We were so pleasantly surprised by the food here. We passed by a lot of restaurants that were packed on a Wednesday but Craft was almost empty. We ordered brisket, a loaded baked potato, tacos, and a salad with strawberries and pomegranate. Everything was *delicious*. The meat was tender and smoked perfectly. The salad was unbelievably good. We would go back again and again if we lived in the area. Service was attentive but not annoying. The only feedback I have is that the music was really loud for the first half of our meal. Eventually someone turned it down but this restaurant shouldn t try to have a club vibe. It s nicer and feels classier than that. Let it be a place that people come to enjoy great food and actually talk to each other.

Absolutely phenomenal food service and ambiance The brisket quesadilla was to die for, really set the tone for the dinner. Ordered the family all american tour platter, was delicious. Fried Wisconsin cheese curds were a hit with the family. My favourite side were the brussels sprouts & red skin potato salad. Shout out to our server tony for the wonderful experience! A decent amount of good food at a reasonable price. I had the brisket with garlic mashed potatoes, my dining partner had the tri tip and mac n cheese. Its a little weird that they only have melted butter (they serve cornbread), but its easy enough to work around. Warning: if you dont like pickles, let your server know. Theyre very liberal with both high quality pickle chips and pickled onions. Me, I like pickles. Our server was friendly and helpful. Everything was prompt. Great prices The chairs are on the uncomfortable side, but thats seriously the worst feature of the restaurant, and its probably not even bad to most people. Dietary restrictions: They seem pretty knowledgeable about food allergies

We will definitely be back again when we re in the area. Had the Big Rib Lowski burrito and the wife had the birria tacos and shared a side of mac. Generous servings and great flavors. Nice sports bar/restaurant with a good sport oriented ambience. Based on their smash burger which is my measuring stick food item their food is good. The only negative point is the size of the burger. I wish it was slightly bigger. But all in all they have food to satisfy every family members taste buds..

My friends and I came here for our Friendsgiving and got the biggest family platter but were pretty disappointed in how small the portions were for the price. For 9 people we each got a small scoop of each side and one piece of meat and we were still hungry afterwards. The time it took for the food to come out was also awhile

Im amazed at the service staff when our big group goes out to dine. We recently dined here with a reservation for a group of 20, split between booths and tables. Our main server was Julia B, and she was great. Other staff also helped bring out food and keep our tables free from used plates and glasses. We started with some tasty shareables: the quesadillas (short rib and brisket) and the loaded BBQ nachos. Our table of 8 shared The Last Supper, enough to feed us, including leftovers. All the meat was cooked perfectly, and the tomahawk steak was my favorite! The sides were delicious, too! My favorite sides were mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and street corn. The specialty drinks were fun and delicious. They even accommodated the Sorting Hat drink with a non-alcoholic beverage for one of our young Harry Potter fans. I ordered the Burn the Ships, an enjoyable smoke-infused, old-fashioned drink with Dickel Bourbon. The Duck Around & Find Out is a fun drink with a bath and duckie decoration. You might like DA&FO if you like sweet cocktails that taste like an AMF. After we finished the fantastic dinner, there were a lot of diners waiting to be seated as we walked out. This place was very popular for dinner, and the staff was attentive throughout our meal. Indoor and outdoor patio seating are also available. **Parking is available on the street and parking garages. However, Craft will only validate if you park in the Central City Parking Garage. We parked at the Clementine Garage, just across the street, and they wouldnt valid the ticket. I would come back again to dine at Craft by Smoke & Fire. Parking: Craft will only validate if you park in the Central City Parking Garage.

Park in the structure where the resto is located. It got us $9.00. I had the Texas Style Smoked Short Rib. The meat was superb! Nice, soft, chewy and the bbq sauce was unique. Everything we ordered was amazing. Vegetarian options: Salads are great both in taste and servings. Dietary restrictions: When you come into places like these, dietary restrictions arent recommended. Unless u choose fish and veggies Parking: Park where the resto structure is located or else validation will not be issued Kid-friendliness: Good for kids bcz they have a balcony Wheelchair accessibility: The floor plan is wide, chairs can be moved around and the entrance has ramp

Located in the Downtown Anaheim district, we had high hopes and expectations. Anytime you visit a downtown area, you can expect to pay for parking and a small walk. This is just part of the experience. The restaurant seemed fully staffed, and the service was helpful and attentive. This is often lacking recently, so that was refreshing. The drinks were listed and focused on crafted takes on common drinks. The samples we had were spins but not improvements on the original. The beer also was their own, and while good, not a show stopper. Now the food. Meats were definitely well prepared, tender, and juicy but lacked basic seasoning, including salt. The BBQ sauce helped, but there was only one variety, and it was again not overwhelming. The rib was overly fatty, but the brisket was very well done. Both were good but really needed the addition of the sauce. Lastly, the chili. Its full of meat, but also lacking in flavor just kinda plain. Chili does not need to be tongue scorching hot but should have some kick. If you are in the area, maybe give it a try. Appetizers and a drink, then let that be the determination on if you order dinner.

Stopped in for drinks on a whim before dinner elsewhere and were still not impressed by this location. Upon walking in and what has been the case for years now, it stinks like mildew which explains why the restaurant always has the large doors to the patio open, even when it is 85 outside. The restaurant was too warm to comfortably dine or have drinks in. The drinks werent bad but to be fair we ordered a pre-batched cocktails and bottled wine. Service was mediocre, the bartender didnt seem to care. The service charge on the check is absolutely ridiculous. Please look at your check and adjust your gratuity accordingly because this practice is scummy. We have gotten takeout a few times recently and its been good, but not great. The food cannot just be good at these prices. Really hope this place has some sort of intervention, and I really do not understand how it has this many five star reviews after missing with us almost every time.

After leaving Disney land park we stopped for dinner here. It was empty and at around 9.30pm I think we were lucky they took us in. It was a bit of a rush job, since we were told the bar was closed and we had a few minutes to make our food order. Having said that, our server was courteous and efficient and the food was served promptly and well presented. Their giant pretzel was nice and I loved the size. The shrimps in batter either coconut is a local thing - I still have to acquire a taste for it- but it was good. Our mains of lamb ribs and brisket were good too. It s a good place to eat, but if you re there earlier I guess it s better.

Be warned . This is al la carte menu concept. There is no platter for one person or combos. So i made my own combo for you. Short ribs - expensive but this is the one to get. Lots of fat but excellent seasoning, smoke flavor without overdoing it and tender. Excellent. Brisket - Ugggh. Unbelievably dry to the point it was hard to swallow. I assume mine was a one of but in good conscience could never recommend it. Talked to the waiter - he said it s never like that and took it off Sides. I ordered the Mac and cheese. I received the corn. Then the mashed potatoes. Then the Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was awesome. Potatoes were good. Corn was fantastic and fresh, sweet but I just don t do corn much. Cornbread is the sweet type and insanely good. Atmosphere - I don t know if this place has air conditioning or not but it s 98 degrees and 97 inside. It s extremely loud inside but some say that s part of the character. Outside is the way to go. Service - waiter was nice but he should have noticed things weren t arriving as I ordered or that the brisket was leather. He did take it off the bill. Highly recommend reservations.

I have been here two times. This by far is my favorite place to enjoy a great meal in a great atmosphere.I highly recommend this restaurant for casual or dressing up. There is outside dining as well. This is a place you look around and everyone is laughing, talking and enjoying each other s company. It s family oriented. I have a rambunctious toddler(3yrs) and she likes to walk around the table, will get in the way of staff walking by and everyone treats her like she s no problem. It can get loud from everyone talking at their tables but that s what makes this place feel alive. And if the toddler starts crying nobody hears her, Today we were seated under a ceiling fan and I felt chilly. I asked our waiter, Christian if we could move. No problem, he gave us a few choices. Eating out is difficult for me because I have severe allergies and this place absolutely caters to my needs even to the plastic utensils I need. I ordered chicken, I couldn t have salt or pepper but the smoked chicken apparently is made seasoned so Christian had one made special, unseasoned for me. This to me is priceless. The food was delicious. Even the toddler, a picky eater, ate all her food! The brisket is tender, beyond anything I can make or have had anywhere! Mouth watering delicious , you could have no teeth and still be able to eat that brisket. We got some nachos on the house. And since the chicken took longer they comp that too!! The brisket fondue is amazing as an appetizer. I didn t get a photo because we ate it so fast. We were 3 adults and one child. The prices for the quality of food and service is excellent. Vegetarian options: Yes they have that too Dietary restrictions: They can meet all dietary restrictions or allergies Kid-friendliness: Children can be children.

A waiter is supposed to come within 5 minutes. (Mind you, we were black and the people before us werent black.) This was ridiculous and felt extremely racist. While we were leaving after waiting for 4-6 minutes, the lady who led us to our table just said Thank you for coming! As if we ate already. WE LEFT 6-7 MINUTES LATER!!!! She didnt ask why we left early. For my opinion, she knew that we werent going to get food. I noticed that the only people who were there werent black. (Red flag). If you are African-American DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This was a racist experiment and I extremely understand why there was no black people (not even workers). I cannot believe this.

This was a bit of a letdown on my first visit. I had great expectations considering it has largely great reviews. I was largely disappointed with my sandwich. I got The Madison, the pastrami on the sandwich was unbearably dry and made it difficult to chew, let alone swallow. My wifes burger was decent, nothing overwhelming, but solid enough. Aside from the food, we felt very rushed, despite half the restaurant being empty. Our entrees were brought out while still eating our appetizer, and the waiter kept coming at us every minute or two just after we sat down to get us to order food, without having hardly any time look at the menu. If I lived a little closer, I might be willing to give it another try and get different food or come on a different day. There is a paid parking garage next door and the restaurant will validate. Parking: Restaurant will validate parking

Our server Mikala? was attentive and even asked the staff for the recipe for the garlic bread...which was complimentary (not sure if it is all the time). The brisket and short ribs were recommended. I opted for the brisket and it was amazing: tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The corn bread was super moist, almost cakelike. The street corn was good, but the broccolini spears were fantastic with crispy charred fleurettes and nicely seasoned. The atmosphere is loud and lively with numerous TVs and music. I did not have a cocktail, but they provided samples of a couple of mixed concoctions that were unique and exciting. Parking: Street parking limited to 90 min

I genuinely don t do reviews unless I feel moved to speak on something and this was really an amazing experience during a family trip to Cali. Going to Craft by Smoke and Fire was a random spur of the moment thing. I found it on Open Table and told my family we should check it out. We arrived and Malika was our server. She was very attentive and even when we had a few issues with a drink or food, she made sure to handle it and accommodate us. She didn t have to, but she did and she went above and beyond the entire night. By the end of our dinner, the GM stopped by the table and gave us a nice treat. It was unexpected and a sweet gesture. It s crazy how you can stumble upon random places and have some of the best experiences you ve endured.

We ate here yesterday on a Sunday afternoon. The food was really bad, the service was terrible, but we did like our drinks when we finally got them 40 minutes after sitting down. There were only 4 tables in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The Bavarian appetizer pretzel claimed to have homemade cheese sauce, but came with nacho cheese from a can. The chicken breast was one of those cheap boneless hunks you d get in an old country buffet. The beef ribs were soggy and severely overcooked. They had been sauced too early and the sauce was burned which added a terrible flavor. They didnt give us any sauce for the table and I got tired of waiting for our server to come back, so I had to track down BBQ from a hostess myself. The broccolini side was served oily and fried. It was inedible. The macaroni was extremely oversalted. I cant remember the last time I couldnt finish mac and cheese. The drinks that we ordered finally came out 25 minutes later, halfway into our meal. The drinks were fantastic, but expensive at $15/each. Fortwo people with 2 meats, 2 sides, 2 drinks and a pretzel, our bill was $110 +tip, so it wasn t cheap. I would absolutely not recommend eating here, but maybe grab a drink on the patio if you don t mind waiting forever to get it.

Upon entering I was initially excited about this restaurant I did the research, I read the reviews, then contact was made. The first hostess had us wait for an unknown reason, the second hostess said she d be with us in a moment, yet she sat other patrons. I will say the gentleman that sat us finally, was very courteous and professional Time for the food, Review all I can say is extremely disappointing!!!! for a starter we got the nachos. Very dry ..desperately needed additional cheese. it seems like they added so many pickles on top to hide the fact that there s hardly any cheese on the nachos. The brisket on the nachos was fatty and dry. On to the short rib . As you can see in the photo extremely fatty!!! I also expected the short rib to be more tender. The meat definitely needed some salt and pepper along with additional seasonings. Finally the Mac and Cheese it was OK, it definitely needed additional seasoning as well in comparison to the other food we received, it was not bad!! It s quite possible my expectations just were too high for this restaurant and for the quality of the food we received!!! Overall, the aesthetic is pleasing, they do have indoor and outdoor seating will I go back?? No

Purchased brisket at 11am on a Sunday which was close to open time. How is it that the brisket is completely dried out with no juice. Unless its left over from the night before. I hope they arent serving leftovers from the night before. Brisket is supposed of be juicy especially with the fat rendering. Serving was good but, food sucks.

Portion was small for the price and not 1.5lbs. Placed an order for pickup and asked the person taking the order how much meat I should expect with the 1.5lb ribs. They put me on hold so they could find out and came back and clarified that the bone weight is not included, its just there for presentation. Imagine my surprise when I brought the food home and only had .5lbs per order. The portion for the side of mash potatoes was also tiny, barely enough for a child. Luckily I had other food to feed my guests! Service at the bar picking up the food was also poor. Was asked to wait while the bartender helped people that came in after me. Would rather smoke my own ribs or go to Phils bbq for beef ribs.

The platters they offer are for 4-6 at the smallest level so me and my friend went with the sausage, tri-tip, and brisket platters with a side of mac and cheese. We also had the quesadilla as an appetizer. All of the food was delicious. The tri tip was my favorite followed by the sausage. Finished it off with a desert. We paid 57$ a person for all this and a drink. They even gave use two free shots each because we got our food before our drinks, and one for the kitchen being late.

For starters: excellent service! We were visiting from out of state and had such a great time the first night we went that we had to fit in another visit before heading back home. Our server the first night was excellent - she had a great, friendly attitude and was all around lovely. She remembered us on our second night back a few days later and made sure to come say hi even though we werent in her section. The food was also delicious; the brisket was extremely tender and flavorful. We tried the brisket grilled cheese and the brisket mac and were big fans of both. If were ever in Anaheim again, well have to drop by once more.

You guys, I just discovered this all-you-can-eat American BBQ buffet at Craft by Smoke & Fire in Anaheim. There s all your smoked meats like brisket, meaty beef ribs, their new tri tip...oh, I was in meat heaven. Build-your-own chilaquiles, pozole, and, of course, all your American brunch-y classics like scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, and even breakfast tacos! Every Saturday and Sunday for $45pp from 11AM-2PM so make sure to come early, or, you can order off their a la carte menu, from which we tried their rack of lamb that I was so obsessed with, and the absolutely insane MAC rib sandwich (you have to get it to believe it!!). Thanks for reading! ^-^

I had the pleasure of dining here, i had smoked brisket, smoked pastrami, and short ribs with mac and cheese and a baked potato. The brisket was exceptionally succulent and flavorful, with an aromatic smokiness that tantalized my taste buds. The pastrami, while not as juicy, made up for it with its satisfying crunch and smoky undertones. The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a rich, fatty goodness that was simply divine. The mac and cheese was truly remarkable, with a perfectly balanced flavor profile and just the right amount of saltiness. The baked potato, while good, could have been enhanced with some additional cheese and fillings. It was a bit plain and lacked the robust flavor of the other dishes. Despite this minor critique, I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a delectable meaty dinner. The fact that it is zabiha halal is an added bonus that makes it an even more attractive option for me. The host was exceptionally gracious and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Overall, I rate my experience a 4.8 out of 5.

We ve come here every year for the past 3 years we ve come to California to go to Disney. Yesterday was our final time. They put pickles on one entree when we asked for none. The Bavarian pretzel was the driest pretzel I ve ever had in my life. They also charged us for two instead of one. Pretty bad when Wetzel s does a better job making a pretzel. Another entree got a cup of mashed potatoes when we asked for Mac.

From the moment you step into Craft by Smoke and Fire in Anaheim, youre enveloped in a welcoming atmosphere that promises a delightful dining experience. This establishment isnt just a restaurant; its a celebration of robust flavors and culinary craftsmanship. One cannot visit Craft by Smoke and Fire without indulging in their brisket. It is, quite simply, a revelation. The brisket is tender, succulent, and rich with smoky undertones that linger pleasantly after each bite. The outside bark has a perfectly seasoned crust that complements the meat s natural flavors without overpowering them. Each slice is so flawlessly cooked that it melts in your mouth, making it clear why this dish stands out. For those who appreciate a bit of heat, the spicy peppers are a must-try. They add just the right level of spice to enhance the meal without overwhelming the other flavors. These peppers are a testament to the chefs ability to balance spice and flavor, adding an exciting kick to every dish they accompany. The service at Craft by Smoke and Fire is nothing short of excellent. During my visit, Mikayla, our server, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the restaurants offerings made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Mikayla recommended dishes based on our preferences, answered all our questions with a smile, and ensured that our glasses were never empty. Her impeccable service greatly contributed to the overall positive experience. Craft by Smoke and Fire not only offers fantastic food and service but also a cozy ambiance that makes you want to linger longer. Whether you re there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, you feel right at home. In conclusion, Craft by Smoke and Fire in Anaheim is a culinary gem that s well worth a visit. With its exceptional brisket, tantalizing spicy peppers, and outstanding service provided by Mikayla and the team, this restaurant is poised to provide a memorable dining experience. So, if you find yourself in Anaheim, do not miss the chance to enjoy what Craft by Smoke and Fire has to offer!

Visiting from Vancouver with some friends, we made a Reso for 5 people on open table for last Saturday, March 30 for 5:45pm. I ve attached a screenshot of the Reso confirmation from open table because there was an issue. When we arrived, the hostess was super rude to my group and said that there was never a reservation made for 5 people, only 3 people and that they d have to see if there s space and maybe they can get 2 more chairs to add to the table. The hostess and another staff member said It s gonna take time can we call you when it s ready so we waited at the front among the many people waiting when all along we had the correct reservation for the correct number of people. They talked to each other and stared at us (not sure why as we were not in the wrong) and they eventually added 1 more chair to a 4 top table so 1 chair was facing the walkway where people walk, which was not a problem in terms of getting in the way even though it was busy. Not sure what the big deal was when we had the correct reservation the whole time - staff at the front were unnecessarily rude. Food was decent (brisket tacos and brisket grilled cheese were best) but unfortunately our waitress was also rude when we seemed to inconvenience her to split our bill into two (3 people and 2 people parties). Food was good but the staff could definitely use some work- not hospitable whatsoever. If you don t like people, then don t work in customer service. Also there s a 3% fee on your total bill which goes to the restaurant I believe (not the servers) which is pretty scammy in our opinions. We ve eaten at a lot of restaurants in Anaheim (twice a year visitors) and never seen that before.

While exploring the area late at night with my family, we stumbled upon Craft By Smoke and Fire, attracted by its impressive 9700 reviews and 4.7-star rating. Conveniently located near a parking structure, we were promptly seated despite the bustling atmosphere around 9:45 PM. Our server graciously treated us to a delightful brisket quesadilla as newcomers. Opting for the Last Supper, a feast for six, we indulged in Tomahawk Steak, Brisket, sausage, pastrami, Short rib, and cornbread. Each dish brimmed with exquisite flavors, particularly the succulent Tomahawk Steak and tender Brisket. While the pastrami didnt quite match the excellence of the other meats, it still held its own. The restaurant exuded a laid-back ambiance, perfect for socializing over drinks with friends, family, or a romantic partner. Im already planning my return to savor the Tomahawk Steak and Brisket anew. Interestingly, though the Last Supper is touted to serve 8-10, it proved ample for our meat-loving party of six.
