I've been coming here with my family since I was a little kid. The food has always been phenomenal and the portions are hefty so expect leftovers! The minestrone soup is a great starter too. Shoutout to Stephanie for making us feel so comfortable and friendly.

I was hoping this would be a great mom and pop place to enjoy some authentic pizza. However, it I was disappointed. I ordered a saporita pizza and hot wings plate. The food itself was above average. The chicken was decent but not worth $13, I could've gotten better at wing stop. The pizza had the ingredients but they didn't come together, the dough was a bit tough. It was not worth $20 for a small 12" pizza that supposed to be "gourmet". Maybe the store has been around for a while and had good relationship with the locals, but I felt that I wasn't getting what I paid for.

Would have gave 4 stars but it took forever to receive my meal. The spaghetti didn't have much sauce. Pizza was Good! But I didn't enjoy my meal I waited so long but the time I ate I was full and not so hungry.

This is the worst dinning experience in my life. If I could I would give this place 0 stars I would. After coming here for over 20 yrs I did not expect to be treated so ignorant by the owner himself. I ordered pepperoni pizza and pasta. The pasta was ok, edible but the pizza was HORRIBLE! Ever since I picked it up it was so soggy and falling apart almost. I took the first bite and I knew something was not right. I continued to take a second bite only to confirm that something was very wrong. It was a bad spoiled, rancid taste. My son who also had taken a slice agreed that something was not ok with the pizza. I called our waiter who relayed this information to the owner. I asked that the pizza be removed from my bill as I didn’t think it was fair for me to pay something that terrible and even possibly dangerous to ingest. The owner refused to remove it from my bill or do anything to make the situation better. I then told him well if I have to pay for this I would ask that the pizza be made right, something that doesn’t taste spoiled or rancid. The owner, then said if he did that he would have to charge me for a second pizza. I proceeded to explain to him and even offered him a slice of the pizza so he could confirm what I was saying. He refused of course, and insisted that I had to pay for it. I’ve never received such horrible service and food. The food was nothing extraordinary but decent before and I know what their pizza normally tasted like.
Being that he’s a petty person and obviously needs the money more I went ahead and paid my bill and left but will never return. The owner is an ignorant, arrogant person that doesn’t have any customer service skills nor work ethic. You’ve been warned. If there’s ever anything wrong with your food don’t expect the owner to step up.

The pizza is great here and closer than going to Petrillo’s but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve dined in and called in takeout orders for my family and although the dining experience has improved greatly - the telephone orders can use some improvement.

This place is busy, I’m grateful for that because eating out is now a luxury, with current prices going up everywhere AND that shows that a place is still hitting it out of the park. That said, I’ve walked in to pickup an order to have them start the order at that moment - they give a time for pickup so why start cooking one’s order when one arrives.

The last thing that happened was I called and then arrived to pickup the order, to be told that it’s lost. There’s checks strewn around the counter and as I stared at my order the girl manning the counter starts putting in the order 😒 at which point the guy that makes the pizzas points her to the check im staring at and then she tells me it’ll be ten minutes - which is fine but why go through the rigamarole of taking the order and dismissing it completely. There was no apology, she didn’t recognize her role in this encounter.

The pizza was cooked as ordered and it was delicious - my mom doesn’t enjoy takeout but she makes an exception for Vittoria Pizza. It’s the one indulgence she allows herself.

Dropped by because it was the nearest Italian restaurant besides Angelo's in Alhambra.
Average cost is about $20/dish. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce. Tasted OK. The only meat flavor sauce you'll get is from the 2 meatballs. Also tried the fettuccine with chicken. Tasted better than spaghetti but the chicken tasted "boiled". It was probably cooked in the sauce.
Repeat? No
I feel like this is another restaurant living on its legacy name. Times change, people change, cost change, and the food taste has changed also.

Me and my family have been coming to Vitorias for years. Any big event that has occurred in our lives has automatically been in Vitorias. Today was nothing different. In the 15 years of us coming, the food has had the same excellent quality, and the best tasting pizza in Alhambra. Will forever be coming generations and generations to come. I had the Philly Beef..well prepared, however the meat was not tasty and a bit tough. My partner had Chicken Scallpopini and he said he enjoyed his meal. I recalled this place used to be a bit more crowded; not busy on a Thursday evening. Music in background could have been a bit more upbeat. I felt restaurant prices were expensive, however servers were extremely attentive and helpful. Unfortantely, I will not be returning.

Food is always good here. Service is great. I really appreciated the young man taking my order he was very courteous and friendly. Good customer service is rare now days. Yes pricey but worth it!!!!! Spoil your family with this food sooo yummy.

I went there with a group of nine other people for pizza.
We ordered 3 X-large pizzas and 4 beers while the others drank soda or water. The bill was over $250.
And while that really wasn't the issue, they used canned mushrooms on the pizzas.
You would think that for that kind of money, they would have fresh mushrooms to put on their pizzas.

Our server (I believe her name is Kiana) was exceptional! We came at lunchtime, and Kiana warmly greeted us (my coworkers and me) and sat us in a booth immediately. Our glasses were always full, delicious food was served quickly, and she was always nearby ready to get a straw or a napkin. She what are salads right away to give us something to do until the food showed up. I had the half pastrami / half soup or salad lunch special. Highly recommended. Bleu cheese on the salad - yum!

She made our lunch a great escape from the office, only our time away from work was too short due to excellent service!

The owner and management obviously must be aware that they have a gem working there.

Ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti nothing special but more towards the bad side than good, it’s so oily when I opened the to go plate so much sauce. The chicken feels rubbery like biting a piece of silicone, garlic bread has a funky smell when I opened it, and to finish I can make spaghetti a lot better than what they gave me at home it would take me 20minutes. Well not going back..

My first time going here but the little princess requested to have dinner here for her birthday. Personally, I would like more carb friendly options added to the menu but if you want hearty, delicious, cheesy lasagne this is the place to go. My daughter is absolutely in love with their bread.

First visit here.
The food is very good. The service is very good.
But there is one fundamental problem:
It seems they set the prices of the meal before they determined the size of the meal.
You see, the prices are kinda high, so to justify that...they made the meals HUGE!
...then they come around and ask if you'd like dessert. NO WAY! Too full. (because I'm paying so much for this meal, I feel obligated to try to eat it all)
The solution is:
Make portions smaller, charge slightly less and then the customer would have room in their tummy for dessert and the restaurant would make another sale and more profit.

Made a phone order for pick up for two, two topping Pizza's and a 10 piece hot wings. Arrived at the restraunt to pick up my order just to find out that they never made my order due to their mistake by losing my order, but the guy who took my order actually remembered my called in order. I was patient enough to make my order again since I was already there. Paid $64 and waited 20 minutes for my order.

The messed up part is they never even acknowledged the fact they had made a mistake and didnt even apologized for losing my phone order the first time and me waiting on them to make my order for the 2nd time.

And the sauce on one of the pizza was not evenly spread, half the pizza was stack of sauce and cheese making it as thick as a pan pizza.

Worst Italian food ever…very undercooked pizza crust…sour, spoiled soup…gloppy and cold Alfredo sauce…freezing cold dining room…$1.00 for tap water… way overpriced for cheap, cheap, cheap ingredients and very poor quality. New owners obviously see patrons through cross hairs. There are plenty of other local Italian restaurants. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It's been a long while since eating at Vittoria Pizza. I became immediately annoyed when I saw the posted sign: $1.00 for a glass of water, refills are free. What the heck. However, our server was very kind and gave good service. The food was good. Next time, I'll bring my own water.

If only they improved the quality of their food. Antipasto salad left a lot to be desired. It had only ham for the meats. One kind of meat! What's that all about?! Fettuccine Alfredo was tasteless, so DON'T order it! If you're desperate for pizza then this would be the one to get instead of 7-11 pizza!! Not that I've ever had 7-11 pizza! This was the first and last time eating at this spot. Waste of money!

I had a hankering for linguine and clam sauce and I've been driving past this place for over a decade so I thought I'd give it a shot. The host was cool and even though I was alone said it was cool to sit in a booth. The place was about half full with one big party and a couple of couples. Other than a baby crying it was pretty quiet in there. I looked at the menu and looked at the linguine and clam sauce for 25 bucks, and got idea that I should get a pizza for tomorrow; two toppings around 20 bucks without tax for a small eight slice pizza. Probably more than I was thinking to spend but what the heck I was there. And then it happened. Or then it didn't happen. Three different service staff, who I assume were waiters because that's what they were doing at the other tables, walked right by me, looked dead at me, then looked away without further acknowledgement. One did it once and two did it twice. I was looking right at them with my menu closed but they never even got close to me. I began to feel like they were avoiding me -- it was really weird. And then I noticed how quiet it was inside. I started think, maybe they're all being held hostage? But people did leave, unmolested, and after about 15 minutes I did too. I mean i'm glad I did, ultimately, because 60 bucks without taxes a lot to spend and it will buy a lot of groceries. Also if their service is so desultory I can't imagine the food is all that great either.

This place used to have the best pizza in all East Los, but every since they changed owners or cooks or whatever change they did pizza taste ok. My sister who is a lifetime customer went like 2 months ago and told me food tasted different and specially the pizza toppings and sauce that you could tell they use different (cheaper) brands and I went to check for myself and yes. She’s is right. I’ve already gone several times and the pizza is not the same as it was. WHATEVER CHANGE YOU DID undo it.

Been going here for years. Located in a small strip in Alhambra. The pizza is always solid. The sandwiches are excellent as well. I’ve only ever had the spaghetti. The Mariana sauce is excellent. Place never disappoints in terms in quality and value.

WOW! What a great experience I had at this restaurant. Ordered the 1/2 Ravioli and 1/2 Spaghetti and meat sauce. It came with soup or salad. I chose the Ministroni soup with meatballs. The soup needed a bit more love. The meatballs however were excellent. When my plate arrived, the spaghetti side had 2 meatballs! What a treat! The service was very large and I couldn't finish my food. My husband ordered spomoni for dessert. I had a couple of bites and that also did not disappoint. I recommend you visit this very delicious restaurant.

Great local ristorante for traditional American-Italian family fare. It's a really good value and the pizza is pretty darn good. Get the Pizza deal with includes a large pizza, a side, spaghetti, and a salad. They have good sandwiches as well.

Disappointing experience!!..throughout time notice this place driving by multiple times..my usual go to pizza/italian restaurant was close for the night so decided to give this spot a try [support local business]..I regret it!!..wings under cook..boiled if best..pizza was a disappointment not appetizing at all..4.5 star score is deceiving n dont understand why why why ??? are those stars paid for!!?? I kind of feel sorry for those that posted more than 1 star for they dont know whats good!! definitely not what i expected..my son loves pizza n wings n it was so bad most if not all of it went into trash waste of time n $$ i feel a bitter taste i got ripped off...sorry definitely wouldn't be going back..

They had good service but the food was horrible. We came here for my husband’s birthday and we ordered the Alfredo pasta and pizza . The pasta did not taste fresh . The chicken looked like it was boiled and not grilled. The pizza was terrible too. It didn’t have a good taste. I do not recommend this place. I will not go there again.

The pizza crust was a little over cooked the waiter forgot are garlic bread till the end of our meal. The sauce for the ravioli was alittle bit bitter. The dessert was great

First time here.. Old school vibes. Would like more Italian music to be played. But.. what can you do. The food was really good. The pizza was so delicious.. The meat sauce was thick on the spaghetti. Just the way I prefer. The wings are good. The are baked not fried, always a plus. Only one bad thing. The blue cheese dressing is gross. Looks and taste like straight Mayo. Stick to their house Italian dressing. If i can give you any advice, is that.. Our server was Stephanie. She was really attentive. Old school status. I would recommend getting her. Made our Saturday night.

Food is always good I always have the Italian sub if you have a large you can share that or take the second piece for lunch the next day my husband enjoys their pizza and their jalapeno poppers

The flavor was not there for when I order Hot wings I expect them to be Hot but these wings were not hot at all. The Cranberry salad had over cooked chard chicken but when you hungry; your hungry.
The Food is not as good as I remember it. Disappointed

Vitoria's has New Ownership..... I hope they dont change the recipe's or quality of service.
