It's such an amazing cocktail/speakeasy vibe lounge. Awesome addition to Anaheim. We went there for Halloween dinner/drinks and everything was 5 STARS. Service was really good and our server was very sweet/very attentive. Highly recommend this and can't wait what they have in store for Christmas.

We came for the ambiance but the food and drinks were out of this world. The service was impeccable and let me just add the food was delicious. I had the birria tacos and my finance had the brisket grilled cheese. Both dishes were flavorful and filling.
Now for the bar. Our drinks were perfect. They were well balanced so even though they were boozy (2 and I was good) they were delicious!

We made a reservation, the hostess took is to the first table she found open and sat us while the table was dirty while she went for a rag to clean the table and never got the special drink and food menu so we thought they just didn’t have it. when we left they set up the table again and put the menu they didn’t give us. The dinner was really nice we loved the food and drinks. one time the waitress crashed against a costumer and all the drinks in her tray fell and several glasses broke right next to our table, luckily we only got splashed with the drinks but no body got injured. overall it’s a good place to go and hang out and grab a bite and a drink.

OMG this place was amazing. I came here for my anniversary and I was completely blown away. The artichoke and spinach dip was delicious. Ordered the mussels and mixed the sauce with the dip and omg it was amazing. The Mac and cheese was delicious but the prime ribeye was so good it brought a tear to my eye. Definitely worth coming to. Ciera was so helpful and loved her energy.

The not so "Oscar" worthy sandwich left me disappointed not only due to it being tasteless due to the missing so called home made boq sauce that was not placed on it but I was lied to by the server stating it didn't come with it.
When I asked for bbq sauce on the side I was told they had run out and caught her in another lie, they borrowed bbq sauce was from villains. I just wish they had been upfront with me from the beginning and said they ran out and I would have ordered something else. This to me was the equivalent of a western bacon without the bbq sauce.
I only gave a star for the ambiance and the drinks, but I will never return here for food. I left here with nothing but a Broken Spirit.

We celebrated our anniversary here at this amazing restaurant and we're astounded by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Immediately from arriving we were greeted by the owner who offered us a seat in the reception area with complimentary Sake while our table was being prepared. After being escorted upstairs to our seats we were in love. We were surprised with a custom thank you card wishing us both a happy anniversary which was signed by each staff member.
The 8 course meal was beyond delicious, the wine pairing made each dish sing and was exceptional. Throughout our experience the staff educated us in our next bites and gave a wonderful background to each key ingredient showing the passion and attention to details the chef(s) take. We were gifted with more complimentary drinks as the meal progressed which only enhanced our love for this restaurant.
Our one and only complaint, the restaurant is loud. There are no acoustic panels to absorb sound and the lovely interior (unfortunately) only helps make sound more loud making it difficult to hear your waiter/waitress when describing the dish and interacting.
If you are looking for a special place to celebrate with a delicious meal, attention to detail, interactive experience, and an overall wonderful night. Please go here as you will not be upset. They are well ok their way to earning a Michelin star and I recommend getting into this experience before it's to late. We will be celebrating here for years to come

Fantastic handcrafted cocktails. Creative bar bites. Very amusing and fun atmosphere and decor. I highly suggest not to eat upstairs. The service is not great. Make sure you stay in the main dining area. Must try.

Me and a friend went there together as both first timers because we saw all of the hype and good reviews on instagram. Sad to say that we were disappointed with the food and service. A waitress came to our table to ask if we were doing ok and if we needed anything, we both asked if we could please have pineapple juice. Long story short, we waited almost 25 minutes just for our pineapple juice and that included having to ask 2 different waitresses and a waiter. Then finally, the first waitress that originally asked if we needed anything came back to our table and asked if we re doing ok and we both said we still never got our drinks. She forgot about it and rushed to the kitchen and finally brought us our drinks. The food was disappointing, I asked one of the staffs for her recommendations and ordered it. I ordered the brisket steak sandwich with chimichurri and it was horrible, it was very oily and greasy. My stomach started to hurt and I felt like I was going to vomit. The Mac and cheese wasn t good either. Yeah, we will definitely not be returning to this place.

I came here just for drinks, and to be honest, I was going to go to the brewery next door. BUT, I saw the aesthetic of the building and HAD to stop in! Formerly Craftsman 1904, the Broken Spirits restaurant is so great! Theyd only been open for about a week when I came in to visit, and honestly, I saw no flaws. We were served by Jasmine and she was SO great, explaining the menu and the drinks and the thought behind the decor. She walked us through the menu even though we were only there for drinks. We sat by the window to take in the very unique atmosphere and look at all the vintage Disneyland decor. Even with drinks, the manager came over and chatted and it really felt like a place wed been going to for years. I loved the atmosphere, the drinks, the service.. everything! I cant wait to some back and have food at my next visit.

Stayed in Anaheim for a conference and found this little gem by chance. The service was fast and friendly. The food was so good and reasonable prices. The drinks were delicious. The atmosphere is unique. That alone is a reason to stop by. If I ever go back to Anaheim I will definitely be coming back!

I wanted to share just how amazing my experience was at The Craftsman 1904 recently! I was able to host an event at this location, and everything was perfect. Exceptional service overall, the owner is super friendly! He was so cooperative and made sure that everyone else was satisfied. The servers and bartenders were also very great all night. Cocktails were so amazing, the Hermosa was a party favorite. Our server, Cat helped make the best experience, serving the party all night and was super efficient. Thank you craftsman!

Food was good, service was good, cocktails were really good, but I wouldnt classify this as fine dining. In my opinion its lacking some refinement in the dishes. Its very protein forward, which is fine, but I didnt feel like I tried anything new or a new preparation I hadnt had before.

We made reservations for Valentines Day a few weeks in advance. It was risky since we had not been there before but wanted to give it a try. We were greeted by Josh, one of the owners, very friendly, nice guy. He walked us upstairs and seated us. We were sat in this tiny closet... It must be like 8 feet square... With another couple. No windows and three electrical panels in there. Folks... We were in the utility room. My husband got up, found a staff member and very politely asked for a different table. Her response was super snarky and said there were no tables available, people had reservations.. he said I have a reservation as well.. I got up and told her Im not sitting in the closet. Another staff member walked over and very sweetly sat us at one of the eight open tables. The food was good.. it was an eight course menu of small bites which seems like you would need about two hours to complete. The atmosphere is nice. Its pretty expensive overall for what it was.

We went for the Sunday brunch and it was awesome!! The venue is really great they actually serve the brunch on the brewery side of the property. The food was outstanding. The bbq brisket, pork and beef ribs were all cooked right and seasoned nicely all tender and juicy. The chicken biscuit was perfect down to the runny yolk egg on top. The posole was bomb. Everything was on point. All thriller no filler. The bottomless mimosas for the $25 is a must imo...unique flavors like strawberry charcoal and lucky charms were fun. The service was really great, friendly and professional. Geordi was our server really great guy and made sure we always had drinks. He had tons of support, it really seemed like they were a team! I will be back!!

Sad to say we were incredibly disappointed with our experience there. All the food was cold, 2 hours to get 3 of the courses of 8, the wine pairings did not arrive with the proper food. There was no manager except for Chris I believe his name was who was borrowed from the brewery next-door. The food is not even prepared there on site. It looks like it was prepared from the bar next-door. I walked outside, and I saw that the final preparations were done on the patio. Very deceptive. The server was moderate at best. I overheard another couple complaining about the food being cold as well. Half the food was good and the rest was nothing special. For the price point we paid and the 18% automaticly added gratuity I expect a lot more .

Probably one of the best meals I have had in OC. Awesome venue, food was excellent and our server Chloe was a delight. If you want something more than the standard OC higher end restaurant then you won t go wrong with The Crasftsman.

Six of us our group cramped into a corner right next to a boisterous and loud group that we can t hear the waitress talking, much less hear each other. Service took forever. Didn t change utensils between courses. The service staff reaching over us. I was not expecting high end but also didn t expect getting diner experience for the price they charged

Upon arrival at the newly opened venue, our meticulously planned reservation was inexplicably absent from the system. Despite the apologies from the hostess and manager, their demeaning comments left us feeling genuinely upset, questioning our ability to schedule. We had booked through OpenTable, verified on my calendar, yet endured a lengthy wait with belittling remarks. Although eventually seated, the rushed service and pushy drink recommendations left us uneasy. Feeling coerced, we left without ordering, concerned about the overall experience. This, regrettably, led to an unprecedented negative review, fueled by humiliation and the fear of compromised service.

We had a great evening of good food, good wine, and creative cocktails. It was everything as advertised. A few things to be aware of: 1) the menus was a little seafood heavy, 2) the rooms were on the loud side and conversation was challenging (think they are still working out the acoustics), 3) gratuity is automatically included for all party sizes.

My boyfriend and I arrived early at this restaurant for our party of 4, and we started with cocktails. The Weapon of Choice welcome drink was decent. However, when our friends arrived, our waitress was eager to take their drink order before they even had a chance to look at the menu. We asked if they could try the welcome drink first, but she seemed a bit pushy with getting them to order. We tried various cocktails, with some being too stiff and others tasting like punch or grass. I personally wouldnt recommend any of the cocktails. The first half of the tasting menu was strong, but it went downhill from there. The short rib and banana bread pudding were nothing exciting and tasted almost bland. It seemed like they forgot to serve dessert with sauce. The pork belly and tri-tip were overly salty, and when we informed our waitress, the owner, Dom, personally apologized and made it up with lamb lollipops (off-menu item). It would have been better if the waitress had asked about allergies or restrictions beforehand, as I couldnt eat lamb. Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly ask for water refills, which was disappointing. Prices were not shown on the cocktail menu, but the cocktails were reasonably priced at $15-16 each, considering the quality and taste. Unknowingly beforehand, they automatically add an 18% gratuity to all checks. For a meal with half misses and food that wont get you full, the $110 per person price tag (~$200 per person with drinks) feels a bit steep. Despite the ups and downs, the efforts of the waitress and owner to ensure our satisfaction were appreciated.
