I stopped here today for dinner with my two sons. Overall, it was fine. Nothing that I would go out of the way for but it wasn’t bad. The service was great from the moment we walked in the door. I wanted black olives on the pizza, but unfortunately, they had ran out of black olives. there’s a nice area inside for dining. we paid roughly $42 for our three individual pizzas. This place is in a nice area with plenty of other retail stores.

I came at 1030am. Waited couple of minutes because i understand they just open. But i called one of the employees to help me out because my son has allergies on dairy and his class has a pizza party, but he can’t have dairy. So i have to bring his own pizza at a certain time like at 1130am. No later so i kinda was in a hurry. At first, i was grateful for the cook to step in and I wanted to leave a good review for him. Because that was nice. But when he hand me the pizza already cooked, i asked if he can write my son’s name and room number because there are so many kids and his allergies are well checked by parents and school. But when he handed it to me and wrote the name w/ an attitude. Like he didn’t want to. And i mean it’s not part of their job, but part of their job is to attend their customers needs. And my need is customers is just preventing allergies. Just remember our money goes to your paychecks. Lastly, i asked the guys name to leave him a kind review even-though i got attended that way because i thought to myself, maybe he is having a bad day probably. And this is how he responded; “have a good day.” I asked him again and he responded the same. Dude if u don’t want to work let others take your position.

Sadly, this was my first time is this store. Will never be coming back again. Thank you for your service thats wasn’t really pleased towards the end.

I come here 2/3 times a week, I sometimes order in person other times online but it’s always a great experience. William, Miguel and Fabian are always working and happy to help with a smile on their faces. They should definitely be recognized for making blaze pizza a great place to go to and I’m sure to work at as well.

pizza from blaze never disappoints. thin crispy crust, just the right amount of cheese and all the toppings you choose on a build your own. the employees were nice and helpful. I like the personal pizza size. Not too big not too small just right for one adult :) they have plenty of seating and parking available! Enjoyed my meal plenty

My pizza was cold. Funny how that happened. The cheese was barely melted. Kinda sucked since I don’t go out often and this place being once of my favorites that offer “low carb” options. I wish people cared about their job, or their customer service. The staff always seems so bothered and in a hurry and this time it was empty. I completely understand if there was a huge line or if they were short staffed but neither of those were the problem.

As one basically knows Your lunch hour means time is of the essence - I ordered online today early (about three hours prior to picking up my order). When I came in, I expected to go to the counter, pick up my order and walk out, Unfortunately, this was not the case - they said that their order service was down and that they can make the pizza right now. I didn’t get too upset, but in general, I was upset and a little disappointed. If you know your service order system is “down” you should be checking periodically. And the reason why I say this is because they were able to find my order on their iPad so that means that my order was there, they just didn’t check. They need to do better with online orders…we order online in advance for a reason - I really love the pizza, but I’m a stickler for customer service (Hence the two star Rating) and that supersedes taste for me

The 2 girls working in the front are very slow. And instead of checking on the pizza they are gossiping. I been here before and usually the pizza taste great, not this time. I say hire better people that know how to make pizza and dont get distracted easily.

This location violates California law by not providing water on request. California civil code section 114376 mandates the restaurant to provide free, fresh drinking water on patron request. The workers gave the excuse that they didnt have water cups, but didnt provide any alternative to get water. Will be reporting this location so the owner gets fined and start providing water cups again as his restaurant license mandates him to do so for operating in California.

I am disappointed with the service at this location regarding online orders and pick-up times. On two separate occasions, I placed orders online and was notified that my pizza would be ready at a specific time. However, both times I arrived to find that my pizza hadn t even been started yet, causing an additional 20-minute wait. This disregard for the promised pick-up times is frustrating and inconvenient. I do not recommend this location as their service sucks.

Im convinced the staff was stoned tonight. They sold me a bbq chicken pizza and made it before telling me that they re out of chicken .then they sold me a blood orange lemonade and there was no blood orange lemonade. Double disappointment! When I asked the employee about the chicken and the blood orange lemonade I got a halfassed response that was very condescending and dismissive. There was no manager on duty and the kid they left in charge was rude and non sympathetic. This location can t seem to get it together. This is the final straw for this particular location. I have gotten stoned employee vibes here before too.

Horrible service. It seemed like a bother to the employees when i had a question about the combos. Then, when the pizza was too spicy for my daughter and she asked for a cup to get water, they refused to give her one unless I paid for the cup.

Ordered a cheesy bread combo online with 2 bottles of water, Parmesan, pepper flakes, utensils and napkins. Food was delivered through a doordash delivery. Only the pizza & bread. Nothing else. I called and spoke to the rudest manager I ve ever spoken to. She said it was the drivers responsibility to get the drinks and that they were just out of everything else. I said okay so that doesn t really help me right now considering I didn t order through doordash. I had no way of disputing this. She then said well what do you want me to do to which I responded maybe a partial refund for the drinks I didn t get. That would be okay and she said well then I d have to refund the whole order and she was so rude. So quick spoken like she couldn t be bothered with this. Yes it s just water and toppings, but it s what I expected to receive since I paid for the bottles of water. I have never had a manager speak to me like my missing items just weren t their concern. I ve never been here before and I definitely will not be back. Management should do better than this encounter I just had.

All of these 5 star google reviews - are they fake? I experienced such horrible service - I asked for tomatoes as a topping for a build your own pizza. The staff member gave me 3 tomato halves and then proceeded to explain to me that the manager only lets them give out that much in a very rude and condescending manner. And I wasn t even offered a receipt. How is it possible this place has received so many 5 stars?

Blaze Pizza is good because its Blaze Pizza. Its the right price, the quality is consistent, and I can get ~exactly~ the thing I want. This location was clean, all of the food looked fresh, the people working were busy but still very nice and professional. Honestly it was a lifesaver after trudging through the grocery store and 20 other errands on a rainy day Bless you Blaze Pizza, out here holding it down for regular folks.

Im a passionate fan of Blaze Pizza, and it wouldnt be an exaggeration to call me the Blaze Knight of SGV. Whenever I visit a new place, I always check out how the Blaze Pizza is there. On the evening of February 16th, a Friday, I came to this location and noticed that work had everyone overwhelmed, especially the last guy who had to bake pizzas, handle the checkout, and even run to the kitchen. Why does he have to do so much by himself? Naturally, the pizza turned out a bit too charred this time. I hope this Blaze can improve because I really love their pizza.

Woman employee seemed to be having a boring day as I ordered and listened to her conversation with her friend/customer about some job related drama. Never once was she friendly. She wasnt rude either but it makes it feel like she hates her job. I saw two workers there and it was pretty awkward to just stand there waiting and seeing this happen.

Walking in the worker in front just looked at me and then kept cleaning. Took about 3-4 minutes before they decided to come and take my order. Worker came up to me and instantly said what do you want. I ordered 3 pizzas a one top pepperoni a green stripe and a 3 topping. The one top was overdone with cheese and was soggy. The green stripe was good but ordering my 3 top I got an attitude towards the end when asking for oregano. Service really fell short and attitudes were far from great Big difference from back in the day to now

Unfortunately, some how the flavor of this location is just not as good as some of the other Blazes around. Im not sure if they water down their sause or what but it consistly is less flavorful. Also they tend to get the toppings incorrect on app orders at this location, so if you can, you are better off telling them what you want in person.

I wish theres another blaze near. This place is just very famous for being very impolite customer service, burnt pizza, undercooked, and even the manager treated customers as non priority . Bake person with glasses just rude to another level. Wrote complaints. Asked to call, but never got an email nor anyone contacted me. I am not the only one. People I know and some customers have had the same very unpleasant experiences there. Its really a serious issue and yet Management is nowhere to be found.

I dont recommend ordering pizza at this location or Blaze Pizza for that mater due to 2 reasons : bad customer services and a terrible website and apps. First of all, the Alhambra location lost my pizza and refused to make it right. Long story short, I went to pick up 2 pizzas on Friday night and it was not there. I asked the employee where my order was. And he said if the order was not on the shelf, then someone else might have mistakenly picked up my order. So, I asked the employee what they/blaze pizza could do about the situation, since it was not my fault. And the employee said he/the store could not do anything because it was during shift changes and things got complicated, so he had no ideas what happened and advised me to request the refund in the app or with the corporate. So, basically I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Blaze Pizza needs to seriously train employees on this. I understand these employees are young, but still acting ignorance is not they way to handle the issue. Ok, so here come the second issue. I emailed the corporate and wrote the feeback to the corporate about my situation, but they havent refunded and answered my inquiry. Also, Blaze Pizza doesnt have an option to request a refund in the app or in the website. Whoever built the website and the app needs to be fired. That should be the basic function of any website or apps. In conclusion, Be careful of ordering things from them, since you will have no way to resolve the issue with them. Updating (9/27/23) So, Blaze Pizza just replied to my comment on google review. And obviously, they used a robot or AI to reply because in my previous comment, I indeed said I contacted Blaze Pizza and didnt get answer. As of now 9/27/23, they havent refunded or replied to my email about the issue. Again, dont buy stuff from them because you will never be able to get in touch with them when there is an issue.

Good luck ordering through the app. Apparently, if youre not there at the dot, someone will take your online order. Today, I went for an online pickup order, and it wasn t there. I explained to the staff that I was there for my order. I find it ridiculous to go make a line for a missing order. When in fact the careless staff here misplaced my order with someone else. I understand mistakes happen. But when the manager Jose cannot even knowledge a simple mistake in my order or even apologize for a mistake done. You definitely know there is no professionalism or customer service in this Blaze location!

Blaze Pizza is perfect for a pizza that suits your personal taste in between meals. In this self-service restaurant you can have your own pizza topped with all the ingredients. The pizza is baked in the wood-fired oven for just 2 minutes. The taste is convincing and the thin dough makes the pizza not that filling. This a standard build youre own fast food restaurant . It specializes in pizzas. The food is good but they have a habit of being stingy with the toppings. Had to ask three times for more pepperoni until I got what I normally get a Pizza Rev. Update: They burning the edges of the pies. The guy tried to cut it off but you can still taste the bitter burnt taste.

My daughter has Celiacs and I ordered a gluten free crust pizza for us to split. I do not need to be Gluten free. We usually eat at the La Canada location. The Alhambra location did not respect the gluten free restriction. They placed a gluten free crust on a board with regular wheat flour! They did not change gloves or use a new ladle for the sauce. The La Canada location takes the necessary precautions every time without me asking! When I told the pizza maker about the cross contamination they just gave me a blank stare and offered to give me a new crust etc. My daughter wasn t with me and did not need the pizza (I was going to give to her as an after school snack) so I declined the offer but I wanted to educate them. It was received with no regard or understanding. If you truly need to be gluten free-beware of this location. Dietary restrictions: Celiacs/gluten free

Today Aug 10 around 9:25pm the staff looked high on Marijuana and said they were closing at 10 rather than 11pm the posted time. When arriving they announced only online orders and seen the manager giving free food and drinks away. A family walked in around 9:40pm and allowed them to order in store. Instead of making the establishment money they refused service to some but not all. Shady location forsure and staff needs to be checked up on.

Went out to eat with my family and suddenly my aunt CHEWED ON GLASS IN THE PIZZA and the staff just mocked us instead of handling the situation professionally! We all stopped eating after seeing the piece of sharp foreign object and checked the rest of it. They were all acting immature calling me bro and being sarcastic while this is a serious health issue and injury! Refused to tell me their names and refused to give me their managers contact information. Also, one of the staff was wearing an In&Out shirt???? Apparently he doesnt even work there but he was behind the counter and talking with me about the situation. Terrible customer service and needs a reinspection of the kitchen for foreign objects in the food!!! The staff here is rude and unprofessional.

Took 5 minutes to get any service. Apparently with 6 people behind the counter and me being literally the only person in line means they ignore you completely until they finished doing literally everything else besides helping the only customer in line. Also ran out of cauliflower crust at 9pm and they close at 11pm. And did not know how to put 2 sauces on a pizza. Very disappointing. Especially when the employees are just staring at you like they don t what to do. 2 stars because the one guy noticed some toppings in the wrong containers.

Even though Im only giving Blaze 4 stars, though I would give it 4.5 if I could, its probably in my top two favorite pizza places! I strongly prefer these build your own pizzas because I can choose how healthy or how naughty I want to be with my toppings. Service was good, the of course everyone is understaffed everywhere, and the employees kept their cool and just work steady. Its been a year since Ive had pizza and this was great!

Its always busy here. The pizza tastes great but too crispy to me. You can create your own and have it served as you want it.

The staff /crowd inside the establishment was to much, instead of being helpful they seem confuse of what they were doing, one filling up your order , another 2 preparing it it, and them if you have multiple orders they look confuse and out of place, I place my order they got wrong, I can blame a specific person, because they were many involved after waiting about ten minutes for my pizza to come out of the oven, they re make it, but there were ingredients missing, condiment and cheese that I want it. When I say my order the whole pizza was a mess, edge were gone, they have to remake it again. So both pizza that I order they got it wrong, I was about to leave and no one had handle me my drinks or my cookies, So here is me waiting again for someone to be available. To be my first time here was really bad. This place need to be organized and clean. I appreciate the help of the guy who remake my pizza, although in one they only did half of it, since only half of the pizza was bad. I was patient believe me, getting home with 2 and half pizza. Dry edges not the same taste. very disappointing.

The pizza is very good, but in a recent Postmates order, my pizza had hair in it. It looked like beard hair and an eye lash within the crust. My issue has been resolved, but check your food before eating it.

Asian Hate exists here. While the worker asked us, Asian customers, to wait outside, they allowed a Hispanic guy to wait inside. Not only that, they didnt call me when my pizza was ready, as they said they would. No response from the management either.

Don t use the app to order. I ordered at 12:45pm and waited it wasn t ready until 2:25pm. Blaze fix your completed orders app time. It told me to go at 1:30. Wasted 1 hour of waiting because of your app not being up to date. Not fair to your customers and your employees. Pay for for a engineer to bring up your app.

I want to thank @BlazePizza and Customer Service Supervisor Jillian for their lightning fast response to my request for help. They literally answered my email and sent out a couple of Rewards within 20 seconds of receipt! Now that s awesome customer service!!! I also want to commend the staff of Blaze Pizza in Alhambra. I have used their curbside pick up service and it has always been on time and accurate. Your customer service has been excellent and the food has always been delicious. Congratulations!

Tried their keto crust today. Its tasty and completely acceptable, but there is just nothing so delicious as their original crust.

Ok, I should own up that these kind of make-your-own pizza places, while popular now, generally dont do it for me. And, Blaze Pizza is no exception. Honestly the staff are friendly here, and the toppings while not likely the best quality, are decent enough. But the pizza is way too salty and comes off as kind of cheap...which is disappointing because the price isnt.

Got half a pizza delivered so I couldn t get a replacement. My pizza was completely black on the back! Straight to trash. Postmates does not give refunds. Using social media and reviews to see if I can get a refund

Very unreliable. Ive eaten from this place a lot since its close to my office, but if you dont watch them make your pie, youre liable to get underdone or burnt crust, random ingredients you dont want, or to have ingredients missing that you did order. Twice Ive gotten pies that were so burnt, the entire bottom was solid black.
