Heard of Johnny Rockets before but never been. As were in the area for Disneyland decided to try it. Atmosphere is great, expected for a diner theme. Food was good and cooked to work. My only fault is all items are "al cart", so you are buying for each item. Burger, fries, and shakes can put you near the $30 mark. Aside from price though, I good place for food.

Soon as I stepped in I got a great hello,
Server was awesome very nice. He did not stop working he was cleaning and always staying busy. Fries came out hot and fresh and burger was nice. Well done to those who worked tonight at 7:15pm 8/12/24

Nice tasting burgers 🍔. Shakes were awesome. We had Hershey chocolate share and strawberry 🍓 shake both were amazing.
Had original butger and chicken breast burger.

This location is looking a little neglected, as is the mall, but it really is still a solid eatery and a solid entertainment center. We truly enjoyed it. The waitress was busting it to serve several groups including ours of 10. My smokehouse burger was solid.

It’s a small Johnny rockets in the garden walk. The food was average and so was the service. Nothing to complain about, but nothing special here either. If you like Johnny rockets then this will give you that experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice.

Great service! We had a terrible service at Casa de Pancho that is downstairs from Johnny Rockets so we came here and we were served right away, they made our party of 7 fit inside. Octavio provided awesome service!!

Despicable workers decided to stop serving people at 8:45 pm admitting they wanted to close early (9 pm closing time). Sorry. You make $20/hr now minimum wage, customers should expect better service for the higher price. Never eating at a JR ever again.

We had a great experience there with my family! Service was quick and kind. This restaurant though is located inside a very desserted open mall that lacks energy and customers, but its a great escape from the crowds in that sense. I would come back

This is one of my familys favorite spots when we go up to Anaheim for anything. Kory has been there from our very first visit and has always provided excellent customer service. You just want a good burger and fries? This is the spot!!

My wife ordered chicken strips that were hard as a rock after 30 min ordering it to go. She also ordered cheese fries that had hardly any cheese and the fries were old. Spending $31.00 shouldnt warrant old stale food. Get your restaurant in order pls

We sat by a miniature jukebox and inserted money into it, but it didnt play. We asked a worker if it worked and he laughed it off saying no. Didnt get our money back nor was there any signs saying the jukebox didnt work.

We had the smoke house double, fries, a Philly cheese steak and vanilla milkshake. Everything was GREAT. So delicious, fresh and filling. One of the best burgers and Philly We have had!

Such a delicious meal! We ordered online where everything is served a la carte, so heads up, 1 serving of fries or onion rings will easily feed 2 people. Burgers were delicious and the salad we got. Everything was accurate and fresh. It is a bit on the pricey side, but we definitely think it was worth it. It fed us at lunch and kept us full through dinner. Definitely will be coming back here and recommending to others who visit the area.

I love Johnny rockets but this one was a very disappointing experience. I figured it was due to being understaffed, but I believe it was really unorganized. To start it took 40mins to sit. The table still had the previous guests food on the table. Luckily there was a relatively cleaner table nearby we went to. Fries came to us lukewarm. Food was a little better than I remember. The biggest complaint I had was that we were waiting for our bill and the fireworks started and we had fewer people at the table. They took the food and shakes we were going to pack up to bring home. Didnt ask us if we were done but just took them.

Placed my order online was over charged and my order was wrong and wasnt able to get it replaced because it was closed by the time we got to check our order when we got back to our hotel room.

I love the retro feel of the place it feels like im in the back to the future movie, and the customer service is put of this world, Terry is a nice waitress and she had everything handled, excellent work Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, and drinks such as milkshakes kids would love.

All in all, a great place to bring the kids to see that old fashioned diner kind of environment. If you like American style food you definitely cant go wrong. If you like onion rings, then you should atleast stop by and try them here.

My family and I are sitting here at the Disney way location in Anaheim and we waited 20 minutes while the waitress disregarded us as she was taking payments for other customers. While I understand she was busy, her priorities weren t in order. She had another worker with her as he could have jumped in to help take orders or take a payment. When she finally got to us she was not apologetic. Please get her more help or better retraining.

This Johnny Rocket s had a very cozy atmosphere :) The service was quick and the waitress who attended us was very kind and honestly deserves a raise(and the rest of the staff) She even gave us plates with smiley faces, it made my day!

Wow. This location has an amazing staff. So attentive, productive and hard working. We stopped in before a show on a rainy day. It was a bit busy but they cleaned empty tables quickly. The bacon burger was perfect. Dietary restrictions: They had an imposible burger and vegan shakes available.

Very good food! Ordered a whole slew of menu items, every food and drink item were top notch in taste. Cool old school diner theme. We ate outside, but it was windy and their little plates and napkins were flying off the table. Because of the wind it was cold, we attempted to move inside several times but the restaurant inside is very small and has less than a handful of tables for 4. Spent a little more than I expected (sides likes fries are a la carte). Service was just ok, 15% tip is included on the final check. Overall would recommend as the food is why you go in the first place.

Watched the guy cooking my Hamburger wipe down the counter with a dirty rag, count money then grab some buns out of a bag and add Lettuce and Tomato to my burger but never washed his hands or wore gloves. Wont be be back....

Every other restaurant had at least an hour long wait, but Johnny Rockets was super fast and easy!! We did take out and the cashier went above and beyond. I didn t get his name, but he was juggling a lot at once and doing an amazing job!! The food was delicious as well. I would highly recommend coming to this location!

Hours say they are open until 8:30pm, employees say otherwise... We got there at 8;05pm and everything looked shut down and an employee was sitting at a table text messaging with his own food packaged up ready to go, clearly this guy closed up early, done for the day. Just beware, this location closes when it wants to.

Loved it. Wasnt in the mood for a large meal so this was perfect. Plus the family if brothers running it were awesome. Talked to the younger brother who gave all of the credit to his older brother. Great food and service

This was my first time coming to this location first off It took 10 minutes for anyone to give me service/ take my order after sitting down. The workers were just standing around being on there phones. The guy got my order wrong as well. Never coming back here ever again.

Such a great place to eat. Can t say enough good things about it. The workers were so nice and kind and they worked very fast and efficiently. They offer gluten free and vegan options! Like gluten free buns, veggie burgers, dairy free cheese, and even vegan milkshakes. Overall I would definitely come back I had a great experience. :) the worker even made a happy face out of ketchup.

I did not enjoy my visit. Order a hamburger fries and coke. The other people receive there food and they forgot my order. We left never receding my food. But I was charged for it after repeated asking for my plate. Not a happy camper. Ended at McDonalds for a quick bite.

My kids love this place ! The mini burgers and chicken tenders were good. I like the fresh crispy fries ! Feels like a family run restaurant here in Anaheim Garden Walk location. Price is very good (~7 for kids meal, ~$15 for adult). Service was nice and quick ! Food came out in fair time. They even twisted some balloons for our kids. Would return again ! Highly recommended for families with children.

Every time my family takes a trip to Disneyland this is our first stop to eat. Johnny Rockets has delicious food and very nice quality restaurant. This last time I was a little disappointed because with an empty restaurant it seemed like the staff didn t want to help us very much. And it gets EXTREMELY hot in the restaurant. However this was the only time we had this issue. Every other time customer service has been exceptional. If your in the area or in the Garden Walk I would HIGHLY recommend Johnny Rockets!

Called to make a phone order for an hour from now. It took about 7 rings before anyone picked up. When I asked if I could make an order to pick up at 6:55 he asked me is it a long order or a short order? I don t understand the purpose of that question first of all. But I told him, it s a short order, a couple burgers and fries. He said to hold on. So I waited and when he got back to me he told me they were starting to get busy so I d have to call back and make my order later..!?? That makes no sense. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and I do not plan on giving my money to that location. I mean, they couldn t even take my order.
