Anaheim White House

I dined at Anaheim White House on a Monday during the holiday season, a rare treat as they are usually closed on Mondays. My friend and I decided to celebrate 10 years of friendship there after spending the day at Disneyland. With a reservation, we quickly checked in and were seated on the patio, which was beautifully tented and equipped with plenty of heaters to keep us warm.

The Christmas decor and festive music created such a cozy and inviting ambiance. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly, and the meal was absolutely spectacular. I especially appreciated that they offered mocktails, adding a thoughtful touch to the menu. To top it all off, two lovely women carolers added a festive charm to the evening.

All in all, the dinner was a hit, and I will definitely return whenever I’m in town. Anaheim White House delivered an unforgettable dining experience that perfectly capped off our day.

Five stars across the board. We came here for a corporate sponsor dinner and they really did it up right, they had drinks ready for us when we arrived and once our table was ready they gave us our own room which allowed us to talk and be loud and really catered to everything we were looking for all night.

Highly recommend. The owner also helps with the boys and girls club or his own charity which he spoke to us about and it was really great to see the philanthropy side of the business.

The food and service at the White House is exceptional! Brian is the most amazing manager. The staff were all courteous and attentive. We had the opportunity to meet Bruno, the owner, who was so generous. The food was absolutely delicious and creative. Can’t wait to return!!!

Beautifully well done. The gold and cream brings you to Europe.
Evening started with a stay at the bar while we awaited our table. Very knowledgeable bar tender, and entertaining.
Our table was ready and we met by Giovanni the waiter who described the food accurately and recommendations were accurate.
Dessert was decadent.

This place is a hidden gem! I haven't been in maybe 15yrs, but this restaurant was just as stunning now as it was back then! Everything we ordered had amazing presentation and was so delicious! The staff was amazing, and it was special to be checked on every so often by owner himself, Chef Bruno Serato 🌷

Talk about a dinner experience! Wow! 10/10 recommend, Andrea was our server and she KNOWS THE MENU FRONT AND BACK, can explain in detail the entire wine and food menu! Incredible. Thank you for the experience

Good choice for a nice dinner. 4/5. Food is delicious. But our experience did not live up to the projected expectation.

When I made the reservation, I specifically noted it was to celebrate an anniversary. I was called to confirm the reservation and asked if it was for a special occasion so I reminded them about the anniversary. When we were seated at the table, the host asked me if we were celebrating a special event and I (now third time) said it was our anniversary. Went through the entire meal - nothing for the anniversary. Finally I asked our waiter why everyone kept asking if we were celebrating anything. He said, "I'm so sorry. No one told me."
And for ambience, the white and gold is a little overboard. The "Italian Fine Dining Experience" had loud American pop music (from Elton John to Justin Timberlake) as background music. Nothing Italian.

Again, the food is incredible and beautifully plated. The waiters were very professional. Our evening there just wasn't what we hoped.

Here for NYE dinner. As always, the food and service were stellar. Lucas was attentive and had thoughtful recommendations for wine pairings. Always happy to see Chef Bruno and chat a few moments. Wonderful way to end the year.

24 of us girls were celebrating early new year. I was sitting at a table of 12. Andrea was our server. She was extremely rude to us. Refused to give us a wine menu. After i kept asking, she finally brought one. I said it’s hard to see it cause there’s 12 of us. She said just pick one it doesn’t matter! I asked what the house wine was and she didn’t know. I asked how many ounces the pour is and she said 4 is standard!! When I disagreed she walked away. She had nothing but attitude towards us. One hour and twenty minutes after we got seated we still had nothing on the table, no bread, no drinks, no appetizers. When we tried to order she acted like we have never been to a restaurant before. She said at this restaurant we have different courses and we serve them one at a time. When I asked for a to go box she said they’re busy. We were thinking about taking to the manager but other servers were trying to make it up.
The food was good but service awful. I had made reservations for another dinner which I subsequently cancelled.

We travelled from Australia to LA Anaheim. We were looking for something to eat and stumbled on this restaurant. The food was very nice, the meat had good flavor and the service was great. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back next time we travel to the US.

The chef or whoever greeted the table around didn’t introduce himself and totally disregarded the eye contact and interaction with myself, a woman, but only speak to and look at my husband during the entire conversation. The food was okay if you compare it to Olive Garden.

Overall, most of the food was very well prepared and presented, the staff was friendly and the design of the restaurant was welcoming. Two areas of improvement (at least for our visit):
1. Use less salt, especially in the pasta and potatoes.
2. Although the staff was friendly, many of them seemed a bit scattered and not well trained. I will give them an A for effort as when they didn't know the answer to a question, they were eager to find the answer.

We had high hopes for our Thanksgiving dinner! It wasn’t a good experience. There is little to no ambience upstairs with separate rooms and no atmosphere! There were gnats flying around our table and I finally asked to be moved to another room. The food is subpar and nothing special.there are much better options than this restaurant. We will not return.

This reaturant has never disappointed. We were a group of 20 and they were so accommodating. The staff is professional and very cordial. The owner is such a delight. We were their the first Sunday in November 2024 and the decor was so beautiful and festive. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the food, from the presentation to every delectable bite.

Wonderful staff! Went for my in-law’s 57th anniversary. Had a private room and the staff took such good care of us. My two boys (ages 9 and 12) were able to enjoy the fine dining but we didn’t feel out of place with them. Thank you Chef Bruno and your team!

Anaheim White House is the HOUSE you must visit. It will become your house, home, and family. Great food, awesome ambience, intimate place to have quality time with people you treasure. From exotic dishes to familiar Italians, everything is a great adventure. Anaheim White House was the first outdoor dining restaurant we found during COVID and we have made this our go to place. Lucas is the best attentive server and our special request each time. Wasn’t sure if we should share this gem with everyone 🤣 because it’d be harder for us to book at the restaurant.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The price point is comical given how below average the food was (margarita pizza, hanger steak, calamari pasta, tiger shrimp, brussel sprouts) and catastrophic the service is. Waiting 2.5 hours for entrees after ordering the for below average food at a shocking price point is obviously unacceptable. Had they comped the entire meal, it still would have been a gross underpay by them.

Shame on them for their pathetic restaurant. Shame on you if you go.

My husband planned a surprise date evening here for our first date after having our first baby 💙
The staff was attentive, informative, and very kind.
We got 2 different types of CAVIAR, which were 1000/10! Amazing.
We also sipped on whiskey sour, one which had egg to give it that extra foam. For the main course, T-bone steak and their fish(i forgot the name) . Which were very flavorful and fulfilling. Thank you for the service. Definitely recommend!

This was such a disappointing experience. We were hoping to take our business guests to a nice fine dining establishment, as they flew in to meet with us. We were willing to pay a lot for this dinner and we did. From sitting down to paying the bill, it took almost three and a half hours. Half our group got their food, finished it and boxed it up, while the other half had not received their food yet. Our server barely tended to us and it was an overall terrible experience. We thought that they may compensate in some way, but they did not offer anything of the sort. For a restaurant that added an automatic 20% tip, the service was enough to never have us back at this restaurant.

Our first time this evening our server was Andrea she was very pleasant. Mindful. On top of service. I have celiac and she double checked with the kitchen about each dish I ordered. Management was present and came by a few times to check in with us. Overall made our date night extra special. Food was delish and the soufflé for dessert and raspberry marscapone sent us over the top

My server Kody was fantastic. Nice young man and on top of everything. I had the Pappardelle Bolognese and it was so delicious. With fresh Parmesan on top. My boyfriend had the salmon and mashed potatoes and he enjoyed it. We each had prosecco. For dessert, I had the Selva Nera sponge cake and my boyfriend the creme brulee. Perfect desserts to end our meal. We already plan to come back again soon to try more items.
I had gotten an advertisement for the 37th anniversary celebration. I've never heard of it been to Anaheim White House before and thought it would be a nice experience. which it was.

Fabulous across the board. Lobster ravioli, calamari, tuna tartare-amazing! The fungi pasta, hanger steak, osso bucco- fantastic! The soufflé, apple crisp are sensational! Get the Jackie O dessert tower to impress your guests. Highly recommend

This was my second time dining at this restaurant. This experience was just as fantastic as the first. I had the veal scaloppini piccata. It was wonderfully tender with lots of flavor and the sauce was terrific. Their hospitality can’t be beat! The waiter was very attentive and took great care of me. The manager and the owner both stopped by my table as well. They clearly care deeply about their customers and their community. A portion of their proceeds goes towards their charitable efforts to feed hungry children in the area. Amazing! Two thumbs up! 👍 👍

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I took my girlfriend out for dinner here to propose. They custom made a Jackie-O sugar tower so that the ring box was a part of it and brought it to her. The staff went above and beyond any restaurant I've ever been to just to make the night perfect for us. And the food was AMAZING. The dishes were beautiful, as if an artist created them and tasted way better than anywhere else I've ever eaten out at. Big shout out to Giorgio, our server for taking care of us. If you read this, I truly appreciate everything you did. You were awesome. I am 100% coming back if I ever have the opportunity.

I took my wife, my really good college buddy and his family (visiting from Maryland) to this restaurant. This was everyone's first time at this restaurant and we were all blown away! I was recommended to this place by a coworker and he said the food was great and boy was he right! I like the decor and the napkin playfulness.

I had the Tiger Shrimp,
Baked Pacific Black Tiger Shrimp topped with spinach with a Sriracha beurre blanc served with capellini pasta. It was delicious!!! My wife had the duck and enjoyed it. My company enjoyed their meals as well.

Oh to add, they do have booster seats and kids menus for the little ones! I was nervous about that when I recommended this place because I didn't know if they served children and my friend has two kids.

I think you can only valet, unless you park on the street. Valet was $6.

One of my best dining experiences in the US. Yes, not only Anaheim but the whole US. I’m from Canada and I always think that US restaurant is over prices and service is just standard , but this place is very different. Not only the food is tasty but the service and atmosphere is top notch. Everyone there is friendly and our server “Lucas” is incredible. We order the beef Wellington and black cod. Both of them are very well executed. I think this is a must try place if anyone staying at anaheim. We are only staying here for 4 days and we already thinking of going back again.

Excellent food, great service. Very good carbonara which is not easy to pull off. Andrea was wonderful and helped really make the birthday dinner worthwhile. The one actual problem with this place is the valet parking (the valets were nice though), which is an egregiously unwarranted and unnecessary expense if you come when it's not busy. Will probably just park elsewhere and walk next time.

I’ve been coming to the White House for years… but hadn’t been In about 10+. I came back for a wine dinner with my family and had the absolute best time and had the absolutely best experience! The White House is alive and well and truly better than ever, CIAO BELLA!

From the moment you walk in you know you are in for an extraordinary dining experience. The food was beyond any other. The only thing better than the building and the food was the serving team. Lexie was our waitress and had great knowledge of the menu, trusted recommendations, and the warmest personality. Zander was a pleasure to interact with.

The scaloppini funghi (thinly sliced veal) was great. Unique dish that almost tasted like an elevated chicken fried steak. Would recommend.

Talk about a dinner experience! Wow! 10/10 recommend, Andrea was our server and she KNOWS THE MENU FRONT AND BACK, can explain in detail the entire wine and food menu! Incredible. Thank you for the experience

Impeccable food and service. Upon entering you will be amazed by the ambiance and atmosphere. The staff are responsive , polite, and professional. I was approached by 4 servers that asked me how my meal was. The owner introduced himself to me . I had the rabbit over polenta which was cooked perfectly.

Where to start!? The place is so picturesque and being historical makes it even better. The service is top notch, everyone was so kind and friendly. Major kudos to the manager, Bryan Peterson, made our night extra special. On to the food, everything and I mean everything was on point. So delicious. I highly recommend the Gnocchi Gorgonzola though, and bonus points for the fact that they were pink! For dessert you have to get the souffle, absolute perfection. This was our first time coming here and certainly won't be our last!

So disappointed! I came because of the high ratings but it’s all about the crowd and pictures. The food was not good. I make better salmon at home. The service was lacking. We were almost forgotten as they didn’t bring us water for quite some time, then when they did there were no water glasses. The young lady serving the water asked and was told to just pour it in the wine glasses! Didn’t even want to try the pretty looking desserts thinking they would be just as tasteless as the food. Bad food and bad service. Only looks good in pictures.

We celebrated my son’s birthday and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Anaheim White House. We love their shrimp tempura and ordered 4 plates😄. We also enjoyed their California roll appetizers, as well as beautifully arranged house salad. We thoroughly loved their Angus Filet Mignon, Hanger Steak, Salmon, Sword Fish and pasta!!

Shuffle is always amazingly delicious😋😋😋 Yum!

Sophisticated decor!! Their outdoor seating area is simply beautiful.

The hidden gem that is, Anaheim White House. Me and my family had just gotten done at Disneyland and wanted to eat out for my father’s birthday(party of 10) We were met with kind smiles and warm welcomes. The food was some of the best tasting food that I have ever had. The ahi tuna was to die for and the salmon melts in your mouth. Josh was one of the most attentive and kind servers I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. Alexis kept our cups full and our table spotless as we dined. Brian came up and was so kind enough to offer us some of the delicious deserts that they have to offer here. If you’re in the area, definitely give this spot a try! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Anaheim White House
