I recently stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Upon arrival, I was promptly seated, which is always a nice start to any meal. While they don't offer lunch specials, the service was excellent, and the portions were reasonable. Given its location, I did find the prices to be a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the food justifies it. The restaurant is quite spacious, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for diners. One noteworthy aspect is that every dish is made fresh, which really enhances the overall dining experience. I highly recommend trying their red sangria, it pairs perfectly with their delicious pizza. Just a heads up, the bathrooms are located on the second floor, but there is an elevator or stairs available for convenience. Overall, I had a great lunch and would definitely return to explore more of their menu!

All the food here is excellent, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Pizza was delicious light and crispy excellent appetizer with the calamari for a group of 5. I order the lasagna and it delicious and rich with flavor. The chicken penne was delicious, creamy and flavorful. The other food according to my friend was also good.

We had a really good visit here. Because we had reservations, it made our visit a lot easier, even though we still had to wait in order to get seated. The staff were ultra kind and helpful. The food was good. I personally really enjoyed the pizza, the pasta was ok, but the meatballs were very delicious. We loved the view and location.
This location validates for parking and there is a lift (elevator) available for those who might need it.

Our experience at Naples was very good for a late night dine in experience. My fungi pizza was very tasty. I’m glad my server asked if I wanted a sauce base. My daughter had the penne pasta with chicken and was very happy with it. Our server enticed us with the best cheesecake in the galaxy and it didn’t disappoint. Our experience was elevated by our server, Corey. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their favorite dishes. He provided a delightful and memorable experience.

My wife and I just ate here for our second anniversary. Our waiter, Corey, was fantastic. He was very friendly and attentive, and made the experience very fun. The drinks were very delicious, and the food was as well. I had the chicken penne pasta with pesto sauce, and my wife had the salmon. We finished with the special Halloween cannolis. We had a blast, and really appreciate Corey and Naples for making our anniversary dinner awesome!

Love this restaurant. We are not local, and come here every time we go to disneyland. I’m sharing a specific experience, because every time we’ve eaten here has been great, but our most recent server Brandon is the best of the best.
This time we were with family, and had multiple kids with us who have some problems sitting still, we were seating outside and had some quiet activities, we apologized before we even ordered just saying “I’m so sorry there’s so many of us, the kids are wound up from a fun day, if we get too loud over here please let us know, we’re monitoring on our end too!”. Brandon was so patient with all of the kids, super kid and very very friendly- you can tell he’s happy to be there.
We are also a couple that has a service dog accompanying us-we have had a few problems elsewhere of servers trying to push us outside even tho the outside seating was closed, questioning us, etc even with SD following all guidelines and procedures she is supposed to. Brandon was kind, did not push us to do anything with her and it was no strange interaction.
Brandon also recommended a wine to my fiance to go with his meal, he does not normally like wine but wanted to branch out, loved Brandon’s suggestion and we had a great dinner. He actually also told him that if he absolutely did not want to drink it that he would get him something else that he would enjoy, which was super nice. He was attentive, kind, very helpful to all of us.
This was a few months back, but I wanted to make sure I made a comment towards him specifically, I could not recommend someone to work in service as much as I do him. When we go back, I would LOVE to get him as our server again, and we may try to ask if that’s a possibility.
Our food was fantastic, the drinks were yummy, and we had a great time having dinner here. Service was fabulous for this experience, but like I said we have had great service every other time as well. Very yummy restaurant, I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Brandon for such a great night, my fiance and I will be back soon to dine here!

Everything was amazing food tasted good as well. But my pizza was floppy never seen one that bad thats the only thing that needs work i don’t want to use two hands to hold it. Servers were good too always checking on you.

This is restaurant brought in so many elements of Naples Italy 🇮🇹. The lemons 🍋 on the staircase were a beautiful touch along with the plate on the walls. There are four areas to this restaurant. The bar area. the patio area. Down stairs area is more like a cafe in Naples Italy. Upstairs is the restaurant with view of downtown Disney. The restaurant view is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Our server was Corey. Let me tell you, I hit the Lottery by sitting in his area. Corey was amazing with his service and personality. He brought my daughter a happy birthday plate without me asking him for it. He checked her ID and saw that her birthday 🥳 was a day ago! That’s a person that pays attention to the small things. He made some awesome recommendations to our meals. Our food was delicious and fresh. I would recommend you request to be seated in his area. He is phenomenal!

On 1/7/25, both the hostess Trisha and our server Michelle had condescending, unfriendly attitudes.
When I asked about outdoor seating twice, Trisha responded snappy and responded with an attitude "what part of my first response did you not understand?" Michelle, our server, raised her voice and answered arrogantly and impatiently when we inquired about the pizza sizes. I was surprised that back to back the employees at this establishment were rude and treated customers as a bother. It seems this is the culture there. They squished us so close to the next family with no space between where the little kid sitting behind me was right up against my chair bumping me throughout our entire meal.

Do yourself a favor and go to Naples to eat while in Downtown Disney. Breakfast was so good that we ended up going back in the evening for dinner, even with all the other options in Downtown Disney! Our server Corey stole the show. He was right about Naples having the best Cheesecake , chocolate and strawberry drizzle was so good! If I ever make it back to Naples I will ask for Corey by name, he made the already great experience that much more enjoyable, thank you Corey. He was right, he is the best server at Naples, hands down!

The pizza was really good. However, if you're a pasta lover, then I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this place. Might I suggest The Yard House in downtown Brea for pasta? You will definitely enjoy it.

Good food, OK service, disgusting bathrooms. Shared with an employee my concerns and she didn’t give a rip. Such a bummer. Also, expensive for what you get. My $7 cup of minestrone was served in a tea cup and less than half way full.

Foreigners Beware. My girlfriend and I visited last week. We are both in our 30s and were seated at the bar. Like a lot of people we ordered drinks along with our food. We were asked for ID which is not something crazy. We showed our BC Driver’s Licences (which are up to federal standards and are scannable like State IDs). We were told that we need to show passports, which we had securely in the safe back at our hotel. They did make it clear that this was their restaurant policy. Now the humiliating part before we could say anything, we were removed from the bar and placed at a regular table and weren’t allowed to have drinks with our food. This experienced really put a damper on the food, and I wasn’t impressed. We ate our pizza and salad at the kiddie table. The food was ok. I wanted to send an email but on their website, there is no way of contacting them. While at Disney, we had no issues with our IDs. I did not think I would experience something like this in California.

This used to be a staple upon every visit to Disneyland but not so sure now. Our recent visit had great service, but the food has really diminished in quality compared to the price. Food was served warm but as if sitting for a while: lasagna warm, not hot, and some cold spots; the artichoke dip was very disappointing and expensive - served warm to cooling and with pita flat bread dough rather than crostini as advertised. Overall, just not up to par especially with new additions to Downtown Disney (Paseo, Centrico, Din Tai Fung) - this restaurant needs to up its game.

The service was attentive and timely. The restaurant was clean. I was not impressed with the minestrone as it tasted like canned vegetable soup. My husband ordered the Lasagna and said the sauce tasted like spagetti-o sauce. For the amount of money we spent, we were expecting more for the quality of taste.

Absolutely plain food at extraordinary prices. I get its in Downtown Disney, but $45 for a pizza is insane. Especially a pizza that’s extremely average. The appetizers we got (mozzarella and table bread) were also very average. Service and atmosphere are generally OK, but giving this place any more than 3 stars - especially when Black Tap and Din Tai Fung are steps away is very generous.

The food was super good. I had pizza and it was cooked perfectly. The food came out super fast and the restaurant was amazing. Wesley one of the waitresses was the most nice person I met all trip. It seemed like he was never in a bad mood no matter what. If you are in this area go to Naples.

My husband and I had the pleasure of coming here on our anniversary trip in October. I'm so late with this review!
We showed up pretty late and still were met with the best service.
We had delicious calamari and a few coctails.
We were served by the amazing Long! He was so fun to talk to and made the night amazing!
I took a picture of him so I wouldn't forget his name.
He's was such an exceptional mixologist and really let us make the most out of the end of the trip!

Went a few days ago. Servers were rude so was the manager. They literally were arguing over who was gonna seat us In the bar area. One of the waiters said “I’m not gonna take them” like hello. I can hear you. Food sucked. Waited about 15 minutes for menus. All of this on a Monday. Not cool. Atmosphere was nice but everything else was a let down.

2 people in our party received meals that were non edible. One meal was removed from bill. and received a replacement dish which was a tomato chopped with balsamic on it. Tomato was almost white in color. another dish unfit. Manager was called over and he apologized stating they were training two cooks and hoped she would understand. He basically smoozed her and did not offer to remove the bad meals from the bill and just walked away. She paid $56.00 for this and neither she nor her son could eat it. Sent her son across to Jamba Juice to get something in his stomach. I watched this whole scenario and was in total disbelief. Absolutely disgusted with this manager.
NEVER AGAIN will we eat here.

Corey was beyond helpful, and I honestly feel blessed that I was at one of his tables. I was dining alone, and he was the perfect balance between attentive and giving me space to eat. He also made great recommendations without being pushy at all. Very much appreciated!

This is an event for kids and parents but I wish the pastries had maybe like chocolate croissants for the kids. It seemed adult based. And the "breakfast potatoes" were too garlicky. It was still a lot of fun. They have the best Santa. He looks great, so nice, and walks around after initial pictures which is awesome

The pizza saved the day as the pizza was excellent! Server was prompt at start of meal but then basically disappeared. We ordered the Caprese as a starter and a pepperoni pizza for the meal. The Caprese came out and the pizza came out less than 2 minutes later. Didn't even have time to enjoy th Caprese but to be honest it wasn't that good. The server checked on us once during the meal and I had to ask for a refill on the drink even though he saw it was empty and we were still eating the pizza and then he proceeded to bring the wrong drink. To his credit he did apologize and took the Caprese off the bill but overall it still was a 3 star experience but a 5 star pizza.

While the service and the atmosphere was very nice and enjoyable, the food left a lot to be desired. The only favor on the pizza was the bacon. The sauce had no flavor. The alfredo my mother in law got also had no flavor. She said the broccoli was the best part.

They were very attentive to refills, boxes, etc. But I wish the food was better. It's very expensive for bland food.

First let's start with the pros of the restaurant, the atmosphere in general was pretty good. The fact that you get a chance to sit out on the patio and they have heat lamps to help keep you warm on a chili night was great. The servers are pretty attentive and will make sure to refill your drink pretty quickly. However the food itself was very overpriced for sub par quality. The sauce and toppings on the pizza had no real flavor so you had to have ranch with the pizza just to try and taste anything. The Alfredo sauce was only seasoned with a hint of black pepper so there was no real flavor there either. And the meatballs for the spaghetti and meatballs were very dry and gritty in texture. If you've never eaten here and are on the fence about it than I would say don't do it. Save your money and go some place where you can actually taste the food if you want to enjoy the experience. If you're someone who doesn't care what the food tastes like and you just want a pretty picture for your Instagram, than by all means don't let me stop you. My family and I visit disney parks both in California and Florida at least twice a year and will not be wasting our money coming back here.

It was a cool day so we elected to sit inside and were seated in front of the door to the patio which was kept open with the cold air flowing on us. Easily the worst meal I have ever been served. Since I was the guest of another party and didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable I didn't complain. The ladies restroom had no hand towels, some stalls out of TP, floor and sink area was dirty. Over Rated to say the least.

We had a fantastic Mother-Daughter dinner and I was pleasantly surprised by Corey, our server’s willingness to provide prompt service with attention to detail and a very proactive attitude. Pizza is just what we needed after a long day in the Disneyland park. So grateful we had Corey as our waiter. He kept our water glasses full to rehydrate after a long day. And his recommendations for the salad was helpful. He also had great Jedi jokes. We hope we have him as our waiter again next time!

Our party was at Disneyland for the whole day and we had reservations for Naples at 830pm. We were going to do Goofy’s Kitchen but I was more in the mood for Italian food with a nice view of Downtown Disney . Wanted to relax and not get up and down for a buffet . So we arrived off the monorail and to the reservation booth at 8pm, 30 minutes prior to our reservation so I could request for upstairs dining to make sure I don’t get seated downstairs . I didn’t want the noisy kitchen atmosphere with a food court feel . So she said no problem I will make sure to note that you want upstairs dining ONLY and we have your reservation so when the rest of your party arrives we will seat you . The rest of the party arrives at 827.
The woman who reserved our table had just gone inside and two other ladies appear at the booth . So we told her that she was going to seat us upstairs for our 830 dinner . The reason I keep emphasizing the time is the two ladies said oh the upstairs is closed . I said what ??? The other lady noted my request for my 830 reservation to seat us upstairs and now you tell me it’s closed ? Yes mam, I’m sorry it closed at 830. We can see people eating up there but she says no more tables are being served up there and you have to sit downstairs and that they close upstairs at 830. Then when I asked why would the other lady say ok when she knows our reservation time and didn’t say it would be closed. The lady says um well I don’t know . Sorry . Her shift ended .
If I could have went someplace else at that hour in the Downtown district I would have but we didn’t have any other choice . So they sat us downstairs against a wall in the corner by the open kitchen like we were some afterthought . I was so looking forward to eating here and sitting upstairs and looking at the view as this was my last trip to Disneyland . The ending was a disappointment .

Please educate your reservation desk what is the schedule and rules of your establishment for that day. Don’t say you can do something and not follow through . Then to be put against a wall next to kitchen almost felt like someone being vindictive . Note : just to mention , I was never rude to the two ladies or angry I just was disappointed . So not sure why we were seated around the corner , maybe just happened to be The server was ok but we were not told there was dessert here . It was not on the menu . But others say there is dessert that they recommend to you . The food was good not the greatest but good . At least that made the 160.00 tab for 4 people bearable . Atmosphere was terrible . If you want a nice Italian dining that’s not like a glorified Sabarro’s in the mall , then do not go here .

Decent restaurant near either park entrance. The wait for dinner on a rainy Saturday evening wasn’t that bad. The price of food was to be expected. But the service was incredible. Brandon was one of the best waiters I’ve ever encountered. Top notch. The food was good. Chicken parmigiana and pizza was really good. Definitely would eat there again.

I think this restaurant is new or renovated. The food I ordered was salmon, it was cooked very well and seasoned with good flavor. The best thing I liked was where I had to sit, I had to sit on the second floor and it was decorated with lights on the ceiling very nice, an my sit was next to a window with a view to outside of Downtown Disney.

All the food here is excellent, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Pizza was delicious light and crispy excellent appetizer with the calamari for a group of 5. I order the lasagna and it delicious and rich with flavor. The chicken penne was delicious, creamy and flavorful. The other food according to my friend was also good.

A magical dining experience in Disneyland. No need to buy tickets to Disneyland to come here, just walk on in to Disneyland downtown! The atmosphere has a wonderful energy and the service was unmatched. Our server Brandon was delightful from the first moment we sat down to the moment we left. Good was so fast and incredibly delicious. I would highly reccomend this spot!I had the carbon era and spinach and artichoke dip. The foccacia was a bit dry but not enough to impact that 5 star! Also there is a sangria flight for only 20$!!!

Wesley provided incredibly responsive service! He brought our kids drink refills before they noticed their lemonade was empty, made sure we had exactly what we needed, and was funny and friendly. Great meal and a great time!

The food for Disneyland standards is better than what’s inside the parks. Prices are still high but the quality was better in our opinion. The server was very attentive as well. Large pizza was way more than enough for 2 people.
