Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered two of the Gotta Have it size bowls. Each of the GHI bowl is enough to share with two people. One bowl had Pineapple Coconut and Sweet Cream with roasted almond toppings. The second bowl had Vanilla and Chocolate with brownie toppings. The bowl with pineapple coconut and sweet cream was not too sweet, very creamy and you can taste the coconut and the pineapple chunks. This is a great combo if you want something fruity and the roasted almonds gave this a nice crunch to them. The bowl with vanilla and chocolate was a very safe, classic, and easy pick choice for someone that wants an ice cream fill and might be too overwhelmed by the other flavors. Topped with brownie pieces, this is a great chocolatey option that doesn't feel too chocolatey. Staff are really nice and patient while you order. They are no longer offering samples to try. Location is busy right along Main St and there is a nearby free parking garage that is time-limited.

This is a nice Cold Stone it's clean and the staff is friendly. The large "Gotta Have It" is only $1 more than the small "Like It". They have a few tables outside for seating.

Sweet little hole in the wall. Located right next to the Starbucks on the corner of main St. This is a small location but they have everything any other cold stone has. There was only 2 service counter attendees so I had to wait but it was not for to long. I got the coffee lovers and I loved it. Over all customer service was ok I still think the gal who put it together could of chopped it up better but I am still happy either way.
There is not much room to hang out inside but main St has alot going on so I think the best thing to do is grab your scoops of ice cream and walk around.

Horrible Costumer Service, asked for fudge on my ice cream and they said no, even though it come's with fudge, ice cream is overpriced and tased okay. Never will come back again, go to After's ice cream it's better.

They serve delicious ice cream and fro-yo flavours. One of the most interesting parts getting ice cream from Cold Stone is that they mix in the toppings of your choice into your ice cream by putting it on a COLD stone literally! One of the things I must say is even more outstanding is that they stand up for their customers' safety and health. If a customer in line is not standing 6 feet apart they will ask them to move. This is a wonderful ice cream shop, and I will most definitely be coming back!👍🏼👍🏼

Awesome Flavors! You have to try the Horchata!!!

I'm glad this location has remained open, despite the pandemic, because it was great to get some fresh ice cream.

Ownership there has done a great job of keeping the location clean and up to safe standards too. Highly recommend this spot!

The place looked fairly clean. There were only 4 tables and 8 chairs to seat and there is no seating outside. At the time of ordering the store did not have anymore sugar cones or waffle cups. The waiters looked very serious and not welcoming. Not very happy.

I like to treat myself to their big containers every so often but the recent one I purchased was kinda disappointing. If youre a fan of toppings like me. Dont grab the containers. There wasnt much compared to if you get a normal cup.

I give 3 star to the girl that served my ice cream. Instead of concentrating on my order she start saying hi to her high school friends and she was forgetting to add what the ice cream had. And she didn t mix the ice cream the way it supposed to be . Chopped chopped chopped. Instead she just folded the ice cream and gave it to me

I ve been to other cold stones locations even in the Bay where we used to live. Cold Stone Alhambra s cakes looks poorly done. Their small cake are way smaller from the ones I bought from other stores. So I bought the large cookies and cream I asked for a plastic bag but this store doesn t have bags so I have to carry the cake with both hands and since there s no allotted parking I was parked far so I walked far carrying the cake I can t even get my keys since I have my hands on the cake

I might not frequent Cold Stone as much as Id like to, but this location had me quite perplexed, and NOT in a good way. Not sure if Ill be recommending THIS location to any of my people. I shouldnt be so frustrated getting my birthday reward redeemed.

1. Good Covid precautions. Taped spaces outside to wait, inside as well theyve put up protective set-up 2. 1 star removed because I couldnt get the online system to accept the BOGO on my account. 3. They packed our Gotta Have It (largest size cup) to the rim. 4. They placed the first one in the freezer while they made our second order. 5. Inputting our rewards with phone number super easy.. you get a discount after you spend $50. 6. Good flavor ice cream and good amount of toppings. Weve been here a bunch of times, never disappointed. Its kinda pricey so its a splurge for us. 7. If you sign up for rewards, you get a BOGO for your birthday that lasts about 2 months.

Fast friendly service! They have flavor mixes youd never think of. Right now is the best time to pick up some ice cream treats for culminations and graduations, or a cozy night at home with a good movie. Yum!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ruined my birthday. I placed an order for a Mario cake that their website claimed was available. I went to pick up the cake and not only did they not have it ready, they refused to refund my money so that I could buy another cake. Please do not patronize these thieves with your business.

Usually love coming here after dinner or when my sweet tooth is begging for some ice cream, but lately they have been over mixing the ice cream too much that I get it melted. No one wants melted ice cream... Please stop over mixing the ice cream!!!

Buyer beware! The Alhambra Coldstone falsely advertises, overcharges their customers & then blames the customer for not asking for their daily special before you pay. Heres what happened... Alhambra Coldstone advertises on a self-printed paper their daily specials. This paper is posted on the glass plane where their ice cream is kept /displayed. The Friday special is buy 2 Create-your-own creations for $7. So we ordered 2 sets for a total of 4 & a Founders Special. We were charged a total of $25.34. When I questioned why we charged so much & the manager said because we didnt specifically asked for the special so we were charged the regular price of $5 each. When I explained that thats false advertisement & they were intentionally overcharging their customers, the manager said that I was the first customer who has complained about this. I demanded a refund on the overcharged amount & she refused. Long story short, I threatened to post my experience on social media & the manager hesitantly have me a refund. She accidentally wrote on my receipt explaining why she had to give a cash refund. When she realized this, she asked me to give her my receipt. Obviously, I refused.

Neither of the workers wore gloves nor did I see them wash their hands between customers. One licked her finger after got ice cream on it then proceeded with making the ice cream. One would Operate the register then go back to grabbing waffle cones with her bare hands! The fridge that is in plain view of the customers has an open can of Arizona Ice Tea, someones to-go lunch bag too. The cashier was eating from some piece of food wrapped in a bag behind the counter while waiting for the chip cards to process. So unprofessional and definitely not CLEAN!!! Health inspection needs to be done here, guarantee theyd fail! Will never come back.

ZERO stars! They dont close at 12am! Huge disappointment when I arrived at 11:26pm. I goggled their hours and it stated it they close at 12am. Its hot and I dont got any ice cream.
