It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The experience was so bad that I will have no choice but to post a review online so customers will be weary of what to expect when walking into this particular establishment. I ordered our lunch online because we only have a 30 minute lunch break. I walked in at exactly 12:30 when I received notification that my order was ready. As I approached the pick up counter Jose who was the employee in charge of handing out online pick up orders asked for my name. When I checked out as a guest, the subway app did not ask for my name so I assumed I just needed my order number ready which I did. Unbeknownst to me my phone had automatically filled out that portion but added my son’s name instead of mine. When I gave my order number to Jose he proceeded to explain that the order number meant nothing and he needed a name. Again I didn’t know I had to use any of my 2 sons names so I asked Jose several times to just check the order number which he refused. His attitude was very dismissive so I asked what were my options because I had already been charged for my order and I had received confirmation that it was ready. Another female employee attempted to assist but again her attitude was dismissive as well. It was basically if your name isn’t in our system then you weren’t charged so resubmit your order. I explained again that I was already charged and she went as far as denying I was. She then proceeded to read out the names on their system for online orders and 2 of the names she called out were Andrew and David which coincidentally are my 2 son's names. I told the female employee who I can only assume was the lead in charge, to check order numbers for those 2 names. Andrew’s name turned out to be our order. This whole situation could have been resolved in a minute had Jose checked the number order like I asked but instead it took away 15 minutes of our lunch time. At the end Jose could and would not admit to his poor customer service but instead went as far as trying to argue how they work which at the end as a customer is irrelevant. He tried to justify his quality of work over the quantity of orders they had at that moment which at the end is redundant because quality should never suffer due to any employees lack of awareness in the field which he should have been properly trained for.

There’s a gentleman preparing my food call “New to the team.” Not very professional, he simply used a a food sticker as a name tag. Funny guy, not the LOL type of funny.
I used the restroom, the toilet is quite awful, see attached photo.
4/16/24 update. Restroom is now simply blocked. That’s their solution.

Came during the nightshift (3am) to get a sandwich. Store was not clean and employee was just sitting around eating. Yet when I asked for a napkin to dry my hands an employee came out from the back to help me but was sent back by the "on break" employee who claimed they don't take breaks. But he continued to provide rude service with an attitude. Then told me it was cash only. When I paid him he just handed me the sandwich bag and when I asked for a recipe he told me he would write one. So he wrote the calculations on the paper. I asked for his store number = 28063 and his managers name which he replied with Jose but when I asked for his last name, he said he didn't know it and that I could come back in the morning when he comes in. I explained what occurred to my friend who had been waiting in the car. So my friend then goes in to get her sandwich (after he came outside to vape and saw us together in the car) and reported back to me that she paid with card and he was polite to her. According to her receipt his name is Lance.

This one deserves my 5 stars rating. This Subway is a little far from my home but I don't mind driving a little more to come to this one. I especially like how they pack my online order. It was best among the other Subways I visited. The staff are friendly and pleasant.

Rude staff a medium sized guy getting angry on customers by banging the oven door as I asked for an another subway. Training of the staff on how to speak with customer is the main thing yourl need to do or else one day You guys might get shut down bcz of ur staff .

I ordered a sandwich and the girl makiing my sandwich was very rude, I asked her if she was ok, because I ordered extra toppings and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her that I was sorry for asking. Didn't think it was such a problem.

Worst experience ever! Placed a door dash order and half of my order was forgotten. When contacting the store, it took me three attempts to actually get a human on the phone. When somebody answered, it was answered by a “yeah?” I asked if I was speaking with SUBWAY, the kid answered back saying “yeah”. And he continues to go on and talk about chips that they didn’t have. I told him he was speaking to the wrong person, and I had an issue with an order. He could not handle the phone call Said he was gonna put some other girl on the phone. The “girl” comes on the phone and she was just as useless. Told me just to call DoorDash to get my money back or I could come tomorrow to pick up my order. Acted as if she was unaware of the order. They said that they had no management there. This is what “fast food” is going to become. Completely overpriced and incompetent people for a high pay and the customers paying those high prices suffer. I just wanted them to know that an order was incorrect. Then, the only sandwich that was delivered, wasn’t even correct. DoorDash was no better as the Dasher who delivered the food didn’t speak any English so I was unable to explain to him what was going on. The receipt on the bag he handed me clearly showed two sandwiches. But that’s a complaint for DoorDash. I would not recommend going to this location! It is ran by a ton of incompetent children.

I do online orders here to get the specials is always nice. The only thing so far is they put too little ham, turkey, or chicken on the sandwiches. I felt like I ordered a veggie sandwiches with a little bit of turkey. This Subway needs to do a better job.

Should they change their time? I went to subway like 2 min ago Jan 13 2024 at 8:57pm and all their doors were locked but they had open sign on. Do they actually close at 9pm now and not 10?

I just left this location after standing in front of three people working and not one of them took the time to acknowledge myself or my daughter standing there for a good 3 minutes. They were all doing something but there was no hello,we will be with you in a few nothing there was just eye contact made despite us being the only one's in there.. No customer service at all!!! I just left.

The first couple times I came here it was fine...its always clean and everyone is super friendly but this last time I went, my sandwich was like 80% bread. It was such a disappointment. They skimped out on everything from the turkey to the veggies. Next time I crave Subway, I'm going any other store but here. Total rip off.

This Subway in west Alhambra is consistent and friendly probably one of my family's preferred Subway locations. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. They prepare the sandwiches with care and have been consistent each time we have visited. All the menu choices are available each time we have stopped in, which has not been the case at other Subway locations. Overall a good choice when looking for a clean and friendly sandwich shop.

I love coming here for lunch during the week, the employees are especially during the lunch rush. Even when a customer is taking awhile or asking questions they are quick to help them so they can keep the line moving. The sandwiches are always great as well!

Did the mobile order through the app to get the buy one foot and get another at 50%. The sandwiches were delicious. The friendly service was great, therefore I left a tip.

Clean, semi busy, friendly, quick service, minimal outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. Jamba juice is across from them and Starbucks is at the corner so you can satisfy your hungry and thirst.

Bought a breakfast sandwhich 1 time and the egg was stale when I would bite into it the egg would start to crumble I had to throw it away a couple months later gave them another try and got and egg and Steak and the steak tasted sour who knows how old the egg and steak were it was a second time waste of money. I would recommend going to a different Subway.

One of the best Subways I ever been to my entire life.
The staff are very nice and friendly. They're quick on their feet and always ready to help. The food is nice and fresh and it's my new go to for lunch. But most importantly it's a place with the kind hearts. I've had numerous occasions where I'm making an order only to forget my wallet or my card to pay for lunch. Telling them to hold it until I can get someway to pay for it, they once even helped me out. I've never been so blessed with luck and kindness that's around that place.
And that spans to even most people of the customers. The first time I forgot my card to pay for lunch I was shuffling thinking how I can pay without my physical card and while doing so an anonymous person who I didn't didn't get to see payed for it. I've never been so thankful at that moment in a very long time.
This is a great place to eat for lunch, I can't recommend it anymore than I do now

I do not recommend this place for a delivery- ubereats, postmates , etc . Beware . I have placed an order at a very un busy time (4 am ) , it took them over an hour to make two sandwiches opposed to 15-30 minutes . They kept delaying the order and delivery partner actually had to sit there and wait . I do not know what that business is going through but they need to get it together . Waited over an hour for some ... fast food

Really rude staff. Young Pakistani dude with glasses is the worst- won't even acknowledge you. Skimpy with toppings. Stale bread. Refused to change gloves after touching phones, etc. Everyone really hates their job here. Don't bother. I actually wonder who owns this place. Please do better.

The girls that work there are so rude and very messy, went today around 1:45 pm. They make it obvious that they hate their job. They look angry that a customer walks in. Very uncomfortable. So young and so miserable "Sad". Cheer up or call off. I just don't understand how all of them are so rude at the same time. There was 2 guys the 1 at the register and another young man he was the only polite and helpful person in there. The should of put a closed sign for 5 minutes and prayed.

By farthe worse Subway I have ever visited. The young girl who is working there has absolutely no idea of how to prepare a simple wrap. Took 10 mins to prepare and at the end she could not close/wrap up and tells me if she could take some off & put aside for me?? Bacon she burned and added on to the wrap, a nice black burned bacon strip.

Worst Service ever by the employee named Dabby he was so rude and shouldn't be working there no customer service skills when we walked in the restaurant he totally ignored us and went to the back then another employee helped us he came back out and had this attitude like he didn't want to help us or even work.
