Presotea- Downtown Anaheim

Honest review here.
Place is convenient. We ordered the white peach oolong tea and there’s really nothing to complain about and nothing to hype about as well. It’s a typical boba joint with nothing much to add.

Not. Bad little coffee shop inside a market place. Everything is touch-less meaning you will place your order using the touch screen. The there’s a good offering a tea and a small selection of coffees/lattes/mochas. There’s a lot seating for small and large groups.

The coffee was good and priced slightly below average. I had a medium oat milk vanilla latte that cost $5.50, compared to the other coffee shops that are charging $6+.

Worth stopping by for a drink if your nearby.

You got to try it you haven't try it u aint had any good tea . All of them have their own personalities in their own way. Unique and they all are very kind, very respectable. I go there every day if it's not every other day. But majority times every other day and they have a great attitude. The young people in there is awesome. Trust me I see them everyday and they customer service is awesome.

It is my honor to join the soft opening event for the very yummy milk spot in Anaheim downtown!!

Highlights of the menu:
1. Brown sugar milk pudding boba
2. Strawberry fruit tea
3. Signature fruit tea
4. Mango pineapple creme slush

I love both of their fruit teas and milk teas. The boba is very soft, the tea flavor is very strong and fresh in their drinks. These are very unique about Presotea. With this location, you can hang around the downtown. There are food spots and bars in the same food court giving the maximum convenience for the customers. They also have large seating indoor and outdoor areas. I would definitely hang out with my friends here in the weekend

The soft opening event is hosted well with music, finger food for influencers, raffle for digital products with high value (TV, airpods, Ninetendo switch), BOGO coupons. It did great PR and marketing when I see lots of reviews from foodies and influencers!

Took some work friends here on our lunch break. Longest wait ever. Took at least 30 minutes to get our 2 drinks out and they don’t let you order ahead in the app any more. Will never go back.

Tucked away in a nice little food court area, the boba tea is satisfactory, not the best I’ve ever had, but not bad by any means. Will satisfy your boba needs.

A very cute and quaint bubble tea shop in downtown Anaheim. I got the roasted hojicha bbt and it came out without tasting too sweet or full of ice. 10/10 will return back

Didn't order so can't criticize the drinks. But right away they have a sign that says "no cash " . Which should be illegal. Also your supposed to order on an iPad of some sort. Needless to say lost one order for the day.

Great drinks, good service, I don't personally like how busy the good foods is but it's nice to get the drink and go. Usually only waited a few minutes and got them.

I am around Disneyland area in Anaheim and had a mad craving for Vietnamese coffee and found this gem of a place. Great coffee and even better people that works here. Definitely a must go. Please support your local eatery!

Fantastic boba with exceptional service! I have a minor suggestion to enhance the ambiance: it would be wonderful if some music could be played to create a vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, I would love to see a captivating boba image displayed outside to boost the marketing appeal.

Quick service and great drinks. They have a large assortment of main menu items and rotation flavors of seasonal drinks. The assortment of boba is amazing as well as the various types of jellies you can add to the order. It always pays to just grab something extra on the way home for the S.O. to drink on the weekend.

I guess since the food court was pretty empty in the morning it was ok to chill in the back but didn't really know whether the location was open for business if the only person operating the kiosk was just chilling in the back. I had to get her attention to make sure they were open for business before I attempted to order a drink. She said just order at the touch pad kiosk so I did. Slow responsive kiosk had such lag that I made quite a few mistakes when punching in my phone number required for the order that I had to keep tap and erasing due to lag.

But at the end of it all, got the drink and it was ok, I ordered it on the 70% sweet white peach oolong and it was on the lighter side which was ok. Good enough for the day ahead.

Love the convenient way to order and a lot of choices for drinks, you can also customize your own drink and sugar level. Youcan also add more details for them. Love the drinks, it's really good. The staffs are friendly too.

Really nice area around the shop, has indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating is nice, large space.

I usually dont write reviews but I got a drink here that had spoiled milk, it was a Jasmine Milk tea with boba. Couldve been an alright drink, but the milk tasted sour. I feel like freshness of whatever ingredients are in use is VERY important, and is just standard practice :((

Great selection! Would definitely go back... tons of seating indoors but there's a outdoor area (on Lemon St.) that is perfect for brunch 👌

Probably the best match green milk tea I've had. Lychee drinks were on par. Only thing I'd take away from the experience is the parking issue, bathroom is inconvenient to get to, and the order was placed online but. Had to wait about 24min total for 3 drinks and it wasn't busy.

Went here on a Sunday morning. It was not crowded. I was disappointed that Presotea does not validate.
I parked in the attached parking structure. It's $4 for 1 hour parking. The restaurant adjacent to Presotea does validate for 2 hour parking if you buy from them.

Staff here were not well to trained and don't know their company promotions. The cashier charged me $3 for Vietnamese coffee. I told her I thought it's $2. She said no, it's $3. I said it's in the $2 drink menu. Then, she said oh, but that's next week. I had to pull out the app and showed her. Then she asked the manager and said oh, it's just started today. In fact, it started more than a week ago because I used it at other Presotea location.

To be fair, the taste and quality of drinks were good and consistent with other locations.

Overall, not a good experience.

Great milk tea and refreshing beverages. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and authentic. If you want to try something different, definitely get the wintermelon hojicha! It is unique in the sense that they incorporate real pieces of wintermelon. I get it at 30% sweetness and it's just right for me (biased since a little sweetness is where I personally like it). They have a range of different toppings from the typical boba, to crystal/agar, and panda (half agar half boba). Great spot to pass by on a hot day!

I LOVE TEA! Undeniable, they have the best fresh tea in town. Very authentic high quality tea, I can taste the quality of their water brings out the flavor in the tea leaves. Yes, not all water will give the same taste, water have to be the perfect temperature and contents to bring out the right flavor. Presotea customer service during grand opening was incredible.

Their tea and coffee are both amazing and fresh!!! Saturday’s grand opening was amazing. I had so much fun watching the dancers and the DJ perform live.

Went to Presotea for their Grand Opening. There was such a long line but they provided samples and entertainment while we waited. There was a DJ and a whole dance team! I got the strawberry fruit tea and signature fruit tea, both 50% sweet. It was very refreshing and tasty. I will be coming back for sure!! :)

WOW!!!! Their fruit tea and brown sugar latte is delicious and freshly brewed. We went to their grand opening on Saturday. It was insanely packed, at least 500 people attended. Their team was so attentive, my family and I were greeted with a menu and coupon. They also handed out samples of chips and Tochi egg yolk fish skin. Music and live dancers and Tom Cruise for entertainment.
