85°C Bakery Cafe - Anaheim

I came here a week after grand opening. I’m a regular at other locations but I came here to try the sandwiches since it’s new. The sandwiches are refrigerated and the cashier offered to heat them up which is great! I will come back next time to try the soup. I love their cinnamon rolls. It has a fair amount of icing so it’s not overly sweet. Staff is super nice and friendly. Love the atmosphere and good amount of seating is available.

I was very excited to find out that there was a location open close by because I absolutely love this bakery. Everything is so fresh and delicious and also very affordable compared to other bakeries around town. This place is full of variety of different pastries and also a café on the side where you can get your coffee or tea or espresso, clean place plenty of places to sit down with family or friends or just on a quick date, I had to recommend this place.

Newly opened 85 degrees in Anaheim. Everything looks so clean and modern. bathroom has a code so it stays clean. Bakery now includes hot sandwiches and new drinks. Same great taste . Service was quick but line was long. I like the oolong tea with boba. Peach green tea was meh. Lemon cupcake is delicious.

I was there for the grand opening and everything was perfect. The employees are very friendly and efficient. All the food was delicious, specially the sandwiches they have only at this unit. Inside is very clean and organized. I will probably come back.

Okay we waited a long time for this little place to be constructed and oh was the wait worth it !
I love how spacious it is and the whole aesthetic of it. Perfect place to enjoy a good cofee with great bread and awesome company

I love the ube bread from here but everytime I come they do not have any. It’s been 3 times where this happens. And I come at least one hour (or more) before closing time!!!! So frustrating and disappointing.

No greeting no smile, the order has been ready and sit on the counter without calling your number! This is unacceptable and so wrong, I won’t come back spend my penny here! They looks like they don’t care too.

Please do not get the tuna sandwich that they keep in the small refrigerator because my mom and I felt very sick after trying it, soon after me and my mom had to go to the doctors.

I love 85 so I was so happy when one opened in the neighborhood. I always take visitors here so they can buy boxes and boxes of Asian baked goods to bring back home. Obsessed with all the pastries. Service is also great. Would highly recommend:)

손님이 아주 많았고 소금 커피와 식빵,버섯빵 시켰다.버섯빵은 좀 짬.그래도 에코백도 무료로 주고 영수증 보여주면 칩을 줘서 당첨되어 무료로 스프도 들어갈 머그를 받아서 흐뭇했다.장사할줄 아는거 같다!👍(업뎃)오늘은 딸기 페스티발하고 있었다.다양하기 마케팅 잘하는듯….

We liked 85° and frequent it often over the years. Lately they resorted to prepackaged custard tarts. As a sales strategy we feel that removed one important benefit for shoppers who enjoy the see, touch and feel experience that accompanies pleasurable window shopping and the spur of the moment impulse shopping. Pre-packaged custard tarts has a take it or leave it, colder feeling of numbers, that is grab that packed item or don't grab it. We liked being able to choose, lift, turn the items. It also seems watching other shoppers, they seem to linger less at the displays. Something that seemed to occur more often in earlier days with non-boxed and prepackaged pastries. Just our opinion. Writing this in February 2024.

Definitely the worst 85 degree I’ve ever been to. The staff don’t know what they are doing. They promote the download of the mobile app, but have no clue that the rewards don’t kick in upon first use. The employee had to ask several coworkers to figure this out. This location is wildly short staffed and it their operation drastically needs to be optimized. We overheard a customer ask for napkins and the staff informed that they have been out of napkins for a few days. That’s pretty embarrassing for a business that serves food and drink.

Took over 15 minutes for my drink to come out on a slow morning and the girls behind the counter were terse/a bit rude. Otherwise the food is great, store is clean, and I love the sandwiches!

This location is new! The layout of the interior flows very well, there is sufficient space to sit and enjoy. The interior is modern: bright and clean. Their selection of delicious pastries is absolutely wonderful. From all the sweets to several savory options.
Warning: most of the items are just above $2! Very affordable for such quality, making it difficult to select just one or two. Take some home! Enjoy!
