The food was just OK. The burger was good, but the sweet potato fries were overcooked. Some of them had that burned bitter taste.

Also, for a new restaurant there were broken things. Couldn't get a receipt because their printer was down. One of their restroom was out of order. Their disinfectant dispenser was not working during our visit.

Had no clue FTW was near my pad! Super excited about this as I've beat up the Hollywood and Glendale locations for years! Just stumbled onto Montebello location in Blvd Mkt a few weeks ago and now the Alhambra location (took over Grill Em All spot) a few min from me! Always great burger (crispy edges) and fries (remind me of the old school beef fat Mcd's fries), I'm simple and no frills and they do a great a job. Keith was the man (handlebar mustache) was friendly, cool peeps. Def coming back, open 'til 10pm movie goers; WON'T be disappointed!!! RT

I ordered a double cheese burger today and it’s really good. Surprising they’ve got Brussel Sprouts and it’s good too! Would certainly recommend to my friends!

We came on opening day, they had the promo of 300 free burgers! We had great service and despite how busy it was everyone had a smile on their face.

We had ordered their brussel sprouts, fries, and a burger with 3x patties. The sprouts were well cooked and seasoned (try dipping them in the fry sauce!!)
Whatever oil they fry their fries in comes through in the flavor of their fries.
The burger had cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and their sauce. The flavors were of a classic smash burger!!

Great burgers great location its just unbelievable that service takes this long when restaurant is not even at 25-30% capacity. I got skipped over by customers who came after me like 3 times & when i spoke up i got my food minutes after…cold… I’m trying really hard to be a loyal customer but not looking good.

FTW near Beverly center is a win for sure. But this Alhambra location needs some management help. I was about to un-retire from cooking and help the staff. You got 2 people running the place, 1 person on the grill. What happens if 1 guy calls out. People here are complaining about the time it took for get their food, and we are at about the 35 min waiting mark for fast food.

The place is so corporate it is uncomfortable to eat at. That decision to make this place wildly unwelcoming was bad. First of all I HAVE TO ORDER FROM A KIOSK and a single small burger is 9 dollars and jalapeños are extra. The sauce is good but this location has no refrigerated beverages. At least have the decency to stock some ice or let us know our drinks will be room temperature. I’m mostly upset at the owners and upper management for being so cheap. Our burgers came in these tiny little plates. While they are generous with fries this place is way overpriced for what it is. I really wished I had gotten in n out instead. Heavy handed and gold burger are much better than this place. So sad that Grillemall was replaced by this overhyped overpriced gimmicky fast-food chain that caters to hipsters and delivers nothing to a hungry customer. I feel for the front staff they are so friendly and welcoming and provide great service but this place is subpar in all other aspects.

Disappointed, food wasn’t worth the price. Felt like it was over priced for food with no flavor and poor quality. Place was dead, server’s looked depressed and were not friendly. The food didn’t live up to expectations. Wouldn’t go back to it.

This place is absurdly overrated. $15 for a burger that's objectively worse than a McDonald's burger. The patty is extemely thin to try and convince you to pay an extra $4 for another patty. The patty itself was extremely burned, yet somehow ended up cold on my plate. Bacon was undercooked. Sauce was gross.

Been to a FTW before in downtown it was amazing. The food was great and the atmosphere of the place was unique. I’ve never had a burger like that before in my life. Now at alhambra gonna eat it again knowing it’s gonna be amazing

I went here with my boyfriend. I had a burger that tasted amazing but, to my utter horror and disgust, there was TWO tiny hairs in my food. They were tiny but they were there. My boyfriend spent about $40 on two burgers and a drink and fries.

I went up, after eating about 1/4 of the burger and let them know that I had a few hairs in it. They advised they could make a new one but I have a phobia of hair being in my food so I opted to throw out the burger. They did not give me a refund, granted I did not ask for a refund….. but seeing as the economy is in turmoil and they weren’t wearing hair nets….. a refund should be the immediate answer if you want repeat business. Will not be back because I left hungry and extremely unsatisfied. Good luck staying in business. Please make your workers wear hair nets.

The burgers are flavorful and the buns are soft. This is one of my go to burger spots other than in n out!! They also offer sweet potato fries and mexican coke here!!! OMG!!! I would come back again :)!!! The only downside is that they are a bit pricey.

Came here because we were craving a burger and the food did not disappoint. We ordered the double hamburger with tomato and lettuce and a side of brussel sprouts. I love how the brussel sprouts were chard but not too much. Tasted like they were right off the grill!

If your in Alhambra and looking for a quick bite before a movie, highly recommend!

Damn the burgers here are super delicious, sometimes less is more and this is one of those times. I can honestly say this is as tasty and as gourmet as burgers get. The fries are stupid crunchy and flavorful. I always get a double cuz the patties are thin. But that’s because they have so much flavor packed in them. Highly recommend

Highly overrated and extremely overpriced. The food was OK I ordered a burger brussels sprouts and a Mexican Coke. It totaled $31. I couldn’t believe I was about to pay that for that food, but I needed to try it and see if it was worth all the height. Definitely not worth the hype, this staff was kind and courteous and prompt with my order for a burger stand to charge $31 is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. This is just not worth that price especially at this time when things are just so expensive definitely not worth it. But give it a try if you feel you need to get it .

Brussels sprouts were so burnt black they're probably carcinogenic. The cheeseburger was okay, but really salty. Bad cost performance. They don't have tap water as of this review date.

Burgers were so damn good. Fries are way too salty. If I'm paying 7 bucks for a damn shake make sure it's filled to the brim please don't be stingy I'm paying big I expect it filled but it's delicious. Good music liking the 80's wave music. Very clean. Overall 8.4 out of 10. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Don't order ahead of time. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, fry sauce and fries online. It was estimated to be ready in 20 minutes. I got there early with 7 minutes to spare and the food was already packed up and sitting on a shelf. Unfortunately the food was cold. I guess since there were only a few customers in there they were able to make my order right away. Overall the food was ok. Not terrible but not wow for $22. The burgers look delicious though, I like the simple menu and I'm curious about the deserts but from this point forward I'll order in person.

Burger's are good, but for 9 dollars for a single patty, doesn't seem like a good price in my opinion. If you ever think about getting a single it'll feel very light and small, better off ordering a double instead of a single.

Came for opening day. The burgers were fantastic despite the line wrapping round the building for over an hour. The team was friendly & fast. They had a great DJ playing some jams. So excited they opened a location near us. 10/10 experience.
