Reborn Coffee

Drinks and pastries were good. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors to sit. But overall odd experience. Unsure if I'd return.

What was strange was we were told one price, asked if we wanted "here or to go", then charged a higher price when we said we would like our drinks "for here".
I don't recall a dine-in service fee when I was reading the menu. And the math didn't appear to be tax.
(edit: I recently learned that there is a dine-in tax/fee for the area, however other coffee shops don't charge it. You can see in my photo the hot drink was served in a mug for "dine in", so we were charged a fee. However there was no visible note, nor mention of dine in fees and you are expected to know when ordering. In fairness I'm editing my review, however leaving my rating for an overall average experience)

They also allow dogs indoors as there was a lady who had two huskies with her at her the table on my visit. If that's your thing, great. But I personally don't think pets should be allowed _indoors_ at restaurants. They have a patio, use that.
These were also not service animals of any kind since they started howling and being typical huskies to the point that the women got up and left.

I give the experience overall 3/5 because of the strange point of purchase experience, the dogs indoors, and higher prices compared other cafes. Drinks were good though. So maybe just buy and go about your day

I just had a great experience at Reborn Coffee! I asked Megan to surprise me with a coffee, and she went above and beyond with her customer service. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but the cup of coffee she gave me was absolutely delicious. The flavor was spot on, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

This is a lovely coffee shop that has ample parking and space for studying and working. The food is great and the coffee is super smooth. If you get the pop tart ask for it warmed up. The espresso doesn’t taste acidic at all and I even had a flat white and not a full fledged latte. The cold brew is also good. Now my parents with new borns and toddlers, this is a wonderful spot to caffeinate the tired parent but the bathrooms do NOT have a changing table. But the staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely will be repeating.

Lol I saw the price n wanted to turn around n walk right back out. But I. Here so I figured I would try it. Then have a picture of a Caprese on chabata roll but nope they don't have that the menu says panini n that's what they have. Geez Really... Do Not display a item you do not have. So I ordered the Bagel with Stripes of Bacon 🥓 n Cheese they have a picture of n do make. Yet I Do Not get Strips of Bacon I get a few crumbs of bacon n a thin thin thin tad of Cheese that I can't even see you can barely make it out in the pics. I should of taken a pic of the display sign but I was just so disillusioned by me Large Mocha coffee that the apparently only have one size Small. They did not tell me. Tiny cup fits in my little hand. $8.50 for Bagel Sandwich n $6.25 for tiny coffee n they say they made Mocha for me even though it's not even on the menu... ??? Who doesn't have the Number one Hot Mocha Coffee Latte on their Menu. I'm Shocked 😲

So it seems the got another suppliers and brought the Blueberry Matcha back yey! Also their Nutella latte is good. Although people in the reviews complain about the size of the cups which I get but if you think about it where else can you get a Blueberry Matcha Latte?! 😊🫐🍵

Friendly staff, delicious coffee, calming atmosphere, nice wood/white decor. Had an oat milk cortado, the espresso was delicious with smooth flavor and a nice balance of acidity. Nice job!

The matcha was really sweet and wasn’t a big fan of the roast of the coffee beans used in the latte.

How this is a reborn coffee shop not sure. Very different, horribly different from the one in Brea. They need to train. their staff service is horrible.

Great coffee shop! Delicious drinks, good coffee. Caprese sandwich is delicious. We tried their Americano, latte, cold brew latte and we enjoyed them all. My partner is pretty picky about coffee having been a barista himself for a long time, and he was very impressed.

The service is absolutely terrible, I ordered a coffee and bagel and waited over ten minutes for the bagel so I inquired about it and asked to just have a refund and cancel my order the cashier huffed and said it's almost done and turned around. A few minutes later she called my name for the bagel I went and got it and said thank you and she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me, I said thank you again thinking just maybe she didn't hear me but no same thing she looks at me and turns her back again. This is really unfortunate seeing as I enjoyed the food and coffee but with attitude like that I definitely won't be coming back. Such a shame. I really wish I didn't leave a tip now.

We've wanted to stop in at this location for awhile, and decided to stop by today. We're pretty disappointed to be honest. Coffees are sized small with no larger size options. And you are paying almost $7 with nondairy milk options.

We also were wanting to try the souffle pancakes. Most of the menu was crossed out and only a few items were available. When we inquired why they weren't available, we were told that the menu was changing to just sandwiches. That's unfortunate and can't help but think a bad decision. It does render reviews, menus and photos of food for Reborn fairly useless with a change like this.

I won't say avoid Reborn or this location, but I can't really recommend with so many other places to choose from.

It's PERFECT, skip the Starbucks across the street. The coffee is amazing as well as the extensive eats menu. It what a coffee shop should be.

I decided to check the new franchise that opened up not too long ago and was not disappointed at all. Alex was very friendly guided me through to help me choose a drink based on my preference. The ambience inside was really nice. They have plenty indoor and outdoor seating (perfect for studying). I got their Nutella Latte, Matcha Latte, and Soufflé pancake. I recommend the hot Nutella Latte!

Love the Cold Brew also I bought a breakfast burrito and its was incredible! Love the dedication to sourcing amazing flavor profiles of their coffees and customer service was great as well! Make sure to check this new spot out! And can't wait to try the Japanese Soufflé Pancakes!!!
