The apple/raisin/walnut danish is spectacular. Several kinds of pastry with fruit filling (try the CHERRY). They also sell Sangak, the persian bread that is an absolutely must try if you've never had it before. Best flatbread ever. Right next to Maral and a MUST TRY. A fabulous bakery, great addition to Agoura Hills pastryland! Easy parking, blue sign spaces right in front, with sloping ramps, or park in the nearby lot. And..maybe you'll even be lucky enough to find some shade under a tree. Definitely try this bakery!

Baklava has an artificial taste. They forgot to put walnuts, pistachios, and honey inside. What a horrible taste of vegetable oil. A big No we are going to this place again.

I would drive an hour for their French toast. The best we’ve ever had. Delicious salsa for egg burrito. Flavorful chai tea. We enjoyed every bite!

From the menu Challah French toast with fresh fruit was out of this world! Exceptional cappuccino. Picked up pastries from the bakery side for a family gathering and they were a huge hit (Oreo cake was raved about). Can sit outside with a paper and really enjoy the morning.

As I recall, the bakery couldn't provide a latte - the machine didn't work so only drip coffee was available and it tasted old. The baked goods were great.

First time the sandwich was great, second time in the sandwich (bagel) was as hard as a rock, the meat was slimy and the cream cheese was like water, one bit and threw it in the trash, I should have brought it back and asked the maker how they did not notice that the bagel was rock solid.

The avocado toast with poached eggs is truly the best I've ever had. The cucumber tomato side salad was perfect and service was prompt and courteous. I was almost halfway thru a trip from north San Diego County to the Central Coast when I happened upon the Village Bakery and Cafe. Great place! I would recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Came to visit since I was new to the area. Walked in and waited in line behind a guest. When the cashier was bringing food to another guest, she nearly ran into me. She never said excuse me. I stepped over a bit to give her a clear walk way. On the way back to the kitchen area, she did it again. Rude manners.

A friend of mine sent me a tiramisu cake from village bakery for my birthday on Friday. It was incredibly fantastic. I mean truly off the chart, great. And I can’t wait to try their other items!

Family owned...fresh breakfast and lunch meals as well as a gorgeous, delicious bakery. Casual, order at counter and wait for food to be brought to table. One of my favorite local, casual spots!

Great service. Fantastic organic coffee. They even make the decaf exceptional! Fresh pastry. Relaxed environment. Good prices on all items from lunch sandwiches (on their freshly baked bread) to while loaf or sliced to order bread varieties. Nice place to get some computer work done. Beats Starbucks down the road.

Quaint low key place where regulars go relax and catch up with each other. The menu has something for everyone. The waffles are light and fluffy and the coffee is fresh and grinded fresh for each order. I had the Americana coffee and it was the best.

Their coffee is so good and not expensive! I wish I lived nearby so I could get iced coffee from them all the time. Really, don't even think about going to Starbucks when this gem is right there.
Delicious pastries! I could happily eat an enormous bowl of their pastry cream with a spoon.

Lovely cafe, decor, and friendly service. Delicious food! We really enjoyed the green omelet, Italian omelet and 3 cheese kachapouri. So delicious. Even our kids ate and loved the omelets. We will come back often.

Far, far beyond what the strip mall joint it first appears to be at a distance. This is a classy little upscale and at the same time homey cafe where I had some of the best restaurant food anywhere. Quite surprised and delighted. And the service was genteel and graceful. Am actually astonished.

Wonderful challah and French toast. Not quite ready for "prime time". Long time from placing order to order delivery to table. Worse, toilet was broken. Hope they get things straightened out by the time of their grand opening end of this week.

Extraordinary. So happy to have found a quality coffee shop and the pastries are divine! We tried one of their many protein shake offerings and were not disappointed. Healthy ingredients, wonderfully made. Looking forward to trying their homemade rye bread and more of their delectable deserts. Outstanding!
