Bread is cooked daily plus some other pastry and cakes ...it's Mexican derived they also carry bollio tamales etc ... its next to the carwash small place clean friendly ... only thing I didn't like to much was bolio bread is exposed for flies and trays and clamps were not clean

My in laws have been coming to this bakery for over 15 years! I have always loved their pan dulce. So when my little sister said she wanted a Mexican cake set up with pan dulce, I knew this was the place to go to! Their pan dulce is very soft and delicious!
Special thanks to Julie for the set up, she did exactly what we asked her to do! Def exceeded our expectations!

I ordered a cake with them, I gave them the photo of how I wanted it, colors and everything. They gave me the one they wanted, it was NOT the colors I asked for, it was also sweeter than cake and super sweet... The truth was horrible.
And finally they delivered it to me in a completely open box, I had to ask that they change the box to one that was a little more closed because they don't have the box for that type of cake. If you sell something you must have what is necessary, if not, DO NOT SELL IT!!!
I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE!!!!

Julie and staff made the most beautiful delicious tres leches cakes for my son's wedding. They were the best tres leches cakes I've ever had and we received so many compliments from the guests. We are from Michigan and she was so kind and helpful when I contacted her about doing these cakes. I cannot say enough good things about La Ideal bakery. If we are back in the area we will definitely be visiting. Thank-you!!

Ordered cake through door dash received a stale burnt cake. The Chocolate part of the cake was burnt and stale and the cheesecake had a weird flavor and texture.

On 01/06/24. My daughters fifteenth birthday cake I recommend it 100. It was difficult to find. The golden color design and the rich flavor of the cake I went to several bakeries and I didnt like it. All my guests liked it and now I recommend it when they ask me where to buy it. Thanks.

Very bad experience this past Saturday, I bought a mocha, coffee and walnut cake for $40.00 Around 1:30pm for the birthday of a very dear person and he likes THAT one in particular, I didnt take it with me because I was passing by that person, I was going to see his cake. IT WAS A SURPRISE The person who charged me came out of the cash register, took out the ticket, lifted the glass of the cakes on display, put the ticket under the cake he wanted and said, with that, he wont sell it and you. Pass by, 2 hours later they go for the cake that person was no longer there and ANOTHER WHO WAS THERE JUST SOLD IT TO THE PERSON WHO WAS AHEAD OF ME IN THE LINE When we asked for it, I answered, I just sold it, sorry. They talk to me and tell me what happened, I talk to ESA And she says sorry, it was my mistake. I can give you one of 3 milk or Ill return your money. Youll know what I thought of telling you. He gave me one of 3 milk because it is the time I would like to see what the pinch is......cake because it is not even 1/2 milk, how little the truth is, the trust I had in that bakery went to the toilet 03/05/2024 3:10 pm, Something much worse happened to me again the next day there is a birthday we passed I did not want to get out of the car because I would tell you about the previous incident now I will show you this evidence in photo and video and I will save that piece because I threw the rest away for my own safety, and family maybe its my bad luck BE VERY CAREFUL FOR SAFETY plastic was found in the part of the chocolate where the photo of the arrow is, hair where the video

They give you one price when you order a cake, but then they increase it without a reason. The cake I ordered was not made the way I asked. They charge $55.00 to put chocolate around the cake but they put it only on one side. Very unprofessional people. The Tres Leches cake for our baby shower was decorated beautifully and tasted even better. The flan was to die for. The ladies at the bakery, were friendly and delightful . Overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

This place changed a lot. Before the tamales and the champurrado were so delicious but now it is nasty . They know they sell so they just do it whatever s. The tamales and champurrado. I brought some today and it s disgusting. The bread and everything else is really good but other then what I said don t buy. They just do it because they know they sell. I would always go as a little kid and the tamales were so good I can t believe people go crazy for them tamales there it has no flavor they just reheat the tamales the ones they don t sell

Best panaderia Ive found in the O.C the champurrado and the cafe de olla are theyre really good the tamales are always fresh and piping hot. They have breakfast tortas de chorizo with beans in mole sauce with a piece of queso fresco cheese... If you havent stopped by please do so. Im always there around 5am

Quick turn around for the cake. I was able to get the design I needed. The filling was so delicious. It was a cookie n cream kind. The frosting was perfect. It was just enough sweet and whipped texture. The cake was just all around delicious. The cake details in the decorations was exactly what my daughter wanted and they had it ready when I needed it. Perfect! Thank you so much. I grabbed some pan dulce while I was there. Those were really good too.
