After waiting 30 minutes for our food, we were only informed of their system failures when asking for an update. The server failed to check up with us unless. The food was average but we were disappointed with the service. By the end of our meal, we had to cancel on some item we ordered because they were still not brought out.

We tried the three flavor broth hot pot, where you can choose three flavors. I like the mushroom broth, my wife likes the spicy Mala pot, and our child likes the tomato pot. This way, all three of us can enjoy our preferred flavors in the same pot. The lamb slices were thick and substantial; one plate was enough for us to enjoy. The restaurants ambiance was great, with a pleasant atmosphere. The only thing was that the music was a bit monotonous; I listened to Blackpink all evening.

A good, albeit not cheap (good, cheap, or close? Pick only 2) hotpot place. Ordering is done via The golden broth (pumpkin and carrot) is my favorite. Snack and sauce bar is great but does cost an extra $3 per person. Parking: Parking along the street, behind the restaurant, or in the parking structure across the street.

The ingredients are so bad. The bottom of the pot was very strange. When the pot was served, there were two large pieces of butter-like stuff floating on the spicy soup. However, after it was cooked, there was no butter aroma and no oil could be seen. I didnt know what it was. The egg dumplings had no taste of eggs or meat; the crab sticks also had no idea what they were made of, and they swelled up after being cooked for a while, which was scary. There is also the Sichuan peoples favorite Sichuan fish, which is simply half-dried frozen dried fish. It feels like cooked dried fish in the mouth. The beef was okay, but the amount was small. The service was not professional. The clerk brought us the bill when we didnt ask to pay. After a while, he said that the fire could be turned off. This behavior is very strange. I wonder what these people think.

After watching the TV series Brothers of Sun the scene was very atmospheric. I never dared to eat in because the price was very expensive. Today I went in for hot pot at noon. It was not only clean, comfortable, tidy and beautiful, but also had a special lunch price. I was pleasantly surprised. I even felt like it when I paid. Excellent value for money.

I have eaten a lot of spicy hot pot in Los Angeles, but in the end I still love this place the most! There are many food choices and the freshness is sufficient. However, the sauce section used to be free, but now you have to pay a small extra fee, but overall it is still great. If you have joined the membership, it will be more cost-effective. When friends come to visit, they will still be brought to Xiaolongkan!

If you have never done hotpot before, make sure you come with someone who knows. They are not good at explaining or helping out. I would recommend to come with 4 people at least, this way you can order to share more things (meat, fish, vegetables, whatever you like). I had the gold broth (chicken soup broth) and their original broth (spicy level 1). It felt very spicy to me but I usually like mild. So it makes sense.

Tasty cook your own hot pot and love their self serve sauce and snack bar. Marinated chicken feet and cucumber salad is the perfect snack appetizer! I love spicy but even I get mild for the soup so delicious but more of a dipping soup than drink by the bowl type of soup in my opinion. Bringing an out of town friend here today! Interior is fun for pictures. I ve been several times and would come back!

Literally there are hundreds of more decent ways to ask for the tips rather than come here and say the tips are fewer than you expected. I would say you were just giving the basic things that you can offer and most of the time it was just self service and I hate how you come to our table multiple times times aimlessly without noticing the water bottle has been empty. If you really want to serve and get your tips, keep your eyes wild open! Also, there is no shame for a restaurant to embrace the tips culture. Just tell us how much you want and say it on your menu!

The food here is pretty good. If you were looking for a pretty authentic Chinese style hot pot, this is a good choice. Take note, this place is NOT All-You-Can-Eat, so the overall pricing may seem pretty high as you add things into your cart. If youre the type of person who would rather pay a slight premium for food, this place is a decent option in the sea of hotpots in the area. However, if you dont mind a slight compromise in quality, and the peace of mind of eating whatever you want, I would probably suggest you heading to one of the many surrounding AYCE hotpot/shabu shabu restaurants within the 10-15 mile radius. Onto the service I received here, I cant say that there was no service, but very minimal. The day we went was a Saturday, and for a Saturday, they were not completely full. There was servers still walking around providing food, but no one would take a second glance at our table to clear up the empty dishes that held the raw food. We werent located in a obscure corner either but essentially in a direct path for the servers to go through to provide food to the other customers. Im not too sure what happened that night, but the overall customer experience was pretty bad. Hopefully they can fix that next time.

Definitely a hidden gem in SGV when it comes to hot pots. Great decor, pretty good service, excellent food. The price is on the high side (expect about $50 a person for a party of 2, cheaper per person if you got a larger party), but the experience mostly makes up for it. All you can eat snacks (pickled cucumbers and such) and desserts (ice jelly and such) are available too. Parking is a little lacking, but otherwise a great place to take your family, or a date. Would recommend.

LOVED HOT POT HERE! Great vibes, nice decor, friendly and helpful staff. Small parking lot in the back and street parking elsewhere. Quick service. Ordering dishes through the app to be delivered to your table is a breeze. You order 1-3 soup bases and then meat/veggies by the serving. We mainly focused on the hotpot, but we saw other dishes like seafood being beautifully plated. For just a few bucks you get access to the snack bar, including dessert and French fries lol. You can make your own sauce and toppings too! Food turned out very tasty, a great meal to grab with friends. Cheaper and more balanced than KBBQ. Highly recommend and will definitely be back :)

The food tastes good, the environment is beautifully decorated, and you can order by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone. Its a pity that the waiter asked for more tip when checking out. Is there any rule about how much tip should be given? If so, please indicate the game rules directly. Reply to the merchant: You said 6-7%. Do you use the price including tax to calculate the tip? Its obviously more than 10%. The whole restaurant uses mobile phone for self-service ordering. The waiter didnt introduce the dishes, environment and usage. He only came to refill soup twice and it was almost self-service. He said that the tip was not much. I no longer understand how to tip. Whats the purpose? I really hate restaurants that ask how much to tip.

Decent place to grab hot pot with a beautifully decorated interior. Parking is plentiful in the back and service is quick. One note though is that they forgot to serve a few items once we ordered them early into the dinner. It was a slight issue, but the meat was sliced a bit too thicc for me and my parents liking, although if you choose the more expensive option, they do have the thin meat. I may return, but i d rather hunt for another hot pot restaurant as Xiaolongkan was a bit pricey too.

Highly recommend this restaurants crystal tender beef, the quality is very good and the presentation is pleasant. The hot pot base is also great. I chose three bases for my first time and wanted to try them all, and I was very satisfied with the result. The most recommended thing is the butter pot bottom, which is very fragrant and authentic. I have eaten hot pot at several restaurants, and this one is the worst. I sincerely recommend that people who go there read the reviews and stop wasting their emotions and money. First of all, the waiters are very rude. There are two girls and a boy. He should be the manager. . There was not a single greeting throughout the whole process. Three people stood together and made fun, or just stared at you while eating. The experience was really bad . Let s talk about the taste, it s really not delicious. The bottom of the spicy hotpot I ordered had no spicy flavor and was full of foam floating on top. The amount of meat was very small and stale, the coriander balls had a peculiar smell, the pineapples were stale, and the fruits they gave were all junk. After waiting for a long time to pay the final bill, there were obviously not many tables of customers. They dont seem to care how their guests food was and they would never go back to eat there.

Its a pity that I cant give 0 points. The louvers, tripe, and goose intestines are all soft, sticky, and smelly. I spit them out every time I took a bite. If I put them away from me, they will make me sick when I smell them. Even the beef slices were fishy and chewy when cooked. I had never eaten fat beef like this before, and I vomited every bite. The duck blood is also different from other stores. It has been cooked for a long time and has a tough texture when you bite it, with a gluey feel. One person ate more than 130 with tip. Except for the crispy pork, he vomited everything else after a few bites. I came here once last year and remember it was not like this. Absolutely bad review.

The mutton shoulder was cut very thickly, much like the ones sold in Dahua. It is precisely because the meat is cut so thick that it affects the taste and makes it difficult to chew. Long Ges beef slices are also mostly fatty, a bit too much, and have a fishy smell after being cooked. The hot pot fried rice is only spicy and has no fragrance. Its like the base ingredients and rice are stir-fried all at once. The louvers are not very fresh. There are many small fruit flies flying around in the small material area. Service is ok. More than 160 for two people plus tip. Will not go again.

1. From the time we sat down to the time we started eating, no one gave me water, and no one asked if I needed water. I asked the staff for water, and they had a bad attitude. 2. Asked for napkins, waited for a long time, no one served 3. From the beginning to the end of the meal, no one checked whether we needed service. 4. The soup in the pot is almost dry. Ask the staff if you want to add water.
