I stood in line today longer than 10 minutes.You got 2 employees working.Both of them are making one sandwich for 1 customer. You need to train your employees to be quicsir.And it doesn't take two people to make one sandwichire more people I left your services terrible , it's sucks!!

Very skimpy on portions. I ordered tuna & they barely put enough spread to make a decent sandwich. I asked for a little more & they charged me double. Worse subway I have been to. Customers do not come first. It's all about their profit line. This is my double meat tuna sandwich...

The owner here is horrid. Rude to staff, and a greedy woman who only cares about making money not good service or showing empathy to any of the employees. The food is very bad and when I was in the store I overheard her talking to the employees like dogs. Avoid at all costs

Place has become a scam. Went back after not having been for a while. Ordered the thing I’ve had for years. Two Turkey bacon avocado wraps. Now everything is charged separately. Two meals were over 40 bucks for subway…. I can go get sushi for two locally for lunch. Won’t be going back.

The owner denied by email of training the employees to skimp on ingredients, but why would they be motivated to do so unless by training? All three servers put either 3, 4-1/2 or 5 of the thinnest sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on a footlong instead of standard 6 of normal slices i find at other stores. The owner says they will put more at my request, but why should i have to awkwardly inspect and request what should be standard? On another visit, the server had put away the bubbler drinks 3-1/2 hours before closing time at the owner's direction she said and on another visit put them away 2 hours early! The supply costs more than fountain drinks. The owner says company policy is to put them away 1 hour before closing. Another time i reported the server dropped food on the counter and put it back in my sandwich, but owner denied that also. Let them deny cheating customers and bad reviews affect their business!

This Subway is in a Hispanic population. I don't speak Spanish, so when I ordered, the Hispanic clerk quickly got someone else to take my order. Well done!

Food was good, service not to bad with a new hire we knew it would be a minute. Whoever was MOD they seriously lack on training and honestly looked like the did not want to be working. And on top of that we get home to not having the cookie we purchased with our combo.

Good location, lots of room inside to social distance, friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

Like every service industry, they're hurting a bit (some of the more fringe items [eg: cilantro, lite mayo] are absent) but their core offerings are solid. Give them a visit, they won't bite.

most horrible subway experience ever some noobs took about half an hour just to make two sandwiches there was a new employee and her supervisor was just hiding in the back. My oven roasted chicken was supposedly toasted I came back home and my chicken was still cold. Didnt want to come back to complain might take a whole hour for them to figure it out. Don’t come here. I personally won’t ever come here again.

Always the best place whether a choice or a plan the fresh veggies are awesome and not once have I gotten anyone rude in 30 years of eating there all locations are not the same but the employees are usually trained to satisfy our customer service profile love subways sandwiches n salads

The service was really bad, the person who take my order was rude, I ask not to toast 2 of the sandwiches and she did the same mistake 3 times. She screen to me and say I don't know how to order.

The other lady has to coming and continue with my order and she did my order without any problem on the first time.

This is not the first time this happened at this location.

The customer service is not the strongest here.

Subways picked up the game again! For a while I would not eat there. Maybe it depends on store but recently I've been to three different Subways and their food is definitely increased for the better. More fresh vegetables not all sorts of pre-packaged junk lots of really good new sauces and a very good deal for the dollar. I used to work at Subway back and we hand cut all the meat and vegetables and it almost tastes like those days again. I get the veggie and cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette extra olives and added avocado with lots of fresh spinach and other goodies. Can't beat it for five bucks!

BEWARE! This Subway will double charge your account when you pay with a card. I had to call my bank and ask why that was and they said Subway was charging me twice for the same amount. If you don't want to call your bank and file a claim with your bank do not go to this Subway they will rip you off.

Bad service bad food supposed to be fresh but the only thing they change are the dates on the food the deli and vegetables supposed to be fresh daily but they only change the dates on the containers this is the subway on Marengo and main in Alhambra.....I wouldn’t give a star but I had to so it can be posted...

I've been waiting in line 10 min already and this employee is slower than slow. The other employee is on her break sitting 10 feet from the counter. Ugggggh.....so service here is poor at best!! I still have two customers in front on me.

I was there the other day and a wonderful woman Veronica, she was very thoughtful and patient with me. She even helped me choose the best sandwich I’ve had in a while. I trusted her judgment and I can’t wait to go back and have another one!

Bad experience! I went there to eat so many times and the veggies were bad this time. Also, there was two girls who were very rude! Especially, a girl who had a tattoo with stars on her wrist..looks like she doesn't care about the work she does. Maybe she's in the wrong job.😑 If the owner is reading this, please pay attention to these reviews!

Naaa, ahora los Long foot no son tan Long, ve las fotos y ve tu sandwich...muy flaco, ve al super compra tus cosas y hazlo en casa!
Y también escoges la calidad de lo que quieres comer, pides queso y le ponen los 2, o 4 triangulitos(rebanadas partidas por la mitad), según lo pidas el tamaño. No me gusta ya,

Best Subway I've been to. Usually I'm never overly satisfied with most Subway restaurants, but this one in Alhambra on Main & Marengo really stands apart. Excellent sandwich(Subway Club) from a very professional staff member(Veronica). 👍

I liked the service I was getting until Paula walked out. She was snobby. She had long nails, a bunch of rings, and wasn't wearing gloves. She was handling money and food. Gross!!
