I went to Baskin Robbins tonight and I got a banana split which is my favorite. Diamond and Alexa were so helpful and made my banana split and they were not stingy worth the price for sure I will be back great customer service from the both of them.

Went to Baskin Robbins at 11:45. Sign on the door says they open at 11. I tried both doors. Then a lady comes out and looks at me. After 5 minutes another lady comes up to the door and hangs a handwritten sign up saying "OPENING @ 12 PM".

Apr 20th, 2024. An employee was having an attitude issues. I wanna thank her cause she made me leave and I’m trying to cut on sweets and carbs. I have no idea what happened but it had seemed to her that I was rude and I was totally not.

Jessica , Isabella and Julie are the sweetest ever !!! I love coming to this location and btw I like this location better than mall the girls at mall location are so rude I will not go back there ! This one they are so friendly the girl w the blonde hair at mall is rude the short blonde . She needs an attitude adjustment

Don't get me wrong, but I liked their ice cream and their milkshakes but I'm not trying this location again. I ordered from DoorDash three weeks ago, a strawberry smoothie and a cookies & cream milkshake. It arrived on time for my order just the way I like it.

When I tried the cookies & cream, it gave me laryngitis and a sinus infection from drinking that milkshake! What did you guys put in there? Diseases and bacteria?! I was sick for 1/2 weeks and I felt like I didn't have the energy to do anything. ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS make sure to wash your hands before using the machines and wear a mask!

Be cautious when you're trying new things you never tried before people!!

Tryed the ghost pepper featured ice cream flavor,"spooky and spicey", I think it's called 🤔 anyway it's was delicious and is now in my top five,,," also employee there was very friendly and nice good atmosphere a good place to go.

We order a white Oreo ice cream cake 🎂 & we got a chocolate Oreo ice cream cake.which the birthday boy does like chocolate cake 🍰.So Disappointed 😡with this ice cream cake…the birthday boy did eat his cake!

Alexa so amazing. She’s not stingy with the ice cream at all and gives me amazing portions! I tried asking for her number but she refused because she has a boyfriend. So beware because she will decline you!!!

Its 6:13 pm friday 03-11-22
I asked for 2 large strawberry shakes. The girl poured half the cantainer of milk. Maybe 3 scoops of ice-cream. She blended it up, it look like just milk only. I had to leave the cups there and walk out. I told her i wasnt happy. I paid and left the cups of milk there.
I'm never coming back.

Got to there at 7:59 someone walked out before we got to the door and the two girls working locked the door right before we went in. I guess they close at 8pm not 9pm. They should fix it on google.

I love ice cream...but we couldn't get a brownie sundae or strawberry ice cream both were out! On a Friday night! But staff were friendly and we still got ice cream!

I can not recommend this ice cream shop. If they want to service all types of customers, then the restroom should be open. Especially for customers who require special accommodations or for those of us with small children. How is one to wash their hands before eating or handling food? Grocery stores have restrooms open, as do other places that serve food.
It is unfortunate this business does not care about being humane.

Basking-Robbins ice cream has always made a banana royal the best. There ice cream cakes are the best birthday cakes ever. You can have one made any way imaginable. The people are friendly and helpful with your ice cream dreams. I would recommend to anyone that likes ice cream to try it here.

Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days before the day of my daughters birthday. Their online notice says to order at least 36 hrs before. So I ordered the cake with plenty of time. My pick up hour was at 11:00am When the store opens. I was driving up at 11:40am to pick up my cake when I get a call Saying my cake won’t be ready until 1-2 hrs. I called at 1:48 (2hr later) to see if my cake was ready. They said I can come pick it up in an hr. Didn’t end up picking up the cake until 3:20pm. For a small $40 cake that was not ready when needed And for the girls being rude about it as well this establishment get a 1 Star from me. Going somewhere els with my money.

My family and I love this place! It's our "Cold Stones" of Adelanto, lol. I love the flavors! If you go, you must try the Jamoca Almond or the Oreo Cookies and Cream! They have real Oreos and large cookie pieces. My children like all the different cones. It's a nice Summer treat 😊.

Baskin Robbins has always been a childhood favorite and still to this day. I love going on the months that have a 31st day. Polar pizzas can be made to order as well. Although a little over priced, they offer coupons and deals through the app.

Horrible customer service. They locked the front door at 8:59pm. We were inside through the other door at at the exact time and the ladies refused to service us saying they need to "get out on time". Way to put customer first. My daughter was heart broken.

Ice cream was good five stars for sure however I was watched with everything that I did from the time I entered the door without saying anything to me. So it felt uncomfortable. Other than that it was nice and cool inside and there wasn't any wait time 😊

I bought a royal sundaewhich has two scoops n banana n whip cream n all the other good stuff well I get home so I could eat it I couldnt believe how small those scope were there was more banana then ice cream there was more whip cream than ice cream.
