Stop by on Sunday during bunch of lunch it was busy but the manager Brenda was able to find us a table for me and my family. I asked another manager Henry if I could get 2 breast and said they they had them cooking but as soon as it comes out he was going to bring them to my table. Not only did they provided me with great customer service but the managers and the employees made sure we had a great time. They brought in some slices of pizza I requested which is great even when they are busy but remember who requested pizza we will be coming again for there customer service and clean environment and friendless.

Lots of parking and a chill atmosphere. Good for small parties and quick takeout. Ultimate PCM can serve more than 6 people. Pizza and garlic bread is very cheesy. Chicken and mojos are my recommendations very juicy and freshly made. Probably recommend it compared to other fast food chains except in-and-out.

Came here for lunch and is always a great experience! I work down the street and is my favorites to go to for lunch and also my favorite to go after work with co workers. Food is always fresh and staff is always helpful. They’re very attentive and hardly have to ask for anything because they’re constantly checking up on us. Brenda and Henry are the sweetest people here and is always nice to them when I come by.

Came here for lunch and is always a great experience! I work down the street and is my favorites to go to for lunch and also my favorite to go after work with co workers. Food is always fresh and staff is always helpful. They re very attentive and hardly have to ask for anything because they re constantly checking up on us. This place is rather epic for either kid or sports watchers as all tv had sports on. Pizza was amazing and not cheap with the amount of toppings. The kids have an arcade in the back to have fun playing random games. There is also a bar for those that need a cold one with their pizza. The prices are fair for the amount of food as needed to take some home in a doggy bag. Overall Shakeys made a great family night and the staff was amazing throughout. This reminded me of the Shakeys I use to hang out in Fairfield, California When I was a young Airman in the Air Force. Brought back a few great memories. The pizza could have been much better as there wasnt even enough cheese to hold anything onto the crust.

Just had dinner there at shakeys, the food was good service was mediocre and the worst part is the air conditioner doesn t work properly. It was soo hott in there me and my family were sweating like if it was a sauna. Never going to this location again!

Good place to get pizza, chicken, and their super delicious Mojo Potatoes!!!! I give them a 5 star rating vs. my previous 3 star rating because they finally got the food prep right. I got the correct amount of chicken as well as the proper sizes I am supposed to receive as my purchase. The staff are friendly, the manager is super nice and always greets me when she sees me. The restaurant is clean, the pizza chefs are always working hard, and the fun zone with the games and tickets is much more stable than before with their new way of enjoying the fun zone. At the fun zone they have a machine that looks like an ATM, that is where you get your Card to pay for the games you play, you get the card for free as long as you buy at least $10.00 or more in credits for the game. Some of the game machines no longer give tickets and when you slide the game card it loads those ticket points to that card which is great vs carrying a bunch of tickets with you or the machine not giving you all the tickets due to you. This is a much better experience for playing the games, I brought my son with me and we played some games while we waited for our food to be done. I do wish they had the old racing car games as those were fun but I do like the new games they have and my son had a lot of fun. I recommend coming here. Update: 8/31/2023 I came with my wife today to have some bunch of lunch, ive heard of this before but i have never had the buffet, I was trying to find information online about the pricing but found nothing so ill put what i paid here for the Alhambra Location. So the Week Day Buffet is $12.99 per person and the cup for soda is $2.99 per person before sales tax. I feel that this is a great price as its literally all you can eat, they have such a huge variety of food from all kinds of pizzas with different toppings to salads, steam veggies which was literally my favorite, to Jell-O and some fresh cut fruit, i was amazed by all the food available to me. To me this is a great value, especially if you are going to bring your spouse for some lunch from a busy week. This was pretty much a good experience, i give this a 4 star out of 5 because the air conditioner was off and i was sweating like crazy in the spot where i was at which was by the front of the restaurant. Other than that, this visit would have been a solid 5 stars. Now that i have got to experience the bunch of lunch buffet deal, i will definitely come back and visit again with my wife.

This Shakeys is awesome. I went for their bunch of lunch deal on a weekend, which is basically a buffet of various pizzas, chicken (fried and baked), mashed potatoes, mojos, spaghetti, and salad bar. This location is very clean with friendly/diligent staff. The employees are very good at making sure food at the buffet is always stocked. Theyre also very quick to make sure empty plates are taken away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza, salad bar, mashed potatoes, mojos Dietary restrictions: They had vegetarian pizza options. Their mojo potatoes are also vegetarian! Parking: Ample parking in their designated lot. Kid-friendliness: Fun place for kids as theres a little arcade!

It s been a few years since I last came to shakeys with my family and had a wonderful time. It makes me happy to see that there is a wonderful team that provides good customer service. The good was amazing. I got the large PCM and the pizza was just crispy enough, with enough toppings, and the chicken was out of this world. The management seems great and I can definitely see the improvement since my last visit. Thank you shakeys!

Last time I came here was about 35 years ago. It really hasnt changed much. Service is pretty fast. The buffet chicken is good and fresh, but the pizza is still kind of mediocre. The sauce tastes kind of weird still. The salad mix they use is very meh, but toppings are plentiful. All in all, not great, but not terrible either. Free parking is plentiful.

It was my first time. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty! I ordered to go/ takeout for my family and I. the wait wasnt long, nor was the restaurant busy during the time I frequented. I had the lunch buffet and there was a great selection of food. The salad bar was loaded with many different items including my favorite, macaroni salad. Parking: Lots of parking spaces and theyre not the tiny compact ones. Kid-friendliness: They have a room that kids can play games and get tickets for prizes, but you do have to pay for it. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs but the tables are a little too close together to have much wheelchair maneuverability. Youll have to say, excuse me, alot.

Weve been coming to this Alhambra staple since I was a child. This experience was the most unpleasant. We came on a night where a soccer team was dining. The kids were out of control, running and carrying on, weaving through patrons of the restaurant. I had filled my drink cups and one ran right into me, spilling my drink all over myself, right in front of the counter where a bunch of employees did not react. I turned and as ked them for a napkin and they didnt have any near by so they had to get me some but I felt that they did not move with a sense of urgency. My husband was trying to speak to the fellow at the counter but he did not react, so I asked him if he heard my husband and he answered with a big smile on his face. I was perplexed... why didnt he respond??? I asked to speak to the manager and he smiled proudly and told me that it was him. I was disappointed that no one noticed or made any attempts to help me when the collision happened right in front of them. They all just stood there. I wasnt asking for much, maybe a sorry lady, let me get you a napkin, or maybe ask the kids not to run around full speed through the restaurant. Its just not safe.

came in on a very busy Saturday night, the staff was attentive found us a table right away, Henry answered all our questions regarding the menu, our food came out quickly which is a plus when you have hungry toddlers. and of course, our girls had fun playing all the games and collecting their prizes. It was a great family night with good food and fun games. this was our first time at this location and had a great experience so would definitely come back and recommend this location. Its a fun little corner, pizza and chicken are what our kids enjoy. I recommend it
