TOCUMBO ICE CREAM

I have been coming to the Disney area for years and seen this ice cream shop but never stopped in. I am sure glad I did this time. Excellent choices of ice cream and other dessert products. What stood out to me was the very family friendly service and you can tell they take their quality serious as everyone working was wearing hair nets and the store was clean, very clean! They offered me samples without me asking and I never once saw anyone standing around. They were all working hard at something. If you are in the Disney area do yourself a favour and check out the ice cream here. It will not disappoint. Thank you for the excellent ice cream and excellent service. It was busy and they clear out the line quick. I will be back !

This place is really delicious! They keep it super clean and organized, just the way I like things. They have so many flavors to choose from; ranging from traditional Mexican favorites to the basic flavors boring people enjoy. I love supporting small business and this place is one I've been frequenting. When the weather heats up this is definitely a spot to come to. They have it all, come down and enjoy.

Cute ice cream shop, good options and yummy ice cream. I would say the ice cream and paletas are good but what really stood out for me are the aguas, they are great! The negatives are that there is way too much socializing about personal things going on at the register which holds up the line when there are customers waiting to pay for sometimes only a single item. Today there were 2 ladies who kept talking at the register for 5 minutes after they had already paid, just catching up with the cashier. We patiently waited expecting that the cashier would ring us up, but instead she just kept chatting with her friends. Rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I understand being friendly but this was a little overboard. The restroom also had a "Not in Service" sign, however people kept going in to use it. If it's truly out of service, it should be locked as that's disgusting and unsanitary. If it's working, remove the sign. If I'm desperate for some good aguas I might stop by again.

Very respectable staff and the owners are brother and sister who are extremely nice and passionate about what they do. They have really good catering service that i recommend to anyone. They have alot of options from vasito gansitos to canastitas and corn cups. Very clean place as well i did service on the air conditioning for a couple years and everytime i would come in everything was super clean. Would give this place ten stars easy and even that doesn’t amount to the grade this place deserves.

Just go try it. They have superior customer service. Very friendly staff. The place is always clean and presentable. They also have a big variety of ice cream and aguas frescas.

Zero Stars if possible. Never going back here again. Their customer service and attention to customer is useless, unreasonable, ungrateful. At the beginning they would take any form of payment including cash and now they refuse to take it. Regardless of me purchasing multiple items every single time I go there and I had paid before with cash and it was never a problem but now they do not take it anymore ? Is it that my big continuous purchases do not count anymore towards your business? Very disappointed. Neither me nor my family and friends will support this business again.

Go try this ice cream!! They have great Mexican snacks too! If youre not familiar with great Mexican snacks then you need to start! So this ice cream this ice cream shop makes custom ice creams and great and varied flavors everything from tropical passion fruit to the regular chocolate, Mexican flavors like gansito ice cream (think strawberry and vanilla and chocolate all in one) Next you want to try the amazing fruit bowl salads with a ton of toppings, like granola, sweet condensed milk, chocolate! Or the more traditional watermelon, jicama and cucumber with a chili lime dressing. Theres a ton more things to try. The shop is squeaky clean and the staff is incredible. Go go go!

We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney for an evening to get desert. We are glad we found Tocumbo! The ice cream is great (we had cream cheese (surprisingly good), Cookie Butter, and Mexican Hot Chocolate), the service was quick and friendly, and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

if you want to go somewhere for ice cream, cold here is amazing. There are some types of flavor gonna sound weird they do have some that taste amazing in the customer service. They have a lot of energy.

Wow! The ice cream here is delicious, natural & not artificial tasting at all & their portions are huge! The banana pudding tasted like real banana pudding, I loved the texture! I thought the corn flavor could taste more savory like corn, but I did enjoy it, as well as the nuts flavor! I will be back!

The ice cream i have tried here tastes true to the flavor, it doesnt taste like sugar, or any artificial ingredient. Coco tastes like real coco. Maracuyá tastes like maracuyá. I last tried a scoop of Galletas Maria... Its incredible! They have other snacks too, something for everyone. This is my only ice cream spot now.

I have had alot of ice cream and fresas in my short life and I can say that this place blew me out of the water. They have the most flavorful amd delicious things. You can actually taste the fruit itself. I loved that they have so many to choose from. If you pass this place up yourr crazy!!! I will definitely be making the drive from fullerton regularly!!!

This is the go-to spot for Mexican ice cream, paletas and other yummy treats! I m sure you ve seen many other shops around but this place has it all, great selection of flavors(elote is my go to!) friendly staff, and they always use fresh ingredients. You can also get raspados, agua frescas, fruit cups and more, the selection is awesome. What really makes this place stand out, is their customer service. I ve read that this is a family owned business (which I encourage everyone to support!), so they really know how to cater to their customers! They always make me feel welcome and always friendly and kind, and they never make me feel less then for constantly asking questions or asking them to explain something to me. You can sample the flavors so don t be shy to try something new! Shop is easy to find, and always clean inside, plus the decor is super cute and fun, and parking is not an issue. They also use the Fivestars rewards system so if you sign in, you can get rewards on your visit. Definitely this is the place to get your ice cream fix!
