Absolutely check this place out if you haven't already. It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in service, on top of having great food and a nice vibe. The overall experience really stands out.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, my friends and I were told it was closed for a private event, the chef, Vicky, quickly made us feel welcome. He not only chatted with us but also showcased his exceptional culinary skills. Our hostess, Alisa, was exceptionally warm and friendly too. It's truly rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a memorable experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the amazing atmosphere and vibe. The aesthetics are simply stunning. Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but the service was exceptional too. The staffs, owner, and chef were all incredibly sweet and friendly, making us feel right at home. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday, and they went above and beyond by offering a delightful dessert platter for the occasion. A special shoutout to Chef Viki, who made our experience even more memorable with his warmth and hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!

Amazing dining experience!! Highly recommend this spot, the vibe and music creates the perfect ambiance. Chef Vicky is very talented and creative with his flavor profiles, truly a special treat! We celebrated our Dad’s bday in the private room and our server Alissa was awesome!! Very attentive and made some great recommendations. My lunch experience at Ahana was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was very welcoming. Very cute place. Loved the food. I ordered the shrimp bisque and the pistachio lamb chops for dinner. I also had the bartender make the Lychee Blossom mocktail with tequila and it was amazing. The bartender Oliver was really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend. The food takes a while to come out but other than that everything was great.

Made a reservation online and joined the waitlist on yelp only to show up to a closed restaurant on a Saturday night after a 25 min drive. They even asked to confirm the reservation. Wild waste of our Saturday night and limited time with a babysitter.

Awesome food and service. Interior decor is unique. We had a party there and everyone loved their creative drinks as well. Try their gulab jamun ice cream, paneer tikka for sure. Actually their kadi pakora was quite flavorful too. I am a vegetarian and of course they had a lot of variety for me however they have a full menu with non-veg items as well. See what stands out to you.

The food was great but it was very overpriced, eg $14 for saffron rice to add to the $22 curry. We asked a server about the dishes as there were no descriptions and she had never had any of the dishes. The cocktails were very bad. Over $100 for 2 entrees, rice, Naan, and 2 cocktails.

I have been with Ahana since its inception, making me one of the founding employees. My experience here cannot be encapsulated in a single word; however, if I had to choose a phrase, it would be "a tumultuous journey filled with unethical practices and deceit." A significant concern I want to highlight is the consistent delay in employee payments, which often arrived days late. When we inquired about the reasons for these delays, the owner frequently attributed them to "mail issues," but the underlying truth was a lack of funds to meet payroll obligations. The owner urged us to be patient, citing the challenges of running a new restaurant, yet this excuse was exploited. In my experience opening other restaurants, timely payments have never been a problem. To add insult to injury, one of my paychecks bounced due to insufficient funds, which was quite embarrassing. We were never compensated for the penalties incurred from these late payments, leaving us owed significant amounts. Furthermore, the owners unjustly blamed our former general manager, Bala, for financial discrepancies, despite him being instrumental in attracting business. For those interested in Indian cuisine, I recommend visiting "Charcol Indian Kitchen" in Huntington Beach, which Bala operates. Additionally, it is disheartening to see the cooks not receiving fair compensation, with reports of them being paid only once a month. The management's exploitation of their staff is unacceptable. Whenever we raised concerns about legal compliance, it was met with defensiveness, which should not be the case if a business is operating ethically. I strongly advise reconsidering any decision to dine at a restaurant that shows little regard for its employees, as it is evident why they are struggling to succeed. Made for a frustrating evening to say the least. Fries were cold, food had no flavor and tasted bland. Temperature of food was not proper. Ambiance doesn't mean anything if the food experience is not good.

The service was good in terms of the waiters. However, the food took too long to come and portion Ms were brought out. The Naan were not brought out with food so the dishes got cold. The vegetarian main dishes were absolutely not tasty. The saag was just boiled spinach and broccoli? No flavor. The tomatoe sauce was very bitter for the panner. Food quality was not good

We ordered taco, chaman-e-lazeez and naan. Taco was good but the chaman-e-lazeez and garlic naan was horrible. It’s even hard to explain how bad it was. It’s just a fancy high end vibe restaurant with poor food taste.

Chef created a salad for us based on whatever we wanted from arugula to candied walnuts (which he candied) sliced mushrooms and a freshly squeezed lemon vinaigrette dressing. Amazing. Butter chicken was creamy and delicious. They were so nice to us.

I recently dined at Ahana in Yorba Linda and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern yet cozy ambiance. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our meal.

The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each one more tempting than the last. I opted for the desi paneer tacos and the aloo tikki sliders, and both were cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the portions were generous. I also appreciated the fresh ingredients and the beautiful presentation of each dish.

I did not celebrate my milestone birthday last year in October as I was on oxygen for past 2 years. With Covid and flu ruling our lives, it had become hard to socialize without mask especially for people like me who have lung issues. I was diagnosed 5 years ago with IPF. It is Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis! The Pulmonologists had told me it is a progressive disease and my kind was the worst type. Generally people do not survive longer than 3 years. There is no cure for this kind of fibrosis. The only option I was given was to be on this drug called OFEV. Use oxygen concentrator for walking, traveling and for doing any physical work in and around the house. I was getting tired of all this and then my last resort was to get surgery done, meaning bilateral Lung Transplant! Last year on February 14, 2023, I had signed papers to permit me put me on the list for the transplant! My lungs were dying. On my birthday I got listed and in my blood group I was number 1 in UCLA. Within 4 months I got called for the surgery on this last Valentine’s Day for a bilateral lung transplant! It is almost 4 months now that my surgery was done! It has been miraculous recovery I am told and I am so grateful to so many good souls around me to thank them for my recovery!

Chef Vicky is the man. Personal attention means a lot, this is a lost art that they focus on, 5 stars to food taste and presentation. Reasonable price. Unforgetable vibe. Impressive team from bartender to the hostess, chef and visionary manager Bala ji. Love it.

Wow where do I begin? It was our first time at this restaurant and I had reserved a private room for my sister’s birthday bash. Since none of us had never been here before, I was nervous hoping the service would be good and she’d have a good birthday celebration.
This was beyond anything I could have imagined! We started off by having the most amazing server named ALYSSIA, she knew EXACTLY how to handle our large party, she had the best food suggestions, serving sizes, even when she’d run out of a certain type of drink she’d figure out how to make a new blend and blow us away!
Then the manager Bala went above and beyond hooking us up with the best music, the yummiest desserts, even allowing us to dance with dj lights! He is such an awesome and caring manager
And they have HALAL food!!!
Literally obsessed with this place had the greatest experience and can’t wait to go back!!

This is a gem of a restaurant that just opened in Anaheim and is bound to spellbound you with its scrumptious food and tropical ambiance. We stopped by at this restaurant on the weekend and despite our skepticism were taken away by the hospitality of the staff and awesome service. The chef was highly personable and stopped by our table to get feedback on the experience, rare occurrence at Indian restaurants - Bravo!

They also gave us a complimentary pasta tasting at the end of our meal.

Our first visit to restaurant yesterday for my daughter’s birthday. We had a great experience. Manager made sure we had it all perfect. Kept checking with us often. Chef created a special surprise desert which was amazing. Food it not typical run of the mill Indian curry. It’s different with little fusion. Can’t wait to try the happy hours with our friends.

What a disaster! My boyfriend and I dined here and it was an utter disappointment. We got the Loaded Fungi, Paneer Tacos, and the so-called Legendary Butter Chicken. Everything was underwhelming and boring.

The Paneer Tacos were flavorless. The Loaded Fungi was drowning in cheese, completely masking any mushroom taste. And the "Legendary" Butter Chicken? Far from legendary—just a bland, yogurt-tasting mess. For $24, you'd think it would at least come with some basmati rice, but nope!

The service was abysmal. We had to ask the hostess for water refills because our waitress went MIA, and the clueless food runners had no idea where to place our dishes. They only cleared our empty plates after we asked them to, making the experience even more frustrating. To top it off, the food took forever to come out.

This place is just an Instagram trap with its crystal chandeliers and neon signs. If you care about taste and decent service, avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Went to the restaurant yesterday with a group in the evening . About 6 members in the group were vegetarian . There were few choices . Items ordered were not cooked well .non veg items were better . Main course was served one kind of a dish about 15 min apart thereby rendering the dishes cold . The service was chaotic , had to call different waiters to fill in the gaps . No one waiter was in charge for our table . Not a good experience

This has to be my new favorite restaurant in OC!!
From the time we walked in and got seated and through out our 3 course meal EVERYONE from the wait staff, the General Manager and the chef took time to meet us. Ahana does EVERYTHING possible to ensure an we had an amazing experience!! The food was amazing, the cocktails were amazing and the experience was amazing !!

I’m a MASSIVE foodie and love finding hidden jems in the OC area. Ahana is literally one of the top restaurants when it comes to food quality, drinks, and service. Viki (the head chef) is INSANE with his random food he brings out. I cannot tell this place up enough

We were excited to have dinner at Ahana since we have been waiting for the opening however we ended up being highly disappointed.
Everything we ordered besides the naan (average) was bad. Steak too salty, lamb chops too dry and the butter chicken tasted artificial. The staff was nice but overwhelmed!
The food quality wasn't the best.
Advices I could give the restaurant owner:
1- get better quality produce
2- change the chef
3- train staff properly
