Every time I go when the employee who took my order in drive thru tonight the fries are SALTY, ridiculously salty.

WHY WOULD ANYONE GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FAST FOOD? LOOK AT MY TASTEY WHOPPER WITH CHEESE & LOOK AT ALL THAT LETTUCE TOMATOES AND I ASKED FOR EXTRA ONIONS. THE PATTY HERE ACTUALLY IS REAL BEEF IT TASTED LIKE BEEF AT OTHER FAST FOODS SOMETIMES IT DOES NOT EVEN LOOK LIKE REAL MEAT AND DEFINITELY TASTES FUNNY. I LOVED MY WHOPPER FROM BURGER KING. 🤤🥰 PLENTY OF PARKING CLEAN RESTROOMS AT THIS LOCATION.

People always give a bad rap to fast food places but honestly, the service and workers here deserve praise. It’s a very clean store, they are always kind, and just get the job done. What else could you ask for? Always an easy choice when I need something fast.

I like this place very much. Every morning, many elderly people come here to drink coffee and read newspapers. The hygienic conditions inside are very good. I like to use the discount coupons on the app to buy food. It is super affordable and there are many discounts. The children at home like to eat the chicken nuggets inside. I like to drink coffee and small potato cakes. I can have another drink. Occasionally I come here for lunch, the burger inside is very big, worthy of Burger King!

I came this morning and spent $200dollars , their breakfast was so good and hot ! Made out to order , I know I was crazy enough to order that much at 7 am ! But it was totally worthy ! You all should come and enjoy a meal at this Burger King !! 🫶obsessed!!!

I likes the bacon cheeseburgers and there fench fries are the best. I love this burger king in particular cause there employees are really kind and helpful. There are a bunch of coupon right now and if you fill the survey on the back of the ticket, you get a free whopper..

Nothing to complain when you can get those food by $1 dollar. Just open your Burger King app and it will show the deal that buying any thing and get two kids meal for free. It’s too hard to resist. It’s not dangerous to pick up the food. Just keep the social distance

Worst experience I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant. After evacuating my families from Pasadena from the Eaton fires and countless of our friends, losing their home I rushed 20 to make it here before they closed to bring back something Comfortable that would bring a little levity to a horrible situation. Made it with 15 to spare. The location does not close until 12 and I arrived at 11:45 only to find the drive through being blocked by a semi truck. I knocked on every door and window. I could find even being seen by the workers, but ignored only until I went to the drive-through window and banged as loud as I could did one worker who made eye contact with me finally come, speak with me only to let me know that The meat away early So that they could be done quicker. This young man had glasses and dark hair. I do not know his name. This was the most disrespected I’ve ever felt at a fast food restaurant, and I am extremely courteous at every restaurant I’ve ever visited the fact that you would deny someone who was Pushed from their home because you wanted to go home just a few minutes early is disgusting and you And the Burger King corporation should be ashamed of yourselves.

Unfortunately not all food that it's provided in BK are as they look on the menu picture. For example the crispy wraps are not worth the price they cost, because they just come with very little lettuce and very small portion of chicken. Some workers have very bad attitude when they're asked to heat up a bit something that it's not well heat up.

They forgot to add the bacon on 2 my Woppers. When I returned to buy more and mentioned it, the cashier could care less and said it's not my fault! The receipts given for purchase are totally unreadable, and after mentioning it numerous times, they still have not repaired their machine. I will never visit this location again!

From the quality of the food to the level of service, there were several aspects that left a negative impression. One of the main issues I encountered was the lackluster quality of the burgers. The patties were often overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness and flavor that I would expect from a fast-food burger. The toppings seemed uninspired and lacked freshness, leaving me underwhelmed with each bite. It was evident that attention to detail in the preparation of the burgers was lacking. I might come here again for a second chance but I don't know.

We always go to this burger King for a quick meal, but lately it's like you always have to check your food otherwise they'll mess up your order

Last time they forgot to give me a set of chicken fries(I had to go back to get it because its expensive and I want just going to let it go)

This time around I ordered a bacon king Jr paid $8 for it and was given a whopper Jr. So I paid $8 for a whopper Jr. I tried to call them but their number isn't even in service ?? Why have a number advertised everywhere and it's not in service. Also the receipt they give us is so out of ink that you can barely make out any info to fill out the survey.

I went here today for my lunch break and I ask just for bbq sauce and I ask for ranch I got attitude from the worker and told me I have to pay 28 cent know for extra sauce and I was here last week and they didn’t even charge me and they don’t even have a sign out saying they charge and the manger didn’t even care about it and was rudeI’m not coming here again and I thought I place to go for my lunch break

The food is decent here but the service is very unstable. One thing that annoys me the most is the mobile order. They never call your name or order number when your order is ready, even if you chose "dine in" while checking out. They simply don't care what you chose, they just put everything in to go bag and let it sit there until you go and ask them if it's ready, and they'll give you an attitude as if it's your own fault not asking them about the order. I've been treated like that many times I've already lost count. I forgot to ask about the order every time because I do not go there as often as before due to the poor service, so every time I get an annoyed tone just by asking for my order. Don't really want to visit here unless I really crave for a whopper.

Haven't been to Burger King in several months and after visiting this one I quickly remembered why. I tried the Southwest Whopper combo and what a disappointment. Looked good in the picture but when I received it looked like someone threw it together in the parking lot and just handed it to me at the drive thru window. The taste wasn't much better either unless you like a meat patty with your onion burger. The fries and Coke were ok hence the 2 star rating but you could get those literally anywhere. Hope you get your stuff together soon King.

I hope this place hires more employees…the ‘one’ working the drive through is doing 4 jobs at once (order taking, expediting, cashiering, & drive through stock/prep)….Gheesh! She twirled around sooo much I was concerned for her - dizzy just remembering how hard she was working. Unless it’s Burger Kings business model to pile work on their employees like that…it should be noted that the result was a drive through that was backed up & I got an item that I did not order (I bet the person that wanted bacon on their burger was disappointed)….please don’t blame the lady working the drive through window, if your tempted to do so….please re-read my critique again before you do.

I just went thru drive thru at 840pm 01-29-22 and ordered a large double wopper combo with cheese and no tomatoes with large coke and an extra double wopper on the side, as I'm driving home i pulled the fries out to eat as I drive and the fries are room temp.. not even hot..
After getting home I open the burger to eat and its a single patty that looks like cardboard and doesn'ttaste like a beef patty, no mustard, no mayo, no cheese..But it had tomatoes... that I didn't want. I looked for a receipt in the bag..No receipt...! Great...$25.08 down the drain.
I looked up the store # and called it.. its not in service its disconnected.
I find this unexceptable on all levels.
