We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed it until tonight. It is definitely not what it used to be. The cooks were working hard and doing their best. One looked to be new and being trained which was not a problem I get that. They definitely weren't interactive like it used to be but that wasn't the problem. When we arrived the host wasn't the friendliest which hasn't been our experience with her in the past. She was only interested in listing all of the rules for us never even greeted us when we walked in ( 2 of our party arrived first and checked in for our reservation a few minutes earlier) . The poor waitress appeared to be servicing too many tables and wasn't very attentive or friendly. We were sat in the bar area near the patio door which wasn't a problem until they sat a party outside. The door remained open at least half of our dinner. It was cold outside which is why we didn't want to be sat out there. When asked if the door could be closed the waitress just said no I have tables out there. So we had to sit there with the cold air coming in the rest of dinner (with a 4 year old wearing her hood because she was cold). We finally had to flag her down and ask for the bill when we had had enough. Then we were charged for an extra person that wasn't there. Spending over $200 to be miserable in a restaurant is unacceptable. have celebrated many Birthdays, special occasions and sometimes we came in just because. It's sad to see what this place has become. It used to be so fun and lively but not anymore. We will find another venue for our celebrations from now on.

Great selection of goodies to make your dish.

Had a Mai Tai and it was pretty tasty.

Everything about this place is just average at best. Super limited selection for the bbq and the salad bar. Service was pretty slow. Restaurant was almost empty and service at the table and the grill were both slow...

The management here seems really cocky and unfriendly...

Food was ok, right up to the part I bit into a piece of raw chicken. After 10 minutes of no drink order, I went to the bar. Bartender was just standing there. Manager wouldn't let me order, said I had to do it with the waitress at the table. I waited another 10 minutes before I got to order, took another 10 before I got it. They could've sold me 4 drinks, I got one half way through my meal. My parties good was burnt. We won't be back

We were a big party well 7 if
You consider that big. They made us sit outside. It was cold but they did have heaters so was not that bad. My party had mixed reviews on the food. The pasta was not really good. The grill just made it taste burnt and tastes like old grill if you know what I mean but the meats were good. We tried steak, chicken and hamburger meat. The server was okay. The hard thing is because you are a party of 7 the tip is already included and I feel like he knew that because he was not that attentive to us. It was all you can eat and it did have a salad bar which is what I chose to get full on after the pasta left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not mind giving this another chance I just know to stay away from the pasta dishes.

I love this place and have been going for years, from the variety of proteins and vegetables and the waiters/waitresses are always a vibe. So you would expect their manager to be the same right? WRONG. Fernando lacks customer service skills and is very passive aggressive. Instead of trying to help accommodate me and my son he offered to cancel our reservation. When I asked for corporates phone number he gave us the card, but SCRATCHED the phone number out with pen. Fernando is very unprofessional and make you not want to return again giving this establishment your time and money. Do better

The selection at the market station was great for dinner. I love that they offer Mongolian, American and Taco/Fajitas in their food bar. They need plain pepper at the sauce/seasoning station. The gentleman cooking (Ruben) was very friendly and talkative. He even made me a special sauce for my steak. The music here is upbeat and not too loud. Our server is attentive and kept our large glasses of water full. Place is very clean and had lots of seating. This place is great and we will definitely return to this hidden gem in GardenWalk.

Mixed review coming up. The location was incredible. Upper level with lots of patio seating. The cooks worked their butts off! The food offerings were pretty solid. Unique meat selections which made it fun. The bathrooms were a 5-alarm fire. Completely disgusting, no paper towels to dry your hands off, and poop and pee on the floors. Didn’t appreciate this with my two younger daughters needing to use the bathrooms tonight. The DJ they had on the patio was blasting his music. Couldn’t hear anyone at the table talking which made for a not so fun dinner. The last issue was the cost. 5 adults and 2 kids was over $250. Fun place, but dang that was pricey.

A Fun Dining Experience with a custom designed by you meal! All you can eat, one price. You hand select ingredients from a salad bar set up. Choices are plentiful; fresh, with a lot of variety, a range of condiments and sauces. You bring your bowl of ingredients to the big grill in the center of the dining area and watch them cook it up! The food options include several pastas/noodles, rice, potatoes, tons of veggies etc., lots of meats/proteins too. You can make anything from Italian, Asian, Mexican, seafood cuisine to a fantastic burger or gourmet style hot dog. My group sat on the roomy patio near the cool fire pit, w/a great DJ spinning tunes. The service was great!! Got seated fast, the staff was super attentive and quick even on a busy Saturday night! Shout-out to our server Jordan and other staff Coco, Madeline and the delicious cocktails too!

Our party of 4 adults were there on a Saturday evening, one of the party had food allergies and we were assured this was no problem and they would cook her food in the back.
After the 3 of us at the main grill had our food, we asked the waiter about the remaining dish and were assured that it would be brought out when ready.
We waited and waited, and finally, she went in to check, and her food had been given away to someone else who legitimately said it wasn't theirs, so it was tossed.
She then had to get back in the buffet line to rebuild her entire meal as we were all done our first and ready for 2nd. One person had already started their second dish, so they went ahead with it and ate while she did. It was an overall horrible experience, and we will definitely not be returning.
The waiter also didn't follow up at all after being the one to assure us that the original dish would be delivered to the table. And our water was never refilled, nor were we asked if we would like refills on our cocktails (surprise we did not, they were terrible)

Overall, good food but service was lacking.

There’s something for everyone, even hotdogs (never thought I’d see that at a Mongolian grill). It’s ayce (all you can eat) but the kids price seems a little much since they didn’t eat more than 1 plate.

Our server only checked on us once and we had to ask for refills repeatedly from other servers.
Even when we were done, she took over 10 minutes to give us the check with a mostly empty dining room at 8:00 pm.

Food was good but service was poor. Had friends join us that had already eaten so they were not eating just had drinks and an appetizer but the staff was watching us like hawks thinking they were there to share food. The server forgot to ring my child’s order and we sat there waiting while everyone ate. I gave him a couple of my Croutons since he was starving/whining and they were taking forever. The server comes and tells us we can’t share or we will be charged for a kids salad. Then before she left it dawned on her that we wanted a quesadilla for him. So she said “hey were you all planning on ordering him a quesadilla because i think i overheard you talking about it”. We said yes we ordered one. So she then got it for us not apologizing for her error. It was so uncomfortable eating there, everyone watches you when you eat, I’m assuming to make sure you don’t share from your plate especially in tables where not everyone got a all you can eat meal. They kept asking if we were done at least 5 times. I guess they were fearful one of our friends would pick off our plate or something.. very weird and awkward. Even when you come in to the restaurant they instruct someone from your party to read the rules and explain to everyone. Such a turnoff .. they are so worried about someone sharing that they ruin the mood. Not sure what they deal with daily but they need to learn how to be more tactful. I never go to all you can eat restaurants, maybe I’m wrong and it’s just the M.O for bargain restaurants.. either way I wouldn’t recommend if you’re use to fine dining.

Made a reservation for mid afternoon on a Sunday. We arrive to tons of people waiting, including on the floor. Another waiting patron let me know that timeliness of reservations and service are an issue at this location. The hostess told me it would be "just a moment". A few minutes later I asked for an estimate because I got the feeling it would not be a moment. She said she would try to get us seated on about 10 minutes. Note, a number of empty tables were clearly visible, so it didn't make sense why neither we nor the others waiting were being seated. I had a feeling it wouldn't be that, so we left and ate elsewhere. I received a text that our table was ready half an hour past our reservation, so I wasn't wrong. We came back on Monday and it was much better. The restaurant was almost completely empty and it still took 5 minutes for a table to ready for some reason, but everything was fine after that. Table service was good and so was the food. I would recommend coming in early to mid week.

There’s no rules here, and that’s not a good thing.

Went for brunch and watched a man grab bacon out of a chafing tray with his bare hands, decide he didn’t want bacon and put it back. None of the staff batted an eye.

Grill master was chill but used the same spatulas to handle new raw bowls as well as serve cooked bowls.

Tables were sticky, plates/cups were dirty and had some kind of crumb dust on all of them.

Food was browning, raw meats had congealed but were not being changed.

Staff was apathetic and service was underwhelming.

2 stars because the sauce was really good.

If you like taking long romantic walks at Walmart, this is the restaurant for you. Incredibly disappointed.

I really like the idea of this place. The staff is awesome and super friendly and fun. The atmosphere is joyful and playful. When you go to get your food, it’s like a buffet line. The food at the buffet is fresh and well stocked. The only problem is… there isn’t much guidance. So you can load up your bowl with noodles, veggies and meat, pick out your sauce and then it all gets dumped on a (pretty dirty) grill and sautéed. The sauce gets thrown on at the last second. I made the mistake of adding garlic to my sauce but it wasn’t cooked with the food so I had a plate full of charred noodle, veg and meat covered in sauce and raw garlic… I felt like I had to eat it because I’m paying for it and I didn’t want to waste food…

My son just wanted noodles and plain butter (he’s 4) but since the noodle are thrown on a dirty grill, they tasted like dirty grill… covered in black bits. He couldn’t eat.

All in all it was a little disappointing to pay almost $100 for a family of 3 to just have some burnt noodles and raw garlic for dinner 😅 I could have messed up my own dinner at home.

Waste of my time. I'm not one to typically post negative reviews, and this will be my first negative review, because it needs to be shared. I brought my family to attempt to eat here for a late lunch on Labor Day weekend, as we were going to be staying at the Great Wolf Lodge for the water park The restaurant was fairly empty, yet the female host working there had us wait, stating that it was due to not having enough staff, there was one server working only and her the host. Then another group of guests came in after about a 15-minute wait, keep in mind that there is a limited amount of time for parking at this complex. She then proceeds to try to seat us, however at a high bar table which was not accommodating to the needs of our group. When we requested to be seated at a regular ground level table, she attempted to put us far in the corner away from the food area. When we requested to be seated at a certain table, the host really stated oh those are reserved, then another table, she proceeded to tell us that all those other tables were all reserved. Keep in mind that 2/3 of the restaurant was empty, it was pretty much if you wanted to be seated you had to take the table she wanted you to be seated at. We did not appreciate her attitude and definitely did not want to pay money to eat at that type of restaurant. We took our business down to California Pizza Kitchen instead, were given the option to sit at any table we preferred, and we had a great lunch there!

You pick ingredients and put it in the bowl and they cook it for you.
Large selection to choose from and food tastes good

Staff was very helpful. Selection was fantastic, however I would have loved to see more oriental produce. One of the chefs special sauces also should be made available in general, the taste was complex and delicious and left the other sauces in the dust

Fun place for a casual dinner where everyone could make their own food. It got a little busy but it was fun to watch the process. Lots of variety.

Pretty cool, new twist for a Korean Style barbecue venue and priced well. You have 2 hrs to dine , a lot to choose from and your table is to eat not to cook !

Staff were super friendly. Feels like, food wise, they are trying to offer too much. Thought this would be more of a Mongolian-style BBQ but they also pasta and hamburgers and hot dogs. Wish they had more Asian options (different noodles, sauces, etc.) instead of all that other stuff. The Pina Colada I had wasn't blended very well but wow, was it strong. Feel like it's a decent price for what you get. Line for the grill did have about a 10 minute wait.

Literally SHOOK that this place has decent ratings. We went in for drinks and apps. Our pinneapple mojitos had rotten pinneapple in it. We then got nachos, thinking - who can mess up nachos? Fire & Ice can. Tasted the way moldy washcloths smell. Have you even tasted a rotten bean??? Me neither, but now I know.

Never in our life have we been someplace so foul that we paid and left without eating. We're not even food snobs, but do draw the line at spoiled food.

Even for a tourist trap, this place was garbage. Service just ok, server seemed burnt out. Probably because she was the only server and had to also play bartender. Not her fault, management should appropriately staff, especially considering they're cutting corners with rotten food. Will not be back.

Have eaten at this location previously and others on the east coast. Walked in with no reservation on a Wednesday night… place was empty, and the front host ignored us and walked away because we didn’t have a reservation. Stood there for another 10 minutes and eventually had to go find somewhere else to eat. Horrible experience and service.

Ate here tonight and loved it! I can't eat gluten and it was so nice that they labeled all their ingredients for the ones that are gluten free. And they cooked my food on a separate grill. And they were so friendly and our server was so amazing! I wish we had one in our town!

We were in town for a music festival and decided to try out them out. The food was great, super interesting to watch them cook it in front of you. Nothing was overly burnt and steak was cooked perfectly. Service was great even though they were consistently busy. Didn't have to wait to get drinks refilled as needed. Easily the best and easiest option we had that wasn't a long walk from our hotel.

There is a true artist working at the Anaheim Fire & Ice and his name is Fernando. I used to love Fire & Ice back when I lived in Boston and when I recently learned there was a location in Anaheim, I took advantage of some time off to drive down from North Hollywood to check it out. And it was worth the drive! Not only did I unironically love it as much as I remembered, I loved it even more and that's thanks to Fernando who is a true artisan! The restaurant is what you make it and he knows the ins and outs of it! He knows how to combine various sauces to make your dish perfect. He can take your passive cravings and give you the exact ingredients and recipe for the meal you didn't even realize you wanted. He knows the secrets of the cheesy garlic bread Philly cheese steak, which was absolutely legendary. He is someone who clearly has such a passion for his culinary skills and his passion was contagious! I could not have had a better lunch--in fact I loved it so much I returned a few weeks later for dinner! So thank you Fire & Ice and especially Fernando for the gift of two meals that were not only nostalgically wonderful but legitimately delicious.

It was my first time there and I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised.

We had the stir- fry create your own. I just packed on my favorites and I couldn't believe how good it came out.

It was a slow night for the restaurant and the normal chef wasn't there, but when I told them it was my daughter's birthday someone still put on a bit of fire works for my baby girl and sang the best happy birthday!

The price was right and I was super pleased. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I thought coming here during the time we did (house of blues concert) being service would take forever, but it surely did not disappoint. Didn't have the full menu option but did have some apps and a few drinks to kill time before the show. Restrooms are clean, and the whole atmosphere is chill and relaxing. They have chefs who cook in front of you, which is pretty cool. Would like to come again and try their main dishes!

I wouldn't say this place is mongolian bbq. You have to add your own sauce and create it with no guide, no assistant and you have no idea what the sauce tastes like until it's cooked in. I wouldn't recommend this place and I was highly excited about it.
