Panera Bread

This place is huge. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for the many families having breakfast before going to Disneyland. The line to place your order does get long, or there are kiosks to place your order as well. I recommend ordering through the app to make things a little stress free.
The people who work there are super helpful when looking to pick up your order. The tables are cleaned right away to accommodate new customers. It was a little hot when we were there, like they didn't have the ac on, which can be a little uncomfortable.
Overall, it's a great place to go to. It's convenient if you're staying at one of the hotels nearby.

Used the self service kiosk to order the French onion bread bowl and green tea. It was seamless and quick. The bread bowl came fast, hot and fresh. Staff was smiling and friendly.

We dined here a couple of times and really enjoyed the sandwiches and soup. It’s a quick and easy meal, perfect for takeout or dining in. The service was good, and the prices are reasonable. I especially loved the broccoli cheddar soup! Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal.

Great experience using the kiosk yesterday. Today husband ordered at the counter and they messed it up completely. He ordered a breakfast sandwich with extra sausage and no sauce. They misheard and entered no sausage. He told them no, I want extra sausage, no sauce. She said okay fixed it. When he got back to the hotel he had no sausage and sauce. No time to fix it because we are going to the airport. Lesson learned. Always use the kiosk so you can see what you’re getting!

Food is not worth the price. Small panini or sandwiches for high price.
Caesar salade was a small container with lettuce. chicken and bread!
The publish Pick two combo, but it's just pick 2 and we will charge you for both. It's not a deal but published like one.
Kids meal is not worth the price. A small toated bread and a yogurt or an apple, or bread for nearly $8.

Service is very unprofessional. Unmotivated staff who do not help a customer or even great a customer. Looks like forced to work, underpaid, or overworked.
If you ask them anything, they had to find energy to reply you. Sad! Looked like a nice place.

Wasn't really busy. Napkins were empty.

Very disappointed. Thr chain might not care about my review but if you are thinking for eating here check the menu and prices well.

The dining room was not welcoming with all the dishes containers full to the top. The homeless people just taking space in some corners. Food was not good compared to other paneras. Bread was served cold

From what they show you in the picture and what you actually get is way smaller and it's kind of crazy. The portions are so small for what you're paying. They'll show you a picture of a decent looking sandwich and it's like half a sandwich cut down the middle...

A good quick breakfast for on the way to the Disney parks. I love the egg soufflé, the first day they were out but they had more the second day. Coffee was meh but did the job.

As a customer you feel insecure because of the homeless INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. As son as my family got a spot, I had 3 of them around (like really close). Next day there were two. Don’t misunderstand me I know it is a public issue but my daughter started to worry and sorry to say but they smell awful. PANERA should definitely has to address this issue with private security.

Não sou muito fã dessas comidas “fast foods”; hambúrguer, batata frita, frango frito e milkshakes. Porém, toda vez que visito os Estados Unidos, sempre vou à Panera Bread.Suas sopas quentinhas sempre me satisfazem e curto muito o ambiente. Sempre peço uma sopa de galinha acompanhada com um pão. Simples, gostosa e não finge ser algo que não é.

Após um longo dia na Disneylândia, eu e minha família fomos a pé para a Panera Bread. Era bem tarde e observei que tinha só uma garota no caixa atendendo. O atendimento em si foi agradável, e minha sopa veio entre um período de tempo satisfatório. A única coisa que incomodou um pouco foram os sem tetos vagando dentro e fora do restaurante. Tirando isso, recomendo o lugar para fazer uma ceia.

I’m a regular at the Panera Bread in Anaheim and always have an exceptional experience. The manager, Ray, is always incredibly helpful and nice, making every visit pleasant. The rest of the staff is also amazing.The food is consistently delicious, especially my favorite, the Bacon Avocado Melt. It comes out perfect every time, and the quality never disappoints. Never have to wait too long for the food it always comes out fast. Highly recommend this location for its great service and tasty food!

I work by this panera and head there Monday thru Friday on my lunch break to either get a snack or just simply relax and sip a coffee everyday- every single employee in there is always friendly, always welcomes me, I have never had any bad experience, the place is extremely clean even on busy days! Ray the manager is the sweetest guy and Alissa, Joline, Bonnie- nicest ladies that work in there!!! I would choose this panera over the one that is 2 seconds from my house anyday , also everyone in there works as a great team and everyone looks like they enjoy thier job so it makes you wanting to always go in there and everything is set up perfect in front display, I forgot to mention food is incredible everytime and super speedy service!!! Overall for me 10 star review 🥰😃

The food was as good as expected - always satisfying. That was definitely the highlight of the visit.

We tried mobile ordering our food and were told that our wait would be at least an hour before ready for pickup, due to the size of the order. Instead, we walked to the location, placed the order ourselves at the on-site kiosk, and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes... a far cry from an hour+.

The food was extremely good, place was very clean. My big issue was the price $80 for 5 people to eat and drinks weren't included is outrageous. The portions aren't large but good for a single meal so idk what I'm paying so much for. Otherwise the food was good.

The only reason we came to this Panera bread location is because it’s close to Disney. They were always out of bagels and their other items like chocolate crossaints and muffins not fresh either. The sandwiches and coffee were ok.

Gross bug in the bathroom really gave me the creepy crawlies that I couldn't shake after that. About the size of my big toe and it's got lots of legs 😭

Anyway the other photo is $40 worth of food and drink apparently. Sandwiches are quite small, you could get more food for a better price at Subway. Not worth the extra steps or money if ur coming from Disney, just go to McDonald's instead if ur in need of fast late night food.

But one positive is that the lobby looks nice..

In 50 years of eating salads in restaurants this is the worst lettuce I have ever seen. Got takeout at Panera across from Disney. The pic does not do justice as to how brown much of the lettuce was.

La comida esta muy rica, tuve una visita rapida a anaheim California y tuve la oportunidad de cenar en este lugar y la verdad el servicio y la comida estan exelentes, lo unico que no me gusto es que no me senti como a la hora de sentarnos a cenar porque habia varias personas que viven en la calle creo yo porque tenian aspecto de bagabundos y se nos quedavan viendo tanto que jos hicieron sentir incomodos, ojala la tienda tome cartas en el asunto y de ahi en fuera todo estuvo muy bien.

I visit almost everyday different Panera around the city but this location is BAD..
Coffee has ground all over and cold, it came from the kitchen.. every time I order soup I asked to get my bread toasted.. in this location they I was told " it would burn the oven if they toast the bread"

Lots of staff working but slowest service I've ever experienced.
Ordered a bagel, Waited 10 minutes and then they told me they didn't have any left!
They gave me a plain baguette instead, and then proceeded to also give me the wrong cream cheese!
This place couldn't be any worse if they tried!
Avoid if you value your time and want the correct food!!!

I should have read the reviews prior to coming here. I waited 20 minutes for oatmeal and there are like seven people working here looking lost. My oatmeal was remade, but you walk in and wonder what is going on here.

First time here, the place wasn’t bad but my order wasn’t the best in the presentation, the food was good. I was expecting more, and to say the least I was really disappointed for it to be $13 + .The bread that came with the broccoli with Mac and cheese wasn’t available and they have my this bread which was ok but the portion of my food was so small, Bread was just thrown into the bag. Could eat it in 3 bites. My other friend had ordered another soup without the bread which I don’t think is much difference, but hers was less and with bigger portion of food.

This place has good fresh food and good coffee. I would recommend this over ihop, Dennys, Mc Donald’s and all the other junk food places around this area. Thank you Ray (I think he’s the manager). Prices are a bit higher due to the closeness to Disneyland. Parking "looks" really small at first due to the hotel behind it. Once you get in there, though, just look for the panera parking only signs. There is plenty of parking beyond the hotel "stop" signs behind the building and on the other side of the building. Just tell the attendant you are going to panera. Also, watch the exit first turn. It is a tight angle, and i have hit the curb twice.

I normally don't write bad reviews but this Panera could use some TLC. I've been there times, the first time the soda machine was out of syrup. 2nd time no one was at the front counter, had to go find someone. And the third, when I brought up the fact they were out of syrup again they just stared at me like they didn't know what to do about it.

Went here twice during a visit to California, and the food was great. Their sandwiches and soups are super yummy. The only downfall to our visits here was the service. It seemed like the cashiers were frustrated that we didn't know how the menu or ordering went. It's kind of shocking since they're located near Disney and a bunch of hotels and would have a lot of visitors.

What can be more magical than the magic Kingdom? How about getting a delicious lunch for a reasonable price right across the street from Disneyland! You already know I'm a big fan of the sip club and getting a value duet for lunch, but I'm an even bigger fan for a place that is clean and comfortable, yet versatile if dining alone or with a large family. Plenty of seating choices here, including long tables and booths. Parking is free and limited, but most people tend to walk here anyway. Simply a comfortable place to enjoy your healthy lunch!

Oh, my order was placed online at 1:29am for pickup at 6:10am. I received a notification on the app that order is ready for pickup at 6:09am. Finally opened the doors at 6:17am with no apology. be considered to the ppl standing in 40 degrees cold on 02/26/2023.
Staff failed on this. They are hard working ppl but need support from management. Management need to train better on customer service. They make amazing food. Just need to work a little better in customer service

Save yourself some time and skip this place. I had breakfast here with my husband and as soon as we walked in the repugnant smell greeted us, the one from old unclean carpets. As we go to the counter, empty counter, we waited about 5 minutes until finally someone show up to take our order, not apologizing about the delay neither having an acceptable customer service. We waited 15 for our order and had to leave to eat somewhere else for the above mentioned odor and a homeless person sleeping in the dining area, we just didn’t feel comfortable. This Panera bread being located across the street from Disney should have way higher quality overall than it has

The Madagascar vanilla cold brew is delicious! I asked for a large in the drive through and when I pulled up the cashier gave me a small. I said that I ordered a large and she said "well I didn't charge you for it." I said I don't mind paying the difference for a large so she rolled her eyes and got me another drink. When she handed me the large I offered to pay the difference and she said "it's fine just make sure you tell us what you want next time." Maybe just use your listening ears next time idk

Placed a large takeout order, which was incomplete (my fault for trusting them and not checking the bag). Rather than drive all the way back, we decided to call to at least get a partial refund - good luck getting someone on the phone. Make it impossible to do? Fine, let Visa handle it…

Very disappointing to see places like this in high tourist areas which don’t value their customers, as they know they’ll be taking off soon and wouldn’t likely to be returning anyway.

Great food, the wait was a bit long, but the food was great. Located near Disneyland and in walking distance, stroller parking was outside, you then order and they will call your name. They had a bunch of seating inside. I ordered the pepperoni melt and it was great l, better than I thought it was going to be. The melt also came with kettle potato chips and a water cup. Everyone ended up enjoying there food, especially the Mac and cheese.

They had fresh coffee in the afternoon which is uncommon, a lot of times people will forget that coffee is old and reduced. They didn't though :-) It was grateful they had working outlets, the internet was very slow while we were there but still workable :-) I'll probably be back next time I'm in the area.

This location is fine but in what's a strong selling point in other restaurants, the bread is stale and not tasty. The soup isn't hot but good salads

La que esta atendiendo es muy déspota y despectiva y párese que tiene problemas con la jente en su apariencia, es racista. N9 debería haner una persona así en un lugar sercas de donde biene de todas partes del mundo.
El lugar lo tenía muy sucio y se molesto cuando le dije que las mesas estaban todas sin limpiar. Fuimos dos veces y fue igual en dos días diferentes.

That soup is for a family of four? Come on. I guess it's a spoon and pass.

I do like Panera bread for the most part but when we are visiting from out of town. Just expected a little more.

The Autumn Squash Soup was outstanding! Really hit the spot on a cold evening.
The "Signature" Hot Chocolate was very sad. Watery and almost no flavor, except MAYBE a watery coffee flavor from using the Koerig to heat the water...? Very sad.
Get the excellent soup. Can't recommend the hot chocolate.

La comida deliiii, pero el servicio pésimo, cero actitud al cliente, ña forma de ordenar por ipad fue imposible porque sino tienen lo necesario no te deja avanzar, lo hay nadie que te apoye, el menú en pizarrón no está completo.

The food was fine but incredibly expensive. If you're in Disneyland, you might as well just eat in there. If you're not at Disneyland, it might be worth it to find another Panera close by
