Just ordered carryout from here and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! It’s no longer called Burger Theory though. Sonesta owns it now and it’s been changed to “the Burger Place”. Anyway, we’ll be coming back again for more. Those burgers were big & tasty, the fries were like truffle fries and the mason jar desserts they offer for $5 are excellent! 😋

I was initially excited about the place. Currently staying at the Staybridge next door, and since it and Holiday Inn are both owned by IHG, adds for this restaurant are all over our hotel. The menu and options look amazing, so I thought I would give it a shot.

I tried their PB burger, which is emphasized on their menu as one of their signature items. All things remaining the same, I decided to also add a fried egg and some of their siracha mayo to personalize it a little bit.

What was delivered looked amazing, and very appetizing. But after a few bites into the burger, I was met with something I can only describe with the word bland. I can’t put my finger on it, but it didn’t blow my mind. The burger was slightly warmer than room temperature. The patty had no discernible flavor. The bun was untoasted and super soft. The other toppings just blended with the burger without any crunch, bite, or extra flavor.

It was just bland, boring, and below mediocre. I hate using these terms, and I don’t like to be mean in my reviews, but I was far from impressed. I included two pictures, the first being the initial presentation, which was really good and got me all excited, and the second picture showing how much I actually ate before I just gave up on trying to find enjoyment with my meal.

The fries were actually really good. They had a good mixture of crunch and softness, and had some decent flavor.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. No issues with customer service whatsoever.

My bill was $26 for the PB burger (single patty) and one draft beer (bud light). I would’ve been let down if my tab was $14. Way over priced, and no discernible flavor or features that would distinguish this establishment as being a “good burger joint.” Especially for the price. Proximity to Disney Land and being attached to Holiday Inn give them a false illusion that they can overcharge for a subpar product.

Don’t waste your money here. You can get a better burger at Wendy’s or Carl’s Junior. The convenience of being attached to your hotel isn’t worth the added cost.

If you just want a bar priced beer and aren’t concerned about the food, the waitress is friendly and attentive.

Bardzo przyzwoite burgery. Lokal nie zachęca, jest raczej mało przyjemną restauracją hotelową, ale burgery bardzo dobre. Frytki wyjątkowo pyszne.

Solid burgers, amazing service. Tucked away at the Sonesta hotel, friendly service and good food. Boneless wings were ok, the sauce was very mild and almost sweet. Blue cheese burger was good as were the fries and tater tots. Very good fries and tots. Pizza was ok, crust a little soft for our liking. Daisy and the other server (Mid 20s, Asian) were awesome! Service was prompt, drinks kept full and they were perfectly attentive without being intrusive.

Not bad. TBP burger was pretty good. The buffalo hot wings were pretty good and were sweeter than hot wings from other restaurants. The place was not crowded at all. A good place to grab a quick bite with attentive staff and quiet environment.

Sat at the bar when we got there. The service was awesome, food was DELICIOUS. These burgers (I ordered an on the border burger and added a fried egg. The patty was medium) taste as if it just melts in your mouth. It was soooooo good. My mouth is watering while writing this. Try for yourself! You won't be disappointed

Customized our own burgers and had the BBQ nachos. Beer drinkers try the Mango Cart it very good. My wife and I really enjoyed the food. Atmosphere was nice customer service was exceptional! Keep up the good work

Great burgers, Arturo gave awesome service (though tonight seemed understaffed), the nacho fries were also delicious. The fries and nacho fries were slightly cold but overall it was fantastic. As a sauce guy, they have my staples with their bbq, ranch, garlic mayo, and also a kbg sauce made of ketchup, mustard, and relish. Absolutely recommend

Decent, reasonably priced, burger joint, annexed to the local Holiday Inn express. I went in for a take away, and my server was very quick and extremely helpful.

We stayed at hotel for 5 nights. The free breakfast was wonderful and such a treat. We did eat dinner there most nights and they were also very good. Here a a couple pictures we also had great salad

We had three different burgers and each was delicious. No wait on a Saturday night, and our server, Sebastian, was very good. We will definitely return, especially to try a dessert.

We came back a second time because it was so good the first time earlier this week. The food is very fresh.the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend. I had the Asian chicken salad. There were seven of us and everyone was happy with his/her selections.

The food and the menu looked good and it was our first time after our 5K Foam and Glow run as we were hungry. We called and asked if they are open and will be able to accommodate 15 people and they said yes and the waiter was very nice, but the burgers were very salty, and mostly every one said that their burgers were salty... fries were amazing with the perfect crisp.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, we ordered in dinner and also ate breakfast there the next morning. The food was delicious, but even more, the staff were incredibly nice. They even went out of their way to find us a pair of scissors so we could open up the birthday gift our daughter had received, and was packaged like Fort Knox. If we had been staying longer, we would have gone back again for sure.

Burger Theory was a beautiful surprise. I was out in Anaheim working and wanted to have a quality burger. So I did what we all do, I turned to Google and found Burger Theory. I was a little nervous at first because I was hungry and didn't want to be let down. So I went there and was greeted by a nice young lady who gave me a seat near a big TV with basketball on, which I love. Sebastian was my server and he was awesome. He had the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. He was very attentive and also had some nice conversation with him as I was eating alone. Burger turned out to be delicious and I also had a nice house salad and finished it off with a brownie sundae in a glass. Also spoke with Aaron, the manager, and he was pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, the Burger Theory was excellent in food quality and customer service. Hard to find both of those qualities in one restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Great service, really good food! Couldn't get enough of the fries, had a sriracha steak salad that was yummy! Now I'm not usually a burger person, but this burger was phenomenal! I had the siracha burger...I like siracha obviously lol but really check this place out ! I had a large group of 13 and we were there with our individuals with disabilities and they were so kind and wonderful with them. <3

Loved that its located in the hotel we stayed at, made it very Convenient. The first day we went for dinner and the waiter was amazing! Food was great and cant beat kids eating for free with a paying adult. So we decided to go back for dinner for the second night. The waitress seemed annoyed that we were even ordering, employees were all standing around chatting not caring that we had no water etc.. The third day I decided to give breakfast a try. The waiter charged me for my child and was really hard to understand due to a language barrier. Overall the food is good, hopefully the staff can get it together.

Okay, Didn't have a Burger. However other food was okay, servers nice, though a bit delayed, however that may be California. The draft beers are good. And pizza was good. Cocktails slow to arrive and poorly set up. Nachos avg, soup avg. Kids meals good. Probably wouldn't go back other than to try some of the local beers they have.

Burger Theory was the best restaurant **hands down** that we visited during our week long vacation to Anaheim! We had a sit down meal here, and not only was the food simply amazing - but the waiter (Arturo) was soooo in tune! We had a toddler with us who was served within 10 minutes of us sitting down!

We also ordered take out pizza late one night as we were coming in from the park - which was made to perfection and waiting for us once we arrived back at the hotel! Prices were the cheapest of any other restaurant we went to as well! Try this place! You won’t be disappointed!!

Very good burger. One of the best I have had, well seasoned and good bacon(additional). I wondered if it would be any good being in a holiday inn, but the burger theory did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and the fries are seasoned nicely. Very good can't wait to try it again.

Our little hidden gem. You would never know its there unless you were stayjng at the Holiday Inn. I Yelp it everytime because it's never dissapointed. Best burgers I've ever had hands down. The meat blend is perfect. Made to order with yummy onion rings or french fries. We frequent this place. You should too!
