Middle Eastern - Mexican fusion, known for flavorful Halal Tacos and vibrant atmosphere.
I recently visited Fatima's Grill and ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The taste exceeded my expectations! Fresh buns, soft and well-cooked meat, and a perfect combination of fresh vegetables and their special sauces made this cheeseburger one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying this place.
Ambiance:
The place is spacious, colorful, and very welcoming. With its attractive decor and comfortable seating, it creates a friendly and relaxing atmosphere that enhances your dining experience.
Service:
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in until the end of your meal, you feel right at home. The service was also very fast and efficient.
Food Quality:
The cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic; the meat was soft, perfectly cooked, and just how it should be. The fresh and flavorful vegetables, paired with delicious sauces, made it a perfect choice. The fries were crispy and tasty, too. I think I’ve found my new favorite spot here :)
Summary:
If you’re looking for a delightful and tasty dining experience, don’t miss Fatima's Grill. It’s a perfect choice for delicious food with great quality in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Caught between writing this review or letting it go, I’ve decided honesty deserves a voice. My friend and I approached Fatima’s Grill with high hopes, enticed by the bold welcome sign and colorful menu imagery. But as the saying goes, appearances can be deceiving.
We both ordered the Beef Shawarma Platter, expecting a burst of Mediterranean flavors. Unfortunately, the first red flag should have been the near-empty dining area during what should have been a bustling lunch hour—just two diners besides us.
The beef lacked depth and vibrancy, tasting reheated rather than freshly cooked. It left the impression that it may have been a leftover from the previous day. The accompanying salad didn’t fare much better; it was uninspired and bland, failing to bring any brightness to the dish. The hummus, while serviceable, was disappointingly ordinary and offered none of the creamy, tangy punch you’d expect. The pita bread was perhaps the biggest letdown—dry and uninspired, easily outdone by most grocery store options.
Adding to the underwhelming experience was the service. The cashier’s demeanor suggested she’d rather be anywhere else. Her lack of warmth left us feeling more like a burden than a guest, which only added to our disappointment.
Fatima’s Grill had all the potential to impress—welcoming messaging, diverse menu offerings, and a strong visual identity—but it fell flat where it mattered most: the food and service. While I truly wanted to root for this place, I can’t ignore the lackluster experience we had.

Fatima's grill continues to serve great food with every new location! I've been to this location multiple times since it has opened and have enjoyed it every time. Portions are HUGE, food tastes great, love that they have so many choices, and the best part is they are halal! I always appreciate their customer service, shout out to Edith for top tier service! I like that this location has more seating available than Downey and Long Beach. Word of advice to patrons: be patient, they're making the food fresh; bring your own water if you don't want to buy it. Plenty of parking available too.
Favorite items so far: Birria crunch wrap, chicken specialty fries, Birria burrito

We recently dined at Fatima's Grill in Garden Grove, a Halal Lebanese restaurant in Anaheim. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, and we found the interior to be moderately clean and nicely decorated. The space is large enough to accommodate up to 60 people, and the parking facility in Garden Grove Town Center was convenient.
We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Wrap, Beef Shawarma Wrap, and Steak and Shrimp Fries. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and we waited around 20 minutes for our food. The taste of the dishes was disappointing overall. The Chicken Shawarma Wrap was average, while the Beef Shawarma Wrap had a bad taste and a strange raw smell. The only dish we enjoyed was the Steak and Shrimp Fries, which had a great flavor.
Although the portion sizes were generous, we felt that the food was overpriced given the lackluster taste. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, our experience at Fatima's Grill was mixed, with some hits and misses.

This is the first time I am actually writing a review and I wanted to like this spot so bad. So when we got there it was empty and the lady at the counter was very nice. But when we got the food and took it home the fry’s STINK and taste horrible i honestly don’t know how you mess up so bad on fries, my burrito really didn’t have flavor, and my fiancé’s quesadillas meat was hard. So we will never go back here to the garden grove location.

After a long and exhausting week, my bf and I decided to treat ourselves on Friday night. We were craving something other than Asian foods. Found this Halal Mexican spot while Yelping, so we decided to try it out.
Parking: They’re located in a large plaza. Plenty of free parking and easy to find.
Ambiance/Environment: It’s a very casual spot. They have a large space with plenty of indoor seating and no outdoor seating. The music was lit. They have a restroom for customers.
Service: The cashier that assisted us was efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. Throughput did take a while. We received our food 13 minutes after ordering, but it was worth the wait!
What we ordered:
They’re popular for their Hot Cheetos burgers and fries, but other menu items caught our attention. Will have to come back to try it though!
1) Birria Quesadilla - They were very generous with the amount of meats, cheese, and flavor! I really enjoyed these! The consome was also flavorful and wasn’t too salty. This also came with tortilla chips and red & green sauce.
2) Cali Burrito w/ Chicken - My bf really liked his burrito! They really stuffed the burrito with a lot of chicken. The fries were good, and the guac was fresh. The only critique we had was to spread out the ingredients more bc the chicken were on one side of the burrito while the fries were on the other.
Pricing: A bit on the pricier end $$ for Mexican food, but we enjoyed everything. Portions are large and the flavors were not missed.

First time here and definitely coming back! The cashier was super sweet and gave us great recommendations. We got the asada nachos with grilled bell peppers and also queso Birria tacos and got nacho cheese on the side with the hot cheetohs and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS!! Definitely ask questions on ingredients just in case you don't like many toppings but this place is our new go to spot!! Loved it 💚

Extremely disappointed with this location. Asked them about the hot cheeto mozeralla sticks and they said they don't offer them. So I ordered a quesarito and a crunchwrap. The quesarito did not come with any nacho cheese. The crunchwrap was decent at best. They didn't even have any lebamex which I usually buy a couple bottles if available. Seemed like the cooks were just goofing off the whole time. What a waste of time and money should have just went to the original location.

They have very delicious food, unfortunately I ordered burgers from them , the buns were not fresh and too old the taste of them were horrible and breaking up, I hope they focus on these details.

Absolutely, here's an example review based on the information you provided:
I had a decent dining experience at Fatima's Grill in Garden Grove. The food was not only good but the portions were generous. The flavors were good, and the large portions left me happily satisfied. It's clear that they take pride in delivering a fantastic culinary experience. The decor of the place with its neon lights and interesting color choices is a bit strange. I did appreciate the attentive service from the staff. If you're looking for a place that combines great taste and ample portions, this place is for you.

We ordered from Fatima's Grill in Anaheim through Uber Eats, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, it was disgusting and tasted awful. We talked to Angel to request a refund or replacement, but Angel, who we spoke with, was unhelpful and had a poor attitude. He told us to handle the issue with Uber Eats instead of addressing it himself. He kinda took it personal!Save your money and avoid this place—it's not worth the hassle or the terrible food
Also the girl on the cash whom was supposed to be our waitress she came to our table and put the food on the table with a poor level of service , that was even before anything happened, she didn’t even ask if we need a drink or water at least!
My friend was called in to speak to Angel and she was using some unprofessional hand gestures to bring him close to the cash, we are actually pissed off by their treatment and will make sure to prevent any friends to go there.
I had tried their branch in Downey and it was very good and Ali is a nice guy, but this place was bad.

If you see Angel in the restaurant just leave and walk out . He has the WORST ATTITUDE and he’s so RUDE . I complained about the food and he got offended and said i can’t do anything for you and he almost kicked me out. The girl that on the cash register is SO RUDE ALSO. I wish Ali reads my review and contact me ASAP

If you want food similar to high school cafeteria then this is the spot. Nothing is fresh just fried frozen food. The chicken kabob is worse, dry and disgusting. Hummus straight out of the can, i’m ashamed that they call this please middle eastern.

this is my first time
trying the fish taco and birria taco. did not meet my expectations. birria tacos were ok but the birria was thick. not the worst, but no cheese. which is what i think makes the taco taste good. but whatever, wasn’t the worst. but the shrimp taco…. we literally got 2 shrimp a taco…. and the shrimp was so fried that you could barley taste the shrimp. the shrimp taco i WILL say was the worst. wouldn’t order the one that again..

Ew. Not going back… first and last experience here. Waited 30min for 3 chicken wraps. Just to throw them away. They were disgusting… literally tasted like a cigarette. The kids working were about as personable as an opossum… bummer. I was hoping to have found a gem.

I love this place it’s my favorite but the one in Downey is always consistent on the way food is presented and made I’ve been to the one in garden grove sometimes I get a lot of food and sometimes it’s barely any fries any meat sometimes they put jalapeños sometimes they don’t every time something is different and they don’t ever give me utensils or napkins or salsa I need to ask like am I suppose to eat with just my fingers I will still be coming here it’s really good employees just need more training/practice

I love every bite! The birria is so flavorful, and their falafel plate is huge! Delicious hummus, shawarma is great. The sauces on the shrimp and fish tacos are so good. And the Lebamex sauce 🤌 Honestly just a super great spot, and the food travels well if you order online. Will definitely be getting it many more times 😁👍👍
