I had the combo plate with lasagna, ravioli and pasta. My son had the meatball sandwich and spaghetti. The food was so good! My favorite was the cheese ravioli..and the sauce was amazing! The meatball sandwich was delicious and it came on a really good bread. It was also served with dill pickles and pasta salad. The garlic bread was a bit disappointing..overcooked and hard. Otherwise everything was perfect and we can't wait to go back! The service was outstanding!

Jami was our waitress and at a super busy time of day. She was great tending to everyone and keeping us informed. Will definitely be back for date night thanks to her service and the awesome food, highly recommend the vodka sauce.

Very cozy and family friendly. Loved the atmosphere and all of the little touches of the decor. Food was excellent, was brought out in a timely manner and the staff were very friendly 😊 definitely will be going back.

Fantastic service Kelly, our waiter was exceptional she was super, always coming to check on us and asking how we were doing and the food was outstanding the clam chowder is freshly made on site and truly is the best one I've by far meat lovers pizza is stunning and delicious I recommend this establishment definitely will be back for the clam chowder & the homemade cheesecake which was phenomenal

Mama Cozza's catered my wedding dinner during COVID in 2020. With only twenty (20) people allowed per gathering by law at the time, Mama Cozza's provided a delicious pasta buffet dinner of Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne with Meat Sauce, Fresh Garden Salad and Garlic Bread. It was a huge hit with our guests and an amazing value at a very uncertain time in our economy. Our food was outstanding, we even had leftovers the next day!!

Fast forward four years....To celebrate our wedding anniversary just last week, we went for dinner. The complimentary relish tray brought to our table was a nice touch and very tasty! We started with the Calamari appetizer which was very good dipped in their house Marinara. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Salad and Garlic Bread, my husband had the Chicken Parmesana with Minestrone Soup and Garlic Bread. It was all just as we remembered, absolutely delicious...homestyle Italian with love!!

We sat in the lounge, the service was AMAZING as were the cocktails. The crowd of "regulars" at the bar were all warm and welcoming. The live band was great! Playing a mix of Jazz and Rock, with some comedy in-between! We were given a special Spumoni dessert to celebrate our special occasion.

We waited far too long to visit Mama Cozza's after we got married and will not make that mistake again. Moving forward, this is going to be a regular spot for our date nights! Long live Mama Cozza's!!

This place is so cute, almost sort of homey.
The staff was nice from the greeting at the door to everyone we encountered throughout.
The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned.
Our waitress was so nice and attentive.
We kept seeing pizzas pass our table, so our next item to try is one of those.
We will definitely be returning.

With a current 4.4 review we hoped for a good meal. Not so much. I will say the service was great. I also enjoyed the blue cheese dressing on the salad. However, the Alfredo with grilled chicken was horrible. The Alfredo has no flavor and was super thick. I had to cover it with parmesean to be able to eat the few bites i did. The chicken was gross and dry- literally not edible. The combo platter with lasagna was literally terrible. The lasagna had freezer burn and the pasta, ravioli, and sauce were straight up chef boyardee style. The two kids meals we ordered shared the same fate. Food was gross. We only ate a small amount of everything and it was obvious the staff knew the the food was bad. I hope this place will do better in the future. Wasted $90.00 and the potential for a family memory.

Times have changed. I used to eat there over 10 years ago. It was ok but, now the food is not authentic Italian. There sauces taste like out of a can. The only thing I liked was the salad it was fresh. Went there for a Christmas party and let's just say it was bad. I liked the deserts but those were from Porto's brought in by our managers 🤭

Something was off, there was bickering in the back room which was unprofessional and the lasagna was cold. How is lasagna cold? So I am assuming the food is made the day before then microwaved. Never again.

Let's first start off by saying our waitress was amazing has amazing service then we ordered the fried calamari and it came out way overcooked then we ordered spaghetti with Italian sausage was pretty good sauce is excellent then my wife had the chicken parm with spaghetti the chicken parm was way over cooked and it smelled like burnt oil sorry to leave the review that I left but honesty is the key to good food

Visiting from out of state, took a Lyft only to find that the restaurant was shut down. All online info stated the restaurant was open. This cost us an extra $30 to change our drop-off location!

My family has been coming here since I was a child. It is real, homemade italian cooking. And they have the BEST pizza! They offer delicious, good quality food with big portions and fair prices. The service is excellent and they are family owned. The inside is cozy and comfortable. I love this place ❤

Guy Fieri was right. The food here is really tasty. The staff is very friendly. It has that traditional family restaurant feel to it. A frequent stop for Gwen Stefani when she’s in town. I’ll have a large pep. & and blue cheese to go please.

The waiter we got she was so mean to me for no reason, she had reddish hair and up into a braid. I was just asking if I had to get a soup or salad and she rolled her eyes at me and got really close to my face all mad. It even took her a long time to take our order, i even had to flag her down because she wasn't doing anything but just never came to my table. She was being incredibly nice to everyone else around me but she just seemed angry when she came to my table. We were the only Hispanics there and she seemed upset and when I didn't understand what something meant she started to raise her voice. Took over an hour to get our food and no flavor to any of it, I asked for a steak well done and it was raw. Horrible experience I'm never going back. Horrible and racist waiter.

Today, I visited a friend in the area and we decided to have lunch at Mama Cozza's. I enjoyed the traditional atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the gnocchi, garlic bread, and cannoli :) Definitely, great value. The wait staff / family were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I look forward to visiting again soon.

This place is delicious. We wanted italian food on a day off from disneyland and I'm glad we stumbled upon this place. The food was delicious. The service was fantastic. The portions were huge. This is probably the best and cheapest meal we have had in Anaheim. I would definitely recommend it. The garlic bread that comes with the meals is delicious. My husband had the chicken parm which was fantastic. I had pasta with tomatoes garlic and oil, also great. I loved that the menu is labeled with vegetarian options.

This is a family restaurant with amazing food and amazing services. You can get confused on the entrances because one of them leads to a bar section of the restaurant and the other one is the actual restaurant but don't worry all roads lead to Rome so it's all good.

I love Mama Cozza’s pizza, we always get the sausage and mushrooms with extra cheese, been coming here for about 30 years. It’s a quaint little old school Italian restaurant, not fancy decor wise but has all the typical Italian dishes. Give it a try, I think you’ll really like it!

Excellent! The smell at the front door of tomato sauce and oregano was a great start. Some out of town friends found this place to meet up and we had a range of pastas and pizza. They absolutely nailed the scallops in my linguini and everyone enjoyed their dinners. Very attentive staff. It's a little far for us but the trip was worth it. We'll be back.

Family. They made me feel like family. Great food, great service. I had the pizza. Hot and melty on top, crisp on the bottom. I've never had such a perfect slice! Service was super friendly. Atmosphere is calm and inviting. Great for a first date or a lovely anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Had a friend recommend Mama Cozza’s and had seen them on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. Our food was excellent and server went above and beyond to make us tourists feel welcome. Will try to come back before our trip is over.

I would love to know if the people in anaheim have any taste buds
we came here after looking up triple d resturaunts while on vacation from Canada
the food was terrible, who serves mushroom ravioli with tomato sauce?!
the seafood stuffed mushrooms tasted like box stuffing with no seafood
the only good thing was the garlic bread
the "breadsticks" are literally stale stick crackers in pre packages
oh and the mixed salad was pre tossed with dressing, with chick peas and red kidney beans in it
oh and we won't talk about the chicken marsala
how does a resturaunt in california with the freshest vegetables of the highest quality in the world give out veggies at the beginning of the meal come and they are turning bad

I came with my mother a few weeks ago in April during her visit we had the lunch special and I could see why Guy Fieri love this place and Gwen Stefani still eats there to this day the food is very good and it's very well hidden gem in Anaheim

This place was delicious!!!
The staff were friendly and both of our meals were amazing. The dinner salad that came with the meal i must have again!!! I know...I Said dinner salad but it was 💣... It was super fresh and the Bleu Cheese dressing was on point! We will definitely be going back again.
Definitely will have the eggplant Parmesan again but will be trying something different next time...

Don't let the crowd fool you. Ordered the calamari-bad, signature sauce-bad bad, sausages in the pastas-bad, bread basket-really bad, even the meat sauce was bad. I chalk it up to cafeteria quality food.

My Dad used to send me here to pick up Pizza when I was a teenager and always the best pizza. After 30 year we came back and it is still as good as ever! Their pizza is the best plus I hear that they make a super Patty melt which we will try next time.

Wow I finally tried this place and it was really good, and reasonably priced. Lasagne, soup or salad, and a soft drink total was $16.11, at least at lunch time. Definitely will visit again!

Yummy great authentic Italian flavors!
We had lasagna and meat sauce, shrimp Alfredo, soo delicious. We have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years. This is a must try great for families and individual dining. However, they do offer takeout. PS the pizza is outstanding as well. Keep serving this delicious, authentic Italian.

I've been looking for a gem like this by my new house!! Everything was top notch. The waitress we had was so sweet. Food was BOMB! Atmosphere was so authentic and it was cool to see it was in Diners Drive ins and Dives. Also I heard Gwen Stefani used to hang out there. They had a little bar in the back as well and I heard from the hostess they have live music on the weekends definitely will be back!! We got a pizza and added a little extra dough to make it thicker because we heard the pizzas usually come pretty thin and also got the creamy pesto pasta and a meatball soup.🔥🔥🔥 all were so delicious.

Incredible place! Top notch service! Italian cuisine...but they also serve burgers. They cater to a lot of longtime patrons and families from nearby Disneyland Resort. If you're looking for a short drive from the park, this place is a real winner.

We went here for pizza specifically because we are trying to eat at as many of the oldest restaurants around the LA/OC/IE area as possible. The front parking lot was full but we got a spot alongside the building in the alley just to the west. No wait for a table though, as we ate in the lounge but there were a few empties along the way. However, those were full when we left about a half hour later, approx 8:00pm. The place was hopping! Our server actually was helping out another employee who was swamped. Our order was taken promptly, the pizza came out hot, she served us both our first slice and it was off to Pizza Heaven for us both. The Mama Cozza Special was just PERFECT pizza. The toppings were thick, covered with cheese, not too hot to bite into but not merely warm either. The crust gets a chef's kiss too.
The ONLY criticism I have was the lack of offer of a refill for either drink, but we got requested glasses of water promptly. I will drive back to Anaheim for more of this restaurant.

This is a nice little restaurant with good food. I did feel like my food could use more seasoning but the meal was still good overall.

This place gets very busy on weekends so be ready for a bit of a wait.

Service is top notch, service staff 100% perfect amount of check ins and letting us be.

Food was filling, and the side salad was an actual salad and not 4 pieces of sad crunchy water. The sauce for the gnocchi was a little underseasoned for my tastes but still delicious.

Great place for certain dishes....calzone is one of the tastiest. The pizza slices are large and not stingy with ingredients. Although it is supposedly remodeled, it still is dark & somewhat gloomy. It's a hangout spot for sure but there are tastier pizzas close by. Some of the servers are nicer than others and won't rush you out. A good experience overall at a reasonable price.

Old style Italian restaurant, serves from scratch favorites like lasagna, manacoti and linguine and clams. Good old fashion bar with tasty drinks.

Food was pretty good. Service was hit or miss but everyone very friendly. Wasn't necessarily memorable but wasn't bad. Good prices, though, which was appreciated and large portions!

Here, yet one more time!! A school banquet this time.... as always, the food is delicious!! Alfredo, the pasta, the chicken parm, the salad. ...all....to die for!! Excellent service, the servers were awesome.... Can't say enough great stuff about Mama Cozza's!!

Good food and portions. Really good service and hometown cooking. We got the pizza and pasta and everything was yum.

I was told that Mama Cozza's was a favorite italian restaurant of Gwen Stefanie so my wife was eager to go. When we got there the place was dead. No one was there. This was on a weekend mid-day. That should've been a red flag. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. My wife got a salad with ranch dressing and the kids got pizza. When my dish arrived It did not look like what I ordered. It seemed like a bowl of cereal. The Alfredo sauce was extremely runny and the taste was not good at all. My wife was happy with the salad but how can you mess up a salad? The kids like their pizza but they eat anything! I wouldn't go back. The only thing that was good there was the garlic bread. I was very disappointed and feel bad for Gwen!!

fabulous meat. sad I didn't get to try the prime rib but the rack of lamb is really excellent as was the rib eye. sat in the bar one time and one of the dining rooms the other. place has the feel of being a local institution, busy both times we went, great atmosphere, great service, we loved it for sure it will be my first stop next time I am in the area

Cómo les esplicare en este restaurante italiano es ermoso asistir tienen ambiente muy bueno y también depende de ustedes él ambiente , miren me pasó horas recluido en ese local que no quisiera pasara el tiempo bueno ami así me gusta luz tenue barroco , las cervezas a buen precio tienen cocina para que órdenes lo que tú quieras comer y sí no traes carro no té preocupes , té puedes ir en el autobús o llamar un taxi Uber fíjense que bonito que más quieres , hermoso es disfrutar de lo bueno él personal que labora allí té atienden muy bonito té recomiendo este restaurante italiano adiós .

Love this place!! I've had their pizza several times, but just tried a sandwich for lunch and it was fantastic. Very filling and served with a salad so I ended up taking half of the sandwich to go. Very reasonable prices, great service, no complaints.

Excellent place with banquet room,
We had salad,pasta , and meatballs.
Friendly staff.
Parking is the only downside.

Pasta sauce and terrible vegetable soup sickening could not eat it! must have been in the pot all day.
Even the coffee was bad (mud)
Sure not like my mamas house!
Need to get some to taste this food before giving it to the customer.

Second time here, and they blew our minds with service, quality, and such a great experience. I can’t wait to go through this awesome menu.
Alex, as well as Gloria, are AMAZING servers. The whole staff is fantastic. It’s a must try for sure!

I have been to Mama Cozza's a few times with my good friend and his wife. This place has amazing food and we just happened to stop in on a Saturday and they had a live band. We usually eat in the lounge area. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and I inviting and you can feel the history in the air. I will be back!

It was our first time here. We ordered a chicken Marsala, kids ravioli, calamari, mamas special pizza and a lasagna. Everything was bearly warm no flavor. Chicken sauce was pure butter. Pizza tasted like it was prepared and in the refrigerator for days and without being covered. So sad it was our first and last time there

Loved coming back to Mamma Cozza's after about 40 years. I'm back in the area and glad they are still here and still serving the same great food.
