The ice cream is really good. It's fluffy and not overly sweet. It tastes just as good as my wife's homemade ice cream.

Made special trip just to get dummies. They have none, really disappointed. How can a shop not have their item.
Early in the day, so not sold out. Walked away empty handed.

Called to ask what flavors were specifically dairy free. The girl replied with; "Durrrr, idk. None?".

I blame management for poor training/ hiring incompetent people.

Extremely disappointed👎

Showed up at 10:46pm on 4-14-23, employees were closing up. I asked the cashier if they were closed, and she said they close at 10:45. I could tell she was lying, so I checked The Website and Google which both say they close at 11 on Fridays. Waste of a drive

Edit: it's 10:51 and I just saw them turn away a group of three people who went up trying to order ice cream. The three girls on shift were lying telling them it's closed as well

Nice staff, and great service The ice cream itself is in the perfect spot. It's fairly soft, and not too creamy. It avoids many of the flaws that most "cheap" ice cream is guilty of. Another very good place for dessert in the packing house. The unique flavors being the highlight of the joint. Always a good place to end a visit with.

Literally just left, it was great experience to experience the Anaheim packing district. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our visit. After eating at a few of the restaurants here we decided to get some ice cream to end such a pleasant visit. Upon going to this ice cream shop a Hispanic employee who didn’t want to give his name was extremely rude. He and another employee stood behind the counter joking..one called the other a n*gga…then they proceed to take our order. When asking if they allowed samples the Hispanic guy said no. Okay, everything would have been fine, but after we made that comment that we hadn’t experienced an ice cream shop before that didn’t give samples, then employee proceeds to ask, “so, you’ve never sampled Vanilla ice cream. I mean….at this point it’s like what exactly is your job. Is it to insult customers or do your job. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy going here.

Excellent location, trendy mixed crowd of all ages and the Ice cream was all worth the trip.

Give yourself a bit more time when visiting the shop. It's located in a complex and there are a few shops and other food venues within worth checking out.

The ice cream is really good I had birthday cake and New York cheesecake however I could not recommend anyone who is disabled to come here it is not disable friendly at all they had signs blocking rails for so people couldn't even get down if they have difficulty no cons homemade ice cream sit right in one of the entryways of what is known as the food District so you can't just really blame it on one place but I would think that all owners of businesses here that didn't take the time to really look at who they were excluding as their customers maybe it's about time they started.. now the black sheep excellent service but still the same issue and guess whose disabled I give this whole place an F not that the food is not good but nothing else about it is.

So many flavors to choose from it was hard to pick just one. My husband got the bananas foster ice cream and it did not disappoint. Great, homemade ice cream with flavors outside of your standard vanilla (not knocking it, vanilla goes well with almost anything) but if you are looking for a treat different from others, this is your place. Employees were nice and we got his ice cream before we even made it to the cashier to pay!

Ice cream counter in the Anaheim Packing District. They’re still open for takeout during covid. We came here on Sunday around noon and there was no line, but we did see other patrons outside with ice cream. Credit cards are accepted. Parking is available in the parking lot or on the street.

There are pre-made drumsticks and chocolate covered ice cream cookies available, or you can pick a single or double scoop of ice cream (cup or cone (for an additional charge)). The flavors rotate but you can check on the website for a full list. Ordered a coffee Oreo and horchata double scoop for ~$6, which was generously sized. You can easily split it between 2-3 people. The worker was super nice and gave us a ton of Oreos by scooping from the top of the batch. I preferred the horchata, which was super creamy and had the right amount of cinnamon. The coffee Oreo had the faintest hint of coffee so if you’re looking for a strong flavor, this isn’t it, but there is a good amount of Oreos mixed in.

The ice cream here is so delicious! It's really thick and creamy, almost like that nitrogen ice cream. Today I had taro tea for the first time. It was a unique flavor and I loved it. They give you huge portions too! My husband, daughter and I could barely finish a double scoop. Best dessert in the packing house!

Yes, parking at the Packing House is a nightmare, but Han's ice cream is definitely worth a visit if you're here. As far as dessert goes, my top choice is Crepe Coop followed by Han's. Han's is about the same price as Baskin Robins, probably a couple cents more. They offer a unique selection of flavors, my personal favorite is the powdered donut flavor. Their chocolate covered bananas are delicious!Surprisingly, my least favorite has been their Nutella flavored ice cream. It left a weird texture on my tongue afterwards. Service is good, but not the best.

Great flavors and great value! Single scoops are $3.75, double is $5.50. But they also give you the option of 2 mini scoops instead of 1 single scoop (if you want more than one flavor). I've been here a few times, but I always get the same thing -- eh, kind of.

I've stuck to getting the cookie butter drumstick - and if it's not the drumstick, then I just get a scoop of the cookie butter flavor (if it's available). Not sure what the rotation of flavors are, since it seems to be a little different every time I've come. But it's a great stop on a hot and busy day in the packing district and for the low too!

I have literally never eaten ice cream THIS FLUFFY.

I got the horchata because I am Mexican. And I love to judge all these try hards on how hard they MISS. But I cannot throw shade at this place.

This ice cream is fluffy. It is like eating a cold marshmallow. Incredible. All other ice cream is SAD.
