Food is okay if you re hungry enough. Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single cheeseburger. Told one of the workers at the counter and she asked me to lift my patty to prove it only had one patty, then asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She ended up giving me another patty with cheese on it on a separate plate. She offered no apology. I had come to love the great customer service at Disneyland and California Adventure, so this was a bit of a disappointment.

A kind of fast food Restaurant for Disney Park. The food and quantity of food was great and filling. We got the burgers, chicken sandwich and nacho fries. Order thru the app highly recommend with any Disney park restaurants. You stand in enough lines during the day. They call you when your food is ready to be picked up. Good Location. The food was delicious our entire family loved the outdoor seating area that came with restaurant. Highly recommend.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- Located in the Grizzly River section of Disney s California Adventure Park next to Soarin. Tons of seating inside and out. Clean and a great place to take a break. Service- 4 stars- Counter service but cast members were friendly and helpful. Food came fairly fast. Food- I got the Impossible Double Cheeseburger with crinkle cut fries. Burger comes with a smoky crème sauce but you can ask to get it plain. It was really good!! If you didn t tell me it was vegan I wouldn t have any idea. Awesome burger!!! Fries were really good too. Vegetarian options: Impossible burger is amazing!!!

So for what we paid, the food quality and quantity was not bad at all. Had the double cheeseburger with onion rings subbed for fries and burger was very flavorful, fresh lettuce, onions, good portion, and onion rings were very good too! Only complaint is the wait time to put an order in was at least 30 minutes from the time we got in line to actually getting our food and it was well past 1pm and not really crowded but the process just took forever. We were able to get a table inside by the time we were almost ready to sit down but any earlier and we would have had nowhere to sit. Condiments station emptied and I notified the cashier, they were on in within minutes refilling everything which was nice to see. The place was fairly clean, even the table we snagged and service was friendly. Would definitely recommend for a good, filling meal at $15/person entree (no drunks or anything else) just burger and fries or onion rings. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly option menu small but they offer one Wheelchair accessibility: Gets very crowded but it is wheelchair accessible

I stopped here to eat. The truth is that the reviews are all similar since in these places the food is always more of the same but I liked this one. Maybe its because of the shape of the fries, or the lemonade, maybe its because of the barbecue sauce on their flat burgers but I LIKED IT. I dont know exactly whether to recommend it or not but with the sunny day and taking a table in the shade it made this a very nice and quiet evening.

The burgers have drastically changed! We bought two plain doubles with fries And one that had basically everything also a double with the onion ring. These burgers are not the same as they were. They are much thinner patties if they are the size advertised they are using a ratio that is shrinking much more. To cover up the quantity difference they have added a heavy amount of black pepper to them. RUINED the evening plans! One daughter too sick to ride and had to exit line ( we both didnt get to ride web slingers) she was throwing up!!! Other daughter who always enjoys her burgers hardly ate any of it. I was very sorry I had ate half of my burger because I was feeling also sick to my stomach all night. Having to NOT get to enjoy rides this morning and stay in the hotel room for the morning. DISNEYLAND needs to FIX the quality of the food! YES I KNOW THIS WAS IN CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE PARK but it is still our Disneyland trip at our Disneyland hotel stay where we are going one way to get to one park and the other way to get to the other park- We do not gripe about the prices! We are staying on site! But do not feed us burgers that put a McDonalds burger into a five star category ( and I do not eat McDonalds burgers ) personally do not care for them- but in comparison---- Everyone was wishing they had ate a McDonalds quarter pounder instead of the burger you sold to us! Yes- (my daughters will eat a McDonalds quarter pounder occasionally and actually like them!) Also no one has ever gotten this sick on one of them before! I also am a person that usually says McYuck when they want one teasing- But seriously when you are in Disneyland you have a quality expectation of the food you are buying! When you are on the road and the drive-thru is all you are going to get or suspicious diner that has zero reviews the Golden Arches is the safe choice! Disneyland is suppose to have the food that I might not like the price but I know it will be okay! Not expecting five star restaurant! Just want the normal quality ( okay taste) know what you are getting burger! Shame on you DISNEYLAND!!! FIX YOUR FOOD!!!! YUCK! DOUBLE YUCK!! ALSO ---this HAD been our favorite burger place on our previous visit! We will NEVER eat at this place again! One star because fries were good!

We visited Disneys California Adventure Park for the first time on 6/8/2023. My son has atypical Celiac Disease and needs to eat a gluten free diet. We were delighted that this park provides some gluten free options so we did not have to haul around all our own food. At the Smokejumpers Grill, my son ate a Gluten-free Double Cheeseburger with two Angus Beef Patties, Smoked Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle Slices, and Grilled Onion. We asked for no Sauce and no Bun. The hamburger was served on shredded lettuce, which was fine because my son usually separates hamburgers before eating them. He also had the Crinkle-cut Fries. Now, if you have a citrus allergy, please know that most restaurants in the park sell Cuties® Mandarin Oranges. If you have a citrus allergy like I do, eat lunch or dinner early, before everyone else, so you are not exposed to the citrus scents, and sit far to the left outside so you are upwind and the wind will blow the citrus scent away from you. If you have 25+ allergies like me, this is a great restaurant to sit at because its closer to the park entrance. I cannot eat out due to the long allergy list, so I have to keep my food in the lockers by the entrance. From this restaurant I was able to head off to the lockers, get out my packed allergy friendly food, come back and sit with my family to eat, and then put all my items back in the locker before heading out for more rides. This was the only allergy friendly restaurant close enough to the lockers for me to eat a meal with my family.

Poor. Firstly the teller ringing up the order seemed to have no idea at me asking whether vegan cheese in one of the burgers could be swapped for regular cheese. Secondly the person bringing the order to the counter had an attitude problem. I asked where I can get the straws from and got an eye roll and straws are on request . How else are 4 milkshakes with whipped cream going to be consumed? Whilst she slammed it on the counter. Also ordered oranges as part of my sons meal. We pointed it was missing from the tray. Only told at the counter they were out. Another eye roll and we re out so you get apple sauce is what I was told. The staff here have an attitude problem just based on these two experiences. As for the food. Subpar based on the impossible burger. But the milkshake and chicken burger were good.

Smokejumpers Grill in Disneyland is a good restaurant to hang out and enjoy a nice lunch/ dinner burger. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich, and while it was good they did forget my tomato by accident and the chicken wasnt very spicy. My wife got the BBQ Bacon Burger and it was really good. It comes with a refreshing strawberry and raspberry jam that you dip the sandwich into (or pour over whichever you prefer) and everything just somehow tastes AMAZING together! Also got the onion rings and jalapeno sandwich which all taste pretty good. If you can, I recommend you order through the app for pickup instead of waiting in line since it takes about just as long and you can at least free yourself some time to jump on another ride or two while waiting. Soaring through California is right next to it.

This place is the best worst place. The food is incredible. The staff and wait time are awful!! We pre-ordered our food every time we went here and still would wait at least 30+ minutes after our order was ready. The online orders say its ready but really you are sent to a line to wait. Its mass chaos and was every single time. My husband waited for an hour once after his food was supposedly ready. One of the chefs made our allergy order wrong and when I politely asked if we could get it fixed he rolled his eyes and me and grumbled, its gonna be another 20 minutes! If the food wasnt so safe for all our food allergies, it would be an easy pass to never go here again.

I grabbed the Smoked Whiskey Lemonade which has lemonade, Jack Daniels, and a hickory smoked syrup all blended together. So keep in mind this is fast food in a fortune 100 owned theme park. The food here was actually very good and so much improved from several years ago. Waffle cut fries are back and so much better than the standard Disney Fry. Theres impossible meat burgers and chili waffle fries too. How about brisket Mac n cheese? Yep. Shakes? Yep. (One anyway) . Chicken sandwich came with great chipotle mayo with just enough to almost make you think they put too much. Get this: RANCH in a pump dispenser by the condiments table! Who does that? Drown em in that stuff. Drown what? The onion rings which I think were fresh made and not from a frozen bag. Couldnt believe how good those were. Reminded me of long gone Wolf Burger in Pasadena. You can substitute rings for fries though might be an extra charge. The salad bar that used to have the lettuce and tomato for guests to add to their burgers on their own is gone but they give you those on the side. I hope post-covid that feature will return. Theres also BBQ in a pump next to the RANCH.

Took 2 stars off for the wait and 1 star off for portion size. During covid you had to book, order and pay for food hours in advance which sucked. Rather than plan your day around rides you had to plan your day around food. Waist of time! When we arrived and signed in on the app it took an 1hr 15min before we actually got our food. We almost missed our entry time to Marvel. When we got the food the portion size of the Mac n chz with smoked BBQ brisket was ridiculously small. I was starved and couldve eaten 3 orders. Had to settle for my kids leftover chicken and fries. My best suggestion is wait for the park to completely open. The lines were long and the food situation just sucked.

The mobile orders for this place is ridiculous. Expect to wait 45 minutes after food is ready to be able to get it

Its not the same service as it used to be: ( you have to download the Disney app then order your food then wait in line for another 2 hours or how long the line is then you get then you get to go. And the food is overpriced for what it is very small portions like oh my God side small portions rip off. Disney come back to your senses already

Food was ok. No Complaints. Service was friendly and quicker than a couple other places we have eaten at California Adventures.

I used it for lunch. I thought it was extremely small, but it only contained putty. There is something like a topping bar in the center of the store. Ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles A style that you can take by yourself. I thought it was pretty good because you can put as many things as you like in it. If you think about it, I think the price is cheap. The potatoes were also delicious.
