I DoorDashed from here, and I have to say this is the perfect option when you want healthy delivery. The chicken is flavor full and done well. Also turns out some meals have grains some don’t, but both are great I just was picking at random because I was tired. The cashew chocolate pudding in a little container, but it’s great, and the smoothie is also very good

Food is amazing. Service is too. My order was wrong (gave me chicken instead of chickpeas). It was easy to get in contact with someone. They remade my order. The food was very very good. The sauces were great too. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return.

Tasty healthy gluten free meal! It taste pretty good and clean. I got the pulled pork grain bowl $7.98 with tax. Lots of vegan vegetarian options too

Love how all the veggies are chopped up with the rice. Great fast healthy lunch. I was skeptical about the size of the bowl from the images thinking it might be a side dish. Its a decent size, it fits about the size of your hand and 3 inches tall. Good lunch size with out over stuffing yourself

Take note it’s Ghost kitchen or virtual kitchen. So you order on the self serve or order online and pick up at the locker. It’s all Togo, so no place to eat there

First time trying, all gluten free options were great, the service was quick at the Anaheim Co location. Staff were polite and answered questions. The food was ok at best, and the chicken( what chicken?where’s the chicken?) in the hearty chicken bowl. 2 small pieces about the size of a small adults pinky? If that’s the norm then maybe there should be an OZ amount on the menu in order to add more for a healthy portion for the future.

While I like the idea of the healthy menu, it’s clearly all stuff that was made at least a day before. The smoothie is literally frozen solid. And the sauce for the bowl was all clumpy and gross (because it’s been sitting premade, clearly). The pudding was in a tiny sauce container. I guess this is the nature of trying to run a store from a ghost kitchen with very little volume.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at Ben’s Fast Food. I have a lot of food sensitivity and Ben’s gets a pass from me. My pulled pork was hot, moist and very flavorful. Thanks so much for the speedy service. Will definitely be back soon.

Fast, delicious, cheap, and healthy. This place nails it. Exactly what you want for a week day/night meal. I would order this multiple times a week. I love how the veggies are chopped up for you. And the sunflower seeds. And the Chipotle dressing. And the supes juicy chicken.

Wanted to give this more stars...I promise. But, when I went to this place that is not a restaurant but a restaurant co-op, I was told that you had to just order your food from a kiosk. Thats fine, no problem. But, when I scrolled down to Bens Food, it said it was unavailable...

I have pancreatitis - gastritis this is the only thing that won t upset my stomach. I hope they never close because that would break my heart. I wish they sold a mini dog bowl because my dog smells my food and barks at me to give her some.

Recently was put on a GERD diet and trying to lose weight for my health. Most of the places I usually go to dont have good options that are gentle on my stomach issues. This place was a godsend; the pick-up process is quick and convenient, food was ready way before the estimated time even during lunch rush hours, and the price is more reasonable compared to other take-out places. The chicken bowl was yummy and healthy, dressing on the side by default. This will definitely become my go-to for when I dont pack a lunch! Dietary restrictions: Good for low-carb or GERD diet

Nothing fast about Ben s Fastfood. I ordered from here on UberEats and the driver sat waiting for the food for 20-30minutes once he arrived at the restaurant. Food showed up stone cold, inedible.

I was visiting from out of town and have a lot of dietary restrictions, which makes finding food pretty difficult in a new place. I found Ben s and was so excited to find a selection of food i could eat! I like that they clearly state what isn t in their food- that always makes my choice even easier. The only not listed was with which kind of oil they cook with. That was a small thing i could deal with and didn t cause me any discomfort. If I m ever back in Anaheim, i know where i can go! Dietary restrictions: I can t eat dairy, tomatoes, wheat (and several kinds of grains), almonds and and and- it was easy to find something that fit into my restrictions that still tasted delicious!

I got door dash, so idk about atmosphere however they left me a cute thank you note personalized to me on my order. I feel so grateful to have healthy food as an option for take out. I feel so nourished from the food I just ate that I wanted to CALL THE OWNER and give props but I was like nah, put it in writing. So here I am, I got the chickpea rice bowl and it is loaded with flavor and vegetables. Theres a sauce option and I chose smoked chipotle, I chose correctly. Crunchy, soft, textured, healthy, delicious food. Thank you. Ill be back!

Can t rate the full experience because it was a late night pick up in a dark dark parking lot. Place is open super late, and they have an interesting pick up system using an iPad and lockers to get your food. Food wasn t amazing, but 4 stars for being open late and not annoying with no parking.

I tried their food once and now I eat here everyday. The food is such high quality that we dont even need coffee after lunch because were truly energized with proper nutrition and delicious food.
