Love the charbroiled taste of the cheeseburgers. Also the flavoring in the burgers are enjoyable. The french fries are crisp on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. Friendly staff and a simple drive thru window. When I call in an order, it is always ready by the time I get there.

Small and simple local place for breakfast and coffee. Ample of space with big wide windows. I was sitting here for about an hour on a Sunday morning and there was a steady trickle of customers coming in and out. It looks like the place has been there for a while and could probably use a face lift. Other than that, a good place to sit for a cup of coffee and toasts.

In their menu they say give sides for burgers, but dont give you any. The $15 dollar burger has grisly bits in it. Your only option for drinks is Pepsi.

This little hole in the wall has amazing food! I tried their Cocido. It had so much flavor the rice amazing! The soft beef tacos oh my oh my! Wait until you eat their Carne Asada nachos. Loaded with beans,meat,crema, nacho cheese guacamole and the chips are homemade! You get what you pay for. The price is worth it because youre not just getting small portions but portions that can last maybe two meals more if youre single. I go through the drive through if youre not careful, you will miss the window and the tiny restaurant. The customer service is very good. They make you feel like one of the family. I really do reccomend this place for any time.

This place is close to my house, and quite frankly, the first time that I ordered anything from there was just because it was nearby. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the food tasted fresh. I mainly order the burgers from there and they taste like a quality burger it s pretty large in sizeand the price is relatively inexpensive anytime I want a burger I go here instead of or another fast food place. I ve also ordered their breakfast burritos which are really good.

The place looks a bit like a greasy spoon from the outside. But the 2-meats breakfast burrito I ordered was very tasty and a good value. Generally, I do not like to order at a counter, but here, it was an easy thing to do since I was the only customer at the time. The staff person taking the order was very friendly, cleaned the tables, and also served the food. Visited Burgers and More for the first time today. I ordered the huevos rancheros, with hash browns and beans, and my daughter ordered pancakes. My meal: The beans were not warm enough to melt the cheese that was placed on top of them, the hash browns had a weird stale taste to them (I took one bite and didnt eat any more of them). The eggs were smothered in so much salsa which made the eggs almost unenjoyable and the corn tortillas tasted as if they were warmed up in the microwave. Long story short, I threw away more than half my food. The pancakes: First off my daughter loves pancakes! She hates the pancakes from here. I tasted them and I agree, they are pretty bad. Her words, Dad, these pancakes taste disgusting. Bottom line, I will never eat here again or recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if I dont like someone, Ill tell them to go here.

Lovely small business with an involved and hard working owner. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. The food is consistently good. Love the fried zucchini! My kids like going there for breakfast and getting the French toast with a side of hash browns. Ive ordered their bacon and sausage breakfast burritos for Honor Roll breakfasts at a local school, and everyone loves the food. Tip: Order in person or call in your orders, instead of using the website. (You pay a little more when you order online - some sort of service fee.)

Why would he give me a bowl full of fat and nerves? Gross! Dont order the soup! Dont show up an hour before closing time unless you dont mind them putting up all the chairs around you. I felt pushed out. I dont complain in person anymore. I just report the experience. People seem to think Im just looking for something free. Nope, I just expect to get what I paid for.

Stop here for a quick bite and ordered the chili burger the burger was good, the Frisbee crispy and well seasoned and the ranch dressing was f re sh creamy and delicious. The employees are kind and very courteous and the seating area is clean and organized. I would definitely return for a good burger again

Ordered the taquitos & quacamole order and didn t care for the taquitos they tasted like the kind you buy (frozen) at the store & the quacamole was so bland no taste to it, I ve tasted better quacamole! This is my very first review ever! Tried to order the burger steak dinner (shown in the picture) and was told they dont have it, so we got the steak dinner instead which was like 15 each. Went to pick it up and asked for forks and stuff, was told it was in the bag already. Got back to work and opened the bag and there was nothing to eat with and missing onion rings and fried zucchini. Called back to inform them, dude blames the cook and said he doesnt know what hes doing and tells us to come back for missing items. Walked back to pick up the missing items and when we got back to open it, only found 2 pieces of onion rings and 2 fried zucchini. Really? First of all, dude put us on hold on the phone for like 10 mins while we hear him shuffling around doing something and when I saw him in person, he doesnt look like he wants to work at all and it was empty when I got there. So basically I over paid for steak and fries.

I used to come here 2-3 times a week for my usual hamburger combo. However, since their grand reopening the food quality has gone downhill, prices have been raised multiple times, portions vary wildly between visits, and the customer service is just plain terrible. The issue is that their original team (who has been working there for years) arent there anymore, and they were awesome at their jobs. The new cooks and cashiers have no sense of what customer service is and simply dont care for the business. On my last visit, probably 5-6 months ago, I stood in front of the cash register for almost 10 minutes while the cashier was fiddling with paperwork and walking back and forth doing random things, but never took time to say hi or acknowledge me. When he decided to finally take my order, he just looks at me and says what do you want? instead of thanks for waiting or at least a hello first. Sorry to inconvenience you by trying to give you my money.

Walked in with my Lady to order early afternoon lunch/ dinner. The counter person was speaking to the cook as we came in. He disappeared. So the limited english cook walked up and attempted to take our order. I had to walk up and speak Spanish with him. Idk, maybe he didnt hear me? His question to me was if I wanted the double cheeseburger combo? Told him solo la cheeborgesa. He gave us the patty melt, double cheeseburger, and fries, which my lady order chili cheese fries. So, within the time, a young gentleman came in and corrected thee order. Basically saved the day. The food how ever was delicious and worth the wait and inconvenience. I will post up old pics I screen shoted off their wall.

FYI, the drive-through window is a one-stop place. You order and receive your food in one spot. Make sure to enter from the driveway on Valley Blvd. The food I had was good. They have outdoor seating for the pandemic.

No prices on the menu neither on the drive thru. I paid $40 for 2 regular combos and one order of French toast!,in which elsewhere that feeds a family of 4plus. The Asian lady taking orders at drive-thru doesnt know what shes doing nor does she gives you a receipt with proper taxes! Is a No for me! I came from Hawthorne drove all the way to this spot for pure disappointment. Apparently there under new management

This place is usually good. Been eating their burgers for many years. Customer service was always friendly. This last time I went however, I wasnt even sure it was opened as I had to ring the drive up bell several times - this was late afternoon. I ordered and got a burger that was somewhat soggy. I found out that the place recently sold and had some customer service issues that may or may not have something to do with the ethnicity of their customers. I sincerely hope the new owners have a serious discussion with their staff about customer service standards and give them some sensitivity training as well. I support small businesses. Most small businesses dont have the clout to compete on price. They do however, have the resources to compete on customer service. Please take advantage of it.

the worst service. at 10am june 17th i ordered food through an app. when i was greeted by a very rude employee. he told me in a few words that he was going to send an incomplete order and i should fight the app if it was a problem. when i requested a cancellation of my order he hung up. afterwards i called again and he gave me the name jose. unsure it is real or not dont buy here through apps!
