Ricky is the GOAT. The food started off kind of meh, but when we pointed it out to him, he quickly addressed it. The food was a little too hot though(first world problems, I know) and the juice from my chicken sandwich burned the s@!# out of my my face/tongue. But hey, no biggie, not really anyones fault. Overall, Ricky's personality made the experience totally worth it. The manager should give him a raise. Hope to see him here again in the future.

Oh! And try the $9.99 burger/chicken sandwich meal deal. It's totally worth it

We brought the pooch with us to dinner, so we sat in the patio, which was nice and quiet and away from the busy inside. And even though we were the only ones sitting outside, our server was very attentive.
I was pleasantly surprised with the new chicken tortilla soup. It has so much more flavor and veggies than before. It's so good, but the portion is smaller than I remember.
The Bourbon chicken and shrimp were also very tasty and well seasoned. The steak was good, not dry, just a bit overcooked. I always like ordering side veggies, but here I am not a fan of their sides as these are frozen, not fresh; meaning the garlic green beans and steamed broccoli.
All in all, it's a good neighborhood restaurant where you come for a quick bite or to enjoy a game or the happy hour drinks and specials and you already know what to expect which is not a bad thing.

Food is good and drinks are alright margaritas are way too strong especially $1 ones just pure liquor barely any flavor. I asked for one I didn't like it just wanted it sweet lady offered different drink I said no just want it sweet I guess there was a mix up. She ended up getting me blended margarita it was 9 bucks didn't know that I checked the receipt and asked her what happened she said well you didn't ask me anything I assumed you knew. How the hell I am supposed to know anyways bill came out to 85 bucks without the drink it would have been cheaper. Never asked for that drink ended up paying for it it was my birthday also. that definitely pissed me off

Love the food!! Awesome atmosphere!!! The manager we met was friendly and helpful, our server was amazing! Your window shades definitely need an upgrade for staff safety though and I'd recommend the hostesses be chosen for friendliness ( though most have been exceptional) Overall visits are great!

We ordered all you can eat bundle for ribs, wings, shrimp, fountain. Friday night is a busy night, so they miss you order sometimes. I wait my ribs for 30 mins. More employees are required in busy hour, otherwise customer will lost patience.

Came here to eat with my son. We ordered the $25 special. He had the cheeseburger, I ordered the 6oz steak.
I requested it to be cooked medium well. I sliced it and it was real rare. Like REAL rare, blood oozing and all.. I read through recent reviews and others have had a rare steak issues as well. Maybe the Cook just doesn’t know how to cook steak. 🥩🤷🏼‍♀️. I didn’t eat it, even after the 1st attempt to recook it. It still came back rare.
What turned it around was my server Felicia, she took it upon herself to speak with her Manager to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t expect for her to do that, and for that, they deserves the 5 star!! All about the Customer Service! Felicia totally flipped my dining experience into a positive one!

I come here pretty often and always enjoy it. But today, the bartender skinny man with glasses made a mistake on my check by charging me for 2 drinks when I only had one. He called me a liar even when I been sitting there for the past 20 minutes with nothing in front of me, I talked to the manager and was very respectful and told him to look check the camera and it'll show that I was right.i still gave the bartender a tip, so I will still come here because I enjoy it. Just hope that the bartender does not give me problems or attitude in the future.

From start to finish the experience was great. The hosts were so sweet, the service was amazing, there were 2 servers, Alex and Rayann. They were both very knowledgeable, we sat with Rayann but Alex helped drop our food as well. Staff is super friendly, the food came out hot and delicious. Our drinks were really good as well, thank you for the suggestion of Perfect Margaritas Rayann! Will definitely be back.

We had a rather unfortunate experience at this location this evening. We saw the manager expressly allow four very young children to sit in a table on their own behind us with their adult parents at a separate table. The kids were being rowdy the whole time we were eating. At one point, one of the kids threw something at our table so hard that it knocked over a sauce container and the contents splattered all over my partner’s shirt and face. Outside of this incident, the atmosphere was very loud, as there were some unruly people yelling and screaming at the bar.

The all you can eat food was actually so gross that we had to order a different meal. Like we paid for the unlimited riblets and nuggets and stuff, but then they were so salty and disgusting that we had to order burgers after that. And the staff would only give us one small plate of riblets at a time and then force us to call her back over to grab another small plate. Just terrible, never again, I hope this place closes to save others from this experience.

The bartender Mathew with glasses is very rude. He has an attitude problem. I was treated with no respect whatsoever and he was very short tempered. Be careful.

I had a horrible experience if I could do zero stars I would . Matthew the bartender with glasses he is very rude he was counting my drinks and was in a bad mood. I didn't receive any napkins any plates and not even a straw. Not to mention that he slammed the drinks on the counter and give me a dirty look. Not cool.. Anyway everybody else is fine so be careful with him.

Parking available on the street but be aware it is only 1 hour parking. There is additional parking behind the cinema, parking structure, 4 hour parking.
Came in on for lunch with some friends, and it was not busy at all. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
The mixed drinks and food were delicious. We tried the endless crunchy shrimp, riblets, and boneless wings with the various sauces offered. We enjoyed all of the flavors.

Me and my friend went to Applebee's for all you can eat wings, and the wings were disgusting, the sauce and flavor was not good at all, we only tried 3 flavors and that's where we stop as we couldn't eat anymore since I was starting to get disgusted, the fries were the only thing that was good.

You couldn’t pay me $100 to eat here again.
Fish n chips was cold in the middle from obviously not being thawed properly. Everything is premade and microwaved. Horrible food . I only could eat the spinach artichoke dip… it wasn’t served hot like I’ve had before at other locations.

At 630 this evening my wife and myself who are over 50 went to Applebee's Alhambra with no one waiting to be seated, the young man stated wait would be 5 min. A party of 3 young adults entered and were seated immediately, we were told another minute , then another young party of 3 arrived and were seated immediately,then another younger party of 6 entered and were seated immediately
As I looked around I did not see people our age.
Got the message.
Will not be returning.
Wish I would not have wasted my time .

Went for $15 AYCE. Saw bunch of bad reviews on YT and had low expectations. You know what? It's really not bad for the price. My only gripe is that I wish they had more healthier options but for the price I really can't complain.

I once asked if I could purchase a meal and an appetizer - which came at half the price. I was told that the deal is only available in the bar section. When I asked if I could move to that section; the waitress replied with an attitude. I didn't sit myself in the non-bar section - so why couldn't I request to move seats if I wanted the deal they advertised?

This is not the only instance either. The service there is mostly fueled by an aura of annoyance and scoffing.

Went during lunch. Not busy at all. Ordered chicken alfredo pasta that was not fresh at all. Pasta tasted old and had no flavor. Chicken tasted reheated and also bland.

Went with my husband to dine in but also ordered a dish to go. Got home and part of my order was missing. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who took my info and told me she was going to credit my original payment card $25. Been over a week and never received the refund. Very disappojnted.

Food and service was terrible***. Servers were nice but seemed too busy to do a good job. It's weird there was a bunch of people by the host stand but only a few servers working. Also I'm almost 40 years old but was denied beer cause I didn't have my ID, not like I look young the bartender just wanted an excuse not to serve me. I will never go back again.

New visit: food was not hot nor delicious. The bourbon chicken was rubbery and the chicken penne tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. The service was okay but not very friendly like they usually are. Could have just been a single bad visit, so I'll give it another shot before I stop going there.

We went to Applebee's for my birthday today. I usually go to Applebee's because I love their Perfect Strawberry Margaritas, but it's honestly a hit or miss depending on which one I go to. Both the strawberry and the lime margaritas were delicious here! Not too sweet, not too sour.
We had a party of 13 and our wait was less than 15 minutes. Our order came out correctly and we didn't have to wait long at all. Our server was very nice and had a really good memory considering the size of our party.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely come again.
