Came to this place after an escape room experience and I was thirsty. The gentleman at the cashier is friendly. He told me a few items that is popular at this place. I chose aloha mango. I sat at a corner with lots of cute plants decorations. The drink the cashier recommended came out really good. It was very refreshing, fruity, juicy, and flavorful. Delicious! The gentlemen told me that they did not add sugar to their drinks, and it was all natural flavor! I will come back again. Already thinking about my second drinks from here.

Best THAI TEA!!! It is delicious. I loved it.
Service is fast and very friendly. Great location walking distance from Anaheim convention center. I came here 3 times while i was at a work conference. I totally recommend.

Great service and even better boba!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any of their mango or ube drinks. I got their mango coconut smoothie which is a specialty item. They cut up real mangos and you can 100% taste the difference in quality. The boba is hot and fresh, reminds me of my childhood favorite, Joy Yee.

I’ve been to a lot of boba places (KungFu tea, Lollicup, GongCha, etc) and they all have that same bland powdered flavor and stale tapioca. This place is the exception.

Excellent boba with some fun flavors and very high quality boba pearls. I very much appreciated that they also ask you for your preference on sweetness level and ice level. The strawberry matcha drink and Hokkaido caramel milk tea were both excellent. Highly recommend stopping by

Today was our second time here, we visited for the first time yesterday. Both of the days we’ve had very good service, the staff was very welcoming and engaging. The coffee was good, we had the Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk. Today we tried the strawberry Nutella bubble waffle! It’s not overly sweet but delicious. Love the ambiance of the shop!

Came in on 4th of july night. I ordered 2 oreo smoothie and asked to split them into 4. They charged $1.99 each for split.
We waited over 20 minutes.
When we finally got them, I was extremely disappointed.
I could barely taste oreo; very bland.
And also, 1/3 of bottle was empty. All four of them....

I basically paid $5 each for little oreo smoothie which taste bland, very little portion, and waited over 20minutes when there were just few customers.

I don t often leave reviews on places but this one was an exceptionally bad experience. I entered the place, and ordered with the man who was working. I ordered just a classic black milk tea with boba and it tasted pretty okay. The man however felt especially stand off ish. The store was completely empty and he egarly hovered when I was, especially at the tipping section. I said thank you and please numerous times and never received any verbal response back or some kind of body gesture. I understand food service and customer service can be extremely draining so I try my best to be very polite, but for him just to blankly stare at me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I again thanked him for my drink as I left and still got nothing back.

Im very disappointed. I ordered the oolong taro milk tea with boba, and the drink was CHUNKY. The girl warned me to shake it and I did so thoroughly but it didnt help. Was the non dairy creamer old??? Im not sure but it was very bland and overall disgusting texture.

Absolutely incredible staff, lovely people to converse with. They took such care with my order despite the line behind me, it was fast but not rushed if you get what I mean. I cannot recommend the waffles and Thai tea enough!

The boba was so immaculate I literally started floating. My college loans where magically paid off and my hair grew 6 inches. Honestly I don t know if it gets any better than this. I regret spending around $40 here. There were 4-6 staff working. No customers ahead of us or in the store when we placed order, yet the bobas took long time finish - longer than usual compared to other boba shops with all things factored in. There was confusion about which boba drink needed requires which tea flavor choice ordered. While the menu drink photos look good and packaging look cute (cups), now the actual tea based boba drinks were SERIOUSLY lacking tea flavour depth. Very, Bland. We only drank 10% of the bobas. This is a first for us, not finishing most of our bobas, as we r huge boba lovers. I should have gone to another boba place in the garden walk.

I didnt come to Anaheim for Disneyland, but for this cafe. Very friendly staff, the best boba tea in America, and a great atmosphere at the cafe. These three things are like the Bermuda Triangle. I want to visit again.

The owners who served us were so nice and accommodating! The Peach fruit tea with aloe vera tasted like peach(im picku with my peach tea!) but a bit sweet for 75% but overall a good place to go for boba! The bubble milk tea was also good!! They have a restroom also for customers. Good place to get some work done too!

Loved this place! The bubble waffles are delicious. The drinks are so good. They don t fill the entire cup with ice like other places, there s actual fruit bits in the tea. Oh ChaPlus, wish you had a location in Denver. We tried the other spots for drinks in GardenWalk and they were garbage. We went there every day of our vacation! We will miss you!

Went to try the classic boba milk tea (black tea) and was pleasantly surprised how good the tea tasted and the boba is perfectly chewy and sweet as well. Service was excellent as well, with super nice owner who I noticed took her their time to make beautiful looking slushy drinks for other customers ahead of me.

10/10. absolutely loved their bubble milk tea w/ black tea base & black boba. my stepdad liked their thai tea & black boba as well. one of the cashiers complimented my bad bunny phone case and was very nice overall. met the owner and her husband and they were VERY friendly. i will be coming back! definitely got to try more

Can t wait come back to ChaPlus again. I could say it s one of the healthiest BoBa store. When you come to Boba, you think you will consume all sugar and artificial flavors. You will be surprised how fresh and real fruits they use in ChaPlus. They have great bubble waffles with fresh homemade cream and real fresh high quality fruits from local farmers. I can t wait to go back again. The owner said they will have new ChaPlus stores in Laguna and San Diego soon.

Very good but extremely slow (first world problems). Defn 5 if you have all the time in the world but give yourself half an hour even if there is a semblance of a line. Not the worker s fault they are moving at a swift pace irs just thar drinks and waffles take awhile

Owner and workers are absolutely amazing. Very friendly. We had bought milk Boba teas across from here and my kids and I absolutely hated them. We walked into here and the owner was very accommodating and made sure before we left that the kids were 100% happy with their Boba teas. Also the strawberry Nutella bubble waffles were a HUGE hit for my entire family of 5. Highly recommend this place for anyone. 5 star service hands down.

The drinks here are delicious, easily customizable, and appropriately priced for the high quality. The owners and employees are very kind and you can really tell how much they care about their business by their treatment of customers and the quality of their ingredients. They go out of their way to ensure you are having a good experience and are satisfied with your order. They are very cheerful, appreciative, and sweet which creates a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere in the shop. I also love how beautifully decorated the interior is. Truly a wonderful experience.

I ordered 50 Thai and milk tea drinks with crystal Boba for Jordan Intermediate and Cook Elementary. They were so good and sweetness level was right. The owner delivered them to our schools and she is nice and friendly. I will definitely order more for future events.

We visited from NY and cakenactoss this awesome tea room filled with great options. The owner and staff are the nicest people and truly take care of their customers. My son was given a delicious waffle on the house after ordering 2 Boba teas. The owner made a passion fruit boba that was like nothing weve ever tasted! It was original and amazing and my jasmine milk tea was made to perfection. Definitely check this place out, as we plan on going again tomorrow. Tha is so much for your service to us picky New Yorkers, where Boba shops are commonplace!

Great boba and good atmosphere. Nice rocking chairs and plants all over cute cups. Tried the ginger tea made with real ginger and the black tea milk cap made with cheese foam. Really nice employees too. Nice place to hang out

I would honestly avoid this place. Was there today for the Spooksieboo event and it was not good. We ordered three drinks and only one was decent. We ordered taro teas with boba and it just tasted like water with powder not fully dissolved in it. The fruity drink we got was okay. On top of that I understand that it takes time but we waited there so long for the drinks.

Had the roasted oolong bubble milk tea and Chaplus does not disappoint me at all. Tea is perfect and strong , boba is perfect chewiness. Definitely recommended to try their milk tea. 5 star

Im a fan! We walked by Chaplus right about the time I started craving a refreshing beverage. When looking at their menu my eyes immediately averted to the Lychee Dragon Fruit Slush. Its exactly what it sounds like. And its all I wanted. The staff was so sweet. They were super friendly and when I asked if it really was as pretty as it looked on the menu, one of the girls exclaimed, Ill make it that pretty for you! The interior was a very calming theme, green seats against a gray backdrop and plant decor. I loved how bright it was. If we werent anxious to walk around I would have loved to stay and enjoy the fresh, relaxing atmosphere. The drink was so perfect. Its not as sweet as it may look so dont be disappointed. I found it just about the right level. It was a very interested (in a good way, promise!) flavor, and the lychee bits were fun to eat and tasted great! The size is generous as well. This large drink was only $7.58, including tax. If youre strolling around the Garden Walk I would highly recommend stopping by! It is def worth the visit!!!

Clean and modern interior, tasty smoothies and addictive bubble waffles. However, the staff we experienced on our visit were somewhat rude upon entry, and shouted out order numbers quite aggressively. However, the food and drinks, and the space, were without fault.

1st time @ this location was in the area looking for some hot tea. Ohh with this weather hot jazmine tea loose leaf was perfect also decided to get the strawberry nutella bubble waffle it was amazing. Would recommend cant wait to come back and try other drink.
