Cinderella Cakes Anaheim

My daughter was very happy with Easter theme cake pops I have ordered for her. And she said the taste was good. That was all I needed. Child loved it, I’m happy, thank you Cinderella Cakes!

After my previous first visit, i tried to place an order for 4 cake samples because i wanted to try their other flavors because i have 7 cakes i wanted to order throughout the months of june and july. Called and was told that someone would give me a call back in 30 to 40 mins and i said okay. It was close to closing time so when i didnt receive a call i figured they would call me back in the morning no big deal. Waited 2 days for a call back and nothing. Called again today recieved the same response and I havent received a call back. This place needs to work on customer service because this is very unprofessional.

Super professional and friendly. I first came to this location for my wedding cake. It was perfect! Delivered on time and delicious (red velvet). We then got our son’s first birthday smash cake and cupcakes. Again, delivered on time and we’re amazing! Highly recommend!

The cupcakes’ icing looks fluffy and soft which is why I got them, but the icing was hard. (I think because they’re Cold in a refrigerator case . Im hoping the icing softens once it gets to room temperature.) Everyone has their preferences, but the icing is VERY sweet with little cupcake under it. The icing was about a 3/5. The Oreos whipped icing on the very top of the cupcake was soft and not too sweet.The cupcake part was 1/5. It was dry , crumbly/eroding& taste like cornbread\ cotton. I feel like I’ve had moister and softer cupcakes at Albertsons or Ralph’s for less the price. These were $4 for each cupcake.They were cute though.

Extremely helpful staff. Will work with you on designing from scratch or from one of their existing styles. You can pretty much get anything you want from the type of cake, filling and frostings.

They have cakes and other types of baked goods. Some stuff is ready and you can just take other stuff you need to place an order and will be made. We ordered a cake, cake pops and cookies. They were all made to match the design of the cake too.

They are a little expensive, but honestly you get very high quality and delicious products. So if you want something very nice you cannot go wrong here.

What a dream! Our team at Inspiren used the team at Cinderella Cakes - Anaheim to cater cake pops for our convention booth. They were phenomenal from start to finish. They were able to take our very large custom order in a short time, and were very responsive via email. It was a pleasure to work with Timorie! We were the hit of the convention, and the cake pops looked and most importantly tasted delicious.

Delivery was exceptional. I was unable to get on site and Lou went above and beyond working out with the hotel lobby desk the delivery of our huge boxes of pops! I knew everything was in great hands and they were very communicative so we knew what was going on and knew what was going on the day of delivery.

If we are ever back in Anaheim again we will DEFINITELY be using them! I highly recommend!

We came to pick up a graduation cake for my nephew and we bought 2 cupcakes for ourselves. The cupcakes displayed were all so appealing and beautifully decorated. I had never been to Cinderella's Cake so this was a huge treat. There was a large assortment of cupcakes 🧁 and I tried the Lemon. My husband picked the Cookies and Cream. They were both delicious and the absolute best cupcakes I've ever had. They both had tons of flavor in their own way. I'm big on texture and both cupcakes fit the bill. The store was cake pops beautifully decorated cookies. I definitely would recommend Cinderella's Cakes if you're looking for a cake, cupcakes or cookies for a party.

I have bought many delicious treats from this location. I ve ordered a couple cakes. My favorite was Toy story one that had made for my son in 2016. It looks just like Andy s room a bed with floorboards and toys.

Unfortunately I didnt have a chance to eat their cake because my son was sick for his birthday and we couldnt travel to Disneyland (so we couldnt pick this cake up, we live out of town- all of it was a bummer, especially for my poor kid). The cake I ordered wasnt even custom, and I told them about the cancellation 6 days before his birthday (they did not make the cake already, and even if they made it that far in advance, someone else could have purchased it since it was one of their basic/signature cakes). That being said, I tried over and over again to talk to this location and they responded to me once saying the manager would get back to me given the circumstances- Ive inquired with them since then a number of times (one time I called their location and they didnt answer so the call was forwarded to a different Cinderella location, where they were unable to help me). I tried to get some resolution with them before posting a public review, but their customer service is lacking quite a bit, and they never helped me. Its unfortunate because you cant have a successful business with poor business ethics, so I hope they take this situation as a learning experience and treat clients better.

Stopped in the store very last minute needing a birthday cake. They had a good selection of small cakes and were very helpful. The cake was one of the best I ve ever had. Soft, moist, sweet but not too sweet. Highly recommended!

I ordered a cake for my dads 60th birthday. I came out really nice but the cake itself when cutting was just crumbling up and there was really no flavor to it. I couldn t cut the cake properly and was pretty much handing out crumbs. For 375$ that was really expensive for a rather blah flavor cake.

I ordered a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting for father in laws 90th. We were sent pics of a couple of designs. We chose beach layer and usc layer. The beach layer was underwhelming with a few shells. The chocolate flavor definitely did not taste like chocolate. The peanut butter frosting was quite yummy though.

I ordered a cake to be delivered to the Hilton for my sons 30th birthday. I live out of town and had to order on line. They sent me a picture of the cake and the hotel clerk when it was delivered to the hotel. My son said it was delicious. They helped me make his day special.

I forget the cake we ordered, but it was beautiful! So gorgeous on the outside, but inside, there was way too much frosting and very little cake. Frosting was too sweet and hard, not fluffy and soft. Too expensive for the little we got.

My wife contracted Covid a day and a half before my retirement party. She called at that time to postpone the cake, not get a refund since she already paid. They said they wouldnt. Dont have life issues if you order something from them. Our business and others Ill alert via social media will never go there again. Thanks for working with us Cinderella....

They made my daughters 1st birthday cake years ago, it was beautiful and tasted great. I put my design input on it and came out beautifully even the smash cake.

PLEASE, highly recommend you do not take the risk and give them the opportunity of you business, they dont deserve. I was over charged $240 for a 6 inch cake that tasted like pure sugar and received the absolute worst service. Timmaire was the lady who helped me and constantly made the rudest remarks like the following Is money going to be a problem, can you offered it? LOL she was an absolute joke when she was quoting me for the cake! As well when I saw the final product via photo, I called to voiced my concerns in the nicest way possible. I simply told Timmaire the numbers look a little weird and if i paid for the cake i should be 100% happy with the results. Especially because I sent in a photo of exactly what the design should look like. The numbers on the cake looked extremely sloppy, and my request was simple clean block numbers. However the fondant cut out looked like a kid did it. Timmarie yelled at me and said WEIRD? and told me its just the angle of the photo i said okay, hopefully so. I asked if she could send me a better photo and she said No, i dont have time and i have other customers to help of course i already paid in full so she had no desire to help any longer priority to picking up the cake. i said okay when you can, kindly send me a photo please she said theres nothing we can do now, im not going fix it. Timmaires attitude was so rude and she hung up on me with no goodbye. So I had to pick up the cake as is. They truly dont strive to make their customer happy and even worst the cake tasted awful. I wish I read the reviews because it seems like ALOT of other customer also had terrible experiences.

Im looking to have a Birthday cake ordered. so I checked the place out with my daughter and she was amazed. Friendly Professional just a great feeling about using them. Had to buy some tasty treats, they did not disappoint GREAT FLAVORS AND SO GOOD. We will have to try some more (just to make sure) If you love cake/cookies give this place a little taste !!!! Placed an order with them and received the incorrect order I m highly disappointed because I was looking forward to the red velvet which was not in my box when I received it ! I went online to get the number to call and they are closed I m really disappointed I took pictures of what I ordered and what I received !

This place is amazing!! We flew into town to celebrate my sons birthday. I had totally dropped the ball on getting him a cake but this place saved my butt! I found them through a google search on Saturday evening and they had a cake ready for me on Monday morning!! I don t know of any other bakery with a turnaround time like that. The cake was gorgeous and exactly what I had wanted and it tasted amazing!!!! Strangers at the restaurant we celebrated at loved this cake and the staff asked where we got it from! Thanks so much to the staff!!

This is a great bakery. We got a cake made for my sons 6th birthday and it was amazing. Attention to detail was on point, and I added cake toppers last minute and they were over the top willing to accommodate. Maybe if some of these complainers were more polite they would be treated better, respect is a two way street.

Worst customer service ever!!! They are very rude and impatient and leave you on hold more then 10 mins and they don t even wear their mask during this pandemic. They treat their white customers better than customers of Colored.

Thank you so much the cake not only came out awesome but tasted really good! Everyone got a piece and nothing was left behind, that s how good it was, not too bland but not too sweet, just right. My sister loved it! It took her way back, seeing how happy she was staring at her cake made my day. Mission accomplished! ...and she kept the guitar lol

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I never got my cake, which is HIGHLY overpriced because they decided to transfer it to a store AN HOUR AWAY. Their employees were extremely rude And kept hanging up on us. I wanted a refund but they made it MY fault that they closed early when it clearly says 5pm. It took two weeks to get management to contact me. Service is trash, don t waste your time.

I was very disappointed by the customer service given today. The lady wasn t very attentive nor was she personable. I had to ask what flavors and had to ask her to take my name and phone number down for the order. Not happy with how rude another lady was when my daughter touched this plastic treasure chest that was on display that was old and coming apart as it is. Decided not to place my order here. Customer service is extremely important when you lose a potential customer!

Bought a 4 white cake out of the case . Had a sign that said 15.00 was shocked to find out it was 30.00. I don t mind paying for a good dessert but I have to say this cake was dry and the frosting was very grainy. This will be the last time I get a dessert from them . Very disappointing..

Their cakes taste like theyre two to three days old when theyre freshly baked. They arent very moist at all. Surprisingly their cupcakes are pretty good.

The lady that answered was unable to help. We just needed a cake for an event in a few days, were from out of town, and the women on the phone was unwilling to help. We just needed a simple chocolate cake, and she tried to make way more complicated than it should gave been, so we went elsewhere

We were out of town and found this place on google. We walked in and purchased some macaroons. When we tried them they were stale and had a weird taste. I expected more from this place. Waste of money! Nothing fresh here.

Very disappointed. I ordered the pistachio cake for my moms birthday. We cut into it that evening and the cake literally crumbled. It was very dry. I was quite embarrassed. I would never purchase a cake here again. $45 for a cake thats dry and crumbles, no thanks. The customer service was also horrible. I was not greeted when I walked in and after she rang me up she didn t even say thank you. I took one box to the car then went back in for the second box and no one was there. Odd.

My daughter is in California,Im in San Antonio Tx.,and I wanted to send her a birthday cake,so with a little help from 1 of my friends we found Cinderella cakes online ,,WOW extremely helpful,polite,courteous,i was blown away by the service,and my daughter said the cake and cupcakes were delicious!!

Went in today to grab a cupcake for a birthday, I was actually surprised to see so many rich chocolate flavors and not as many fruity flavors for summer. It was easily 110° out, and chocolate in heat just seems like a sin to me. I went with the salted caramel, and the recipient was floored at how delicious it was. Ive picked up a half dozen before and they were well received as well. They have amazing flavors, but the selection can be a little repetitive if youre looking for variety or a full palate of different tastes. They can be busy with other projects in back, so it took a minute before I realized that I was supposed to ring the bell for service, but they were friendly as soon as they did come out. Im not one to spoil myself with treats like these, as theyre pretty spendy, but theyre a great place to drop on for someone else.

These cakes are pricey, but if you are fine with that this is the right place to get the birthday cakes. I would give 10* for the folks working there. They usually dont take last orders, but these folks went above and beyond to accommodate our request and did their best to make the cake look beautiful. THANK YOU and you all are awesome!

Tasty indulgence This is what I have to say about their cupcakes. I once got a quote for a wedding care from there and they are on the pricey side but the taste is good. My daughter approves of the flavor and so do i. They must have the best tasting red velvet around
