My wife and I just ate here for our second anniversary. Our waiter, Corey, was fantastic. He was very friendly and attentive, and made the experience very fun. The drinks were very delicious, and the food was as well. I had the chicken penne pasta with pesto sauce, and my wife had the salmon. We finished with the special Halloween cannolis. We had a blast, and really appreciate Corey and Naples for making our anniversary dinner awesome!

We had a really good visit here. Because we had reservations, it made our visit a lot easier, even though we still had to wait in order to get seated. The staff were ultra kind and helpful. The food was good. I personally really enjoyed the pizza, the pasta was ok, but the meatballs were very delicious. We loved the view and location.
This location validates for parking and there is a lift (elevator) available for those who might need it.

Our experience at Naples was very good for a late night dine in experience. My fungi pizza was very tasty. I’m glad my server asked if I wanted a sauce base. My daughter had the penne pasta with chicken and was very happy with it. Our server enticed us with the best cheesecake in the galaxy and it didn’t disappoint. Our experience was elevated by our server, Corey. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their favorite dishes. He provided a delightful and memorable experience.

This is my 3rd time trying to get into Naples because theres always a long line. We finally decided to be patient and wait for 40 minutes but it's definitely worth it! And there's a reason why they're always busy - because everything tastes great!. As soon as we sat down, our serving Jedi Corey immediately introduced himself and gave us water. As we ordered our food, he started giving us options that sounded amazing and we had no choice but to say yes to everything. Our calamari came out less than 10 minutes and our food soon after. His suggestions were spot on and it was super delicious. He's very entertaining, funny and made the wait go by fast. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Disneyland/ Downtown Disney but make sure to say hi to our amazing Jedi server Corey 😊

Love this restaurant. We are not local, and come here every time we go to disneyland. I’m sharing a specific experience, because every time we’ve eaten here has been great, but our most recent server Brandon is the best of the best.
This time we were with family, and had multiple kids with us who have some problems sitting still, we were seating outside and had some quiet activities, we apologized before we even ordered just saying “I’m so sorry there’s so many of us, the kids are wound up from a fun day, if we get too loud over here please let us know, we’re monitoring on our end too!”. Brandon was so patient with all of the kids, super kid and very very friendly- you can tell he’s happy to be there.
We are also a couple that has a service dog accompanying us-we have had a few problems elsewhere of servers trying to push us outside even tho the outside seating was closed, questioning us, etc even with SD following all guidelines and procedures she is supposed to. Brandon was kind, did not push us to do anything with her and it was no strange interaction.
Brandon also recommended a wine to my fiance to go with his meal, he does not normally like wine but wanted to branch out, loved Brandon’s suggestion and we had a great dinner. He actually also told him that if he absolutely did not want to drink it that he would get him something else that he would enjoy, which was super nice. He was attentive, kind, very helpful to all of us.
This was a few months back, but I wanted to make sure I made a comment towards him specifically, I could not recommend someone to work in service as much as I do him. When we go back, I would LOVE to get him as our server again, and we may try to ask if that’s a possibility.
Our food was fantastic, the drinks were yummy, and we had a great time having dinner here. Service was fabulous for this experience, but like I said we have had great service every other time as well. Very yummy restaurant, I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Brandon for such a great night, my fiance and I will be back soon to dine here!

My sister and I had a wonderful dinner! The service was great and accommodating! The food was tasty and great fuel for our rundisney race. We were able to make a reservation the night before through open table. They have great indoor and outdoor seating. We definitely recommend if want a nice dinner in downtown Disney!

The Margherita pizza was amazing! Good sauce, good flavor! The mushroom pizza had just a little too much mushrooms for my liking. Just a personal preference. The dough was decent. The pasta stole the show though! It was robust was meaty flavor, yet balanced by the creamy sauce. It was honestly a very nice, and welcomed surprise. Can’t complain about the service. Overall an awesome place, def wanna come back!

Pizza is just what we needed after a long day in the Disneyland park. So grateful we had Corey as our waiter. He kept our water glasses full to rehydrate after a long day. Our party was at Disneyland for the whole day and we had reservations for Naples at 830pm. We were going to do Goofy s Kitchen but I was more in the mood for Italian food with a nice view of Downtown Disney . Wanted to relax and not get up and down for a buffet . So we arrived off the monorail and to the reservation booth at 8pm, 30 minutes prior to our reservation so I could request for upstairs dining to make sure I don t get seated downstairs . I didn t want the noisy kitchen atmosphere with a food court feel . So she said no problem I will make sure to note that you want upstairs dining ONLY and we have your reservation so when the rest of your party arrives we will seat you . The rest of the party arrives at 827. The woman who reserved our table had just gone inside and two other ladies appear at the booth . So we told her that she was going to seat us upstairs for our 830 dinner . The reason I keep emphasizing the time is the two ladies said oh the upstairs is closed . I said what ??? The other lady noted my request for my 830 reservation to seat us upstairs and now you tell me it s closed ? Yes mam, I m sorry it closed at 830. We can see people eating up there but she says no more tables are being served up there and you have to sit downstairs and that they close upstairs at 830. Then when I asked why would the other lady say ok when she knows our reservation time and didn t say it would be closed. The lady says um well I don t know . Sorry . Her shift ended . If I could have went someplace else at that hour in the Downtown district I would have but we didn t have any other choice . So they sat us downstairs against a wall in the corner by the open kitchen like we were some afterthought . I was so looking forward to eating here and sitting upstairs and looking at the view as this was my last trip to Disneyland . The ending was a disappointment . Please educate your reservation desk what is the schedule and rules of your establishment for that day. Don t say you can do something and not follow through . Then to be put against a wall next to kitchen almost felt like someone being vindictive . Note : just to mention , I was never rude to the two ladies or angry I just was disappointed . So not sure why we were seated around the corner , maybe just happened to be The server was ok but we were not told there was dessert here . It was not on the menu . But others say there is dessert that they recommend to you . The food was good not the greatest but good . At least that made the 160.00 tab for 4 people bearable . Atmosphere was terrible . If you want a nice Italian dining that s not like a glorified Sabarro s in the mall , then do not go here .

Horrible experience. From the beginning to the end. We asked to sit on the terrace but they told us it was impossible and they took us to a table inside. They sat us at a table in the corner between the wine cellar and the pantry where they keep the food.... Smelling of the oil from the fryer. We told the hostess that we wouldnt mind waiting for another table, whether outside or inside, she told us there was no way. The pizza was one of the worst I have ever eaten in my life and the caprese salad was just a tomato and a mozzarella cut into three pieces with 2/3 cherry tomatoes.... DAMN, I paid 20$ for that... ! What does a tomato cost in the market? The worst of all was when they brought us the bill... They had not picked up the last dish on the table when they already gave us the bill... Italian food is my favorite, but today... IT HAS LOST MANY POINTS

Decent restaurant near either park entrance. The wait for dinner on a rainy Saturday evening wasn t that bad. The price of food was to be expected. But the service was incredible. Brandon was one of the best waiters I ve ever encountered. Top notch. The food was good. Chicken parmigiana and pizza was really good. Definitely would eat there again.

I think this restaurant is new or renovated. The food I ordered was salmon, it was cooked very well and seasoned with good flavor. The best thing I liked was where I had to sit, I had to sit on the second floor and it was decorated with lights on the ceiling very nice, an my sit was next to a window with a view to outside of Downtown Disney.

All the food here is excellent, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Pizza was delicious light and crispy excellent appetizer with the calamari for a group of 5. I order the lasagna and it delicious and rich with flavor. The chicken penne was delicious, creamy and flavorful. The other food according to my friend was also good.

A magical dining experience in Disneyland. No need to buy tickets to Disneyland to come here, just walk on in to Disneyland downtown! The atmosphere has a wonderful energy and the service was unmatched. Our server Brandon was delightful from the first moment we sat down to the moment we left. Good was so fast and incredibly delicious. I would highly reccomend this spot!I had the carbon era and spinach and artichoke dip. The foccacia was a bit dry but not enough to impact that 5 star! Also there is a sangria flight for only 20$!!!

One of our party members has a severe tree nut allergy. Upon asking the greeters outside if they have special protocol for handling food sensitivities and may contains, they could not give a straight, confident answer as to whether it was safe for us to eat there or what their exact protocol was. Thankfully, they guided us to the manager, who confirmed it would be safe and that the server would take care of everything. After ordering our food, two pasta dishes came to our table, one of which we had specified needed to be tree nut free. When the server put the food down, he did not mention which of the two dishes had the special food requirement, and upon asking him which one was made safely, he didnt know and had to bring the food back to double check. He then came back with both dishes saying neither of them contain nuts, but that is not necessarily the same as being made in a nut-free environment without any chance of cross contamination, and when we asked if that were the case, he was again unable to provide a clear answer, and defaulted to having the meal made again from scratch to be absolutely certain. In the end, the meal came out right, and it is very likely their protocol was being followed properly from the beginning, but the legwork to confirm everything is being followed properly should not fall on the customer once it has been made clear somebody has a lethal tree nut allergy. Because the front greeters and servers are not trained to handle such requests with confidence, it left our party constantly worried they had messed up the food, and also meant our party member with the allergy received their food after everyone else had finished. I understand the frustration that allergies brings to a restaurant, but for a semi-high end establishment in Downtown Disney of all places, I found this service to be totally unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for such a common and extremely dangerous allergy request.

My boyfriend and I came to Naples to have dinner while visiting Disneyland and we had the most AMAZING waiter Wesley. He was very welcoming and took the order quickly. My boyfriend has a sticker on his debit card that looks like a uno reverse card and we both made jokes about it when he gave the card back after the payment. Normally when we come here, we have felt put off by some of the staffs vibe but Wesley was the best waiter I ve had at Disneyland so far!!

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE I WOULD we were racially discriminated and told to leave after we were waiting for 10 mins and a group of people came after us got sat right away. Spoke with Roman and Danny the managers they were complete trash. We made them feel uncomfortable because we recorded our worse experience I have ever experienced. My wife my 2year old son and I got kicked out for speaking up. We have been coming to this place for years even before our son was born and now we will never go BACK THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNFAIR I HAVE FULL VIDEOS OF THE WHOLE CONVERSATION.

The food here was absolutely horrible, the Cesar salad tasted like the essence of nothing and when I say that, I truly mean it tasted like water. The pizza we ordered came out like a soggy soupy mess. Our waiter was very kind and nice but nothing could make up for the food. We also ordered a 12$ non alcoholic cranberry drink that was so strong it was un drinkable without adding water. This place is highway robbery with the absurdly expensive pricing. This entire restaurant feels like a scam to take advantage of people.

Ordered the biscuits and gravy, wife got the French toast. Biscuits came and were cold. I was going to get something else or have them warmed up. Waitress never came back until my wife was done with her French toast. She was very nice about it. Wasnt her fault.

If I could give 0 star , I would. Unfortunately, the outside facade would lure you to come in . The taste , serving , everything is underwhelming! The kitchen and bathroom are unkempt! Staff are too clumsy and keep on dropping utensils. Too bad it was for a birthday celebration. Never again.

Wouldn t ever come back to eat here. The service was AWFUL, they add gratuity to the check so the servers don t care about being accommodating or fast with anything. Took OVER 30 min for anyone to come to our table after being seated and through out the entire meal our server would forget things or just disappear and I d have to get up and find someone that worked there to get help . Food wasn t great either, overpriced for a pizza place. I d go somewhere else our entire meal took over 2 hours, after we finished eating they re cleared the table and didn t come back with our check for almost 30 min.

Food came out cold and looked like it had been sitting around for a while - a $30 dish. How is this place operating on a Disney property? It wouldnt be open for more than a week if it was in Disney Springs, Florida. Pretentious prices for the quality less than Olive Garden.

Husband and I were desperate for food and just went with this place. I had no idea I would have the best pizza of my entire life. Literally BEST. The crust the cheese the pepperoni cups. I can t even describe how amazing it was. Will 100% return at my next Disney trip

I had the Pumpkin Ravioli and they were delicious! It was a little pricy at $30 just for the dish as the serving came with five (5) ravioli. But considering the area, that s to be expected.

I recently dined at Naples Ristorante e Bar and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our waiter, Wesley. Im am so happy to have visited downtown Disney and I appreciate Corey for treating us so well. The seating was ideal and the heater above us kept us cozy in the outdoor patio! Corey really went above and beyond to share a fun birthday experience and good eats. I will definitely come back!

We are on a trip to Disney and we needed a break from Burgers and Fries. Wow, this really hit the spot. Everything we ordered was so good and the atmosphere was great. Super friendly staff as well - Esteban delivered a great experience for our family!

This place is wildly overrated. If you re looking for a sub-par Italian dish, then it s definitely the place. I suppose I would expect this quality of food (for the rather higher prices) IN the park but I guess just outside the park is one and the same. Small portions, no bread or salad with the dish The service was great, so no complaints there. But I have zero intentions of coming back. Eat at your own risk but don t say I didn t warn you. To add to this (as I sit here) my daughter went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the women s restroom. My wife told the hostess and was first ignored and then given attitude for asking. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

First time experience today .. Not impressed at all with the food or service. 1) my family received their food and ate it, 10+ minutes after they are done , I still didnt get mine. No status from the server on it being ready, so cancelled it. Then when the receipt came, they charged me for the item, I paid tax on the item and then they discounted it the food cost...I have a huge issue with that albeit minimal ...if I actually got my food and ate some of it but wasnt edible to my taste, then I should pay tax...I didnt even get the item served and even at the time i cancelled it , it was 10+ minutes after my family was done...I did eat some of my family left overs...I found the food just as lame as Disney, wayyyy overrated and wayyyy overpriced.... And it says the cost is $20-30 per person..good luck with that...not quite accurate.

Wesley was the absolute best waiter we could have asked for. The service was phenomenal and he answered every question we had with the best and most in-depth responses. If Wesley didnt have the answer to a question he went to ask the cooks. I would highly recommend the restaurant simply based on the service Wesley gave us alone, but the food also matches the great service. 10/10

Bar service was absolutely awful. The bartender was extremely condescending and rude to my wife. Food was surprisingly low quality, especially for their high happy hour prices. Other restaurants full price drinks cost less than many of their happy hour specials. Terrible experience, would skip 10/10 times

Wesley was our server and he was the right amount of friendly, informative and polite. The restaurant didn t have my reservation but they quickly accommodated my party of 7 and made it a special night for a birthday with a nice complimentary dessert. The food was delicious and everything felt like it was carefully made and thought out and we weren t just another table to be moved along. Thank you, Wesley and the whole staff.

We visited this restaurant for the first time recently and really enjoyed it. They had a pre-set family meal for $120 that worked great for the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 tweens) in both the food choices and price. Our servers, Wesley and Val, were great! They were so attentive and friendly, giving us lots of time as well to figure out what our meal plan was ^_^ Upstairs was decorated very cute for Halloween, but not the downstairs where we were, which was why I took 1 star off atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Loud, happy, family atmosphere.

Had a wonderful meal. We ordered the family meal and two appetizers and that fed 8 of us. Beautiful setting and wonderful food. It wasnt too busy for a Sunday but our waiter was rather distracted but we still had a lovely time.

I really wish I had the positive experience so many people on here had. After seeing so many positive reviews I m wondering if those people have ever eaten real Italian food because the food was not inedible but just very bland and not authentic Italian at all for the price. The way it s priced you would think you are about to have a fine dining experience and it s not that. To top it off our waiter was so rude. Sadly we will never be going here again. If you are someone that knows authentic Italian food, I do not recommend at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Expensive and underwhelming. I paid around $30 for really bland chicken and broccoli pasta, and this was even with the cast member discount. Additionally, there are no vegan or vegetarian options, although our waiter said that some dishes could be modified to be vegetarian. My friend opted to remove the salami and cheese from her salad, but wondered if those ingredients were supposed to make the dish shine, since the salad base was not the best. The bread was also subpar.

This is my 3rd time trying to get into Naples because theres always a long line. We finally decided to be patient and wait for 40 minutes but its definitely worth it! And theres a reason why theyre always busy - because everything tastes great!. As soon as we sat down, our serving Jedi Corey immediately introduced himself and gave us water. As we ordered our food, he started giving us options that sounded amazing and we had no choice but to say yes to everything. Our calamari came out less than 10 minutes and our food soon after. His suggestions were spot on and it was super delicious. Hes very entertaining, funny and made the wait go by fast. I would highly recommend this restaurant if youre visiting Disneyland/ Downtown Disney but make sure to say hi to our amazing Jedi server Corey

My sister and I had a wonderful dinner! The service was great and accommodating! The food was tasty and great fuel for our rundisney race. We were able to make a reservation the night before through open table. They have great indoor and outdoor seating. We definitely recommend if want a nice dinner in downtown Disney!

Our experience at Naples was very good for a late night dine in experience. My fungi pizza was very tasty. I m glad my server asked if I wanted a sauce base. My daughter had the penne pasta with chicken and was very happy with it. Our server enticed us with the best cheesecake in the galaxy and it didn t disappoint. Our experience was elevated by our server, Corey. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their favorite dishes. He provided a delightful and memorable experience.

Food is always great here. The hostess and service here can be hit or miss. Parties of 2 usually get very small tables and may end up uncomfortably close to other parties of 2.

Food was fairly good, and so were the drinks, no complaints there. Staff goofed on one of the drinks but corrected it promptly even with it being a busy night. Screaming child detracted from dinner, but its Disney, so what can you do, lol.

Semi-Decent place to eat in downtown Disney, a couple issues. Pricing is very high for mediocre, limited selection food. The quality is horrible, I ordered a basket of chibatta, ceaser salad and spaghetti and meatballs. Simple right? Somehow they still forgot to season everything except the meatballs. Let s start with the bread. It was closer to dried styrofoam than anything else. The salad was so close to plain washed lettuce I could taste the sink it was washed in. The pasta, slightly undercooked, lacked in sauce, no salt or pepper, garlic? What garlic? All things considered, it was a nice place to have a drink, but the food could use a new start.

Dont waste your time. This used to be a nice place but apparently management thinks renovations substitute for decent service. Had quite possibly my nastiest restaurant experience ever with a waitress there, absolutely terrible attitude and made a point of being rude in all of her interactions with the table. If you like being served by mean-spirited people with a chip on their shoulder, this is your place. Otherwise, go anywhere else.

Love this restaurant. We are not local, and come here every time we go to disneyland. I m sharing a specific experience, because every time we ve eaten here has been great, but our most recent server Brandon is the best of the best. This time we were with family, and had multiple kids with us who have some problems sitting still, we were seating outside and had some quiet activities, we apologized before we even ordered just saying I m so sorry there s so many of us, the kids are wound up from a fun day, if we get too loud over here please let us know, we re monitoring on our end too! . Brandon was so patient with all of the kids, super kid and very very friendly- you can tell he s happy to be there. We are also a couple that has a service dog accompanying us-we have had a few problems elsewhere of servers trying to push us outside even tho the outside seating was closed, questioning us, etc even with SD following all guidelines and procedures she is supposed to. Brandon was kind, did not push us to do anything with her and it was no strange interaction. Brandon also recommended a wine to my fiance to go with his meal, he does not normally like wine but wanted to branch out, loved Brandon s suggestion and we had a great dinner. He actually also told him that if he absolutely did not want to drink it that he would get him something else that he would enjoy, which was super nice. He was attentive, kind, very helpful to all of us. This was a few months back, but I wanted to make sure I made a comment towards him specifically, I could not recommend someone to work in service as much as I do him. When we go back, I would LOVE to get him as our server again, and we may try to ask if that s a possibility. Our food was fantastic, the drinks were yummy, and we had a great time having dinner here. Service was fabulous for this experience, but like I said we have had great service every other time as well. Very yummy restaurant, I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Brandon for such a great night, my fiance and I will be back soon to dine here!
