I visited the store on March 31, 2020 to pick up an order for a client. The food was ready. The staff were very helpful and fast and courteous. I enjoyed picking up food from here because everything always perfect and I never had complaints from clients. Their food is amazing at this delicious and everyone in the area likes their food you could order for breakfast lunch and dinner. The parking lot has a lot of spaces to park and easy access in and out close to the freeway

Stopped here and picked up an Abbott Southwest Salad 🥗 100% plant-based. I must say it was pretty darn good. I believe it’s a special right now, not on the menu. Has avocado, carrots and chorizo. The dressing that it came with was like a chipotle mayo. I really wanted to go for the California Sandwich because I’ve had it before and know it’s good, and one of my favorites. I was sooo tempted, but trying to stick with low carb. Got my salad and of course realized later they tempted me again by sticking a big piece of tasty looking bread in with the salad. Oy! Testing me. Now that I know, I’ll ask to hold the bread next time!

Update: Heard a response from Urban Cafe about my review and they did say the Abbot Salad was just added to its menu and it is here to stay!

Hearty sandwiches with good flavors on very tasty bread. We had the Sundried tomato and pesto sandwich and the southwest chicken sandwich. Enjoyed our lunch by the beautiful fountain in the courtyard!

The Californian sandwich is 100% veggie. All ingredients are fresh, but the artichoke hearts with the bread is what really makes it unique.

REALLY good food! I could eat their bread dipped in balsamic every single day! I knocked a few stars off because when we order take out, we've had items missing and it's frustrating. The white cranberry cookie is so good! My favorite is the lemon cookie but I haven't seen it on the menu in a while.

Best sandwiches and salads in Agoura, especially the Tofu Banh Mi. Fast service, even when they are busy.

Carlos and Jahrel are the best; they always make sure my order is perfect and are the reason I keep coming back every week! Keep up the great work guys!

This restaurant has never disappointed me in the almost 10 years I’ve been visiting. Everything on the menu is delicious, and it’s always well prepared. The staff are friendly, although there have been times when I thought that those at the register could some professional communication training.
The food itself is fresh and that bread is UNREAL (treat yourself and get a loaf to go sometime). Don’t drink soda, so not sure about the flavor/proper mixes, but the tea is usually good.
It’s always very clean inside and there’s lots of seating outside as well.
The only negative things I can think of are some poor communication at the register and the prices steadily climbing. But I guess everything is getting more pricey so…
This place is a strong option and regularly a pleasant experience.
The Turkey Club & Socal Chicken are highly recommended, and don’t forget to tip. :)

Love this place. Salads are huge and nutritious and not too pricey, especially considering the freshness and quality. I dont live in CA so only go to Urbane when visiting. Hope they expand out of state!

Picked up a quick dinner at this Urbane cafe location.

Friendly staff, no wait and adequate parking.

Ordered their So Cal chicken sandwich with chopped salad mix instead of spring mix, an extra order of their delicious bread and a turkey club sandwich, no tomato. Only took about 15 min to prepare and all entrees delicious.

Will definitely return to this lication when traveling through Agoura Hills area.

I love Urbane Cafe!! I was in the area visiting some family and decided to introduce them to the wonderful dishes. I went inside and place orders to go. They block off all the tables and practice social distancing which is a huge plus. The staff was incredibly nice and they were helpful with explaining dishes to my family that had not been before.

My husband accidentally ordered a tuna salad when in fact he wanted the sandwich. We arrived at the house and he realIzed he had ordered the wrong thing. We went back and they were able to exchange it for him even though he ordered the wrong thing. The customer service is amazing and they really do want all their customers to be happy!

Sleek and convenient Urbane Cafe brings decent sandwiches at premium prices. I appreciate having a healthier option in the area and find that their staff is friendly and the service is fast. The tables inside are sometimes dirty upon opening and it's often had to understand my order when it is being repeated back to me.

I have been coming here for about 7 years. The food is consistently good and takes about 10 minutes. The staff are always nice. They keep the place clean. The only downside which they have no control over is the horrible parking during lunch rush, with very few 15 minute parking spots.

Urbane café is a small chain that hopefully grows. The bread is freshly made in their ovens, and they actually accept Chase pay (see: 5% categories). This specific location had an estimated 25 seat indoor and a 15 seat outdoor, and parking was easy.

The food was satisfying, but seems a little lack luster. I ordered a sandwich and it came with a side salad with nut, cheese, and berry toppings. The restroom was out of order, but we could still wash hands. Overall it was an average experience akin to silvergreens.
