Five Below

I had placed an order for in-store pickup a few days ago and went to pick it up yesterday. I was helped quickly and my bag was right there waiting for me, however the young man who was helping me said it didn't look right. I opened it up and sure enough, the bag was missing 3 items. Other stores may have said the items were unavailable or sent me to look for them myself, but this young man took off to find my missing items without hesitation. He was friendly and kind when he returned with everything I had ordered, and made this a pleasant experience where it could have been a frustrating one. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Customer service on the phone is not it! I called 2 times, the 1st time she said let me put you on hold then hung up on me, and the 2nd just hung up after I asked my question. She also barely acknowledged me.

It was my 1st time in Five below and I first want to say I had a kid smile on my face and I don't know why. Great candy section, great gadget section. Bought two tshirts with some cool prints on it. Electronics were pretty good. I mean the candy is what really caught my eye. I'll definitely be back. It may be my new little store for quick lake trips.

My kids had a great experience. The only thing I didn't like is they ask if you want to check yourself out. They do have a very big and nice variety of stuff

Awesome place for teachers and young parents to grab a few toys for littles.

It's also a little... Dangerous. 😅 All those $1 to $5 items add up quick!

It is a little disorganized but the cashier was polite and friendly.

I always find interesting items and spend more than i planned to spend here! Of course i need 3 pairs of sunglasses...only one would be boring! Yes, i do need a 10 pack of cartoon character socks! One pair is not enough! And i need more gadgets that light up and change colors, too! ....floating disco ball light for the lake is cool to have...and a big mat to lay out on while i watch my ball float away...i got two!

It was our 1st time ever, it was awesome the deals they have in this store. We went down ever Ile in the store. We got more stuff then what we came in there for lol. The customer service was great they were every welcoming, had a very pleasant experience. Was excited to get these big water guns 🔫

It is one of the fun shops in the McCain area. There are so many kinds of products in this shop. A lot of sweets, children's toys, clothing, decorations, pet supplies, sports equipment, etc. in a small store! There were more smartphone goods to attach to the car than I expected. These products are very reasonable so I was able to make a very good purchase. I would recommend this shop.

Always a lot of cool things to choose from. Hate that customers open things and leave things messy. Always go in and spend more than I expected since they have a wide variety and a lot of in season or trendy items

This most recent visit was very busy in the store so it was a bit difficult to look at each item and choose which one is best for the money. I think they should carry more complete art sets that include better paint.

Reeked of marijuana. Looked like a tornado had rolled through. Rude customers and kids running wild through the store. I know that's not the store's fault but we left after a couple of minutes.

We don't have one of these close to home. I happened to see the store while going somewhere else. I love the selection here. The only thing I think could use a little more attention is clearly marking prices on items, since there are items of different prices.

Some items are great while alot are junk and candy. The manager working and checking people out was not friendly at all and seemed like we were a big bother to her to question the price of items or return an item.
Makes me not want to return.

The store is generally clean, but the staff won't let you use self-checkout yourself so that they can mark the positive customer experience on the self-checkout option. This is really weird to me. I've had instances where the staff says the other checkouts are "broken" so they can insert your card at self-checkout and stand over you.

Disappointing selection of products. The layout is confusing, many things don't have a price on them (or on the shelf beneath them) and the store is pretty messy (or at least it was when I went). They're no match for Dollar Tree, that's for sure.
