I was thinking about getting some boba and tried their new drink, strawberry tea with yakult foam with boba (2). The girl there wasn’t Asian and I was happy about that. She told me she has been there 8 months and was Romanian. The drinks were great and I think I will go back for more. They did a buy one get one 50% off for cash.

I love this place it's quiet and peaceful you can pretty much spend your time here relaxing without any noise that drinks are really good and I like to interior it is a hole in the wall place for a boba shop

Back in town and decided to try a new tea shop. I really enjoyed pineapple tea with Yakult foam and lychee, made by the genuine and friendly baristas (couple?). Wishing them more business and keep up the good quality drinks :)

Edited to add: take advantage of the BOGO 50% off weekdays. Apps like hungry panda also gives discounts.

I came to try myself after looking at the boba shops on the area. I ordered the Purple Yam Fresh Milk w Boba & Pudding and the Caramel Milk Tea w Dalgona Coffee. The one I tried was the Purple Yam one and I say it’s pretty average but not gross or anything similar. Something that I dislike was the boba, it was quite hard but at the same time it sticks to the the teeth, I don’t know if it is usually like this. Also the amount of boba was a bit little and barely noticeable but I guess that’s it’s okay considering the price of the drinks that goes from 4-6$ and are tall cups. The place looked clean and calm. The service was good from the lady at the cashier, and she was the only one I saw there at the time. Maybe I would return if I’m really close to that area and on weekdays since they have the buy one get the second one 50% off WITH CASH.

Cute little boba shop with very convenient parking lot parking. I loved my jasmine green milk tea with pudding, half sweet. Also, how cute are the taro drinks with the hand drawn hearts? 💜 such sweet little touches 🥰 definitely want to come back to try more things from their menu!

It's average. I don't have much to say about this place. It's just one other tea shop that I don't care about coming back again. Doesn't have anything special about it. The milk added to one of the teas became chunky because of the acidity of the tea, so the texture was not pleasant. The matcha one was pretty good.

Was craving for boba, and I wanted to try something new. This place caught my eyes because of their Yelp reviews. It is a small boba place with a few tables. It is located in the same plaza of 168 market. We ordered peach tea with Yakut foam and peach Yakut milkshake. I would like to have my peach tea without ice, but the cashier said that it has to have ice. When I got my drink, I found out that the ice was crushed into small pieces, and they only have big straws. I kept sucking ice as I was drinking. The drink was very blend. It does not have much Yakut flavor. It was a little disappointed.

I love their peach tea with yakult foam! The peach tea has a great taste and the yakult foam adds to the subtle sweetness of the drink! Although the drink has bits of peach, which is great, I like to order it with boba as well!

Come by on a weekday for their BOGO (buy 1 get 1 half off) deal since Im in the area. Good price for good drinks! There is a bit of a hiccup at ordering: I ordered jasmine milk tea, but ended up getting jasmine tea without the milk. Its a bit hard to hear and order with the person at the register. Maybe this is a common issue since I notice there is a sign by the register saying they cant change your drink after its already being made. I noticed this sign and it was partly my fault for not checking the order screen carefully before paying, so I just took it. The drink was good and I added milk at home. No big deal. Just check your order before paying to avoid a similar mix-up.

This place is so cute! I love the fun decorations and the service is so efficient and friendly. The teas are all really great. You can adjust the sweetness level, which is absolutely key. Not too sweet! All of the different matcha and ube drinks have been our favorites so far.

Please please visit this place. I love this boba shop. I ve been going every where giving them good reviews hoping it ll help their business flourished because their shop deserves more customers. Services is beyond, they re the most nicest people. I frequently come here to support this shop when i heard they having a hard time getting more customers, the owner also works most of the time at the shop. Tea has strong flavor, boba is chewy and fresh. That s all what i want. They have good variety of different drinks to choose like yakult fruit blend, tea/milk tea, taro/yam drinks, smoothies.

This is one of my favorite tea places. All the drinks that Ive tried here are really good. I like that you can actually taste the flavor of the tea in their drinks. They do not dilute their teas like some other boba places that Ive visited.

It is a great place to go if you like light fruit tea. Their beverage normally has less ice and less sugar taste than other tea shop.The price is reasonable,under the average.Only one staff didn t show a good service,but every time she act same. Overall, it s a great tea store and I had good experience here.

I been ordering from YELP online for awhile when I am close by the area. (12/26/22) They have deal buy 1 and get 2nd 50% off in store only. Not sure when this deal would be over I have tried many drink there but my favorite. Purple yam (fresh real yam) and fresh milk with Boba $6 Choice: *hot / cold with regular ice / Light Ice / No Ice *sugar level *topping for additional price from $0.65 to $3 I had ordered both cold and hot with with extra purple yam (they put on different cup and still warm). Love their Boba, chewy and soft. Sometimes I would order with cheese foam. Place is small with few tables Is not crowded at the time I got at night 1 hr before they closed.

Its average. I dont have much to say about this place. Its just one other tea shop that I dont care about coming back again. Doesnt have anything special about it. The milk added to one of the teas became chunky because of the acidity of the tea, so the texture was not pleasant. The matcha one was pretty good.

Bought a drink. Dropped said drink. Drink proceeded to dramatically explode on the floor. Did not get money back- did not get drink remade- had to pay again. But did get discounted (30%)! Drink was good. Still sad.

First time to be here. Nice and helpful staff. Let us use their restroom though its not open to public. Got to use it after fireworks on July fourth. Then bought a drink and unexpectedly good. Its taro drink. Since they put do many taro related drinks for sale. Its good. Will visit again.

A nice modern hole in the wall in the 168/CVS shopping plaza. Theres currently no inside seating due to COVID virus, however there are some areas to sit around the plaza. And they give stamp cards!!

Bomb stuff, I visited last night with my boyfriend. He got a their caramel coffee with dalgona which he loved because it wasnt super sweet but delicious! I got their purple yam with cheese foam and it is the BEST taro/ube/purple yam milk tea Ive had in all my milk tea experiences. 59279% would recommend!!!

The yam drinks are to die for, but if youre lactose intolerant, youll feel it forsure. Everytime I visit I go for the purple yam cheese foam. The taste is unreal and superb.

New boba spot in sgv. They appear to be known for purple yam with milk. Unfortunately, they don t have non dairy milk alternatives. Got the peach tea with yogurt foam. Very delicious, tangy, and refreshing. The tea had nice chunks of peaches in it. If you don t have too much of a sweet tooth, consider 0-30% sugar as the drink is quite sweet. I also got the jasmine green milk tea and surprisingly it was very good! It had a nice light floral taste and wasn t overly creamy. I got it with 30% sugar. I am quite the jasmine milk tea fanatic and have tried many boba spots in sgv including wushiland, factory tea bar, tenren, etc and I can safely say that this is the best JMT. Unfortunately, it is non-dairy creamer, not fresh milk.

Nice clean spot with good music. Hopefully once COVID is a thing of the past we can hangout there. Plenty of parking due to location in strip mall, and hopefully more places like that pop up and replace the derelict storefronts and revitalize everything.

Moo Tea, at the time of this review, had its grand opening with a promotion of buy one get one 50% off. Deciding that this deal was enticing enough to try their drinks, I decided to go with my brother to try it. However, I wish I didnt. Due to their promotion, I got two drinks: Jasmine Green Milk Tea and a classic Milk Tea. Both drinks were 25% sugar, no ice, and had boba. When I tried both drinks, they tasted heavily diluted as if they didnt have the ratio correct. I couldnt really taste the tea flavor for either the black tea or the jasmine which was disappointing since I usually get a lower sugar for the higher tea flavor. The boba itself was pretty decent. It was soft with a slight chewiness. The one thing that I did enjoy was that they fill the cup to the brim. However, at the same time, their cup design isnt the greatest. Their cup design is built for cheese foam as is evident from its rotating top lid. However, because it is a rotating top lid, it isnt very secure as it doesnt lock and will spill pretty easily. Even though Moo Tea tries to secure it with a piece of tape, the drink will still spill even if nothing has been pierced. The biggest thing that bothered me is their questionable sanitation. When I was watching them work as I was waiting for my drink, I noticed that one of the workers dropped a cup with a sticker (which is used to tell the worker what type of drink it is) on the floor. They picked it up and then pulled a new cup and looked at the old cup. They put back the new cup and decided to rinse off the old cup with water and dry it with a paper towel. After that, they just resumed their regular workflow with the old cup still being used. This is a blatant health hazard and I am not happy with the way the worker decided to handle that situation. Overall, I dont plan on coming back due to their quality, their questionable workflow, and the value for what I could get from other boba shops nearby.

Recently opened. Right in between the market and CVS. I got the matcha cheese smoothie. I dont usually get cheese foam or smoothies but its pretty good. They also have yogurt foam for fruit teas which Im going to try afterwards.

Had the purple yam with boba and pudding. Tastes good. Its not sweet so I recommend not going half sugar like I usually do with other boba places.
