Habibi is an awesome guy. Very friendly guy and made us feel at home. The food was also pretty delicious and the portions were pretty good. He also gave us some chicken with a bbq style sauce and had mango in it. It was something I never had before but glad he shared it with us.
Overall a great experience.

I ordered catering from this Mediterranean restaurant for a party of 45 people on Christmas Day, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I’ve been ordering from them for a while and have always been impressed with their food, so I ordered them at my big party.
I chose their chicken and beef kebabs, fish, hummus, falafel, salad, and other dishes. They delivered everything right to my house, perfectly on time, and the food was fresh, warm. The quality was perfect, and tasted amazing, and the service from the owner was excellent. Everything was delicious and top-notch service. If you’re planning a big event or need catering with halal options, I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I’m horrified. There was a German roach crawling around my plate while I was eating. They apologized, refunded, and said they spray every 2 weeks. My response “it isn’t working”.

Delicious Mediterranean place. We ordered the shrimp kebab plate, steak kebab plate and the hamburger, along with some flavored waters like the cucumber mint and pineapple. Everything was super tasty. They have some of the best hummus I’ve had and my shrimp was not overcooked!

The front decor is okay but the seating area is def cute. Good pump up the AC in my opinion but I like a place cool.

Cucumber lemonade was a miss for me. Too chunky and the flavor was off. I've had better before.

I was really excited to try this place. I love Mediterranean food and it's really close to my new house. I was, unfortunately, disappointed. The food was over cooked, so the chicken was dry and hard to chew. Also, the chicken kabob has NO vegetables (tomatoes, onion, etc) it was literally rice and chicken. The pita bread was stale, but the hummus was good. The rice was good as well. I will probably give them another try, as I'm hoping it was an off day for them. I'll update my review if it is better next time.

What amazing find. The portions were huge and falafel was awesome. Crispy on the outside perfectly cooked on the inside. Moist made to order with tahini.
Chicken was generous and served with salad and hummus.
Fresh pita what else can you ask for.
It's hidden but great for a quiet lunch.

My second time here- first time I was too hangry to snap a pic of my meal. Both times I ordered the chicken, beef, and Kefta plate- it is scrumpdeliosh. I NEVER order chicken out unless it’s fried, but the marinade and sources on all the meats is fantastic. The little salad it comes with is excellent, hummus is not too tahini-y, presentation is great, service is excellent. TBH, I wasn’t expecting much the first time I came in, but I’m really glad I did!

I would see this place every morning while getting my Starbucks and finally decided to stop by for lunch. I was getting sick of fast food. I order the Chicken Greek Salad and it was great. Freshly grilled chicken on a great salad with healthy and tasty dressing. Highly recommend and will be back.

Came here a couple days ago with my son and I have to say first impressions are everything. We were warmly greeted by the two gentlemen behind the counter. In short,
Great neighborhood Mediterranean spot.

With a few more details,
Chicken was the best. Lots of flavor and perfect marination. Get some extra toum(garlic sauce) with it. Makes it even more fantastic.
Falafels were good but make sure to dip it in tahini or hummus.
I wish they use the thinner pita but this still was great nonetheless.
Service was very friendly and helpful.
Lots of parking.

As a chef with a culinary degree traveling from New Mexico to Disneyland and found this amazing place to eat! The environment inside is a quaint quite place; however,most people sat outside on the patio which is shared by Starbucls and a Bakery on each side. So coffee, Mediterranean food, and the inner fat kid delights all in one stop. This place also had super kind and extremely polite staff and the portions were worth price and the amount of flavor as well. Lastly online ordering but no drive through its worth getting out of the car for!!!!

Driving through Calif and didn't want the same-o, same-o. Delicious food. I got the Ruby's special to go low carb (grilled Cauliflower instead of basmati rice) and wasn't disappointed . Chicken is well seasoned and juicy.. Hummus was a good texture and tasted great.

The food here is incredible. I had to stay at a hotel nearby for the better part of a year, ate here once a week. The Ruby’s Special is to die for, add some more meats, and maybe some falafel (which unfortunately is the only hit or miss dish) and the feast is one you won’t regret.

I went to the Hummus Bean yesterday with my niece. She bought a gyro plate & baklava. I bought a chicken kabob plate. Each came with rice, salad, pita bread & hummus. The food was amazing & very tender. We also sampled their juice which they make fresh everyday. The owner & staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Stumbled across this place, and it was a happy accident! The staff was incredibly friendly! The freshly squeezed juices were amazing, we were allowed to try them before choosing one! The food was great! We really liked the chick kabob plate!

The food is good, but what earned this 5 star rating was the owner's customer service. We ordered takeout, and when we got home, we learned there was pasta in the rice we ordered. They offered to drive us new dishes. It was not necessary but just the fact he was willing to do it makes me want to go back again. Plus, like I said before, the food is good.

Really friendly service, great food. Gyro salad was fresh and literally piled high with gyro meat. Super generous portion. They gave me extra feta and tzaziki sauce, and had it to me in just a few minutes. This should be your staple, if you like Greek food.

This place is now called Lazeez Eats, previously Hummus Bean.
My husband and I ordered around 4pm, hardly anyone was there so we were able sit outside and enjoy the 70 degree weather. I had the beef Kabob plate with rice, greek salad, pita bread and hummus. The meat was tender and tasted so good. My husband had the meridian burger and fries; he loved the burger and the fries were fresh however too much salt was added on one side so next time we will order with no salt. Cucumber mint was refreshing and as well as the blackberry mint. Customer service was on point; we were greeted right away and when we were leaving the cashier/hostess was so nice and gave us lids that they didn't have before.

Food is very good. It takes a while to make though so it's a good idea to call ahead. Prices are hit or miss. The plate with chicken, beef, and kefta is $22 but if you get just the chicken or just the beef, it's $19. At first I thought you'd get two skewers of each if you order just beef or chicken but you only get one. For $3 more you're better off ordering the plate with all three. The salad that comes with the plates is very good, they use a really good dressing and put feta and olives on it. The hummus is also great. I've also tried the chicken shawarma and I loved it.

Before i went i called them to make sure they taking the food stamp card they said yes we take them went there i asked the casher again he said yes we take it so i ordered food also i ordered one plate to go
The food it was okay not bad for the chicken kebab but the kefta not good we asked for
shrimp they said we out of eat
Beef kebab … out of it
Beef shawrma… out of it
Chicken shawrma… out of it
So we all ordered the same plate which is the chicken and kefta but we left all the kefta because it wasn’t good …
We ordered water , salad , soda , extra bread….
The bill was around $180 also i left a tip 20% the total was $214 i felt sorry for the guy and the girl who was working and fasting in the same time “ used to work in that situation i know how it’s like “
When o went to pay the card wasn’t working , this is what the guy said he said it’s out of money , he turn the screen to me to try to insert the numbers manually, i used to work a casher on that system and i know that system not taking the food stamp card but i tried to insert the numbers on the credit card “ that what the guy recommend” but it didn’t go through…
He back to say the card has no money otherwise the system will take it …
so i said it’s okay i will pay with my other card
The next day i went for grocery shopping the card was working also it has over $1000 and there nothing wrong with the card just they lied 🤥 to let us come there
I’m was so upset about that… also I went there after i called them to make sure that i can use my food stamp card make sure 2 times it’s working there also they said it is working but it didn’t…
I will never back there …

Extremely delicious! The chef offered us different foods to try while we waited. Everything is made in house and from scratch. My fiancé was able to eat here as well as everything minus the pita bread is gluten free. They were very hospitable! We will definitely be coming back!

Marching my way through the menu. This last visit I tried the Meridian burger. It's a thick meat patty slathered in this awesome cheesy, chipotle spread, along with the usual toppings. My friend had the chicken kabob, which was perfectly cooked. Love the cucumber mint beverage, just a heads up on this drink, it does have bit of mint and cucumber. Super refreshing.

Mediocre food and even worse service. 😑 I'm not sure I've ever been spoken to in a more disrespectful tone than the one the young lady used with me today.

If you'd like to see the horrors of the aftermath that a pandemic has to offer, then by all means, come and spend your hard-earned dollars here.

You'll also be surrounded by trash-covered dining tables while you eat.

Had a shawarma wrap takeout that was practically inedible. The meat was very dry and the pita was burnt so every bite was awful.

Wife had a gyro salad which was OK but not really great either.

This is an Excellent place to eat regularly.
The food is most delicious, cooked perfectly, with mouth watering Seasoning and Marination.

Smallest sandwich for $16 . We paid almost $89 for 3 sand with fries, one without fries and a salad. Not to mention that they messed up the order, we asked for the chicken without tomatoes and got it with ! And be careful kafta is spicy which is not mentioned on the menu. First and last time !

We ordered for pickup at 4pm and the food wasn’t ready until 4:48pm. When I arrived they told me it would be another 10 minutes. I could see that they had completely forgotten to make our food. To make matters worse there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency regarding fixing the problem and getting us our food. 48 minutes of extra waiting on a Friday when I just want to be home with my kids.

The food is of very high quality. Very tasty, looks goods and the presentation is surprising consist that this is a fast food place. The owner is very friendly and so are the staff. You can feel the love in the way the food is prepared. Highly recommend.

Great lunch spot! Been here a couple times and the falafel is good and flavorful (not dry like some other places). The fries are also really good and crispy. The staff are very friendly as well! Highly recommend. Good for vegans and meat eaters.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Ordered the salmon kabob plate, chick & beef kabob plate and a Greek salad. Salmon had a very odd taste though it was fresh. Beef also had a weird taste, again, fresh. Chicken tasted ok. Rice was soggy, not your typical long grain (basmati rice). There are better options in Anaheim Hills and North Orange. Cashier (owner(?) was nice & friendly. Food prepared quickly, it just didn't taste good. First and last visit.

Falafel was excellent and the hummus was very fresh. Rice was a bit bland and pasty (too much water!) but maybe they were just having an off night because the rest of the food was excellent.

Solid Mediterranean food - gyro wrap was amazing! It feels a tad overpriced, but the food was delicious! We ordered during the lockdown and ate at home - all the food was still warm and super good. The staff was very kind to us, and overall it was a great experience!

The GYRO wrap is 🔥🔥 really fell in love with the gyro wrap here. First time even having gyro. They really slap on the protein here. Was happy to see them make me a harty wrap. Hits the spot. This location has some ok customer service depending on when you go. But I am super happy with the portion size of the food. Big portion equals me coming back time and time again.

My husband my friend and I have gone to Hummus Bean three weeks in a row, before a meeting we go to. We love it! It is our new fave! We have ordered the Kefta wrap, Greek Salad w/chicken, Hamburger and I think it was called Rose Special it was all very delicious and the portions are giant.
Also ordered the Hummus and we all loved it! I definitely have no problems referring the Hummus Bean!
