This supermarket is actually quite large and spacious. There are lots of live seafood and meat section inside. You need to pull a paper number tab and wait for your number to be called for service. The staff in the meat and seafood section is friendly. Check out is a bit slow even though there are many cashiers. Parking can be a challenge depending on the time. The product options here are much more compared to 99 ranch. You can find products from Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Korea, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan etc. This supermarket has a weekly sale or deals, which the price can be lower than other markets. The security guy upfront is not very friendly.

Great news! Who ever shopping here will get attitude from the employee. The cashier having problem corporate with security guy. No idea what happened for their job, but I just wanna get my stuffs, the security guy didn’t want to help the cashier then the drama start happened. The security guy start blaming me, I was like: excuse me? The security guy insult and blame me by speaking mandarin and talk back like I am the one who did the wrong thing. If you don’t want to do your job, quit it, it is your responsibility to give me the product when I showed you the receipt. After I put my stuff in my car and wanted to come back to talk to the manager about this issues. This crazy security guy had issues with other customers. OMG, this security guy did the same thing to them. But this family is not as nice as me and talked back and asked him why he gave them attitude and told him he was rude and not respected them. Then the family got mad and left. I never have issues with other security guy who speak English/Cantonese, they are nice and friendly. Only this security guy who speaks mandarin is insane and rude. Ruin my mood and my day.

I’ve been shopping here for 10 years but today is first time I just tried to return Red Pomelo price $8.24 (can’t eat because too young fruit.) but the staff man with eyeglass who I met him every week says too loud to told me that usually can’t return more than 24 hrs. Yelling And acting very rude to do with 10 years customer like me.

Huh!! I shopping once a week and not possible to eat them all within 24 hrs . Is this make sense?

My family and friends will not comeback CaliMart anymore!!! So disappointed!!! Owner should realize to hires and training employees who has good customer service .

Per my past 3 years shopping experience, The meat counter Chinese workman is crazy, most time he was yelling at customers, he speak Cantonese and poor English poor mandarin, seems his life is too bad and sad.

Because of this issue, I switched to shopping at other Asia markets, never meet the similar workman or problem now.

Great variety of dry goods and canned goods from Asia . Great prices on all things Asian. I love the produce section...items all labeled in English too. Clean store. Good variety of rice. My mothers go-to market. She gets her fish and ground pork here...also the watercress.

A good Asian market. Produce is pretty good and with competitive prices. Much of the produce and goods are Chinese and Vietnamese owing to the demographics of the majority of people who shop here. That said, their selection is generally very good. Staff is pretty friendly. Like all markets, bring your own bag unless you want to pay for plastic (don't buy plastic, folks!).

肉 肉馅一直都是去这里买 其他的还都挺好 只是鱼处理的不干净 每次回家还要自己清理鱼鳞和内脏 最后一次回家一看还遗留了一部分鱼腮 而且当时只有我一个人买鱼 可见是工作不认真 建议把鱼买回家认真检查鱼腮 鱼肠 鱼鳞 并自己重新清理冲洗 我两次发现做熟的鱼鱼腮还在里面

The security is awful! When we entered the market, a guard asked my wife to open up her purse and yelled at her not to steal. She had not even entered the store! He let multiple other women in without another thought. Honestly so disappointing.

There is two middle aged women that work in the cash registers. They didn’t think I spoke Chinese but little did they know I did. They were gossiping behind peoples back talking about customer. I was a guest at hilton close by my wife wanted oysters i got some subway next to market went in to see if they might have some to surprise my wife i took picture of oysters to send to wife and employee from seafood / butcher dept walked in front of me blocking me from taking pics of oysters and in high angry voice said no pictures i told him why and he said why you ask why this was my first time in this type of market but just ended up feeling not wanted there i have video of what took place what a let down

I really would love to rate this market higher, but unfortunately the staff and the other customers seem to be prejudiced against non-Asians.
I love the selection of products (This is literally the only place I’ve been able to find the Taiwan Beer Sweet Touch drink in flavors other than Lychee). The snacks and drinks are great and come with great prices, but every time I come here I get mistreated by the staff and other customers.
I’ve been stared at, ignored, suspected of stealing and more. One time I came in with my parents and they were mistreated too.
If you’re coming here as a Latin American, keep that in mind.

Lousy and rude cashier, filthy store & carts,tiny overcrowded parking lot, better prices than 99Ranch Market or Asia Market,staff is either non-existent or rude & unfriendly,I only brave this store for lower prices,produce is abysmally poor,meat & seafood selection is good,. however butchers service and attitude is poor. They do carry items not found in other Asian markets at lower prices which explains their superiority and rude attitude. I only go there when I need to.I would give this place ZERO stars, thus 1 star suffices.
