The Hispanic manager is outstanding and all about customer service. I am impressed! In addition the store is outrageously faced, completely stocked! This was around 8pm. My 9 year old son was so impressed he filmed this video. I’m so happy to have this Stater Bros. Market locally.

I'm not quite sure what's changed, but something definitely has. The 395 location was cluttered, and the aisles were not as wide. Everything seems so much more open and clean. Even the staff seems happier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I heard they got a new manager, looking forward to shaking his hand and thanking him for the positive changes to our local Staters. John is the best butcher. If you need quality cuts, stop by and see him. It's time to get my jerky on!!

This is the closest Grocery store in my area.Been coming to this location for about 5 years.Stopped by to get some Tri tips since they were on special $6.99 lb.When I pulled the Tri tips out of the Packaging I noticed they had so much Fat on them.Almost a Pound Each.Will not be buying meat from here Again.Sad to say but even Walmart has better Meat than Staters.

I was very disappointed going into Stater Brothers at 8:00 this morning. I went to the bakery to buy a cake and their cake case were almost completely empty where the birthday cakes are. You would think that early in the morning they would have a full case. I have worked at staters before at a different location and I know that the cake decorator comes in at midnight. So I don't know why the case was THAT empty..... If the cake decorator was off you should hire a back up. I had a picture to show how empty the case was but it won't let me post it.

I went to Deli for chicken and the old bitter racist woman name SANDRA G serve me unfortunately people like her should not be unemployed. Stater Bros should not hire people like her.. this is a people services. If you Sandra G don’t like your job go home or don’t work.. people like you do not deserve to have a job when the job requires to deal with people. There is plenty of people who are desperate for jobs and will serve and work with a smile on their faces.. shame on you.

The local sb supermarket is generally decent inside, though the parking lot cart situation remains a mess. Have to admit concerns with the security staff, as some make it a bit too obvious giving uncomfortable attention and looks to certain minorities. Yet when if ever I have to go in the store and see some person steal they won t flinch so what s the point, either commit or quit pretending being security guards. A major issue is with the card readers, which display the 4-digit card PIN during payment. This presents a serious security risk, as it could lead to theft of sensitive information. Its concerning that management has not addressed this problem this has been happening for quite awhile maybe they change their ways 2025.

The store is clean and kept. They were sold out of my favorite cheese. Carolina Reaper; nevertheless, I rarely see out of stock items in this store. Full deli & bakery with a sushi chef. Stater brothers has always deliver 5 star service .

Overcrowded and a rude attendant working the carts. Pushed in front of my husband and I and didnt use manners. Ran a cart into the wall too. The cashier at express check out was not friendly nor did he smile at customers. Let the manager know. He said hed take care of them.

Stater Brothers is a good store mainly for their meat. Their fresh meat section is amazing. They are sometimes very expensive compared to other stores, but what else would you do you know? The bakery section is off the charts

The people are friendly and the lines are never dreadfully long like some other stores. The aisles are clean and they generally have what Im looking for in stock. Over all a better shopping experience than most in the area.

Stater Bros Market is a staple grocery store for S.California hands down. They always have very competitive prices and one of the best meat counters around in the Budget to mid end categories. Best cut offered is the Filet Mignon so no Kobe beef however you will some great well marbled choice cuts so kudos to their meat buyer. Other than that, I have always had great interactions with the staff and really never a bad experience. Market is kept clean and the fruit and veggies stay pretty fresh.

I have never been inside such a beautiful grocery store in my life! There were rows and rows of merchandise. There was plenty of fresh fish and a beautiful meats too.

The staff there is great except for one, she is very childish and goes out of her way just to mess with me, I have complained to a manager and he said he would handle it but she continues to stare me down and bother me. Her name is Liz and apparently she s rude to some of the staff but they are scared to speak because she s friends with some of the managers I really wish they would make her stop!!!!

Wow we spent over $20 on a small round cake and when picked up, the box was sealed closed they didn t even bother to write happy birthday Melinda on the cake as requested. Instead, what we received was a piece of hard plastic stuck to the top of the cake with the words sloppily written on it, which took most of the -barely there- frosting off of it when removed. Top top it all off, they missed letters while spelling 2 out of 3 words. Way to go, stater bros! That disappointment really took the cake!

I gave 4 stars because on a weekly basis every time I buy bagged lettuce or any produce thats delicate it gets smashed. That makes it useless to me and a waste of money. Today I gave the lettuce back and went and got another one.A few weeks ago we bought some packaged meat which cost 18 bucks and it was bad. I was also double charged for slivered almonds. This store should teach your baggers to do better and cashiers not to double charge customers.

I had came Christmas ever the checker that had helped with me and my mom was giving her co worker attitude cause he needed help but she wanted to be on her phone and then when she was doing our other transaction she was slamming the flowers trying to get it to scan and could have messed our flowers up

Ive gotta give this store in Adelanto 5 stars. I found a wallet someone left on a shelf and turned it in. They opened it to see the ID and immediately paged the man listed. He might not be there but I have full confidence they will get this wallet returned to the rightful owner. Also, I did my monthly stock up here instead of going to Walmart just based on that fact alone.

Their employees and staff are not of most help. I asked a lady, which looked like a lead/manager if I could get use the restroom and she said someone would open the door for me in a rude way. She left and no one came So I asked a cashier and he gave me the code to the restroom. I dont understand why theyre rude if CS is supposed to be their job.

I usually shop at the Redlands Stater Bros. 5 for that location. While visiting my daughter we went to this Stater Bros , but we were unable to do any shopping. Why, well due to medical conditions I am losing the ability to walk and I need to use the electric cart to shop and at EVERY other Staters my daughter or boyfriend go and bring the cart to me, well at this Stater Bros my boyfriend was confronted by the security guard and denied access to the cart. I was gonna attempt to walk into the store, but it became painful and after almost falling, I decided it was best to shop somewhere else. My question is why would the security guard stop a disabled person from spending money at the store, yet did nothing about the couple of homeless people who were in front of the store yelling at the building and a few customers...

We ordered the Cleo n Leos chicken for a party of 50 and there was chicken leftover. The red potato salad and the 3 foot sandwich were all gone. Good service.

I am so disappointed. I will never shop at this market again. I do my best to support all the local small markets and businesses. I will make sure I go out of my way and shop at Walmart. I spoke with three employees, two of them were managers NO RESPECT. stater brothers you have just lost a loyal customer.

I really like shopping at stater bro s but this time I had an unpleasant experience with the cashier who s name is Elizabeth G. I came in and spent a total of $211 worth of groceries. The first few items were WIC items. I let the cashier know that before she started scanning items. While she was complaining about her day to her coworker who was bagging my stuff, she noticed some items that were not covered by WIC and would tell me in the most rude tone this is not covered by WIC and then she would put it aside. I kept telling her that I knew that some items were not covered by WIC and that I still wanted to purchase them. Anyway she kept putting things aside and stating that WIC wasn t covering them. I got really irritated because like I had told her I was going to purchase the rest. I ended up paying for the rest of the stuff with my debit card. I can t believe she was so discriminating just because I was using my WIC card for some stuff and kept putting things aside before even asking me if I wanted to purchase them. It doesn t matter how a customer is paying for stuff the cashier should have had better customer service and instead of throwing off bad vibes management should reconsider the people they are hiring who are the frontlines of customer service. I know not all cashiers there are as rude but someone like Elizabeth G should not be representing the store with that unprofessional attitude. No customer should ever feel any type of discrimination no matter what method of payment they are using.

More rotten meat, bought two packs of chicken and a pack of pork chops. The chicken is supposed to be good till tomorrow and the pork chops good 10 days from now. I live 9 miles from the store, went straight to a perfect cold fridge. Each item we opened was foul smelling. $20 in the trash. I will be calling corporate Edit review: changing my 1 star to 5, they were quick to respond to my review and the store manager called and had me come in a replace all my spoiled meat. I really appreciated that and the timely manner it was handled.

This is a ghetto market. Fried chicken is the best. Prices are high. Bacon has no salt. Long lines and a manager who doesnt return calls. Dont shop here until they improve.

I love shopping at staters but I have been very disappointed in the meat the last few times I bought steaks they were tough and I called Corporate as I was asked to do so and the person asked if I had my receipt and I said no but they have a copy of my receipts so since I have the dates I shopped and the amount I spent they could easily look it up but didnt do it so Im literally about to quit shopping for my meat here if I keep getting tough steaks that I cannot chew because meat is not cheap these days to buy something thats not tender enough to eat and I used to love staters meats prior to this last year i had stopped buying top sirloin here years ago because it was always tough for me to chew but now Ive had trouble getting good rib eyes and tbone steaks

Bought a tri tip roast friday the 15th for $20, when I go to cook it I see on the package it expired the 14th. Selling expired meat for full price, ofcourse I have no receipt now

We went to Chase Bank today and utilized the public restrooms. They were extremely dirty. Im positive that this grocery stores bathrooms wouldnt pass a state health inspection. If the public bathrooms in a grocery store arent clean... What does the food storage unavailable to the public look like... Yuck

A great grocery store! I would usually visit this spot to purchase some beers and harder liquor, when I visit High Desert. Since it is conveniently located near the place, where my relatives live. The prices, of course, are quite fair, and there is a good selection of drinks to choose. Without drinks, they sell other items, such as groceries, magazines, popular DVDs, and medicine. Still, the only items, that I have purchased in this establishment were beer and whisky. Furthermore, the staff working here is friendly and polite. So, for these reasons, I am giving a five-star rating.

I love this place. The meat is the best. You never have a problem with it being rotten like Walmart or the Mexican markets. I try not to buy it anywhere else. if you cant seem to locate something that cashiers are always willing to help. We all have our favorites! I even take time to let management know what a good job theyre workers are doing. I just wish they would pass on that information to the worker themselves. A little does go a long way when youre acknowledged for doing something so good. Best market ever!!!!!

It is a typical grocery store. This one is located in Adelanto, near US-395. I have been here several times, when I was visiting my family in High Desert. Usually, they have deals to purchase grocery items and liquor. At the same time, they sell wine at discounted prices. Furthermore, this store carries one of my favorite beer, Red Trolley Ale. Without beer and wine, they have good deals on strong liquor. Of course, without alcohol, they had a good variety of meats to choose from, at fair prices, or even discounted prices! If anyone is in High Desert region, I would recommend to shop in this store.

Dont these people know you can get sick eating uncooked chicken. I bought some fried chicken and when l started to eat it l realized it was still raw. Grose, l should have known better. It has happened before there. When this happens, it ruins your taste for chicken ever. Over cook it and then we wont get Ill!!! I prefer like most people when the meat falls off the bone not bloody bone..yuck!!!

Customer service window never has anyone working. The wait is always 15-20 minutes. The cashiers tell you that someone is coming they called and your still waiting a long period of time. This has happened more then a few times. It s a habit. Another time I was in the store a fight broke out between a customer and an employee, the man checking me out ran outside left me and another lady at the register. When he came back I told him it was very unprofessional. He said they re told to help each other. It was already several people helping it was his job to remain professional and finish assisting the customer in front of him. Most of the people are nice. I ve had more bad experience than good.

Great place to shop nice and fresh prices if you have coupons its better surprise over there the food its fresh great steelworkers are very polite very respectful very kind they come to you and you need help family friendly very nice sea speak to you what is a tone thats respectful they help you take your groceries two cars if youre ill the cashiers very nice very respectful on point any help with anything they help you like leaves somewhere over there danniel, Big Mac, Juan, Angelina, Alfred, Sarah, juanito, and Felix in the meat department these people been there for years These are nice people why you should cheer for them for their hard work these people are really polite really respectful very nice who stars in the bathrooms and the floor clean especially the windows clean great place to go shop I look around surprises...

Cashier that handle register #0 for some reason not the friendlies, being state bros a high quality market, management could reinforce customer service procedure. Like I said, cashier only have to deal with us (customers) for no longer than 3 mins tops, BUT those 3 mins make checks for them. I dont came to the store to make a friend!! Maybe they can use that as a motivation....to provide better service

This store is usually clean and has good stock. Its a tad busy at times but nothing unusual. There are at least three cashiers at a time. Downside, youll pay between .80 to $2 more for an item than at Walmart or WinCo. And the meat products are even more expensive.
