Simple and short..
Unfortunately I can not recommend this location as I was expecting...
I went to different Burger King restaurants..
But this one mmmmm
I don't know if the manager was having a bad day or mood..
Because we can feel as a customer that between her and the other employees were in a bad team work time..
I wasn't the only customer to noticed ..
Believe me..
Please I believe there is not that many locations
Don't mess it up!!
We just wanna have a good time eating our burgers and fries..
And one more little thing they need to be be more inform or trained about the app..please please fix this!!🤔

I just went to have impossible burger and it was great. Total cost for the combo is $9.47
It’s worth it.
I never had a actual burger as I’m Indian and we don’t eat cows 🐄. But this burger is actually a good option even for vegetarians. I know it’s a vegan burger but others can enjoy it too.

Food is not bad at all but my hamburger bun was cold. I wish they were more dedicated when it comes to there burgers. Dinning room was clean. Staff wasn't so friendly. My picture don't look like the commercials. Lol

Typical burger king food, but they over fill the French fries, which is nice. They are open later than other places nearby. But the cashier was the nicest person.

I have been to many burger King's and would rate the one on kanan road one of the best, food is consent; never been when the food not good. Some BK's have bad times to go the food is slow to come out and is made in rush and looks it. And the lady at the drive through is always nice , and has never messed up my order. You rule !

Hi,,,I would have been,,,,but it is not the first time,,,,that Mrs. Paula arrived,,,,she always gives us a bad arrival,,,,and we are a group to buy... we decided on a group We have to go shopping when she is there.....but thanks to Rosita who always helps us, with a smile and guides us.

Had not been to this BK since I was in high school about 8 years ago. I showed up after their lunch rush I presume, and while at first I was skeptical that the 5 mile trip on my 30-minute break would be worth it, I was blown away by the quality of nuggets these guys served up. I expected overcooked hanger-ons scraped from the bottom of the fryer (what I received at the BK in Northridge and that turned me away from ordering them again since last month); what I got were sizzling fresh bits of the whitest and savoriest pieces of fast food chicken one could only dream of. Two of them got stuck together somehow, allowing me to tear them apart and witness the healthiest nugget meat Id probably ever laid eyes on. It looked organic! My tastebuds were elated, I could feel each one ecstatically chanting praises of appreciation for my brilliant move to head down to this nugget dispensary.

It started when I first walked in with the attitude from the guy at the register after that we sat down and started eating and thats what I noticed my wife sandwich the pork sausage wasnt cooked all the way I took it to exchange it for another one but they made me feel like somehow I uncooked it so keep an eye on your food Make sure that its cooked all the way

Great spot for a char grilled burger, careful with the driveway if you dont own a big truck. Parking: Driveway is very tricky for anything thats not a truck.

Usually a trip to burger king or any fast food restaurant is a pretty mundane activity, you pretty much know what to expect before going in. Tonight however, the customer service I received from Mr. Jose (working evening shift 12/21 around 630) was truly exceptional! He really made me feel welcome and more than that, he went above and beyond when serving my food. Apparently there was an issue with the ice cream machine but he quickly offered a slightly different alternative that was just as good! We have all had plenty of experiences (looking at you ronald mcdonald) where the employees just say oh ice cream machines broke order something else but that is not the vibe at this burger king! They were all working hard and focusing on their customers but definitely needed to shout out Jose in particular!! Hopefully a promotion or raise is in his near future because people like that deserve it!

Your lobby closes at 10 pm, so why did you lock the doors over 10 minutes before? I ordered pickup and had to go through drive thru for no reason. Lock the dining when ur supposed to, not before smh.

Just had the best Impossible Whopper at this Burger King. It was amazing! Many times Impossible products only tend to be served... luke warm, for some reason. This sandwich - the patty was hot and flavorful, the veg was crisp and fresh, the bun was fluffy! Thank you, Agoura Burger King, for the best sandwich Ive had in a very long time!!!

Everytime I go to this place there s a problem. Buns are done right overcooked and dry. Drive through speaker is awful, food is forgotten with my order. Their phone number on Google is wrong and send people to Apex Dermatology. Also phone number on receipt doesn t work so don t expect to get your money back if they forget something. The food I did get is decent. Sometimes

The last 3 times I came to this location, the same lady was working the drive thru. Every time she gets my order wrong, and then tries to blame me for it. Never going there again.

$8.90 for a Whopper! Got a whopper and medium fries and came to just under $14. Got two whoppers for $5 at another Burger King just a couple weeks ago. No wonder theres never anyone at this location. Go to Jack in the Box across the street and get twice the food (probably even more) for the same price.

Very bad experience. Rude customer service. It was empty, so decided to go through drive-thru. The person that was speaking through the box, first of all I couldnt hear her right, so they told me to pull up to the window. Then I get to the window as Im giving her my order she walks away.. I waited for 5 mins and decided to just go across the street to McDonalds

I havent eaten at a Burger King since I was in High school... there was a time that Burger King ruled,just like Wendys.. now they are barely surviving. I used a receipt app called Fetch. If I purchased any item from there .. I would receive 730 points .. why not..? I ordered a Fish sandwich .. ... Apple juice that looked earily similar to Capri_Sun fruit juice. Well when walked in..there was only 1 customer in there.. Dead as a door knob.. I felt sorry for the manager... He was really friendly.. There is a television in there .that plays stations in Spanish.. The service was quick..I loved the fries.. the Fish was pretty good . The sauce taste like mayonnaise.. not my favorite.. especially on a sandwich . This location was really clean .. they are close by the 101 Freeway.. honestly I prefer McDonalds.. for fish sandwich s . In the end .. I received my points..I even mentioned that to the manager..

Food was cold, condiments like tomatoes, pickles look like they were thrown on burgers from across the kitchen. Items ordered were forgotten. This place I am surprised can even stay open. We will never be back.

I keep waiting for greatness from this store. That magic moment when it all becomes as promised. Those low low prices, the unbelievable bargains, the real steal promises that they advertise...I just never see it. I come by and the average item is a torn box on a shelf retailing for $100+ a piece like thats a huge difference in price cost. I keep coming back but I still havent found the deal that made the trip or the experience worth my time.

You might want to assume that customers know what cabron means. All we did was try to ask if they accepted EBT. A lot of people are going through tough times right now, no need to name call or make us feel embarrassed about it. also, we didn t get a receipt.

Burger King seldom disappoints. I just wanted a snack because I was planning on a good dinner. I got a Whopper Jr. It was just the right size. It was fresh and delicious. My order was less than $3. I asked for a cup of ice, as I had a bottled soda with me, the employee working the drive up window was so polite. She didnt miss a beat and gave me a free cup, they would normally give water in, with a lid and full of ice. Burger King needs to hang on to her and employees like her. She needs a raise and a great big Thank You for doing her job and taking care of the rest of us by staying on the front lines. Nicely done to the wonderful employee and to Burger King.

This is a decent/average Burger King location. I have ordered here a few times and I am usually unimpressed by the mozzarella sticks and cookies. Both seem like they have been sitting out for a while - the mozzarella sticks are always dry and not melty, and the cookies are hard and crumbly. Other than that it is a solid location.
