Panera Bread

We love to come to Panera Bread for the scratch made bread and pastry and soups and sandwiches. We enjoy the food very much and try new items that Panera Bread interduce for a short time. My wife like their catering because there's time when she have conference then she go to Panera Bread. I enjoy their pastrys very much they make pastry fresh in the morning I enjoy their Blueberry muffin their moist and taste really good.

Walked in ordered 3 - 1/2 Sandwiches. The cashier girl was nice I greeting me,. Took my order but didn't put down it was to go. So I walked up to the pickup window and saw my order was on 3 separate plates a if we were there to eat it there. So the gentleman was so understanding and helpful and packed it to go. I returned to the counter a dropped them a buck in their tip jar!. Not for not , getting my order to go but for the guy graciously packing my food to go. So the moral of my story on this cold Christmas Eve, is to be patient with some people for they may miss understand you....
But in end there's somebody else in line to correct t, he issue
that altimately eases the confusion and makes it smoother for us. Sorry , didn't take the piç til I was almost done. One quick word of mention is the food is great but a little disappointed in the size vs the price. There I said it. Usually don't fret on price but totally felt this one. ,

Stopped by for a quick bite. Pictured here is the Green Goddess salad, with 1/2 of a baguette. The pastry was a cinnamon roll, 50% off with the meal. My mom loves cinnamon rolls!

The salad was very fresh and delicious. The host was very energetic and friendly. He was helpful with the menu, helped us decide on our final order with suggestions on sandwiches or other items available.

There’s plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this place for a healthy meal.

They make their bread here, which I love (got a heart shaped bagel once ^__^). Food is always good. Love the new Forest ham and Gouda cheese sandwich --wish they could use the same ingredients for breakfast sandwiches! Love the warm bowl (very fulfilling). Salad is always fresh.

Always lots of people. Could be extremely busy during the rush hours (I plan my visit). Service is fine. For the amount of customers/visitors they have, they did the best they can to keep this place clean, both indoor & outdoor.

Influenced my boss (& maybe others) to come here for lunch xD

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was ok like a Starbucks people camped out on tables studying and what not. There I go again. Not for me, but I'm sure other people would like it.

I ordered in the drive through: Croissant and hot Americano . The croissant was terrible. It did not taste like what I excepted a croissant should taste like. It was heavy and doughy not light and flaky. The Americano had a weird burnt taste. Did they just give me coffee and not an Americano? They need to do some quality control. The cashier at the window was a bit aggressive, she was trying to do everything fast, but there was no line. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this Panera.

Food is good but I wish the staff was friendlier. I was looking for a to go box and had trouble distinguishing them on the shelf. The lids/ bottoms are not labeled and it felt unhygienic touching each piece trying to figure out which pieces turned into a box. I asked the staff for a box and they made me feel dumb for asking. I’ve worked in customer service and I would have responded to a customer differently. I’m not a usual at Panera and don’t see myself becoming one.

I came here for pick up and I have not tried the fine in yet. My overall experience of my pick up is positive. They have my bagels ready when I came. The process was very smooth. Their bagels are very consistent. They do a better job of cutting the bagels in half than the one in Pasadena.
Their interior atmosphere looks pretty good too. I hope to try the dine in someday soon.

Disappointed by the extremely small portions of the soup. I ordered a bowl of soup for $10 thinking it would at least fill my stomach, but no. The size of the soup is barely a sip. Don’t advertise a CUP of soup to be a BOWL of soup. 👎

When you're in the mood for a quality sandwich, enriching soup, or a super salad, this is always a good bet. However, this location is starting to look neglected. Tables are always dirty. Random folks pop in with their non-Panera cups and help themselves to drinks. The restrooms are just nasty with wet floors that smell like piss. The folks who work here are hard-working and fantastic, but I can see that this place is understaffed for the high volume it experiences.

I went for the new items on the menu. Chili and a chicken salad. It was an expensive meal and did not taste very good. I don't mind paying for good food but not when it is below par. I was not impressed. Corner Bakery is better in my opinion.

First time here. It's about lunchtime. The facility is pretty good, kiosk ordering, and quick service. There are plenty of seats for eating or working with laptops. Free wifi. Will come here often. 👍 👍 👍

Food is great, but customer service is very poor. Bread always comes out burnt instead of toasted and they claim to not have the bread available when it is ready for sale on the countertops.

If there is already a high demand on certain foods, maybe make more of that item instead of running out of said item within 2 hours of opening.

El ambiente está ocupado por un 80% de chinos quienes tienen otras costumbres difíciles de entender para latinos y americanos. A mi personalmente me molesta que se quiten los zapatos y pongan sus pies sobre los asientos. Por otro lado ellos son de consumir poco, muchos llevan sus comidas desde su casa y ocupan las mesas, se visten como si recién se hubieran levantado de la cama y eructan sin disimulo.

I had to update my review because today this place tried to kill me.
I am allergic to tree nuts and I asked them specifically not to to put pecans in my fuji apple salad with chicken, but they still did.
BEWARE! THIS PLACE PUTS NUTS IN YOUR SALADS EVEN IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC!

Probably one the “rougher” Panera locations I’ve frequented, likely because it’s just overrun with people at all times.
Coffee was good as always and the food was fine, but the (men’s) bathroom was quite disgusting and the place overall needed a good cleaning.

It was freezing in the restaurant and the food wasn't good. My first time there. I wouldn't go again. The bread that the tuna sandwich was on was gross. I thought they were known for their bread? Disappointing.

Just stopped by for breakfast- they were completely out of bagels which is very interesting…. so I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a brioche- egg was burned and had no bacon…. Very disappointing I guess I didn’t need breakfast today.

I got a grilled cheese and mac n cheese cup. The grilled cheese looked like the grilled the cheese on a skillet then put it on my bread. The mac was ok but for the price of it nope never again.

I visit this location almost daily, the staff is really nice and accommodating, I always order online and my orders are always spot on and ready on time, this location has really horrible parking, cars are usually parked for a long time in the rapid pick up parking spaces

I love a good bakery. I come here a lot. Only thing that bugs me is they let people sit at the table for hours. Seriously. I've come for coffee in the morning. And seen the same people sitting on the there computer at lunch. The staff is great. Always nice and helpful. Good people. The manager is great.

I have been here a few times with no problems. Busy restaurant that seems to focus on service without profiling customers. Interior is a bit smaller than typical, but there is plenty if patio space.

I called Panera asking for creamers since they always send black coffee thru a delivery app.
They dismiss my request. They didn’t even send utensils needed. Panera doesn’t allow to request anything on the delivery app like McDonald’s which have an excellent service providing creamers, sugar, Splenda, utensils, etc. A minus 2 stars for Panera for their poor service.

I picked up some chicken noodle soup, group size to go. To say it feeds four people is false advertising. I got four small containers, each with two noodles and barely any chicken in them. I was so disappointed to see what the group size was giving me for $27 and some change. I also got a small Mac and cheese ($8) and holy moly was that small too. You'd get more for less at a sit down restaurant ordering a "side" of Mac and cheese. Don't do what I did. Save your money and get food elsewhere where they'll give you more for your buck.

Went to get some soup and bagels with the family in the drive through. It all came up to just short of $31 gave them $100 bill. The guy gives $60 and some change back. So $9 short on change. Asked him what happened to the rest of the change and he tried to argue and then he said “sorry it’s my first time doing this” and closed the window on us. A few minutes later he gets our change. Who gives a $9 short change by mistake?! So sketchy.

I understand morning rush, but running out of aaaaall types of coffee and not having someone address the issue is very frustating. coffee is not great, very watered down. To Management your walk in/self serve custumers, are paying the same price as your drive thru ones, we deserve the same speed, and not be ignored.

The Caprese Baguette is always delicious. But my Tuna Salad sandwich was not wrapped correctly and it fell apart in the bag. 👎🏽
The Broccoli Cheddar soup was cold and watered down with water. It obvious the soup was reduced with water to produce more. I'll never return besides the fact that it's so expensive and mediocre.

I’m always on the road and Panera it’s my choice for lunch but not this location, been here twice and both times they had missing ingredients and I didn’t know until after I ordered, and also both times bathroom smelled terrible. Not coming back to this location.

Food is good, which is why I keep coming back, but the staff and the location is sub par. They prepare orders incorrectly, the inside of the location isn't constantly kept tidy, and you get the sense most of the staff doesn't want to be there. The location could be better managed

Ordered a Napa almond chicken sandwich with extra chicken and the way it was wrapped was sloppy and when taking it out of the bag the sandwich just fell right out making a mess in my car. Also there wasn't the extra chicken I paid for...the girl at the drive thru was nice tho. If it wasn't for her I probably would've given 1 star. The Panera bread that I'd usually go to by my work wrap their sandwiches tight and with like 2 layers of paper..nice and neeeeat.which is nice!

I can’t give a lower rating. Ray who is the acting manager of the day can’t even get his employees to answer the phone professionally. An employee answers your phone laughing and giggling as if it’s one her friends calling her cell phone. Ray much less can’t even get his employees to prepare food as the customer asks for it to be done. Ridiculous. A waste of money and energy on ordering from this location.

Food was excellent as always. My major complaint is...Panera Bread at this location, has turned into a gaming and laptop work hub! All the booths that seat a family/party of 4-6 were occupied by one person per table...laptops, spread sheets, books, etc. No food or drinks were present, while these people were selfishly occupying space. There was an elderly lady, sitting solo at one of the bigger booths, watching a movie on her laptop...again...no food or drink present. It appeared that she was dropped off by her family, and they went across the way to shop at Costco! The entire dining area was occupied by single people who turned each table into their personal work station. There was a couple with their baby, and they had no place to sit. I was part of a party of 3, and had to wait awhile for the legitimate paying customers to finish their meal, so we can have a place to sit! There's a great library in Alhambra, a Starbucks down the street. I do not get why this is allowed by Panera Bread!

Panera food is good in general, but this time, it failed. There was way more bread than the meat portion, i ordered the bowl of soup, and she ordered the cup, i asked for bread with the soup, and she ordered the chips, so basically, she ordered my food the way she wanted too.

They have good food and a nice dinning area. Turkey avocado sandwich was delicious. I give it one star because, they allow people to use the dinning room as a library to work on their computers or read books. There were no tables available to sit and eat. The most frustrating thing was that most people were not even eating, but just taking up space.

The food is always delicious, and today was no exception. I have no complaints about the food, at all.
The service, was non existent. Nobody was at the register and I had to order through their touch display pad.
The atmosphere today was atrocious. I had to eat my food while a dog roamed the dining room, off leash, eating all the scrap food that fell to the carpet. I love animals, but this was very irresponsible, by both the dog owner and the restaurant staff.

I always order rapid pick up, and it really is rapid! An order for two people and sides says it would take 15 minutes but it's always so much faster! I appreciate the friendly staff, and the restaurant is always spotless.
