Nice cafe in a small food hall with a good vibe!

Had a quick breakfast here...the bacon is medium thickness, cooked to be crispy (which I like), and the toast was very tasty with the right amount of toast crunch. The server and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Variety of seating options (inside and out). Located in an area with lots of options for food and drinks.

Great food in a casual upscale atmosphere. Really enjoyed the egg and chorizo flavor as well as the healthy size of my K&A breakfast burrito. The coffee was alright but there were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup

We ordered two of the pancake combos and the california omelette. The eggs were cooked just right. The pancakes were so soft to be able to be cut with just a fork yet they were crispy on the outside. They made us feel like we were visiting old friends that we hand’r seen in a while.

Ordered a taco bar catering set up for a work event. The person delivering the food set it up perfectly and everything was packaged for easy service and clean up.
Everyone raved about the food and thought it tasted better than a different company we had used in the past.
Price was great too.
Would definitely recommend!

We are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and just exploring the area, came here for breakfast to try a small little place and it was great! Especially liked the bacon and the waffles 🧇 .

As a breakfast cook of 8 years, this was by far the worst French toast I've ever tried. It's literally just bread dipped in eggwash out of a carton. Zero flavor. No cinnamon. No nothing. Bland.

The liquid eggs they served as scrambled eggs also very bland. But to make it worse, they tasted like a dirty pan as well.

The bacon was not fresh. Instead it was pre-made bacon they had from earlier just thrown back onto the grill to warm it up. Pretty common, but still can tell the difference.

Overall just a lazy effort at a simple breakfast.

I wouldn't of even left a review if both of the gentlemen working tried to be helpful. Instead they watched me not eat more than 2 bites of my plate and said nothing as I get up to leave.

I'm sure this place could be good, however, the French toast was extremely bland. Bland enough for me to spit some of it back out in a napkin.

Note for staff, if you see a guest not eat their food, perhaps ask if everything is OK or if there is a way to help. Guest experience should be a top priority for a successful restaurant.

Especially since you are charging almost $19 for a French toast plate that had the flavor of a napkin at best.

We go to this place a lot. Family-owned business, great service and food. We love their breakfast burritos, salads, and sandwiches. It’s a cafeteria type vibe, plenty of places to sit and eat or take it to go. Great location downtown too.

Not really sure how this place has 4.7 stars…the atmosphere was nice but the quality of the food was what I would expect to be served at a summer camp in middle school. Greasy, not flavorful, and made my boyfriend and I feel sick after. The coffee was insanely sweet and strong enough to power all of LA. Not to mention it was about $40 for two iced coffees, an egg sandwich, and a burrito. Edible but overpriced for the quality.

Had the breakfast chorizo omelet and it was amazing ! The toppings are fresh and everything down to the toast was delicious. Exceeded my expectations and the staff is very friendly. One of the gentlemen came out to ask how the food was which in my book... *chefs kiss

Finally gave this place a try this morning and it's another nice option for breakfast/lunch. Vegan options are limited but that Spinach wrapped soyrizo burrito was pretty dang good especially with their mild sauce. The hashbrown was a bit on the salty side but I still enjoyed it with my toddler :). Definitely keeping this place in mind for next time.

Came here for breakfast and it was delicious! I got the k&A breakfast plate and my girl got the enchilada plate with added asada. Both were really good I would definitely come back! I also got their pressed juice and horchata coffee 👌🏽 bomb!

I got the breakfast sandwich melt with ham for meat choice it was absolutely delicious I definitely wanna come back it was my first time with my hubby we both enjoyed our food very much definitely worth the drive love it hope to see them again the owner is absolutely nice great personality as well amazing food!!

I just had the BEST breakfast burrito that I've ever had! I ordered a breakfast burrito with crispy bacon and it was soooooo delicious! Everything I've had there is reeeeallly good.. but the breakfast burrito was exceptionally delish! Very friendly staff, too!

What a find! This is one of those places that Google needs to create an extra star for. Incredible food and the kind of super friendly service that visitors from the UK (like us!) have come to know and love about visiting the US. Got the ultimate breakfast burrito. For 10$ You would expect it to be a decent size. It’s quite small for the price. Taste was average. Nothing spectacular. Didn’t “wow” me.

I am here on vacation and was looking for a great breakfast spot! This place serves up many options. I'd give this place a try, I came here twice and each time the food and service was excellent! Next time I'm in town I'll definitely stop by and have the omelettes they look really good. I had the fiesta burrito and added ham it was piping hot and flavorful. Thanks to the staff here, ohh and by the way read all the picture quotes on the walls, it was nice seeing those.

We had a long weekend at the NAMM convention... Just needed to get away from all that..i Google searched for a great breakfast spot....K&A Cafe came up... Hopped an Uber... Not that far... Wow... The building and space are so amazing and homey at the same time... And then.. The food....a sausage bowl for him and egg breakfast for me... The sausage bowl had scrambled eggs, cheese, hashbrowns, and country gravy along with , wait for it, sausage!!! Yummy!!! The egg plate was basic, great, and exactly what i needed today... It is not a bank breaker, the prices are very reasonable. What i truly admire is the humans that staff the cafe, genuinely friendly and caring! NAMM happens once a year... We will be back... Worth it!!!

Menu looked exciting and the place had a cute hipster vibe. But the food wasn't great. Breakfast burritos were good, but the fruit salad was not. I didn't even know you could kill a fruit salad but smothering it all in cottage cheese will do the trick apparently. Got 2 smoothies, 1 was bomb and the other tasted very watered down. I'd give them another shot to make sure they weren't just having a bad day.

This is a cute little place with fantastic food. The omelet I had was made with all fresh ingredients and the fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. The owner was very nice and even checked up on us. I would totally recommend as a great breakfast stop

Had the ultimate breakfast burrito and it had this creamy, soggy thing that gave the burrito a gross texture. Their "fresh" orange juice was bitter.

My coworker had their veggie sandwich and said it was dry and they used the tomatoes from their salad, square cut prices thrown between two pieces of bread, instead of sliced.

We have been in California for a week and this is the best place we have eaten. The staff is beyond friendly and gave our son a teddy bear. The breakfast burrito was delicious and they had quite a few different salsas that were a good mix of flavor and spice. A must have ever time we come here.

My husband and I wondered into K & A Cafe and were pleasantly surprised. My husband got an California omelet with the sides. It came with a beautiful avocado, toast and potatoes. Way more food than he could eat. I just ordered the omelette without the sides. It was very hearty. We ate outside in the shade and enjoyed the corner location. The coffee was great too.

Actually 4.5 🌟rating. They only use lose half a 🌟because they are not open on the weekends. BUT! They do have the best breakfast burrito, egg sandwich and Mexican breakfast for the price and it is family friendly. Family owned and get there before 2 because that's the time they close.

Amazing Breakfast! We kinda bombarded them with our family while on vacation and they handled us like champs! They very friendly and the owner came by to check on us regularly. He really made us feel at home. We had breakfast burritos, the California Omelette, and the Chiliquiles. Their salsa is amazing. You can't go wrong stopping by here for a great meal. The coffee was very good too. We will definitely be back on our next trip.
