Top to bottom, what a great experience! Our server was excellent at suggestions. She was patient and friendly. We ordered a blue raspberry dipped ice cream cone, a wild cherry Italian ice, a Joe Latti mango tango and a peanut butter fudge sundae. They were consumed quickly. Often the lines are long, but we went late afternoon and it was quick. Such a fun adventure! Would definitely go back.

Omg the lines can be crazy long!!! Some people would say Joe’s is overhyped but I think it deserves the hype!! The dessert’s are sooo good!! Bring your pups for some free ice cream :)

I can't say enough good things about this Italian ice cream shop! There’s always been a long lineup every time we pass by but it’s well worth it. The line moves quickly as there are several windows to take your order. We got a Joe’s Latti, with strawberries and cream Italian ice and vanilla soft serve swirled in. It was delicious and we’ll definitely come back!

Great place to stop in for an evening sweet treat. Clean and friendly facility with a nice variety of flavors to choose from that are easily available.
Service was extremely efficient and quick. Line was long but only took about 15 minutes to get to counter. Once ordered service is quick and ice cream is in hand with a few minutes.
The building is full of art and fun things to admire. Some old Route 66 and CA directed images.

Why such a long line!!!? I was curious to check it out of the hype. Only had one item, "The Brownie Fudge Sundae," and it was by far one of the best tasting Sundae's I've eaten.

Long lines went quickly. The service is immaculat. They get the order in and out with urgency. So don't fear those long lines. It's worth it.

There are plenty of options on the menu.

If you have a furry best friend, they have lil scoops for them, too!

My first time coming here I am thrilled to eat their famous Italian ice cream. I had the strawberry joe latti and it is delicious because it comes with a small sample of their soft serve ice cream. It’s a nice combination. And what made me so happy is that dogs eat free. My dog enjoyed her pup cup. Also make sure to ask for a stamp card if you come here often. Every 10 stamps give you 1 free ice cream. It does get busy on the weekends and parking is very limited. There are plenty of street parking though.

Great place. Fantastic flavors. The cashier was very helpful with us ordering for the first time and giving recommendations. Parking: They have a parking lot (free) but they are typically full of customers. You can probably find parking on the street. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to reach it. It s all one level.

I have no idea what a Joe-lato is but it was the best thing I ate in Anaheim. I didnt catch her name but my cashier was kind and helped out a respectful out of Towner. I travel for a living, and have a sweet tooth, and this is one of the best local shops Ive been to in years.

loves the aesthetics of the place as well as their Italian ice! My friend and boyfriend love this spot and we ve started going often. They have really good flavors our favs being strawberries n cream, cactus cooler and wild cherry (esp as joelattis). Only downside is when asking for two or more flavors they don t ration their portioning so you ll most likely get one flavor more than the other if u decide to order a quart. Customer service is okay, they re friendly and know how to clear a line but service feels pretty rushed and you leave feeling like you wanted something else.

I came from Washington to come get this ice cream but when I went there they said they stay open til 11 when I got there it was 1045 and they where closing and the service was good but food wise I got a reeses pieces they had 1% reeses pieces and 99% chocolate I didnt order chocolate I order reeses pieces and the bottom was just vanilla prices where good though

Thought wed finally try this little place. We pass by it each time we come to Disneyland. The line was almost all around the building tonight. When we drove by earlier, we didnt see but a few people! This place was hopping! I thought they only had lemon ice, but they had so many Italian ice flavors, shakes, smoothies, and ice cream! You will just have to try it for yourself! It was fantastic! We got 1/2 lemon ice and 1/2 watermelon with vanilla ice cream in between! Deliciousness overload!!

Family favorite spot to visit for the past 2 decades. We really love coming here when it s not busy. We recommend going during the day because the nighttime gets really crowded, busy and no parking. Our family favorite is the birthday cake flavor and the coconut vanilla.

We had water ice almost every night on our vacation. This location gets super packed with the line wrapped around the sidewalk but they are super efficient and you dont wait long at all. The ice cream is delicious soft serve style and the water ice is just like home(philly). Its definitely pricy but worth it for a super smooth and delicious snack to end your day.

This place is a must stop for anyone in the Disneyland area. I ignorantly thought it was just overpriced Slurpee. Such a fool for thinking that. The long lines should tell you why. Best Italian ice Ive ever had!

This place lives up to the hype and the sometimes ridiculously long lines (that move fairly well). Their pineapple ice cream is insanely good but you really can t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I always end up with Joe Latti, its a good mix of their two types of dessert. Parking is limited on weekend nights, I live locally and go on the weekdays. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, get a pint and keep in your freezer. The pint is like 5 servings.

One of the best places to get your cold fix. I had a 50/50 ice cream and the other, the other was orange something, but together with ice cream on a cone was epic. If I get back out there again, Ill be trying to visit to get my fix.

My wife and I came here on Aug 23 and were pleasantly surprised as we had no expectations for this place. We ordered Joe Lattis. I got strawberry ice with pineapple soft serve and my wife got the pineapple ice with pineapple soft serve. Both were great and I would dare say the pineapple soft serve at Joes is better than the Dole Whip at Disneyland. Great service, good value, and a delicious treat here! Also, dont mind the long line as it goes by pretty quick. We were near the neighborhood/apt complex and it took us about 18 mins to get to the front and place our order. I also wanted to recognize Ariana for her awesome service! She was very helpful as it was our first visit and we appreciated her patience as we figured out our order. Thank you, Ariana! =]

It seems to be a very popular store. I stopped by Target on the way home, and it was open during the day, so I was able to buy right away. Does it taste normal? I thought there would be a long line, but the staff were friendly and kind. It was a little cheaper if I paid in cash.

My favorite place. I only get the chocolate peanut butter cup joelatti and a pup cup for my lil fur baby boy. My hubby gets different stuff usually but never disappoints. Go earlier in the day if you can avoid the lines. Enjoy!

This is our first time in California visiting relatives since were all the way from North Carolina. Our cousins recommended this location as it is greatly loved by the community. Love the atmosphere, and the ice cream is such top quality! In a turn of events, we met Joe Abeyta and his dog! He was very sweet and super hospitable, and I cannot thank him enough for a more perfect experience. If anyone is in the area, I would definitely recommend this place for some amazing ice cream and incredible service!

If you go to Ritas youre doing yourself an injustice. This place does it right. Every single part of it. Dont be scared by the line it moves very very very very fast I think they have nine cashiers. Theyre incredibly nice and they give you a pup cup for your dog. Its also one of the only places that inflation hasnt made ridiculous to go to. Just try not to go on an Angels game day. Yo thank me later! Also you might have to park at Jack in The box or Taco Bell.

I visited this place during a Disney trip, and it was absolutely amazing. I first noticed it late one night it was packed with people and looked like a fun hangout, so I decided to return the next day, and I m glad I did. We all tried the lattes, and cherry quickly became my favorite flavor. We loved it so much that we went back two days in a row and are already looking forward to returning. The place has great character, and the customer service was excellent everyone was really nice.

The lines may look LONG but the service is so good, the line moves along so fast! On a very busy night and a very long line, I was still served in 10 minutes! The employees are so helpful, friendly and attentive! I look forward to each visit. I ve enjoyed their soft service with gelato for over 10 visits now. And everything is always perfect!

Its a cute place with good enough service as well as mid-range affordable, decent Italian ice and ice cream. Theres much better ice cream for similar prices in the area. Some of them also have sit down options and all have better parking as well as smaller lines. The hype isnt justified, tbh. Unless youre a dog owner who must go to a place that celebrate your dog or you want to partake in a local institution, this place is only alright. Parking: Very small parking lot and the dude overseeing is was rude. Some street parking.

Aesthetically speaking its very colorful and pleasing to the eye their Italian ice is so freaking good Ive heard it from other places and it does not compare but what really has me is the dole whip cone. Its a must try it rivals the one in Disneyland

If you ve never tried this place I recommend it! Keep in mind you ll definitely will wait in line don t be surprised lol. Parking can be a hassle but I recommend parking on the sides. I believe they charge 4% for credit cards. I recommend bringing cash. Some people like this place others don t depends on your taste jajaja

First time coming here for a nice Joes lati. First time coming and the lady at the counter was very helpful to suggest us the joe lati. I got the large with mango tango and mum got the regular with apple sugar free. For the price it is worth to have a nice cold joe lati on a summer day in the afternoon overlooking the road. Personally I reckon a regular should be enough for most people and large was just too much for me. Still reckon mango tango is one of the best.

Love this place! We were at Disney and stayed at a hotel nearby. We stopped at Joes for our midday break from Disney everyday (sometimes twice a day). The staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations. The Cookie Butter Italian Ice was superb!! Definitely get it Joes way. I cant describe how much we enjoyed it!

Joe s has service perfected! Long lines take less than 10 minutes. We received our order in less than 5! We ve come to Joe s for many years for this reason. Great product, great service Parking: It s okay to use adjacent hotel parking lots; however, not recommended if you re staying at Joe s to eat your ice cream. Hotel management doesn t like that.

Best place for Italian Ive however the customer service isnt great, they dont always update the online menu. And when called to retrieve the flavors of the day, which are different from the ones posted on the website. I get rushed off by the manager telling me they are busy and I can look online. Not a good way to promote.

The Italian ice is the best Ive ever had, even better than in Italy. The line was long, and the parking lot was too small. Also, expect to stand as the number of tables is limited. But the lines moved quickly, and the server was very helpful and patient, guiding me through all the available options to order. The Italian ice was well worth the lack of parking or tables. I would definitely go back if Im ever in the area again.

I have been getting the Joe-Latti with cherry because I love mixing it with the vanilla soft serve they give, besides this there are plenty of options for everyone, if you come on a weekend at night it will be very busy any other day in the afternoon you will be ok from long wait times.

Crazy that it took so long to come here. The soft serve and italian ice were super good and refreshing. Although the line was wrapped around, service was fast and great. Now, here s a little story I got to tell about a road trip I took that went hella well. It started on a Monday down in SD I filled up my car and got on the 5 promptly. I drove up about an hour north to get some ices from Joe s of course. There s lots of flavors to choose from and I ended up getting some cherry, cotton candy and tigers blood. Totally worth the drive and I will do it again but maybe you guys can open up a spot down here for me and my friends. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for non dairy friends and those that have allergies to nuts and other things. Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible.

Great Italian ice. The line was around the corner but moved really fast. We were served within 20 minutes.

Joelatti was amazing. Combination of ice cream and Italian Ice was perfect. Even with a long line, it was very fast. Always found a parking spot.

Very reasonable prices, fast, and a rotating variety of flavors. Staff are very patient and nice. Did I say fast? Also superb ice cream and ice treats.

Yes the Italian ice is good but the ice cream is amazing! The line can be long but it moves very fast. This is our new favorite ice cream shop! So glad that we found this place.

Do not go here unless you live nearby so you can satisfy your craving for italian ice when they hit you....cause they will. Parking: Parking is kind of a pain.

Love that the flavors change daily and you can see them in advance on their instagram/website. Our favorite is the Joe Latti (Italian ice cream and vanilla soft serve)
