We are very disappointed with this Camping World. We stopped in to purchase a new toilet for our motorhome today. Once purchased, we installed it ourselves in their parking lot. We went back in and asked the salesperson if we could put on some water to make sure the system works. The Camping World employee stated “no, we don’t have water”. I pointed out that I purchase RVs from CW, and yes, they do have water. He then said he would check with the service manager. The service manager came out and gave the same excuse. He then told me that “we don’t just give water to the general public”. I told him I am not the ‘general public’, I am a customer. He told me that if I wish to make out a work order, they would check my water system for me and UN-winterize our RV for me. I am capable of doing this without paying someone else to.. As a side note, we drove from frigid weather in northern Michigan at this point. All I wanted to do was to put water in to make sure the new toilet worked properly. We had already driven over 1000 miles trying to get out of the cold temps. I know we were tired and frustrated from the trip so far. This attitude we were dealt by the Camping World employees was so unhelpful and frankly puzzling. I would assume that many of their customers stopping in are in similar circumstances, and would appreciate some help, rather than how can they wring more money out of you.
I was prepared to not only purchase the toilet at this CW ( which we did), but was also planning to purchase new batteries etc that would have been several hundreds $$ for this CW. Instead, we left, feeling that this Camping World outlet does not know how to treat their customers. It left such a bad taste, that I am not inclined to use any Camping World for our future RV needs.

Very friendly but didn't listen to what I was looking for and showed me stuff way out of my range. When we finally got right on the numbers I was so frustrated with how disingenuous the whole thing felt and took my business elsewhere. Pressure sales tactics. trying to get me to come up there weeks before I told them I could every chance they got. Using fast phrases like "let me show you easy it is to take one home" that make my skin crawl. It's not a pleasure house it's a dealership I'm not looking for fast and easy I'm looking for trusted and reliable. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very disappointed with the ongoing support from camping world. We purchased a 2 year old used unit from this location and after getting it home immediately had problems with the fridge turning off randomly. The only way to get it back on would be to bring the slide in. We already had a service appointment scheduled for problems found during the walk through so we had them look at the fridge at this time too. Not only was I charged for them to look at this problem after literally just buying the unit but they essentially were calling us dumb and just said you have to hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on. They did nothing to try to evaluate the problem we were having or figure out why it was shorting out. Got the unit home and it still was having the same problem that they claim they couldn’t recreate. (It did it immediately so I question if they even put the slide out to eval.) We took multiple videos on different days of the issue and shared with our sales rep who was going to try to help convince the service department this was a problem. I never heard anything else. This location is a far drive (an hour plus) from our house and the truck used to pull is my daily driver. It is not easy to find the time nor is it cheap to keep bringing the trailer back up for maintenance. Not to mention I don’t want to continuously keep paying a diagnostic fee when nobody will listen. We also already had multiple trips scheduled already so our schedule is not conducive to repeated trips for the same problem. We have been stuck managing our fridge turning off randomly when the slide is out and having to bring the slide in to turn it back on when we realize it is off. Now we are on the road and the fridge does not turn on at all no matter where the slide is. Overall just disappointed that I paid about 100k in the end for a coach with a dysfunctional fridge, paid another diagnostic fee right after purchasing to be told just to turn the fridge on, and now I’m out over $500 worth of groceries that have gone bad on our excursion because nobody would listen and look for the short and the fridge is now 100% nonfunctional. I went with camping world over other vendors because it seemed like there was more long term support between their store and service department but I think I was wrong. They got their money and a problem showed up immediately and we are left to figure it out on our own. I did buy all the expensive service plans they push at purchase but I have to get them to believe me that there is a problem before I can even use that to fix the issue.
Update: After reading other negative reviews I’m realizing this service department has been an issue for others. I hope everyone else learns from my and others mistakes when purchasing from NLR location and using their service department.

I looked for the perfect camper for a long time and found a ton but all were too expensive. My family had purchased a couple campers in the past from Drew Mendoza at camping world in Little Rock. So I contacted him and in a matter of days he found me the perfect camper and the right price! I’m very pleased and honestly impressed with how much he helped me in this process. If your looking for a camper don’t waste the time looking yourself call Drew he will make it happen.

Another update: it’s getting fixed under warranty at the camping world in Sherwood. They’ve kept us updated and actually figured out the issue unlike the camping world in NLR. It’s crazy they care about us when we didn’t purchase from them. They have been absolutely amazing and I hate myself for not buying from them. Go see Sherwood camping world where you’re not just seen as $$.
Update: another place will be making the repair and they are going to ensure they actually fix it.
This place only cares about the sell. They don’t care whatsoever after the sell.
-went to pickup the camper on the scheduled day and time, we waited so long just for them to tell us the hot water heater was busted. Why wasn’t this camper checked over before being sold or before they set up a day and time for us to pick it up?
-finally went back to pick up the camper. The toilet was leaking. Was told that was impossible.
-they didn’t give us a power cord. Had to go back up there. This is the third 80 minute round trip we had to make to and from this place due to issues on their end.
-went on a trip they knew we had planned before we even traded our other camper in. The camper slide wouldn’t come out and toilet was in fact leaking. Took it back up there. This is the 4th 80 minute round trip.
I feel this unit was not checked over whatsoever before being sold.
-Got it home and immediately had to leave on a trip. We assumed they fixed it. They didn’t. The slide wouldn’t come out unless we pressed the slide in and out buttons 10+ times. Today the slide is still broken and there’s a motion light that turns on and off constantly which drained the battery.
Called yesterday and the manager never called back. My husband asked them if they can do something for us (gas money, store credit, fix it here, come get it, etc.) since we’ve wasted a lot of time and a lot of money on diesel because of their mistakes. If it was our mistake, we wouldn’t expect anything.
I desperately wanted something big enough to allow my husband, our large dogs, and I to go visit my younger siblings for long periods of time since we lost our parents, they both had a baby on the way, and we don’t have other family nearby since we were a military family that was stationed here. We knew not to buy here because word of mouth, but we did anyways because I allowed my personal issues to cloud my judgement. We have never regretted a purchase or felt ripped off until now and we have made a lot of “fun” purchases for ourselves since we don’t have kids.

Buyer beware - Do not use. After buying many cars, homes, etc throughout life this place outshines them all with lack of integrity. They lie about what they will do, include, fix etc. Bought a camper with the guarantee they would take care of the refrigerator, replace the exterior lights, install the washer which doesn't work and list of issues and deliver it ready to go. They delivered it without taking care of anything they said they would. The sheer amount of lies sold here is outrageous. If you try to go in and get help they act like no one is in charge and well they were going to do it but will have to schedule a later time and never actually get anything resolved. Next step will be to file a consumer complaint with the AG's office.

Had a great experience overall with the Camping World team in NLR, AR. My salesman, Drew Mendoza, couldn't have been more pleasant. I will start with Nov 2023. We bought a new 2023 Geo Pro travel trailer camper from them. It was in the shop 3 times in a 7 month time span. Their service department is not good at all, and none of the problems were fixed. Highly unsatisfied with the manufacturerd warranty on that camper as well. (Why I gave it 4 stars)
Fast foward to July 2024. Called the main manager, Ryan at the store and explained all of our issues to them, and they promised to make it right. And indeed they did!
Kevin in sales was our sales guy, and he did a fantastic job helping us get into a new camper and out of the other problem camper. He went above and beyond making sure we were highly satisfied and had everything we needed for our new camper. (5 stars for sales department)
We traded for a 2024 keystone bullet. Have only had it a little over a week. We took it camping this past weekend, and so far so good..🤞

Great experience from these guys! I drove 7 hours to buy my class b here and it was totally worth it. Everyone I worked with in reception, sales, finance, and service provided an excellent experience! Kevin my sales manager came through on everything just as promised. Everything was transparent with no surprises. They seem to truly value their customers. Some Camping World locations may be lackluster but this North Little Rock location is a true gem!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the North Little Rock Camping World. We had an appointment to look at a 5th wheel. When we arrived everything was ready for us to look at, the unit was open, powered up, and ready to show. We then decided to look at another unit and Drew Mendoza had it pulled up, plugged in, and open to show us right away. There was no pressure, Mr. Mendoza was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to us about what we needed and what we were looking for. We also really appreciated how organized everyone was and all the communication via text messaging. This allowed us to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. This was a great experience and the best experience we have had buying an RV. We would highly recommend Mr. Drew Mendoza and the great staff at this camping world!

Purchased a camper. The "techs" that hooked up the camper did not have the right ball on the hitch, nor did they let me know that I had no trailer brakes. They let me leave unsafe. My walk through was done by another salesman due to there staff shortage. I was there several hours for delivery. My salesman said " They should have covered that in your walk through " when I called him about the brakes. I asked what do I need to do to get brakes. He said he didn't know what to tell me. I guess a sale trumps safety. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Good place to find a RV, but not great. As for service, good luck, there are people who claim their techs are trained, but I needed to explained how stock solar panels work. Adding insult to injury, communication is horrible. If I don't call, I would grow old waiting for my RV and nothing would still get done. I do not recommend this place.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to both Luke and Todd, they really helped us find what we were looking everywhere for elsewhere. We came in and first were given a very warm welcome by Luke who listened to what we needed and directed us to the parts department in the back, even going out of his way to bring someone up to the front to meet us. We were talking over a part that we were looking for that we couldn’t find on the floor, and initially we thought we weren’t going to be able to get it without a part number or without special ordering it. Todd wasn’t even the person we were talking with but he overheard us and went out of his way to find the part for us that he knew he had. They were both so nice and accommodating and were very glad that we stopped in here. Once again, thank you so much Todd for making it a point to go out of your way to help us and to Luke for being so warm and welcoming!!!

Went in to Camping World in Little Rock to look at trading our camper in for a bigger one and our salesman, Blake, made it so easy for us. He listened to what we were wanting, narrowed it down and showed us campers in our price range that had the features we wanted and more. He helped us find the perfect camper for our family. Everyone was so helpful and nice and easy to do business with. Blake even delivered the camper to us the next day and helped us set it up and answered all of our questions. I cannot express enough that you do not want to buy an RV from camping world. Check out their BBB ratings and reviews on other websites. Also check out camping world sucks Facebook page. You can see the enormous amounts of issues that involve camping world. They deceive you with purchasing and financing. We are still in the process of recouping costs. They say to call a number but you will not get any answers. They pass you off and say things like “we contacted the dealership.” They lied to us about financing and will not provide any paperwork we have asked for. They made statements about other banks financing offers but will not provide proof from the bank. They told us we had to purchase good Sam insurance and a warranty package. Neither are true. The answers are vague-no transparency. Get an RV but not from camping world!!

If you're looking to buy an RV, go see Blake M. at Camping World of NLR. I thought I knew what I wanted, but he opened my eyes to other options. I ended up with a Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S. Blake was very informative, easy going, and funny. I felt like we got a great deal and was taken care of at every corner of the deal. I highly recommend these guys when you get ready to buy an RV.

This place is a joke. I applied online for financing received notification I had a hard inquiry from them. When I spoke to Phil and the manager they had no clue what I was talking about. They even told me to go back online and reapply. For what another hard inquiry on my credit. They should have been able to pull my information and if not send the Little Rock location information I asked for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid these guys like the plague! I won't go into much detail but, my unsatisfactory experience with these guys cost me a lot of time, money, and energy. They aren't worth it but letting others know how horribly they do business definitely is. I will go out of my way to never do business with another Camping World anywhere in the U.S.

Terrible terrible experience. Just recently purchased a camper was told all the checks and whatnot were completed on it cool great, but not even a month after purchase we notice one of the seals came undone and ended up causing water damage. When brought to camping worlds attention they told us that there was indeed a work order saying it had been resealed and then told us that the water damage was caused from that spot. They then gave us the run around for almost another month. Then today was told that “in good faith” they resealed it but will not be fixing any of the water damages. We also still have not received our plates for our camper and it has been 3 almost 4 months from purchase. Do not purchase from here.

The after sale service is terrible. We have had nothing but problems with Camping world. Frankly they don't deserve any stars.

Hello,
Camping World in North Little Rock, AR. Has really gone downhill ! This is our 5th camper from them, we bought a 2023 forst river ultra light 2912bs on November 18,2023, took it home, and the boards in the bathroom cabinet Fail down and the bedroom door fell off track put camper door back on track .went on a camping trip door, fell off track again, opened awing, and saw a hole in the awing,theater seating was lose , so on Saturday, November 25th, took camper back to camping world was told it was ready for pickup December 4th 2023 went to pick it up did the walk through door was not fix Theater seating was loose. Screws were out of it. Hole in awing was patched boards We're fixed, so we left camper for them to fix we were told the next day they couldn't get to it right now that they would have it ready Thursday so we pick it up Thursday December 7th 2023 at 4pm every thing Patched up . get it home, boards fell down in cabinet again, and our TV remote is missing, and the batteries are missing out of our soundbar remote. Called Camping World, and they said they would call us back tomorrow that the manager is with a customer. I should have gone to Moxie rv like I started to do !

I've had more than a few challenges with things not working with my Winnebago Vista.
Each time, Austin Banks in their Service Dept. has gotten me an appointment in a timely fashion + had everything repaired correctly.
He is courteous, quick, thorough + efficient.

Waited for over 5 minutes in check out !! No was there!! 3 people sitting at welcome desk chatting about their thanksgiving holiday and I was never acknowledged so I left items on counter and left!!! Actually ordered items on Amazon cheaper!!! I would never go back!!!!!

Called ahead, scheduled an appointment, verified part availability, brought the RV in for a recall. They were unable to replace the regulator because it had locktight on the threads... Luckily for me, they rounded off the nut on the hose, so now I get to buy another one of those as well as a regulator because their incompetence doesn't allow basic mechanics.

We had a nightmare situation involving a manufacturer defect in our camper. Very long story short, general manager Ryan Crumb was able to rectify our situation. After hitting brick walls at every turn for months, he was willing to do the right thing and provided excellent customer service. He not only listened, but he had the ability to make things happen when no one else could/would. We thank the Lord above we were able to cross his path.

Won't fill my water tank because it's not an rv but a truck. With this amount of incompetence I wouldn't bring an rv there if they paid me. Go back to school and get an idea

I walked in and immediately felt like I was in a car dealership. I made it to the service department and was sadly able to derive my own solution before the 3 lackadaisical young men could direct me to their mobile team that I was supposed to contact via their number on Google maps (i.e. call us and we'll give you his number.....). Why not give it to me now?
Anyhow, I walked around the store and the 5-10 familiar items that I would use on a camper were also available at Walmart at approximately half the price. I try to give every business a chance but, unless I'm needing to buy a brand-new camper, I'm not likely going to ever come back to a Camping World.

We had an appointment for service at 9:30. Unfortunately we had a flat going there and didn't arrive until 11. After 3 hours we made an appointment b for another day. Staff was understanding but it was the best they could do as the thermal coupler sensor had to be replaced and none were in stock. They were also busy. The other work they needed to complete was work started and not finished at Camping World in Jacksonville FL. Which was very disappointing.

They are no more than used car dealers!! Don't go there, especially if you have to travel any distance to get there. If you try to get them to honor a deal advertised, good luck. They use "bait and switch" tactics. Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone! I traveled over 90 miles because I was made to believe I could purchase a new RV using their Zero Down, No Payments for 90 Days promotion. No such luck, but I had to drive 90 miles to their dealership for them to tell me that. They couldn't even do me the courtesy of telling me I would not qualify for anything over the phone. They are all LIARS, and will do anything to get you in the place.

Drew Mendoza was my sales representative. I purchased a 2024 Thor ACE 32B. Drew went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and we were able to receive the unit in a timely fashion. I had an appointment for service because I was sure it would be a quick fix. After 1 1/2 hours we had to leave for another appointment. I told my service rep that everything had gone out at the same time, so I was sure it was a connection issue. She wrote it up as 2 jobs. It was an issue with the disconnect switch, but I was charged for for 2 jobs because it was written that way. Rep and her boss are much better at repeating their catch phrases than listening. Had to make two trip for a simple fix.

Great sales experience with Blake! Highly recommend asking for him. Been camping now for about 4 years. Always heard horror stories about Camping World. Didn't have a single bad thing happen. Blake answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy before driving off.

Had amazing service!!! Mark at camping world went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted he communicated daily until he found us the perfect camper for us!! I will definitely recommend purchasing from here and ask for Mark to help you! I have never had a salesman before that bent over backwards to help us!!! Highly recommend

Don’t be fooled by the exceptional customer service. It stops the moment you sign the line.
When you make an appointment to get ur camper worked on, it literally always takes 2 days for them to even look at it, and usually a week to get it back. When you ask why the service sucks, they will always compare it to buying a car, but they’ll never give you a loaner. 90% of the time,!when they say they’ll call you with updates, just plan on calling them. When you have problems, they will joke and say “it’s a camper, none of them are built good these days”
No credibility or accountability with this business. Go anywhere else to buy your camper

if I could leave -5 stars I would, worst company you could ever do business with! Nothing but scammers. They totaled my camper and claimed that I brought it in like that! After five months without my camper and hardly any feedback, I finally got a new camper…found many problems before even leaving the lot. The manager of the company promised me he’d send a guy to fix it all when we got the camper home,(never did, and never would answer any phone calls) when leaving the lot my skylight broke off the top because they left it open… wouldn’t spend a dime with this awful company!!!!

Was not happy because we were lied to about the RV we we wanting to buy. A lot more damage than we were told. They also had let the RV sit there for months with the gray and black tank full!! So disgusting!

Don't try and get any parts that are needed for one of the trailers they sell. Waste of time. No one can give you a straight answer. Then they just keep giving the run around.

We have had our Wolfpack toy hauler being repaired, they have had it for almost 7 months. We had the refrigerator fall within the first week we had it and were told a replacement would be ready and they would call us. That was almost five months later. They also had to fix the toy hauler door, neither of the screen doors sealed so the bugs came in. One of the doorway frames had been cut too big. They have called us multiple times to pick it up and each time it has not been fixed. It is a three six hour drive for us each time. We were told by their corporate office that ownership is tough. We wonder how someone can say that when the problems have been there since it was manufactured, how does that equate to a consumer problem and how are they not responsible for a product they sold? By the time it was all said and done we are paying close to a hundred grand and making those monthly payments for something we've not been able to use for almost 7 months. We were offered a trade for an extra thirty grand on our end. My opinion camping world socks, buy a tent.

They will tell you anything to get a sale including lying. They did to us. Salesman told us the camper would run off the solar panel. We were going to buy another one but it turned out it doesn't. If we had known that we wouldn't have bought it.

My husband and I worked with Darius as our salesman and he was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns. If we decide to upgrade in the future we would definitely work with Darius again! The rest of the staff in the process were also terrific and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

My salesman Sabastian C was great. He got me the rig i wanted from out of state.
Service dept had to do a small repair and didn't take long at all.
Went home satisfied with the rig of my dreams.

Now, if a person goes in there to look at a camper/rv and comes out with two; what does that mean? It would have been 5 stars but they take just as long as buying a car, which takes two hours more than birthing a baby.

The salesman, James was great. He worked hard in the 105 degree heat to get us in the camper we wanted. He worked even harder to get us financed. Toni, the sales manager was terrific even when my husband was being difficult. But hey, he wanted to make sure we were getting the deal we wanted. When it came time to finalize we worked with Steven for all the extra stuff. He was great until we began talking about our hometown, Powhatan. I told him it was a small town and he said, "does that mean y'all are all cousins." Now, I am aware of all the jokes about Arkansas but sir, you live in the same state. Here we were spending all day at this place just trying to buy a camper and the whole great experience ended with a guy, whom is suppose to be professional, calling me and my family inbred in frontt of customers and everyone who worked there that was standing around. I was able to tell our initial salesman about the ordeal because I was offended and wanted to tell someobe how the comment made me feel.

Probably the worst buying experience I have ever been through. Was told one price, then after driving 3 hours, getting insurance setup, paying for some parts, I am met with finance telling me it is a different price. I was given the agreed upon price nearly 3 weeks ago and they waited until I had driven all the way up there to change the price on me. Went on expecting one thing and I was lied to. Awful experience.

Worst Service Dept. Our camper was in service more the than we had it. Took it back time after time...still not right! But we are so done with them. They break more than they actually fix!!!! Wish there was a negative 10 star button.

Online customer service sent me to this location to return an online order. The store clerk refused to accept the return, stating, "we don't carry boating items and its a hassle to send back". Customer service apologized for the store and sent FedEx to pick up the package for free instead. Wasted a 30 minute drive because they didn't want "the hassle".

My wife is a traveling nurse we live in a 42 ft 5th crossroads volante we bought from here and buy almost everything here and had extra aftermarket stuff done to accommodate us in our fifth wheel and have had warranty repairs done here. It's in the shop right now and they are fixing brakes and slides. They will try there best to make things easy for you and we love dealing with older guy in parts. He actually know the scope of whole place and everything.Wife did travel work up and Washington but majority of the time says in Alexander Arkansas lives in camper. So it Farley close to Memphis where we live. Stuff might be more expensive here as far as work being done but you get what you pay for and here it's excellent service and repairs.

The best Camper World experience that we’ve ever had. We are on a 30 day RV road trip and decided to upgrade in route home to Chattanooga TN. Thanh you Sam, Isabella and a Stephen for everything. And a special BIG HUG to Isabella. She helped me move everything from one RV to another🥰.

Garth was the most pleasant salesman I have ever worked with at Camping World of N Little Rock. I have bought two other campers from y’all, and this was by far the best experience. He explained everything very well, was very polite, and it didn’t feel like he was trying to put on a sales pitch. It seemed like he genuinely cared, and we really appreciated that.

I’m giving them a 1 because Zero is not available! The absolutely WORST! NEVER use these people! We were supposed to have our camper by Saturday… then Monday … then Monday at noon… after 5 pm
And I’m the rain my husband finally getting to pick it up… he waited literally all day… they do not do what they say!!!

Helped me get the camper I wanted/needed at just the right price. Ended up having a couple windows leaking but they helped me get everything sorted out and were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend camping world and all their wonderful associates to anyone looking for a camper!

If you want to trade in take it to Moix in Conway. Same MSRP and same asking price on new camper. The almighty Camping World offered 41,000$ on my camper that books for 61,500$ and Moix offered 55,000$. Just a 14,000$ swing driving 35 minutes down the road. MAKE SURE YOU SHOP AROUND!!

I have to give a BIG shout out to Molly in the titling department. She has been so kind and helpful in assisting us with getting a replacement MCO after the DMV lost it. It has been an extremely frustrating situation dealing with Keystone and the DMV, but Molly has been a bright spot in that process. We had a super smooth transaction trading our smaller travel trailer for a larger one while making a cross country move last summer, and she has been incredible almost a year later. Doubt we'll be in Arkansas again, but for those that are, I highly recommend this location.

Stuart our service advisor walked around our camper before and afterwards. Listening to our issues needing repaired. And so patient with us! This is our first camper and we're glad we made the decision from Camping World! If you want great campers at a great price with follow through with their service department, they will take care of you!
