The staff here is wonderful. They are so nice and attentive, and they are so kind to my son. The food is also excellent. Breakfast is delicious, no matter what you get. Eggs are cooked exactly the way I ordered. Portions are plentiful. Coffee is delicious and they have a fancy machine too (I don't drink anything fancy...). There's also a small bar here.

One thing they have now that they didn't a year ago is dinner. We tried it, and I was happy. Wings were HUGE. My kid got tenders, more than enough. The tater tots were so good, Napoleon Dynamite would approve. The banana strawberry smoothie was made with real banana and strawberry, made me happy my kid got some fruit.

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo twice and had breakfast at Chambers. The burritos are amazing, as are the churro waffles. And the staff are super friendly and attentive. I would go out of my way to eat breakfast here.

Very nice restaurant inside the Hotel Indigo. Ate here twice on our stay for breakfast and both times the food was very good, service was phenomenal, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended, and Jose is the best!

An absolute GEM! So glad we walked into this unassuming brunch spot, which leads into the hotel lobby.

Every menu item was made from scratch and absolutely delicious. I had the eggs Benedict, perfectly cooked egg, lovely hollandaise sauce. Our son had a huge pancake, and we also all split a delicious parfait. My vanilla latte was made perfectly (and loved the clear glass).

Our server Karen was warm, kind and attentive, as was all the staff. Felt very homey and welcoming from start to finish.

Next time we are at Disneyland, we will be stopping in to try more items, as everything coming out looked stellar (especially the Chilaquiles)!

A must-try brunch spot if you’re nearby with the family!

I am writing this review as I am sitting in the restaurant.

The restaurant is on the small side (40 or so seats plus a bar & patio space) but that can't really be held against them because they are inside of a hotel. One wall is constantly changing color, which makes it rather difficult to see what color things actually are, which makes judging freshness a bit difficult.

Aaron was really attentive to our needs. (Not to say much because it was about 8 pm.) Our appetizers were ready in really good amount of time. For being this close to Disneyland, an hour inside a hotel, I expected the place to be busier. (They do have happy hour specials between 5 and 7.)

I had the regular nachos for an appetizer, and I must say that I was blown away. They were loaded with peppers, sour cream, and guacamole. They also come with what I believe is a house made nachos cheese sauce.

My boyfriend order a Cesar salad to start, and it was amazing. Real shavings of parmesan cheese, the lettuce and the toppings were all uniformly cut. Needless to say, my boyfriend cleaned his plate.

For drinks, I had the "Kool-aid" which was a mixture of vodka, Midori, amaretto, and cranberry juice. It was good, but somewhat reminded me of cough syrup.

The boyfriend had the strawberry lemonade, which is your standard strawberry lemonade.

We decided to order the "from the Earth pasta" which has "sauteed garlic, toasted peppers, mushrooms, fresh basil, mozzarella & pine nuts. The basil was very fresh and fragrant, and the mozzarella was fresh made mozzarella (the gooey slices, not melty pieces). Overall, this dish gets a 8/10.

I will definitely have to come back to see what else they have to offer, and that will get another score.

Very nice hotel (Indego) with this fantastic little bistro. Every meal the food has been amazing and we've fed out family of 5 for less than we used to spend at Denny's.

When I was working pm shifts at the hotel, this place would always be my dinner going home. The waiters are always very polite and happy to serve. They get the food out quickly and I would recommend the battered fish tacos if you’re ever going to Disneyland. Those tacos are BOMB. For breakfast, I would recommend an ultimate platter for those who eat a lot. Please don’t judge me for eating in a to-go box, that’s just me.
