross lack of customer care. I'll go to Jx from now on or maybe Home Depot.

I had someone steal the back of my mirror cover off of my truck it’s about 150 bucks online to replace so someone just ripped it off the back of my truck and stole mine. I asked them to look at the cameras and find out who did it they told me they would get back to me in 24 hours after their Security guy went through the footage didn’t get my name didn’t get my phone number try to get off the phone they do not care

Needed a piece of plexiglass today, I looked and looked for an associate l went up front to have someone paged to that area, her name was Joy and she basically refused to come out and see what I needed, her what does he, does it need to be cut. I'm sure the place is fine for most pros use. People that visit it often and have worked out most of the kinks in dealing with a Walmart sized home improv shop. I've had more than my share of bad stories to trust the place to always do the right thing. Not the worst place, but it could stand some improvement itself.

It was a okay experience did some training with my SDIT and the customers left me alone. I was about to go to the bathroom in peace and look at somethings. Might want to consider adding benches around the store for people who are severely disabled so they don't have to rest on the floor for medical reasons

October visit. Customer service still sucks in this store, but on to a different story. Was walking along aisle that’s next to garden center wall. The racks on walls had bird seed. Now before I say more, we all know Lowe’s and other outdoor garden centers have mice and other rodents running around. I’ve seen them outside at all the big box stores. This visit was a little unique. While walking along the inside wall aisle in this store; the wall aisle inside where insecticides, pesticides, etc are normally kept; I could hear faint noises from very small things falling from the higher staged pallets of bird seed. My 1st thought was a bag of bird seed had a hole and spilling out (Wrong). 2nd thought was maybe a bird eating the bird seed (I see birds inside lowes all the time, but Wrong). 3rd thought was maybe a mouse was up there in the bird seed (haven’t seen rodents inside the store before. I looked toward were the source of the falling objects was, Wrong; not a mouse). WHAT I SAW WAS RATS!! Not small rats, but bigs ones. Not one Rat, not two rats, but 3 large rats and I’m standing right below them; inside the store!! I took a quick picture of them and a short video (posted them below). I waited 2 months to post, and since then, Lowes has moved the bird seed pallets. You can Take a look at the video below. One of the Rats actually saw me and looked at me for for a little bit. While I was kinda hypnotized while recording those rats, I suddenly starting thinking what if a rat falls? I quit recording and quickly walked away from them. There was a Lowe’s employee further down the aisle, and I did see him look to see what I was doing; but then he went back to whatever he was doing. You may ask why I didn’t go tell someone? Well, since they always have terrible customer service and employees never ask me if I need any help; I said screw it and just left area to shop for my stuff.

When I’m there, I see employees everywhere but no one every helps, I know of one great person who works there (shout out to Greg ), he’s always in great spirits, with great friendly service; every time I go there. Other than that, the jville location has far greater customer service.

Trying to find something that they have in stock online is about impossible because there's no way to filter for only in stock items. It's almost 2024, get with the program. The home Depot website makes it very easy to filter for things that you can run and pick up.

Spent $1234.00 on garden wall block and sat for over an hour while forklift driver helped someone else with 45 stepping stones that walked in after me. My truck and trailer has been parked in your fire lane illegally waiting for service. Unbelievable lack of common sense and communication. I'm paying 2 guys to sit at job site to twiddle their thumbs good money. Stop hiring young and unexperienced kids to take care of customers. Pay your people a decent wage and you will get good smart employees. Your garden center looks like a bunch of people in a 3 ring circus. I didn't buy tickets to a circus!!!!

I really love coming here because I always have good service. I miss picking up at the customer service desk but we have a pro account now so we have to go there. That’s fine though! Yolonda was really rude from the start there at the pro desk. This occurred 11.8.23 at approximately 10:20am. First of all you didn’t even greet me. You ask me if I needed help like I was stupid. There was a person already there sitting at the front desk so I didn’t just walk up to the counter. I waited. Then when I approached Ms. Yolonda, I advised that I didn’t want to just cut in line and that I wasn’t sure what the guy had going on or if she was actively helping the gentleman. She proceeded to go out of her way to explain that he was just waiting with all these added details like I should have known that already. Watch the camera. Dylan was awesome. He asked me professionally if I had been helped. I smiled and said yes and thanked him. Mr. Robert went over and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to drive all the way to the west Little Rock location for my one item. Thank you Robert and Dylan for being rockstars. Yolanda has to do better with her vernacular and customer service. She was horrible right away.

First of all I have spent lots of monet at Lowes but here lately the service has been unacceptable. My latest purchase of a washer was disgusting due to the fact you offer free installation however the installer didn't attempt to install the washer...before he would admit he didn't have the correct tool to complete the installation He claimed the hot and cold hookup was corroded... wrong ... he was in a hurry so I had tonpay someone to come finish what the Lowes installer never attempted to service. I feel I should have been compensated in some shape form or fashion. Not to mention I purchased 2 bath tub kits to paint my tubs but was unable to return due to the 60 policy however I should have at least been able to exchange the product. Which leads to today's rude service in the paint department...what happen to the friendly people from Lowes past ...those who use to greet you with a small and offer good service?
After today's disaster I decided to throw my business to Amazon. I'm tired of uncouth service with Lowes. I am renovating my home but I have to find another avenue for resources and supplies because I will not longer accept bad service from Lowes.

Just waited 20 mins for someone to unlock a case. Had 5 people standing around on their cell phones. Poor customer service

Employee refused to pick up phone was unable to verify dock location will file complaint with home office

Literally been waiting 35+ minutes for assistance with screws after having two people paged no one showed up neither time. Another customer even tried to help with finding the correct screw.

If you lock products in cages you should have someone there to unlock. We don't have time to wait 20 minutes. Just build gallows and hang the thieves.

I had to replace the sub flooring in my kitchen and hallway and the materials that I thought that I would need turned out to be not the best the health and assistance directed me take care of your life to pick out a superior product and for that I'm grateful
