Dine on delectable down-home cooking with delicious dishes and beverages.
We ate here as part of the package for the Fantastics show. What a fun place to eat. We had reservations and was able to eat within 15 minutes of the reserved time. Interior is like the 1890's. Server was very busy ,but gave us all the time we needed. Menu is limited in a good way. We started with spicy meatballs in polenta, Delicious! I had the pork chop dinner (4.5 stars), my partner had the chicken sandwich with the whole dinner in-between 3 slices of thick bread. (3.8 stars. Indeed it was spicy. Chicken, Mac and cheese were all in there. Enormous portion but he enjoyed it. Dessert was apple crisp with ice cream.(4star) For a sit down fun experience at Disneyland, go and have a very relaxed dinner.

First time dining here. I got a brunch reservation so I could try the biscuits & gravy π Unfortunately had to wait about 30 minutes after checking in, but that's alright, I'm a patient gal. I got seated outside in the shade with a nice view of Rivers of America. I had a fantastic cast member taking care of me! Now on to the biscuits & gravy, now I love me some B & G and would rate Disney's a 8/10. Biscuits are huge and fluffy, and they give you a nice helping of gravy. Wish it came with a side of fruit to balance everything out π

Great service but probably one of the lesser restaurants in the New Orleans Square area of the Disneyland park. The vegan/plant-based options have dramatically improved in the last few years though. Very bright inside, convenient location within the park. The vegan grits and meatballs are very tasty but heavy. The vegan squash dish is much lighter and fresher, and tasty as well.

When I order a meatball I expect it to be a meatball! Such deception is not rewarded. I realize there is a vegan leaf icon to the right of the item description but thatβs a notification for vegans. It should NOT be a warning for people expecting meatballs. At no point in the actual meatball skilletβs description does it state itβs not real meat. If anything it should call itself a vegan meatball or else a vegan meat-like ball.
Otherwise the food was rather good. The fakeballs didnβt taste bad and were surprisingly juicy. The big belle sandwich was fun and I love mac and cheese, although it could use more cheese sauce. The Mississippi Mud Pie drink wasβ¦ an interest experience although not my thing. The pumpkin spice pancakes were tasty and the cobbler was cobbler. Overall worth trying once they change the skilletβs description.

There is NO bathroom in this restaurant. I had to take a family member out of the restaurant to the nearest restroom then return to cold foodβ¦. Absolutely unacceptable!!! The others who were in our party did order the sandwich which they enjoyed. The loaded fries didnβt have much meat and was mostly BBQ sauce. The pork chop was a pretty thick chop served with made potatoes and vegetables. The service staff was attentive when taking our orders; however, dirty dishes didnβt seem to be a priority. The cherry dessert was big enough to share and it was very tart overall. We will not be attending this restaurant again.

We were super excited about this experience and left there frustrated. Even though we made a reservation, we waited a long time and the restaurant was not full. Super basic menu for the price. They give you VIP access to the fireworks, which is terrible, because you spend hours sitting on the floor, in a crowded place. The good point was the waiter, super gentle. Just survived lunch at the River Belle Terrace Restaurant in Disneyland! Pros: Amanda, our waitress, was a total rockstar - fast service and excellent customer service. The loaded fries and Big Belle sandwich were filling and delicious (although, let's be real, I was too hungry to care at that point). The atmosphere inside was adorable, and the fried chicken sandwich was a highlight.
Cons: NO BATHROOMS, folks! I had to do the dreaded "I'm-so-sorry-l'm-gonna-make-you-leave-your-food-behind" dance with a family member to find the nearest restroom. And, of course, our food was cold by the time we got back. I'll definitely be back - with a full bladder and a craving for that Country Cuban Sandwich. Pirates, here I come!

A nice little getaway from the crowds. They usually have reservations for same day visits if you look on the app. My fish was pretty good. The fries were decent, maybe a little salty, but you are at an amusement park. This is definitely one of the better places to eat at the park. The staff was super helpful. Lastly, THEY SELL ALCOHOL... so you will enjoy the park more after a visit if you feel stressed.

The atmosphere really transports you to the 50s. Unfortunately the Food was really bad. The burnt ends pasta and pork chop werent very good. The pasta barely had burnt ends on it and the sauce was very bland. The pork chop had so much chili on it I dont know how they arent advertising it as spicy. For the price theres way better food available in the park.

The staff provide great service! They re constantly topping off the drinks up which I appreciate a lot. Very limited menu though and the food is a bit underwhelming. It s extremely stuffy in this eating area. It feels as crowded as if you were waiting in line for a ride except you re seated. I understand they need to accommodate as many people as possible but this is something to take note of in case you have a wheel chair or stroller. Just FYI the deep fried monte Cristo is 80% bread.

I m only leaving this to try to help others that book a dining reservation because they have to schedule in cooling off in order to keep going without passing out in the heat - DO NOT RELY ON THIS PLACE TO COOL OFF! The seating is 60% outside, and inside, several of the tables sit in the sun so for guests stuck at those tragic tables, they re getting a tan through glass while trying to enjoy eating hot food inside a steamy greenhouse. I was at one of the greenhouse tables, so due to that, for most of my meal it felt hotter than outside in the shade where there were passing breezes. I honestly didn t feel cool air even walking to my table. I m not sure it was running when I came in. When I left it had cooled ever so slightly. I awkwardly scooted my table back like 6 feet which reduced my sun exposure, but didn t eliminate it, and I was in everyone s way like that and it was incredibly embarrassing. Food was great, unfortunately no gazpacho or literally anything COLD to eat on the menu. Felt like I was going to pass out due to not being able to lower my core body temp, plus being way overdue for food. Manager was not sympathetic. Waiter was, but I still couldn t move. I was dining alone and it would seem there was just a single one-top inside the whole place. I left the waiter a $20 tip on an $18 tab because he brought me grapes and fries ahead of my meal after I begged him for crackers or ANYTHING just so I wouldn t pass out, and he did not seem to mind - well at least he didn t kick me out when I poured ice water on my cooling towel right there at the table, and put ice in my bra I felt really sick but didn t actually all the way pass out. Yay?

So tired of expensive cold food just to get to see Fantasmic! up close. Dined there on 9/27 and we sent back the chicken sandwich because every component was barely warm only to be served the exact thing again maybe one degree warmer. Plaza Inn routinely serves out piping hot food. Why can t this location? Bill was $200 for two people total of 4 drinks and 2 Fantasmic! dining packages. Just gross cold food . Disney do better !!

Went on a less busy than usual Saturday, for a party of 1 my wait time to enter was less than ten minutes. This was around 10:50 AM. Host explained there are no bathrooms, and the server followed up with me no more than a couple of minutes after the host left me in my seat. Server was very nice, was asked if I had any food allergies which is such a nice touch. Ordered the pumpkin spice pancakes which were amazing, hot, soft, and not too sweet. The inside is decorated marvelously, and it s really delightful to enjoy the atmosphere and the touches they add throughout the establishment. Brunch was amazing at this spot. Only downside is they explain there is no bathroom to use, so you need to loop runs the building elsewhere.

Very good restaurant, highly recommend reserve dining. Have in mind this restaurant doesnt have a kids menu nor isnt very spice free friendly. Food portions are big! except for the Chicken Pot Pie Soup, most could feed two people.

I made a reservation with the Fantasmic dining package. When you visit the restaurant, you receive a ticket that allows you to enter the reservation area for the Fantasmic show. And this restaurant. This restaurant serves southern cuisine, and its dishes are spicy and punchy. The hot chicken was quite spicy. The volume is also incredible. Plenty of potatoes too. To be honest, I get bored and the sandwiches are delicious. Thats a bit of $58 per person. The best part is that the kids menu plate, which costs about $35, is as poor as you can see in the photo. Its already at the level of fraud. A chewy skewer of breast meat, hard bacon and sausage. Thats just too cruel. So, here are the impressions of a Japanese person, for your reference. Appetizer: Chicken Pot Pie Soup: Creamy soup with chicken, biscuits, and chives. Farmhouse Salad: Fresh salad made with white BBQ Ranch dressing and homemade croutons. Deviled Meatball Skillet: Meatballs with grits, mustard BBQ sauce, peppers and onions. Main dish: Big Bell Sandwich: A hearty sandwich featuring Nashville Hot Chicken, Brisket Mac & Cheese, and homemade slaw. Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich: A sandwich made with fried chicken, cherry peppers, pickle slaw, and BBQ aioli. Country Cuban Sandwich: A classic Cuban sandwich with pulled pork, country ham, and dill pickles. American Breakfast: Traditional breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, breakfast sausage, and house fries. Roasted Squash: A vegetarian dish made with Heritage Tomato Sauce, Heritage Grains Succotash, greens and tofu. Apple Pie Pancakes: Pancakes topped with apple pie filling, graham cracker strezel and caramel sauce, served with applewood smoked bacon and breakfast sausage. Loaded House Fries with Eggs: BBQ brisket, pimento cheese sauce, pickles, pickled red onions, and fries topped with a fried egg. Dessert: Homemade Pudding: Blue raspberry and sour cherry flavored pudding, served with popping candy. Cherry Oat Cobbler A La Mode: Toasted Oat Strezel, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Ice Cream.

The seating area indoor is carpeted. Both my son and I started to have nose blocked and sneezes after sitting down for meals. My son also started to have slight asthma reaction and had to use his inhaler. The fish and the squash were quite delicious. We had dinner appointment at 8:30, it was the only time available for booking. Its fair that we wanted to have our meal for at least one hour, however the waiters were rushing to clean up.

Absolutely horrible for a standalone restaurant, but for a DISNEY restaurant. The service was almost non-existent. The menu gave you exactly two choices for each course. The fish was overcooked and pretty much inedible and the cobbler crust was uncooked oats. Even the special seating passes you received for Fantasmic was disorganized and worthless. Lets make everyone walk a mile one way to walk ALL THE WAY BACK behind the line. Oh, and the nearest bathroom was five minutes away... Worst Disney Experience Ever.

This is the worst restaurant in any Disney Resort that we have been too. We were brought to our table 1 hour after our reservation for the Fantasmic Standard Package. Tables with the same number of people and later reservation times were sat before us. Management has no idea how to run this place. As for the food, the pork was very spicy and fatty. The celery for my kids was brown and dry. After we asked for the check, we waited 20 minutes before it came. We spoke with the manager earlier on and she gave us a complimentary refill of soda. This restaurant is a total joke.

Went there 6/11 during our disneyland vacation to enjoy the brunch/fantasmic package. That package is a must whenever we visit. Dont understand or agree with purchasing a parade package for the price when its so easy to view the parades from a good spot with minimal waiting. The fantasmic package on the other hand has very good food and front row seats for the show and fireworks that follow the first show, which is the one we always book for. Anyways, food was all very good. We had the cuban sandwich, big belle and loaded fries and all entrees were solid, good portions, good flavor, solid meal. I cannot recall the waitresses name but she was outstanding. Top notch service. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

Then when we got in the temperature of the restaurant was so cold several of our party were shivering (we were not wet). When asked if they could change the temperature, they said we had to ask Florida. It was so cold the food got cold quickly, and it was not enjoyable. Absolutely ruined the day. On a side note all the lamp fixtures were covered in a gross dust that threatened to fall with every waft of freezing air from the HVAC. We had lunch here too, and it was fine. I dont know what happened in the six hours between.

However, we had an experience that simply does not align with these amazing qualities. We had a 7:45 PM reservation our food arrived roughly around 8:10. Just before 8:30 a bunch of servers were standing around looking in our direction. By 8:32 our plates were done and one man literally removed our linen napkins. My wife said she felt their pressure half way through her meal. The manager needs to adopt a policy that stops this behavior it is not ok. Its far too wonderful of an establishment!

Our server was pleasant as she took our order (a salad, entree, and a couple drinks), although she looked barely out of high school. We were served our drinks quickly, and then waited. And waited. And waited. After a half hour the table of 10 next to us was served, even though they arrived after us. That s when my partner snapped. She asked to just charge us for the drinks because we had a ride reservation we needed to get to. Our server was very apologetic and next thing we knew our food was ready. We stayed and enjoyed the meal, but it was a bit rushed. So just be warned don t be in a hurry at the River Belle.

A very good restaurant with delicious food. Highly recommended. Dietary restrictions: Lots of good celiac friendly plates.

The staff just dumped the whole order on our table, rarely came to check our table and charged 20% tips automatically, considering a baby as the 8th person. This place is literally night and day to the other restaurant. Its cheaper, relaxing, the waiters here are a lot more attentive.

Daniel S. Our server was fantastic! Such a nice and sweet guy! They had a small hiccup in the back (kitchen). They were switching over from the Brunch menu to dinner and were really behind. However, the Host Stand team and FoH management staff tag-teamed everyone coming in for their reservations and made it as smooth as possible while communicating with everyone. Once we got sat in the shade (thank God, it was a high of 93 that day), we noticed the staff trying to keep up with the influx of new tables and service from the back delayed. We waited maybe 5 minutes before Daniel showed his pretty face. He brought waters with his greeting and promised hed be right back. I told him to take his time, we were ok. When he did return, we already knew everything we wanted, so we ordered. He bantered with us a little, had some laughs. He checked back occasionally for a pit stop and see how we were. He was fun. The food was really, really good! My partner ordered the wildberry mule ($18), which he liked but didnt love. It was sweet & refreshing but had too much of a bite for him. He also got a bacon spinach salad and loaded house fries ($29). I got the Roasted Summer Squash with tofu ($19). It was not what I was expecting. The squash was cut in half, then sliced down the middle, so I had 6 huge pieces with broccolini and other veggies in a Im assuming was a bell pepper red sauce. The flavor was phenomenal! The tofu was non-existent. I thought it was cheap, white pellet parm cheese at first. Just a sprinkle on top. Then I came across 1 slightly bigger piece and immediately felt gipped (again, the BoH was having issues). But the service by far made up for not getting sufficient tofu! Will be back again!

Of all places that would understand something like this you would think it would be here in Disney land. Nope customer service 0!

On a hot day in Disneyland, you want an opportunity to sit & eat in air conditioning. River Belle Terrace was the 1st available reservation so we grabbed it. I got fried shrimp with wedge salad. My daughter got the chicken sandwich. I tried looking up the names but it seems the menu has changed since Sept 9, 2023. I enjoyed the shrimp, salad not so much. My daughter liked her chicken sandwich but found it difficult to pickup & eat. The tables were small so we felt cramped. I d suggest leaving all bags in lockers if you plan on dining in. We only had mini backpacks but still felt like we didn t have enough room.

Excellent food and service. Rosana took such good care of us and she was sincerely kind. Thank you. From the dinner menu, between three of us, we had the pork chop, with mash and grilled veggies, the bacon spinach salad and chicken pot pie soup, as well as the loaded fries and would recommend all of them.

The food was very good, not crazy expensive. Was able to get a reservation easily and wasnt too busy, less than half the patio was even filled. Got in quickly and host stand was nice. That said, service was remarkably slow. The food took at least 40 minutes to come out, was only offered drink refills after food was finished. Had to ask for the check after waiting about 15 minutes. Thought about getting dessert but had places to be and couldnt wait another 30 minutes.

Very disappointing food quality. Kids menu - single chicken skewer, three mini carrots, and two pieces of oranges. Pasta - I can make much better than this. Chicken sandwich - Flo 8 cafe was much better quality. And no washroom.

Upscale style barbeque/comfort food restaurant, the menu is what makes it unique (not the decor/atmosphere which was nice but not really anything to look twice at from Disney standards.) Burnt ends pasta was good, just a little bit too crunchy for my liking but overall tasted great. Staff was very attentive of allergies and provided great service, swapping out drinks before they were empty and making any modifications we needed. Dietary restrictions: If you have a beef allergy or prefer pork this is the place for you, as almost none of the menu features beef

Terrible service. Complained about the appalling food and was shrugged off. Waiter was so frustrated that he left nail marks on my girlfriends sweater as he gripped onto it as it hung on the chair. Very very small menu and overpriced. Wouldn t go here again and I would advise others to look for food options elsewhere. Vegetarian options: Vegan meatballs were good but the squash entree was horrendous.

I usually love this restaurant. But this last time going was just awful. The service was horrible. Never offered to refill waters. We had 4 people. One for their food pretty quickly. 40 minutes later 2 more for their food. Finally after an hour, I asked about my food. The server didn t realize I didn t have food. By this point, the kitchen was closing, so they threw together my food. I ve had the dish before, and loved it. But this time, it was disappointing. I don t know if i was given left overs, or what, but it was not good. And it s not like the place was busy. It was actually almost empty. I find it very rude that they started closing up the kitchen, cleaning up, putting chairs away, with customers still there. Highly disappointed with this experience

The chicken skewers from the kids meals was a very sorry looking one skewer of bland boiled chicken with no flavoring or taste. There were black spots on the chicken and also was over cooked. The one star in this review is due to the fact they cancelled the item from our order.

I decided to try the biscuits and gravy, and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. A traditional sausage gravy with a bit of a black pepper kick. The biscuits were light fluffy and huge. However, they were rather stingy with the amount of gravy

So you walk in, you walk up to the hostess, and show your reservation,, you follow them to your table, and you look around and see its very bright for a restaurant, and you get seated, you look around, , and outside, you see guests having a good time. You smile. A waitress asks what youd like to drink, and I say Ill have a mint julep please Perfect Disneyland refreshment, and I order the catfish sandwich, which was excellent. Very crispy. And I look around, very full and relaxed. I pay the bill, and the river bell terrace is highly underrated.

The atmosphere is beautiful and definitely gives a NOLA feel. The service was ok, I just didn t like that nothing was done for my son to make his birthday extra special. On the reservation I noted that it was his birthday, and all he got was 3 circles of whipped cream on a tiny plate (Mickey shaped?) with a candle in it. Kinda lame for a place that overall costs an arm, leg and newborn child to go to. The food was just ok, don t expect too much from the brisket.

TLDR; I do not recommend this restaurant. The food is supbar, and its a waste of both your park time and money to eat here. When I originally booked our afternoon reservation, I thought we would be eating outside, due to the name River Belle Terrace, and it not being specified as indoors. Dissapointingly, we were escorted into the restaurant without being given an option. Im not sure if this was due to a separate event or if this is their normal operating procedure to prepare for Fantasmic evening showings, but that should have been clear in the booking process. If Disney employees can deconstruct a stage in under an hour for World of Color than the wait staff should be more efficient and not need over 3 hours to put napkins on tables in preparation for evening dining experiences. Seperately, Im not sure how they justify 75 dollars a person for their special viewing dinner service with how mid the food is and, since patio is flat, the majority of people who pay wont even have a good sightline for Fantasmic. The interior decor and themeing is lackluster and hopefully this is next in line to get gutted and rehabed when Tianas Palace is completed late 2023. The inside portion of the restaurant is more akin to a shoebox and theres no bathroom inside or nearby which is incomprehensible for a sit down restaurant. The service itself was passable but fairly minimal despite how much easier it should be for the staff to be attentive in such a small area with so few guests. Lastly and most importantly, the food itself wins the award for being the most abysmal Ive ever had in a Disney park. The menu originally appealed to me because it seemed like elevated comfort food, but the execution is just not there. We received our food a little too quickly and it wasnt very warm. I suspect they bulk prepare or reheat things in the back and plate it, as opposed to it being freshly made to order. The limited menu offerings and small table size dont lend themselves well to ordering multiple items and sharing them. The wedge salad my mom ordered decent despite being small and more apetizer sized. The Skillet Briscuit macaroni I ordered was overwhelmingly heavy and bland, with cube chunks of flavorless, hard, and over cooked briscut. My dad, who will eat pretty much anything without complaint and hates wasting food, struggled with and ultimately didnt finish his Burnt Ends Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which he considers to be the worst thing hes ever eaten. On the whole, while weve been really dissapointed with Disneylands food offerings compared to Disney California Adventure and the Walt Disney World parks, this takes the figurative cake (because we absolutely did not want to gamble on the dessert menu). Do yourself, your tastebuds, and your wallets a favor and eat literally anywhere else. Wheelchair accessibility: Because of the restaurants small size and cluttered seating, you will have to park any whechairs or ECVs in the main walkway of the park and walk 20 to 30 steps to your seats. There arent any stairs but its not as accessible as other locations.

We made reservations through the Disney app at Cafe Orleans and really enjoyed the experience and the food. We loved sitting out on the patio to enjoy our food, and actually got the dessert first which was a berry cobbler. Y all, we almost ordered another it was so tasty. After our dessert appetizer our entrees came out. I got the BBQ tofu - the tofu was softer than I would have liked but overall had a great flavor. I was thrilled to see a complete vegan meal on the menu at a sit down Disney restaurant. If we re ever back at Disney, we ll definitely make reservations again!

We booked the restaurant so we could watch the night show fantasmic. The food were mediocre at best. There are no washroom at the restaurant. Before the show start we try to get out to the patio but we were not allow to go out anywhere except for the back door. We need to find out stroller at the front door but was told that staff moved all stroller somewhere else. Staff were extremely rude and were just telling customers that they can t get out where they came from to reunite with family. There are empty seats and area at restaurant patio but we weren t even allow to stand at corner or sides. We were paying customers at the restaurant but were treated like refugees. It wasn t even busy! Just pure rude and unhelpful. Manager gave full confidence in their staff to be rude and it was ok to have unhappy customers. They are happy to take your 20%service really say gratuity, then treat you like low class citizen . Not a great experience

We didnt have reservations, but luckily they were accepting walk-ins and it took no more than 10 minutes for us to be seated. They sat us inside even though it was a nice day, but it was such a nice ambiance that it was nice to be inside and away from the crowds for a bit. Our food was so delicious! Specifically the BBQ Brisket sandwich was AMAZING! The wait staff was wonderful and came quickly with our refills....this will definitely not be our last visit!

Being a passholder as long as I have been, this is the first time for me to eat here, and it did not disappoint. My whole group agreed it was pretty good and a nice break between rides. We sat outside by the walkway near Pirates of the Caribbean and enjoyed some people watching. We each ordered 2 items, and there were no complaints. Most of the service was quick, but did have to ask for salad dressing at least 3 times. But other than that, it was perfect and enjoyable! So if youre looking for a full service restaurant inside Disneyland that wont break the bank, come here!!

I ve been to Disneyland a million times and never even noticed this cute restaurant. We made a reservation for lunch. We were really excited to try the food. The location is super cute and the seating is great. You can look to look over and see Tom Sawyer Island, and all the people walking around and families having fun. Xavier was our waiter and he was really super helpful. He told us about the oil having cross-contamination because we have fish allergies. So unfortunately, we were unable to try anything from the fryer because everything fried there is fried in the same oil as the fish. Kind of limited our options for lunch. The iced tea was really fresh and very refreshing. Jaden was super helpful and told us all about the great desserts. And other tasty items on the menu. The service was incredible. Unfortunately, the pimento, macaroni and cheese was not as good as the biscuits with the Mento cheese sauce. The strawberry shortcake pudding did not disappoint. Not only was it really cute, but it was also really tasty. A little hard to get everything in one bite because of the jar but the whip cream was a delightful surprise. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend make sure to make a reservation first. The cast is super nice and there to help you. We did ask for the manager and Xavier got a little concerned thinking he had done something wrong. We asked to see the manager to let her know what a great experience we had. Everybody s always so quick to complain and hardly ever take the time to call the manager to see if what a great time they had. The service was wonderful Cass the manager was really sweet and we were super grateful that she took the time out to come and talk to us. We were told the hummingbird cake was really delicious but you don t have it. Please bring back the hummingbird cake.

This reviews is based solely on their organization not on the food. The food we got was decent. We had a reservation for 4pm. We got there checked in and they said they would let us know when our table was ready. A 4:05 reservation for 11 ppl checked in. 15 minutes later they get seated. Which doesn t make sense to me. Finally we get seated about 20 minutes after our reservation. Inside the restaurant are many empty tables and like 7 servers just standing there. I don t understand why it takes so long to get seated and why so many workers are just standing there doing nothing, with many ppl with reservations waiting for their table to be ready

Jekyll & Hyde. Nice experience at dinner the night before seated a couple minutes early, great service with super sweet, attentive, and friendly hostess & server. Lunch the next day was pretty meh, and really out of sorts for Disney. Seated 15 minutes after reservation time (checked in 10 min prior to reservation time). Menus left in a pile on the table as host (friendly enough) gone before butts were in seats. Server was cold and impatient throughout - wild contrast to night before and typical Disney crew. Asked if we had questions while menus still in a pile, then asked for our orders when we said not yet. When we said we needed a minute, she started walking away without taking a drink order. We caught her and got drinks ordered (nice after waiting in partial shade 25 minutes). Must have been in a big rush, as she seemed even less patient . Not a huge deal, but surprising for Disney and super disappointing for the $$ involved. Food was limited menu, banquet food in all cases, but just fine for the setting.

Fish and shrimp was very good - moist and spiced mildly and flavorful. Not on menu kids chicken meal barely touched. Beverages not on menu so youll be on the spot when waiter shows up and on that note, service was excellent garnering %20% in spite of the food. Cafeteria level noise inside. 20 minutes early and checked in but still waited to be seated at reservation time so no need to be there too early.. with annual passes were always looking for different restaurants to try but wont be returning to this one .. expensive for quality of food and limited choices may not please larger groups.

Positive: most dishes ordered (mac and cheese, sandwich, salad, pudding, and tater tot appetizer) tasted very nice and the atmosphere is peaceful. Negative: The vegetarian option with tofu is lackluster at best and confused at worse. The dish is not thought out. It has to different flavor profiles that dont go together from the spices vs. the BBQ sauce. There is too much tofu and not enough vegetables/beans. It is unbalanced. Please note, it does not taste bad, but it is not an enjoyable dish. Both of the vegetarians in our group were unable to finish the dish due to unappealing flavor.

We put our name on the wait list and it took about 20 minutes to be seated. We then waited about another 15 minutes for our server to come to our table. After she came we proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for our food. Our food came and it was fantastic, however there was a discrepancy on our bill (charged us twice for the same entree). That then took another 10 minutes to correct. Overall, good food, poor service, I would never go back as it basically took an hour and a half away of our park day.

This was the worst restaurant experience i have had at Disneyland. We paid for the VIP fantastic package of three course meal and made reservations for june 23rd. Our waiter took our order and brought back drinks but my daughter drink was wrong. I informed them of this but they didnt return to our table or fix it. We were brought our entrees before our salad or soup. I dont work i resturant business but this is a manger red flag when you dont serve your guest food in the right order!!!.I told the person who brought our food and she returned with our salad but the salad dressing we ordered was wrong. During this time our waiter had still not returned to our table. I had got up and spoke to the front desk for our waiter had not returned and told them how our orders were wrong and still not corrected and we still had not seen our waiter. She informed me that the manager would speak to us but never came to our table. The waiter finally came to our table with dessert and the correct drink order but never fixed the salad. My daughter had a food allergy so this was important. I had asked several times that they bring our passes so we could have time to use the restroom and find a place to seat before the show started. This was given very late in which we had a few minutes to use the restaurant and book it to the show in hopes to have a good seat. For a VIP package this was very poor service. Save your money and pick a different place. This was the first time my daughter had been to Disneyland and the restaurant did nothing but say sorry and ignore our request. I would never eat here again.

The service was amazing but, not a magical experience at all. The food was AWFUL, we paid $140 for 2 adults and 2 kiddos (they ordered off the adult menu 9 & 11) but the food was horrible. It was literally like a microwaved frozen meal. We left over half of our plates, paying and ended up going elsewhere. The reservation asked if we were celebrating anything so they could make our experience magical I said we were celebrating a birthday, 3 first timers and a college graduation and none were even acknowledged. The meals were extremely overpriced and barely edible. Make reservations elsewhere in advance and avoid this place! OR PICK UP MOBILE FOOD ORDERS. I was surprised when I saw there were still reservation times available so close to our trip date, now I understand why. Food was pretty bad. My dad and I both got the mac n cheese and it was weirdly dry, this place is also obsessed with pimento cheese so the flavor was odd. My brother got the cubano and it was basically 90% cheese, and ice cold. The shrimp and catfish bites were also really nasty, tasted like theyd been thawed and refrozen several times. The dessert was pretty good though, even if the monkey bread was kinda dry. This place gets points because we were able to sit inside a restaurant with air conditioning, but the food is definitely not worth the money. TBH its absolutely worth it to buy a parkhopper ticket for the sole purpose of getting dinner in California Adventure lol.

I asked for a couple of items to be replaced and clean ones were equally nasty. Food is mediocre at best. Typical cafeteria food - canned beans, tater tots, flavorless macaroni. ***There s a reason this place is open to reservations every day. It s not good. We made a reservation and 45 minutes later and 3 times them Sending pre seating text directions finally got sat. Sent app back because it was hard as a rock. The food was okay and the drinks came out fast. A lot of time and money wasted as the experience was over 2 hours. I have eaten at a lot of reservation sit down restaurants at Disneyland, Disney World, Disney Cruise that required reservations and this was by far worst experience.I felt like they didn t care about the customer or our time. I know they may be short staffed, overwhelmed, behind schedule But the host was uncommunicative and careless with explaining that to each person that waited well past there reserved time.

Service was awesome and the decor i understood but the food...OMG the food is horrible. Flavor less, and there isnt much options.

We were able to make day of reservations which was nice, but couldnt cancel if needed to. The atmosphere was wonderful, but the food was not. We got the Pimento Mac and Cheese and it did not taste good at all. It made our stomachs upset too. The waitress didnt even bother to ask if we liked the food or why we didnt eat it, let alone offer something else. We were in and our in 20 minutes because it was so bad. Go somewhere else or do quick service. Our corn dog earlier in the day was a lot better.

Basically Dennys food but worse, at Disney inflated prices. I had chicken that was extremely dry, and tasted really old, like it had been reheated over and over for days. Carls Jr. makes a salad better than the one my Wife paid $20 for. Basically it was something you would buy from a prepacked bag from a grocery store, and I feel like someone in the restaurant opened the bag and mixed it all in a bowl for her. I looked at all the food everyone was ordering, and cant believe this is the quality you get from Disneyland at a restaurant you have to make reservations for. Youre better off picking up food from the fast food joints around the park. You can also fill up on the cardboard churros, theyre much better.

As a vegetarian I was a bit skeptical because there was only one option on the menu, but our wait staff told us we could also get the Loaded Brisket Tater tots without the brisket and let me tell you, it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Then we had the BBQ Tofu and it was also quite amazing, and finished off the meal with monkey bread that just melted in your mouth. They basically had to roll me out it was just a WONDERFUL meal. Guess you just need one vegetarian option when its that good. (note: my boyfriend didnt love the Tater tots because he doesnt like sweetness in food and BBQ sauce of course has sweetness, he thought the tofu was ok (aka not as sweet)) But if youre normal, like me, its amazing!

got seated quickly and ordered without an issue. after 40 minutes of sitting waiting for our food manager finally came up and told us our food was delivered to the wrong table and it would be another 20 minutes before we could eat. Waitress only visited once in the 40 minutes and never updated us on our food situation. wont be back.

The most horrible place to eat in Disneyland, it doesnt have bathrooms or at least the waiters took us out of the restaurant to look for one in the park, also the food is very nice but bad, the frozen food is much better, at least you can eat it , to the point of causing nausea with everything and hunger, totally inedible, a combination of BBQ seasoning from a jar with cumin, expensive for what it is and bad, it took more than 40 minutes to bring us the food and when it arrived, it was cold, they had more than 12 people on staff and only about 6 tables occupied, counting outside and inside, with terrible service, they didnt let us sit inside even though they only had 2 tables occupied, the place was dirty, the tables full of dirt and leaves, total a disaster, I would never book there again

Very friendly employees. They need a raise!

We came here for dinner on my nieces birthday. Although we had a reservation, we were told that we needed to either sit outside (it was cold and raining) or our party would have to be split up. The service was slow even though there were a couple of employees just standing for most of our visit. The food did not all come out at the same time and many of the orders were cold. For the cake at the end. They brought it out but did not bring plates or forks, so we had to wait. The food choices were limited unless you want meat options.

I love Disney, I am a life long fan, but I need to do this review. The food here is sloppy, greasy, tangy. Its bad. Staff is kind and prompt, considering the over crowding circumstances. Its the food, its a bit of a masterpiece of garbage. I am not buying these positive reviews, we ordered four large entries for a birthday dinner, none of us finished our plates. In fact, I took two bites of my dinner and the rest went to waste. Disney, please do better.

HORRIBLE! I had a reservation for 6:15 and did not get seated until 7. Had to call a waitress over to even get drinks and if you need to use the bathroom, don t! Because you have to go all the way through adventure land and use their bathrooms. What kind of sit down reservation restaurant doesn t have bathrooms inside? Ridiculous and took 3 hours away from my trip. Never going back again. Food was nothing special and of course it was over priced too. Wish there was a no star option.

Fantastic classic Disney service restaurant. Very immaculate from walking up to the host to signing off. Great food presentation only limited by the limited menu choice. Staff excellent and accommodated every request. Must visit if you can find any reservation inside Disneyland.

We had a reservation and showed up about 20 minutes early to check in. It was another cold night (in the 40s) and they tried to seat us outside? When we asked for an inside table they let us know if could be another 30 minutes or so. So we waited, hostesses weren t exactly friendly, but once we got to our table the server was nice and quick. Food was pretty good, my husband s sandwich was spicy but he was pleasantly surprised by this.

We made a reservation. We were seated and ordered and waited for over an hour to be brought food. Paid $22 for a pork sandwich which they got wrong and had to wait even longer after to remake my meal. Spent two hours of my day here for poor service and a mediocre pork sandwich. They messed up another order at our table as well. We wont be eating here again.

Less than moderate, frozen food. Served on cold plates

Their desserts are so good and warm. They dont have too many choices. Liked the open faced Catfish. May be more choices might be nice.

I don t think this sit-down Disneyland eatery is worth your time or money. We had reservations (the only way to get a table) and were sat promptly. We, like most, were sat outside at a cramped little table. The waiter could not have been less friendly or disengaged. He showed up and asked if we knew what we wanted. Didn t even take our drink order. Menu is rather limited so I suspect the food is made continuously and just brought out as soon as your order. $78 was a bit steep for 3 meals.

We had chosen this place as one of our dinner reservations for Disneyland on Nov 7th. They sat us outside and it was cold with no heaters. I got the macaroni and cheese with brisket. The brisket was all fatty and inedible and mac and cheese part was dry and flavorless. My husband had the chickpea salad, which was the incorrect order. He didnt care for the flavors in the salad. We had to wait a long time for the food to come and as I said we were cold. We all wished we didnt eat here. It appears looking at the menu now, its completely changed, so maybe it is better food now.
