Arrived at 6:30pm Thursday
Great fresh flavors with plenty of parking. I like mobile ordering for pickup at this location. I'm always of fan of the tropical juices they be have since the flavors are terrific!
There are male and female restrooms at this location

I knocked 1 star 🌟 off because the tables are made for children! Very small and can barely fit 2 people uncomfortably. Portions were also a tad skimpy but no big deal

He answered that they have plastic knives at the counter I can use. Apparently it is against company policy to do such customer oriented services. Although I always have had good food and service with this chain the burrito was cold or at best lukewarm, and unfortunately, the customer service was not the best. I will not be back to this location.

I was craving chipotle and luckily this spot was nearby.

I ordered a salad bowl with extra vegetables. Chicken and beef half/half with guacamole along with chips/queso. Solid lunch and it was delicious.

I’d definitely come back here again for other menu items.

They’re in walking distance of my house. So I visit them a couple times a week. Their food quality is not consistent. Their portions are less than most other branches. There is always something with their dishes, whether their guacamole is too cold for the dish or there is chunk of Avocados instead of being well-mixed, or the meet is too salty, or something else. I would not recommend this branch.

The two bowls we ordered were cold. Even the white rice felt hard to eat. I was disappointed in the portions since it seemed less than I could remember. The chips were also very stale.

The food gets worse every day, my food was horrible, it seemed for animals and the service is terrible. I don't understand how they have employees with such a bad attitude, who serve what they want and not what the customer asks for. As if it's free, I definitely won't go back to such an ugly place.

Ordered a large queso and it came with almost 2 inches of plastic mixed into the cheese. I can tolerate the skimpy portions this location often dishes out but inedible foreign matter that could potentially cause you to choke is just awful.

Yesterday I ordered burrito and burrito bowl. Why are all the portions smaller?And the steak in the burrito bowl is very hard to chewy. Very disappointed!

Chipotle employees be skimping like the food comes out of their paycheck. Unless you ask for more you d practically end up with half a bowl. Raising prices every couple of months yet you get less n less food over time makes no sense. Not only that but the rice is mediocre, blocky and not broken up. Fajitas sometimes come out extremely undercooked, might as well give us raw vegetables. Would not recommend this location to be honest, very heavily dependent on who is cooking/serving you in terms of quality.

Hello I got myself and online order through Uber eats the driver was fast but boy was my food still very cold.I got 2 bowls and a side of cheso blanco the total came out to $50 five dollar tip included. Please make your old one orders later don t make them right away our food that we pay a lot of money for is going to get cold and it s bad customer service for the food. Do better you guys are an expensive place for food so live up to the expectations. One of my bowls was as well open and not closed properly . Never coming here again .

I like this spot. Food is fresh and it doesnt take long for them to get thru their line. Every employee was efficiently working while I was here and Id definitely go back when Im in the area again. Being a friendly staff goes a long way too. These people are Killin it right here Parking: Parking is a breeze. Shares a big lot with the grocery store near by so its all easy

Not family friendly. Yesterday my toddler fell through the back of the chair. Its not just the patio chairs that are unsafe but the plethora of high stools throughout the dining room. There is not a single booth to be found at this location. No matter where my 2 year old sat, they were likely to fall. The seating is inhospitable and unsafe for children. This is only 1 complaint I have about this location. A few weeks back we went at 7:45pm and they were cleaning the drink station where we couldnt get any of the flavored lemonades.. When asked we were told those drinks would no longer be available that day. Even though the location closes at 10. The patio tables were also removed from around us by 8pm though the restaurant would be open another 2 hours. These must be signs that I really need to take my children to eat elsewhere.. I really hope that safety is considered in future choices of seating. No one should have to fall while eating.

I havent been to this chipotle in over a year and I only went last week because I had a reward for buy one get one free. When we got here, the lady serving us was semi rude. She barely put any steak into my bowl and when I asked for more, she didnt tell me that it was an extra $5 charge. My husband got a burrito and even his carnitas burrito barely has any meat on it but she gave the lady and her in front of his more meat and filled her burrito up and filled up the kids meal as well. I also ordered chips and when we got home, we found out the chips were stale. The cashier was super nice and friendly and the food tasted decent but probably wont come back to this location.

Dont order a Burrito online here, they skimp on the meat. My chicken burrito hardly has any chicken in it, Sofritas burrito has NO SOFRITAS! They look big, but only full of rice & beans. Taste terrible too. Ill stay with BAJA FRESH Burritos, they are simply the best!

An extra scoop of steak cost me $5 (not worth it). The dude who served me seemed like he just hated being there. Food messed with my stomach and threw it up two hours later. Idk if it was the steak because it tasted overseasoned or if it was the guacamole. Anyway Im not coming back ever.

No thoughts were given to cross contamination. Staff needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of the counter. See the photo. The to-go box was slid over the soiled counter. Veggie bowl box was covered with bits of meat.

I came here once a week on lunch break. One day i decided i would try online ordering before going to the store. Wouldve been faster if i just ordered when i got there. Then the staff tricked me into thinking i had the right order. So i drive 6 miles back to work get to my office and its someone elses order, in the bag that says my name on it. I cant eat this food in regards to my diet. I have to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund. No lunch, lunch break gone, gas mileage wasted. Terrible experience. Ill never return to this location, or probably chipolte in general

I was seriously craving Chipotle and ended up upset with what I got. Customer service was seriously lacking. First, they didnt have enough carnitas to put in my bowl so she left it half empty. Secondly, they were out of cheese so she just gave me my bowl like that. When I was going to pay for my bowl, they took out a tray of cheese so I asked the employee if I could get cheese on my bowl. They added it as a side. I asked if they could put more carnitas on my bowl and I had to get it as a side (got steak since they were out of carnitas). So lastly, I ended up paying for 2 sides, when I should have been able to get it in my bowl originally. I just wish they would have had the items ready in the first place.

Small portion given unless your friend is behind serving counter. Might be my imagination but the meat items all taste the same. Watch the server as he shakes off meat serving utensils so you get less in your burrito or bowl.

Just complete trash , this is not for the workers but for the quality of the food , the meat is so hard I had to separate the meat off my bowl because it can t be consumed ,.. drove 13 minutes to get it I m not about to go return it but . I visited this Chipotle for lunch yesterday and loved this location! The food was really amazing and this coming from a Chipotle fanatic. Everything was super fresh. There was plenty of parking which was convenient too. I would definitely come back to this location next time I m in Alhambra.

I honestly can t understand how they can consistently make so many mistakes. I order delivery from here multiple times a week. Working from home. Half my delivery orders are wrong or cold. Today I received a wrong order through delivery again. The receipt had the same first name as me but different last name. (I m way too familiar with this as I have a common name). I call the chipotle hotline and sit on hold for 30 before hanging up. I drive down to the location and tell them I got the wrong order delivered. The manager (younger heavy set female) with a serious attitude, looks at the bag and says oh, there was two Anthony s, It ll be out in a minute then immediately turns around and walks away while I was trying to ask her about the delivery fee. I m standing there confused as to why I was being ignored and treated poorly for wanting the food that I paid for. So I ask one of the other employees and I watch them walk over and tell the manager. Then say she ll be right back. My food is done and they hand it to me. I look over at the manager and she walking to the back as I got my food. To that manager. All you had to do was say sorry and seem like you cared.

We absolutely love chipotle. We get it every other day. But today was absolutely the worst service we have received. When we get Chipotle, we always get a bowl with a tortilla on the side because we eat it like bread. But when we were getting the food the workers said that the we cant get one because they don t have a lot left and they are only for burritos. We asked to talk to the manager who s name was Martine, and he was the most unfriendly, mean, and careless to their customers, manager. He was talking to us as if we were idiots, and absolute garbage. We were very disappointed, and got food at subway. Who s workers were much friendlier then the chipotle workers. We are very dissatisfied.

I waited two hours on 10/31/21 for the Boorito event . They could of had the front people working on orders because hardly anyone was ordering in person. They had around 20 bags of food that people were not picking up because they didn t want to wait . Bad management, bad service and the worst of it all is that the kids didn t go treat or treating because we waited late .

Had not been to Chipotle for more than a year I think. I forgot how good it tastes! Friendly staff, cleaned regularly. Same great taste! Paid $16 for a taco, bowl and drink. A little on the pricy side.

Its a Chipotle, if youve been to one you know what the foods gonna be. Why does this one get a 5-star review? Because Ramses was really on top of the customer service and multitasking when I went in the other day! I came in at late-lunch time. It was clear the staff was working on some big online orders. When I walked in Ramses checked in with me right away and got my order up quick, balancing helping his coworkers with the big orders while getting my order just right, including double-checking my requests when I said them, which is a big help as Im often told I speak softly.

Food tasted good, like any Chipotle. But be careful ordering ahead. They served easily 30 walk-in customers before finishing my one single salad that I ordered through the app before coming. Pick up time was set for 7:50 but when I finally got to my car with my food it was 8:15. I was trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time this has happened when ordering ahead. They dont seem to be prepared/organized to handle both walk-ins and online orders at this time. Just walk in to place your order and save yourself almost half an hour.

i placed a mobile order and parked my car exactly at the time i put on the app. i walked inside and was greeted by one of the staff who was putting a few bags on the shelf. they asked my name and handed the bag over. the food was prepared exactly how i wanted it and it was so warm and good tasting. the punctuality of when the order is placed and flavor is key. ill happily be returning to eat here if im in the area again.

Employee with purple hair and piercings was extremely rude. I was confused on something they were saying, and they made me extremely uncomfortable with their aggressive demeanor.People that are un wanting of customer and employee interactions should not be in jobs such as these.

Not only did I receive portion that is so small that it is not even enough for a child and I can see the soggy bottom of the bowl I also receive a package that was soggy that the bag burst before I can even make it home out of the car, the container was so wet and disgusting that everything got all into my car seat horrible horrible experience even customers service was slow and acted like they didnt want to be there will not be back

Bad experience! Person making my order was not paying attention, I had to tell him numerous times what I wanted, and he still scooped up the wrong ingredient in the serving spoon, I had to tell him to stop and correct him before he put it on my food, and he still managed to mess up my order. Calling the restaurant when I got home was no help at all. Ill still eat at Chipotle, but wont be going back to this location any time soon.

Im big on quickly getting in and out of a restaurant when theres no drive thru for the obvious reason (Covid-19) so the in store pick up shelf is really convenient when ordering online.

We came in asked for Three tortillas and then when we got back we did not find any in the bag. They served us really poorly gave barely any food and one person told us that he is going to do what is comfortable for him and not make what we asked so we had to wait for him to finish.

I dont know if they were new servers but I ordered a chicken salad and my chicken with shredded not chop like it normally is in cubes and I dont even think I had a cup of salad , spoonful of corn. The bowl was practically empty.... for the price I paid not worth it they need to train their staff on portions!!!!

Personally I cannot stand the food from Chipotle. It physically makes me sick. It does not taste anything like authentic Mexican food I think Taco Bell has more authentic tasting food! I have ordered food from there and it was never right, when I went in the selection was very limited and very strange. Its all processed and the rice is absolutely horrendous. I tried a few times and got the same results every time therefore I will not be eating there again. Some people might like their food I just find it repulsive. I actually try to eat as healthy as I can therefore I cant find a healthy selection to my standards at Chipotle. They used to be a little bit better but now they really gone downhill.
